Pyroptosis is an inflammatory programmed cell death, showing potentials to be a novel anti-cancer approach. However, the roles of pyroptosis-related (PR) genes (PRGs) in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) remain elusive. In the present study, we constructed a novel PR risk signature through the lasso regression analysis. The risk signature was greatly conducive to PAAD prognostic assessment. PR risk score was identified as an independent prognostic factor and could distinguish the prognostic differences of most clinical subgroups. Meanwhile, it could improve the traditional prognostic models based on TNM-staging. Next, its prognostic value was also tested in five validation cohorts. Using CIBERSORT, ESTIMATE, and ssGSEA algorithms, the effects of PR risk signature on tumor immune microenvironment (TIM) were explored. High PR risk suppressed antitumor immune through decreasing the infiltrating levels of CD8 T and NK cells. The genomic information and histological expression of risk PRGs were uncovered by USCA and HPA databases. Somatic mutation, methylation alteration, and homozygous CNV of eight PRGs barely occurred in PAAD samples. As for therapeutic correlation, PR risk score may not predict the efficacy of PD-1/L1 inhibitors and was weakly associated with multiple drug susceptibilities. Finally, the biofunctions of toll like receptor 3 (TLR3) in pancreatic cancer (PC) cells were investigated through qPCR, MTT, colony formation, and Transwell assays. Overexpression of TLR3 could promote the proliferation, migration, and invasion of PC cells. In conclusion, PRGs play crucial roles in prognosis, progression, and immune microenvironment of PAAD. TLR3 is expected to be a promising therapeutic target.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are promising cancer prognostic markers. However, the clinical significance of lncRNA signatures in evaluating overall survival (OS) outcomes of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) has not been explored. This study aimed to assess the significance of lncRNA in HNSCC and to develop a lncRNA signature related to OS in HNSCC. LncRNA expression matrices were retrieved from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data. Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection of the Operator (LASSO), univariate and multivariate Cox regression were used for establishing a prognostic model. In vitro experiments were carried out to demonstrate the biological role of lncRNA. A prognosis model based on 7 DElncRNAs was finally established.The patients were then divided into high-risk and low-risk groups. Relative to the low-risk group, overall survival times for patients in the high-risk group were significantly low (P=2.466e−07). Stanford type A aortic dissection (TAAD) is one of the most dangerous vascular diseases worldwide, and the mechanisms of its development remain unclear. Further molecular pathology studies may contribute to a comprehensive understanding of TAAD and provide new insights into diagnostic markers and potential therapeutic targets. Recent studies have identified that ferroptosis, a form of cell death, may play a previously unrecognized role in influencing the development of TAAD. In this study, we explored the pathological role of ferroptosis in TAAD by performing bioinformatics analyses. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) showed that the ferroptosis-related gene (FRG) set was significantly different between normal and TAAD aortic samples at an overall level (p < 0.001). Further Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis found that FRGs may influence the response to oxygen levels, transition metal ion homeostasis, and the response to hypoxia by regulating oxidoreductase activity and post-transcriptional ubiquitination modifications, which may regulate cellular ferroptosis and contribute to the structural abnormalities that render patients susceptible to TAAD. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis revealed the HIF-1 signaling pathway may be a key pathway regulating cellular ferroptosis in TAAD development. We further identified six key genes (CA9, HMOX1, IL6, CDKN1A, HIF1A, MYC) from differentially expressed FRGs in TAAD by constructing a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network, all key genes were upregulated in TAAD. Four of the key genes (CA9, IL6, CDKN1A, and HIF1A) were demonstrated to be correlated with cigarette smoke extract-induced ferroptosis in aortic vascular smooth muscle cells. These results suggest that ferroptosis is one of the essential pathological processes in the development of TAAD, and some FRGs affect TAAD development by mediating cellular ferroptosis, which provides deepening insights into the molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets of TAAD.

Lung microbiota plays an important role in many diseases including lower respiratory tract infections (LRTI) and pneumonia. This study aimed to explore the effects of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) on microbial diversity and identify potential biomarkers of respiratory tract in CAP LRTI patients. In the current study, a comprehensive bioinformatics analysis was performed based on metagenomic next-generation sequencing technology, followed by alpha and beta diversity, LEfSe, and co-occurrence network analysis, and random forest model construction. Our results showed that CAP dramatically influenced taxon abundance, and the significant differences in microbiota including Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Euryarchaeota, Firmicutes and Spirochetes were observed at the phylum level. Co-occurrence network selected out novel modules involved in microbial proliferation-associated pathways. A random forest model screened Klebsiella pneumoniae and Bacillus cereus as potential diagnostic biomarkers with high AUC values. The microbial composition was different between CAP LRTI patients and non-CAP LRTI patients. Klebsiella pneumoniae and Bacillus cereus were strongly associated with increased severity of LRTI with a pneumonia history. Our findings provided an insight for a better understanding of community and structure of lung microbiota for future diagnosis and treatment in LRTI patients with a history of pneumonia. Moreover, these microbes were considered as potential biomarkers for predicting the risks for the treatment strategies of LRTI.

In order to correctly obtain normal tissues and organs and tumor lesions, the research on multimodal medical image segmentation based on deep learning fully automatic segmentation algorithm is more meaningful. This article aims to study the application of deep learning-based artificial intelligence nuclear medicine automated images in tumor diagnosis. This paper studies the methods to improve the accuracy of the segmentation algorithm from the perspective of boundary recognition and shape changeable adaptive capabilities, studies the active contour model based on boundary constraints, and proposes a superpixel boundary-aware convolution network to realize the automatic CT cutting algorithm. In this way, the tumor image can be cut more accurately. The experimental results in this paper show that the improved algorithm in this paper is more robust than the traditional CT algorithm in terms of accuracy and sensitivity, an increase of about 12%, and a slight increase in the negative prediction rate of 3%. In the comparison of cutting images of malignant tumors, the cutting effect of the algorithm in this paper is about 34% higher than that of the traditional algorithm.

In order to reduce the excessive use of multisource traffic information collection system, a multisource traffic information collection combination optimization mode is proposed based on genetic algorithm in this paper. This model is mainly used to analyze the traffic management data in the city. According to the collected data information, the characteristics of the traffic equipment can be effectively analyzed. Basing on the market demand and supply relationship, the multisource traffic information collection combination optimization model is used to complete the reorganization and optimization of the traffic information in this paper, to acquire the main convolution feature variables of the model. The data information combination processing is performed according to the acquired feature variables, and the genetic algorithm is used to adjust the multisource traffic information. During the process of information fusion data analysis, the multisource traffic information clustering and fuzzy constraint control can be performed effectively to realize the optimization of the team’s traffic information collection combination. Finally, the simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is more accurate in realizing the optimization process of multisource traffic information collection and combination and has a better degree of information fusion.

As an effective tool for colorectal lesion detection, it is still difficult to avoid the phenomenon of missed and false detection when using white-light endoscopy. In order to improve the lesion detection rate of colorectal cancer patients, this paper proposes a real-time lesion diagnosis model (YOLOv5x-CG) based on YOLOv5 improvement. In this diagnostic model, colorectal lesions were subdivided into three categories: micropolyps, adenomas, and cancer. In the course of convolutional network training, Mosaic data enhancement strategy was used to improve the detection rate of small target polyps. At the same time, coordinate attention (CA) mechanism was introduced to take into account channel and location information in the network, so as to realize the effective extraction of three kinds of pathological features. The Ghost module was also used to generate more feature maps through linear processing, which reduces the stress of learning model parameters and speeds up detection. The experimental results show that the lesion diagnosis model proposed in this paper has a more rapid and accurate lesion detection ability, and the AP value of polyps, adenomas, and cancer is 0.923, 0.955, and 0.87, and mAP@50 is 0.916.

In order to improve the management efficiency of the safety status of Industry 4.0 engineering products, the multigranularity access control model (MGACM) Industry 4.0 engineering product life cycle management (PLM) is adopted to optimize the safety management mode of Industry 4.0 engineering products in this paper. The multigranularity access control model is constructed in this paper, which has strong nonlinearity and better fault tolerance. In addition, the parameters of PLM are optimized through the multiparticle access control model, and PLM search is enabled. Taking into account the slow and easy convergence of the multigranular access control model, a niche technology with full life cycle heterogeneity and elimination mechanism is proposed to solve the premature convergence problem of the multigranular access control model. The final simulation results of this paper show that, compared with traditional algorithms, the proposed multigranularity access control model is more reliable and effective and has faster convergence speed and higher management efficiency.

In order to improve the effect of financial data classification and extract effective information from financial data, this paper improves the data mining algorithm, uses linear combination of principal components to represent missing variables, and performs dimensionality reduction processing on multidimensional data. In order to achieve the standardization of sample data, this paper standardizes the data and combines statistical methods to build an intelligent financial data processing model. In addition, starting from the actual situation, this paper proposes the artificial intelligence classification and statistical methods of financial data in smart cities and designs data simulation experiments to conduct experimental analysis on the methods proposed in this paper. From the experimental results, the artificial intelligence classification and statistical method of financial data in smart cities proposed in this paper can play an important role in the statistical analysis of financial data.

In this paper, we use a variational fuzzy neural network algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on the optimization of music intelligent marketing strategy. The music recommendation system proposed in this paper includes a user modelling module, audio feature extraction module, and recommendation algorithm module. The basic idea of the recommendation algorithm is as follows: firstly, the historical behavioural information of music users is collected, and the user preference model is constructed by using the method of matrix decomposition of the hidden semantic model; then, the audio resources in the system are preprocessed and the spectrum map that can represent the music features is extracted; the similarity between the user’s preferred features and the music potential features are calculated to generate recommendations for the target user. The user-music dataset for model training and testing is constructed in-house, and the network model structure used for system experiments is designed based on a typical convolutional neural network model, while the model training tuning parameters are compared and selected. Finally, the model is trained and tested in this paper, and the system is evaluated in terms of both prediction rating accuracy and recommendation list generation accuracy using root mean square error, accuracy, recall, and F1 value as recommendation quality evaluation metrics. The experimental results show that the recommendation algorithm in this paper has certain feasibility and effectiveness. Compared with other traditional music recommendation algorithms, this paper makes full use of the powerful advantage of deep neural networks to automatically extract features and obtain higher-level music feature representations from the audio content, while incorporating the historical behavioural information of user interactions with music, which can effectively alleviate the problems such as cold start in recommendation systems.

The quality of boxing video is affected by many factors. For example, it needs to be compressed and encoded before transmission. In the process of transmission, it will encounter network conditions such as packet loss and jitter, which will affect the video quality. Combined with the proposed nine characteristic parameters affecting video quality, this paper proposes an architecture of video quality evaluation system. Aiming at the compression damage and transmission damage of leisure sports video, a video quality evaluation algorithm based on BP neural network (BPNN) is proposed. A specific Wushu video quality evaluation algorithm system is implemented. The system takes the result of feature engineering of 9 feature parameters of boxing video as the input and the subjective quality score of video as the training output. The mapping relationship is established by BPNN algorithm, and the objective evaluation quality of boxing video is finally obtained. The results show that using the neural network analysis model, the characteristic parameters of compression damage and transmission damage used in this paper can get better evaluation results. Compared with the comparison algorithm, the accuracy of the video quality evaluation method proposed in this paper has been greatly improved. The subjective characteristics of users are evaluated quantitatively and added to the objective video quality evaluation model in this paper, so as to make the video evaluation more accurate and closer to users.

Because face recognition is greatly affected by external environmental factors and the partial lack of face information challenges the robustness of face recognition algorithm, while the existing methods have poor robustness and low accuracy in face image recognition, this paper proposes a face image digital processing and recognition based on data dimensionality reduction algorithm. Based on the analysis of the existing data dimensionality reduction and face recognition methods, according to the face image input, feature composition, and external environmental factors, the face recognition and processing technology flow is given, and the face feature extraction method is proposed based on nonparametric subspace analysis (NSA). Finally, different methods are used to carry out comparative experiments in different face databases. The results show that the method proposed in this paper has a higher correct recognition rate than the existing methods and has an obvious effect on the XM2VTS face database. This method not only improves the shortcomings of existing methods in dealing with complex face images but also provides a certain reference for face image feature extraction and recognition in complex environment.

Microarray gene expression data provide a prospective way to diagnose disease and classify cancer. However, in bioinformatics, the gene selection problem, i.e., how to select the most informative genes from thousands of genes, remains challenging. This problem is a specific feature selection problem with high-dimensional features and small sample sizes. In this paper, a two-stage method combining a filter feature selection method and a wrapper feature selection method is proposed to solve the gene selection problem. In contrast to common methods, the proposed method models the gene selection problem as a multiobjective optimization problem. Both stages employ the same multiobjective differential evolution (MODE) as the search strategy but incorporate different objective functions. The three objective functions of the filter method are mainly based on mutual information. The two objective functions of the wrapper method are the number of selected features and the classification error of a naive Bayes (NB) classifier. Finally, the performance of the proposed method is tested and analyzed on six benchmark gene expression datasets. The experimental results verified that this paper provides a novel and effective way to solve the gene selection problem by applying a multiobjective optimization algorithm.

In this paper, the IoT-based adaptive mutation PSO-BPNN algorithm is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the entrepreneurship evaluation model for college students and practical applications. This paper details the principle, implementation, and characteristics of each BP algorithm and PSO algorithm. When classifying college students’ entrepreneurship evaluation based on BP neural network, because BP algorithm is a local optimization-seeking algorithm, it is easy to fall into local minima in the training phase of the network and the convergence speed is slow, which leads to the reduction of classifier recognition rate. To address the above problems, this paper proposes the algorithm of PSO optimized BP neural network (PSO-BPNN) and establishes a classification and recognition model based on this algorithm for college students’ entrepreneurship evaluation. The predicted values obtained from the particle swarm optimization neural network model are used to calculate the gray intervals, and the modeling samples are further screened using the gray intervals and the correlation principle, while the hyperspectral particle swarm optimization neural network model of soil organic matter based on the gray intervals is established afterward; and the estimation results are compared and analyzed with those of traditional modeling methods. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of the gray interval-based particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.8826, and the average relative error was 3.572%, while the coefficient of determination of the particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.853, and the average relative error was 4.34%; the average relative errors of the BP neural network model, support vector machine model, and multiple linear regression model were 8.79%, 6.717%, and 9.9%, respectively. The average relative errors of the BP neural network model, support vector machine model, and multiple linear regression model are 8.79%, 6.717%, and 9.468%, respectively. In general, the entrepreneurial ability of college students is at a good level (83.42 points), among which the entrepreneurial management ability score (84.30 points) and entrepreneurial spirit (84.16 points) are basically the same, while the entrepreneurial technology ability is relatively low (82.76 points), and the evaluation results are further verified by the double case analysis method. The current problems encountered by university students in entrepreneurship are mainly the lack of practicality, which indicates that universities, industries, and national strategy implementation levels are not sufficiently focused and collaborative in entrepreneurship development to varying degrees.

Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode, this paper intelligently optimizes English teaching courses by using multidirectional mutation genetic algorithm and its optimization neural network method. Firstly, this paper gives the framework of intelligent English course optimization system based on multidirectional mutation genetic BP neural network and analyses the local optimization problems existing in the traditional BP algorithm. A BP neural network optimization algorithm based on multidirectional mutation genetic algorithm (MMGA-BP) is presented. Then, the multidirectional mutation genetic BPNN algorithm is applied to the intelligent optimization of English teaching courses. The simulation shows that the multidirectional mutation genetic BP neural network algorithm can solve the local optimization problem of traditional BP neural network. Finally, a control group and an experimental group are set up to verify the role of multidirectional mutation genetic algorithm and its optimization neural network in the intelligent optimization system of English teaching courses through the combination of summative and formative teaching evaluations. The data show that MMGA-BP algorithm can significantly improve the scores of academic students in English courses and has better teaching performance. The effect of vocabulary teaching under the guidance of MMGA-BP optimization theory is very significant, which plays a certain role in the intelligent curriculum optimization of the experimental class.

The way by which artificial intelligence is implemented is similar to the thinking process of the human brain. People obtain information about external conditions through five senses, namely, vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, and, through the further processing of the brain, it forms meaningful decision-making elements. Then, through the process of analysis and reasoning, further decisions are made. In the information age, the application of intelligent management information systems in various fields has promoted the modernization and intelligence of social development. From the perspective of intelligent decision-making, this paper analyzes the requirements of intelligent information systems and designs an intelligent information system based on mobile Internet management optimization, including system management optimization, and proposes an environment-based layer, network transport layer, and the three-tier system architecture of the smart service application layer. Finally, this paper considers the problem of data fusion after system expansion. According to the existing fuzzy fusion algorithm, a weight-based fuzzy fusion algorithm is proposed. The simulation analysis shows that the algorithm can be effectively applied in intelligent information systems.

With the development of modern science and technology, the field of UAV has also entered the era of high-tech exploration. Among them, the task planning, allocation, path exploration, and algorithm optimization of heterogeneous multi UAV technology are our main concerns. Based on the above situation, this paper proposes a heterogeneous multi UAV task planning technology based on ant colony algorithm powered BP neural network. The planning, research, and design are mainly carried out according to the actual situation of the UAV flight test, and the mathematical programming model is established according to the UAV load degree and maximum flight distance as constraints. This paper focuses on the contribution of the ant colony optimization algorithm to benefit maximization and task minimization. The experimental results show that the BP neural network optimized by the ant colony algorithm can improve the number of iterations and training time. Compared with some comparative algorithms, its performance is better.

Hand gesture recognition is a challenging topic in the field of computer vision. Multimodal hand gesture recognition based on RGB-D is with higher accuracy than that of only RGB or depth. It is not difficult to conclude that the gain originates from the complementary information existing in the two modalities. However, in reality, multimodal data are not always easy to acquire simultaneously, while unimodal RGB or depth hand gesture data are more general. Therefore, one hand gesture system is expected, in which only unimordal RGB or Depth data is supported for testing, while multimodal RGB-D data is available for training so as to attain the complementary information. Fortunately, a kind of method via multimodal training and unimodal testing has been proposed. However, unimodal feature representation and cross-modality transfer still need to be further improved. To this end, this paper proposes a new 3D-Ghost and Spatial Attention Inflated 3D ConvNet (3DGSAI) to extract high-quality features for each modality. The baseline of 3DGSAI network is Inflated 3D ConvNet (I3D), and two main improvements are proposed. One is 3D-Ghost module, and the other is the spatial attention mechanism. The 3D-Ghost module can extract richer features for hand gesture representation, and the spatial attention mechanism makes the network pay more attention to hand region. This paper also proposes an adaptive parameter for positive knowledge transfer, which ensures that the transfer always occurs from the strong modality network to the weak one. Extensive experiments on SKIG, VIVA, and NVGesture datasets demonstrate that our method is competitive with the state of the art. Especially, the performance of our method reaches 97.87% on the SKIG dataset using only RGB, which is the current best result.

Based on the BP neural network and the ARIMA model, this paper predicts the nonlinear residual of GDP and adds the predicted values of the two models to obtain the final predicted value of the model. First, the focus is on the ARMA model in the univariate time series. However, in real life, forecasts are often affected by many factors, so the following introduces the ARIMAX model in the multivariate time series. In the prediction process, the network structure and various parameters of the neural network are not given in a systematic way, so the operation of the neural network is affected by many factors. Each forecasting method has its scope of application and also has its own weaknesses caused by the characteristics of its own model. Secondly, this paper proposes an effective combination method according to the GDP characteristics and builds an improved algorithm BP neural network price prediction model, the research on the combination of GDP prediction model is currently mostly focused on the weighted form, and this article proposes another combination, namely, error correction. According to the price characteristics, we determine the appropriate number of hidden layer nodes and build a BP neural network price prediction model based on the improved algorithm. Validation of examples shows that the error-corrected GDP forecast model is also better than the weighted GDP forecast model, which shows that error correction is also a better combination of forecasting methods. The forecast results of BP neural network have lower errors and monthly prices. The relative error of prediction is about 2.5%. Through comparison with the prediction results of the ARIMA model, in the daily price prediction, the relative error of the BP neural network prediction is 1.5%, which is lower than the relative error of the ARIMA model of 2%.

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the utilization of data and information in the logistics distribution path optimization system of e-commerce, but it is difficult to have scientific guarantee in the process of determining the optimal distribution path scheme of e-commerce. How to realize the optimization and adaptive setting of distribution path by using intelligent algorithm has become a hot spot. To battle these issues, this paper studies the logistics distribution path optimization model based on recursive fuzzy neural network algorithm. This paper analyses the research status of logistics distribution path determination scheme and applies the recursive fuzzy neural network algorithm in the selection of e-commerce logistics distribution path scheme. The experimental results show that the recursive fuzzy neural network algorithm can realize the optimization of e-commerce logistics distribution path, and the best distribution route can be made according to the characteristic difference of logistics distribution route, and its distribution accuracy can reach more than 97%.

With the advent of the information age, human demand for information is increasing day by day. The emergence of the concept of big data has triggered a new round of technological revolution, and visual information plays an important role in information. In order to obtain a better 3D model, this paper studies the reconstruction model of training motion 3D images based on a graphical neural network algorithm. This paper studies the problem of Sanda from the following two aspects. First, we try to apply two deep learning algorithms, graphical neural network and recurrent neural network, to the boxing movement recognition task and compare the effects with quadratic discriminant analysis and support vector machine. By comparing and analyzing the influence of different network structures on the deep learning algorithm, it is concluded that recurrent neural network has more practical application advantages than graph neural network in network structure parameter tuning.

Parkinson’s disease is a common chronic disease that affects a large number of people. In the real world, however, Parkinson’s disease can result in a loss of physical performance, which is classified as a movement disorder by clinicians. Parkinson’s disease is currently diagnosed primarily through clinical symptoms, which are highly dependent on clinician experience. As a result, there is a need for effective early detection methods. Traditional machine learning algorithms filter out many inherently relevant features in the process of dimensionality reduction and feature classification, lowering the classification model’s performance. To solve this problem and ensure high correlation between features while reducing dimensionality to achieve the goal of improving classification performance, this paper proposes a recurrent neural network classification model based on self attention and motion perception. Using a combination of self-attention mechanism and recurrent neural network, as well as wearable inertial sensors, the model classifies and trains the five brain area features extracted from MRI and DTI images (cerebral gray matter, white matter, cerebrospinal fluid density, and so on). Clinical and exercise data can be combined to produce characteristic parameters that can be used to describe movement sluggishness. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper improves the recognition performance of Parkinson’s disease, which is better than the compared methods by 2.45% to 12.07%.

It is difficult for the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) to recognize targets similar to the environment in lacking data labels. Moreover, the complex underwater environment and the refraction of light cause the AUV to be unable to extract the complete significant features of the target. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes an underwater distortion target recognition network (UDTRNet) that can enhance image features. Firstly, this paper extracts the significant features of the image by minimizing the info noise contrastive estimation (InfoNCE) loss. Secondly, this paper constructs the dynamic correlation matrix to capture the spatial semantic relationship of the target and uses the matrix to extract spatial semantic features. Finally, this paper fuses the significant features and spatial semantic features of the target and trains the target recognition model through cross-entropy loss. The experimental results show that the mean average precision (mAP) of the algorithm in this paper increases by 1.52% in recognizing underwater blurred images.

In this paper, the analysis of intracavitary electrocardiograms is used to guide the mining of abnormal cardiac rhythms in patients with hidden heart disease, and the algorithm is improved to address the data imbalance problem existing in the abnormal electrocardiogram signals, and a weight-based automatic classification algorithm for deep convolutional neural network electrocardiogram signals is proposed. By preprocessing the electrocardiogram data from the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database, the experimental dataset training algorithm model is obtained, and the algorithm model is migrated into the project. In terms of system design and implementation, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the electrocardiogram monitoring system platform, the overall design of the system was carried out in terms of functional and performance requirements according to the system realization goal, and a mobile platform system capable of classifying common abnormal electrocardiogram signals was developed. The system is capable of long-term monitoring and can invoke the automatic classification algorithm model of electrocardiogram signals for analysis. In this paper, the functional logic test and performance test were conducted on the main functional modules of the system. The test results show that the system can run stably and monitor electrocardiogram signals for a long time and can correctly call the deep convolutional neural network-based automatic electrocardiogram signal classification algorithm to analyze the electrocardiogram signals and achieve the requirements of displaying the electrocardiogram signal waveform, analyzing the heartbeat type, and calculating the average heart rate, which achieves the goal of real-time continuous monitoring and analysis of the electrocardiogram signals.

Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) has nearly fifty years of history and has assisted many clinicians in the diagnosis. With the development of technology, recently, researches use the deep learning method to get high accuracy results in the CAD system. With CAD, the computer output can be used as a second choice for radiologists and contribute to doctors doing the final right decisions. Chest abnormality detection is a classic detection and classification problem; researchers need to classify common thoracic lung diseases and localize critical findings. For the detection problem, there are two deep learning methods: one-stage method and two-stage method. In our paper, we introduce and analyze some representative model, such as RCNN, SSD, and YOLO series. In order to better solve the problem of chest abnormality detection, we proposed a new model based on YOLOv5 and ResNet50. YOLOv5 is the latest YOLO series, which is more flexible than the one-stage detection algorithms before. The function of YOLOv5 in our paper is to localize the abnormality region. On the other hand, we use ResNet, avoiding gradient explosion problems in deep learning for classification. And we filter the result we got from YOLOv5 and ResNet. If ResNet recognizes that the image is not abnormal, the YOLOv5 detection result is discarded. The dataset is collected via VinBigData’s web-based platform, VinLab. We train our model on the dataset using Pytorch frame and use the mAP, precision, and F1-score as the metrics to evaluate our model’s performance. In the progress of experiments, our method achieves superior performance over the other classical approaches on the same dataset. The experiments show that YOLOv5’s mAP is 0.010, 0.020, 0.023 higher than those of YOLOv5, Fast RCNN, and EfficientDet. In addition, in the dimension of precision, our model also performs better than other models. The precision of our model is 0.512, which is 0.018, 0.027, 0.033 higher than YOLOv5, Fast RCNN, and EfficientDet.

With the increasing importance of mathematics in basic education, how to evaluate and analyze the intelligent effect of mathematics teaching classroom through scientific methods has become one of the indicators to evaluate the intelligent classroom. This paper studies the design and application of mathematics teaching intelligent classroom based on the PCA-NN (principal component analysis-neural network) algorithm. Firstly, this paper briefly describes the current research status of mathematics teaching intelligent classroom design and PCA-NN algorithm. Secondly, combined with the key factors of mathematics teaching, it formulates specific standards and puts forward an adaptive strategy of intelligent and personalized intelligent mathematics teaching classroom. Finally, the algorithm is verified by experiments. The results show that, for students with different mathematics basic levels, the mathematics teaching intelligent classroom based on the PCA-NN algorithm can effectively improve the quality of mathematics classroom teaching. Through the research on the factors such as teaching quality, effect, and interaction mode involved in the process of mathematics teaching classroom design, the intelligent classroom design factors affecting teaching quality are determined. This paper analyzes and studies the system from different angles. The research results provide some help for the current quality evaluation of classroom teaching and use the PCA-NN algorithm to make quantitative analysis and multivariate verification of mathematics classroom teaching effect.

This paper incorporates the adaptive neurofuzzy inference system (ANFIS) technique to model the yield of bio-oil. The estimation of this parameter was performed according to pyrolysis conditions and biomass compositions of feedstock. For this purpose, this paper innovates two optimization methods including a genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Primary data were gathered from previous studies and included 244 data of biodiesel oils. The findings showed a coefficient determination ( R 2 ) of 0.937 and RMSE of 2.1053 for the GA-ANFIS model, and a coefficient determination ( R 2 ) of 0.968 and RMSE of 1.4443 for PSO-ANFIS. This study indicates the capability of the PSO-ANFIS algorithm in the estimation of the bio-oil yield. According to the performed analysis, this model shows a higher ability than the previously presented models in predicting the target values and can be a suitable alternative to time-consuming and difficult experimental tests.

Nowadays, finding the optimal route for vehicles through online vehicle path planning is one of the main problems that the logistics industry needs to solve. Due to the uncertainty of the transportation system, especially the last-mile delivery problem of small packages in uncertain logistics transportation, the calculation of logistics vehicle routing planning becomes more complex than before. Most of the existing solutions are less applied to new technologies such as machine learning, and most of them use a heuristic algorithm. This kind of solution not only needs to set a lot of constraints but also requires much calculation time in the logistics network with high demand density. To design the uncertain logistics transportation path with minimum time, this paper proposes a new optimization strategy based on deep reinforcement learning that converts the uncertain online logistics routing problems into vehicle path planning problems and designs an embedded pointer network for obtaining the optimal solution. Considering the long time to solve the neural network, it is unrealistic to train parameters through supervised data. This article uses an unsupervised method to train the parameters. Because the process of parameter training is offline, this strategy can avoid the high delay. Through the simulation part, it is not difficult to see that the strategy proposed in this paper will effectively solve the uncertain logistics scheduling problem under the limited computing time, and it is significantly better than other strategies. Compared with traditional mathematical procedures, the algorithm proposed in this paper can reduce the driving distance by 60.71%. In addition, this paper also studies the impact of some key parameters on the effect of the program.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in recent years, the research on image processing, text mining, and genome informatics has gradually deepened, and the mining of large-scale databases has begun to receive more and more attention. The objects of data mining have also become more complex, and the data dimensions of mining objects have become higher and higher. Compared with the ultra-high data dimensions, the number of samples available for analysis is too small, resulting in the production of high-dimensional small sample data. High-dimensional small sample data will bring serious dimensional disasters to the mining process. Through feature selection, redundancy and noise features in high-dimensional small sample data can be effectively eliminated, avoiding dimensional disasters and improving the actual efficiency of mining algorithms. However, the existing feature selection methods emphasize the classification or clustering performance of the feature selection results and ignore the stability of the feature selection results, which will lead to unstable feature selection results, and it is difficult to obtain real and understandable features. Based on the traditional feature selection method, this paper proposes an ensemble feature selection method, Random Bits Forest Recursive Clustering Eliminate (RBF-RCE) feature selection method, combined with multiple sets of basic classifiers to carry out parallel learning and screen out the best feature classification results, optimizes the classification performance of traditional feature selection methods, and can also improve the stability of feature selection. Then, this paper analyzes the reasons for the instability of feature selection and introduces a feature selection stability measurement method, the Intersection Measurement (IM), to evaluate whether the feature selection process is stable. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments on several groups of high-dimensional small sample data sets.

Today, the global exchange market has been the world’s largest trading market, whose volume could reach nearly 5.345 trillion US dollars, attracting a large number of investors. Based on the perspective of investors and investment institutions, this paper combines theory with practice and creatively puts forward an innovative model of double objective optimization measurement of exchange forecast analysis portfolio. To be more specific, this paper proposes two algorithms to predict the volatility of exchange, which are deep learning and NSGA-II-based dual-objective measurement optimization algorithms for the exchange investment portfolio. Compared with typical traditional exchange rate prediction algorithms, the deep learning model has more accurate results and the NSGA-II-based model further optimizes the selection of investment portfolios and finally gives investors a more reasonable investment portfolio plan. In summary, the proposal of this article can effectively help investors make better investments and decision-making in the exchange market.

With the further development of the construction of “smart mine,” the establishment of three-dimensional (3D) point cloud models of mines has become very common. However, the truck operation caused the 3D point cloud model of the mining area to contain dust points, and the 3D point cloud model established by the Context Capture modeling software is a hollow structure. The previous point cloud denoising algorithms caused holes in the model. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes the point cloud denoising method based on orthogonal total least squares fitting and two-layer extreme learning machine improved by genetic algorithm (GA-TELM). The steps are to separate dust points and ground points by orthogonal total least squares fitting and use GA-TELM to repair holes. The advantages of the proposed method are listed as follows. First, this method could denoise without generating holes, which solves engineering problems. Second, GA-TELM has a better effect in repairing holes compared with the other methods considered in this paper. Finally, this method starts from actual problems and could be used in mining areas with the same problems. Experimental results demonstrate that it can remove dust spots in the flat area of the mine effectively and ensure the integrity of the model.

In order to improve the selection and exploration effect of cultural and creative tourist attractions, this paper applies BP network to the selection and search of cultural and creative tourist attractions. Moreover, this paper improves the algorithm to promote the interrelation of cultural and creative industries and tourism industries to promote each other to form a complex and changeable dynamic system and proposes a personalized recommendation model for tourist attractions based on domain adaptation. Domain adaptation can effectively reduce the distribution difference between different data. In addition, this paper combines experimental research to verify the system model of this paper. The research results show that the cultural and creative tourist attractions selection search system based on the BP network proposed in this paper has a good selection effect of tourist attractions and has an important role in promoting the development of cultural and creative tourism.

To better prevent the potential risks in Internet-based Supply Chain Financing (SCF) products, this paper optimizes and evaluates the Internet-based SCF-oriented Credit Risk Evaluation (CRE) method. Firstly, this paper summarizes 12 risk factors of SCF business, establishes a Risk Assessment Index System (RAIS) with good consistency and stability; then, the principles of Backpropagation (BP) Neural Network (NN) is expounded together with Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) model. Consequently, a CRE model is implemented by the NN tools in MATLAB based on the collection of multiple groups of SCF-oriented risk assessment samples. Subsequently, the assessment samples are trained and tested. Finally, the SCF-oriented CRE model is proposed and verified. The results show that the BP-GA model has presented high prediction consistency with the actual classification. According to the comparison of classification results of SVM, BP model, and BP-GA model, the classification accuracy of test samples of the proposed Internet-based SCF-oriented CRE system using BP-GA model reaches 97.19%; the Type I and Type II error rate of the CRE system based on BP-GA model is 7.2% and 14.21%, respectively. Therefore, a suitable SCF-oriented CRE method is put forward for China’s commercial banks along with scientific and feasible suggestions to manage SCF-oriented credit risks more reasonably and effectively.

With the continuous development of China’s cultural industry, people’s health has become one of the topics of the highest concern. Therefore, all the application models of physical health test data in the actual analysis have become the current research focus and trend direction of healthy constitution. This paper summarizes the significant problems in the analysis of physical health test data, through the comprehensive analysis and investigation of physical health test data, combined with the measurement of the test indicators, through the analysis and processing system of youth physical health data, the use process of national youth group physical health standard data management software, and decision tree intelligent algorithm in physical health. The research steps of test data analysis and application model summarize the application characteristics of physical health test data in the application process. Based on this, a decision tree intelligent algorithm is proposed, and the corresponding functions and optimization formulas of the algorithm are substituted. In the process of actual sample checking calculation, each weight range and corresponding errors are inferred and analyzed by combining examples. This paper summarizes the application model and optimization model of health test data analysis based on decision tree intelligent algorithm. Through the repeated test of the research data, the feasible area and application scope of the algorithm are obtained, and the practical optimization scheme and application ideas under the algorithm are obtained.

During the last two decades, as computer technology has matured and business scenarios have diversified, the scale of application of computer systems in various industries has continued to expand, resulting in a huge increase in industry data. As for the medical industry, huge unstructured data has been accumulated, so exploring how to use medical image data more effectively to efficiently complete diagnosis has an important practical impact. For a long time, China has been striving to promote the process of medical informatization, and the combination of big data and artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies in the medical field has become a hot industry and a new development trend. This paper focuses on cardiovascular diseases and uses relevant deep learning methods to realize automatic analysis and diagnosis of medical images and verify the feasibility of AI-assisted medical treatment. We have tried to achieve a complete diagnosis of cardiovascular medical imaging and localize the vulnerable lesion area. (1) We tested the classical object based on a convolutional neural network and experiment, explored the region segmentation algorithm, and showed its application scenarios in the field of medical imaging. (2) According to the data and task characteristics, we built a network model containing classification nodes and regression nodes. After the multitask joint drill, the effect of diagnosis and detection was also enhanced. In this paper, a weighted loss function mechanism is used to improve the imbalance of data between classes in medical image analysis, and the effect of the model is enhanced. (3) In the actual medical process, many medical images have the label information of high-level categories but lack the label information of low-level lesions. The proposed system exposes the possibility of lesion localization under weakly supervised conditions by taking cardiovascular imaging data to resolve these issues. Experimental results have verified that the proposed deep learning-enabled model has the capacity to resolve the aforementioned issues with minimum possible changes in the underlined infrastructure.

In recent years, many scholars have conducted in-depth and extensive research on the mechanical properties, preparation methods, and structural optimization of grid structural materials. In this paper, the structural characteristics of composite intelligent grid are studied by combining theoretical analysis with experiments. According to the existing conditions in the laboratory, the equilateral triangular grid structure experimental pieces were prepared. In this paper, principal component analysis combined with nearest neighbor method was used to detect the damage of composite plates. On this basis, the multiobjective robustness optimization of the structure is carried out based on artificial intelligence algorithm, which makes the structure quality and its sensitivity to uncertain parameters lower. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used in neural network training. The damage characteristics of different grid structures, different impact positions, and different impact energies were studied. The results show that the structural damage types, areas, and propagation characteristics are very different when the structure is impacted at different positions, which verifies that the grid structure has a good ability to limit the damage diffusion and shows that the grid structure has a good ability to resist damage.

For a long time, college English teaching in many Chinese universities has focused on cultivating students’ reading abilities while ignoring the cultivation of students’ speaking abilities, leaving many non-English majors unable to communicate in English even after years of English study. This paper outlines the entire design and development process for an intelligent correction system for spoken English, with a focus on the methods for implementing the functions of spoken English examination, question bank management, and marking. A multifeature fusion of SE (sample entropy) and MFCC (Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient) based speech emotion recognition method is proposed. It denotes the rate at which the SE nonlinear dynamic system generates new data. It can be used to describe the dynamic fluctuation of speech signals in response to various emotions. To process SE and its statistics, as well as MFCC, and calculate the probability that they belong to one of six emotions, the support vector machine is used. The spoken English recognition algorithm described in this paper has obvious performance improvements in many indicators, according to the experimental evaluation.

At present, the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer have always been one of the research hotspots in the medical field. Early diagnosis and treatment of this disease are necessary means to improve the survival rate of lung cancer patients and reduce their mortality. The introduction of computer-aided diagnosis technology can easily, quickly, and accurately identify the lung nodule area as an imaging feature of early lung cancer for the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer and is helpful for the quantitative analysis of the characteristics of lung nodules and is useful for distinguishing benign and malignant lung nodules. Growth provides an objective diagnostic reference standard. This paper studies ITK and VTK toolkits and builds a system platform with MFC. By studying the process of doctors diagnosing lung nodules, the whole system is divided into seven modules: suspected lung shadow detection, image display and image annotation, and interaction. The system passes through the entire lung nodule auxiliary diagnosis process and obtains the number of nodules, the number of malignant nodules, and the number of false positives in each set of lung CT images to analyze the performance of the auxiliary diagnosis system. In this paper, a lung region segmentation method is proposed, which makes use of the obvious differences between the lung parenchyma and other human tissues connected with it, as well as the position relationship and shape characteristics of each human tissue in the image. Experiments are carried out to solve the problems of lung boundary, inaccurate segmentation of lung wall, and depression caused by noise and pleural nodule adhesion. Experiments show that there are 2316 CT images in 8 sets of images of different patients, and the number of nodules is 56. A total of 49 nodules were detected by the system, 7 were missed, and the detection rate was 87.5%. A total of 64 false-positive nodules were detected, with an average of 8 per set of images. This shows that the system is effective for CT images of different devices, pixel pitch, and slice pitch and has high sensitivity, which can provide doctors with good advice.

In order to improve the effect of copying and recreation of painting works, this paper combines mobile digital multimedia big data technology to improve the image coding algorithm, identify the characteristics of existing works, apply the algorithm to the detailed analysis of painting works, and construct the main functional structure modules of the system. Moreover, this paper combines the existing hardware equipment to construct the painting works’ recreation system and obtains the image processing module. After the system is constructed, the effect of copying and recreating painting works is analyzed through the mobile digital multimedia big data analysis technology. Finally, this paper constructs the system of this paper through simulation methods and uses experiments to calculate the feature recognition effect and copy effect of the painting works of the system. Through experimental analysis, it can be known that the copying and recreation system of painting works based on mobile digital multimedia big data analysis proposed in this paper can help painters effectively improve the effect of recreation.

Due to the black box model nature of convolutional neural networks, computer-aided diagnosis methods based on depth learning are usually poorly interpretable. Therefore, the diagnosis results obtained by these unexplained methods are difficult to gain the trust of patients and doctors, which limits their application in the medical field. To solve this problem, an interpretable depth learning image segmentation framework is proposed in this paper for processing brain tumor magnetic resonance images. A gradient-based class activation mapping method is introduced into the segmentation model based on pyramid structure to visually explain it. The pyramid structure constructs global context information with features after multiple pooling layers to improve image segmentation performance. Therefore, class activation mapping is used to visualize the features concerned by each layer of pyramid structure and realize the interpretation of PSPNet. After training and testing the model on the public dataset BraTS2018, several sets of visualization results were obtained. By analyzing these visualization results, the effectiveness of pyramid structure in brain tumor segmentation task is proved, and some improvements are made to the structure of pyramid model based on the shortcomings of the model shown in the visualization results. In summary, the interpretable brain tumor image segmentation method proposed in this paper can well explain the role of pyramid structure in brain tumor image segmentation, which provides a certain idea for the application of interpretable method in brain tumor segmentation and has certain practical value for the evaluation and optimization of brain tumor segmentation model.

To improve the effect of urban agricultural garden landscape planning and design, this paper combines the agricultural Internet of Things technology to construct a smart garden planning and design system. Moreover, this paper selects the LEACH protocol that can support monitoring for a long time according to actual application needs, introduces the latest swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, the gray wolf algorithm, to optimize some of the problems in the LEACH protocol, and conducts simulation experiments on the improved algorithm. The simulation experiment results show that the improved algorithm has obvious advantages in cluster head selection, data transmission within the cluster, and route maintenance. After constructing a smart garden planning system based on the agricultural Internet of Things, the effect of the agricultural Internet of Things data processing in this paper is evaluated. Finally, this paper constructs a garden simulation system and analyzes the performance of the system. The results verify that the agricultural Internet of Things has a good effect in the planning and design of smart gardens.

This paper introduces the basic concepts and main characteristics of parallel self-organizing networks and analyzes and predicts parallel self-organizing networks through neural networks and their hybrid models. First, we train and describe the law and development trend of the parallel self-organizing network through historical data of the parallel self-organizing network and then use the discovered law to predict the performance of the new data and compare it with its true value. Second, this paper takes the prediction and application of chaotic parallel self-organizing networks as the main research line and neural networks as the main research method. Based on the summary and analysis of traditional neural networks, it jumps out of inertial thinking and first proposes phase space. Reconstruction parameters and neural network structure parameters are unified and optimized, and then, the idea of dividing the phase space into multiple subspaces is proposed. The multi-neural network method is adopted to track and predict the local trajectory of the chaotic attractor in the subspace with high precision to improve overall forecasting performance. During the experiment, short-term and longer-term prediction experiments were performed on the chaotic parallel self-organizing network. The results show that not only the accuracy of the simulation results is greatly improved but also the prediction performance of the real data observed in reality is also greatly improved. When predicting the parallel self-organizing network, the minimum error of the self-organizing difference model is 0.3691, and the minimum error of the self-organizing autoregressive neural network is 0.008, and neural network minimum error is 0.0081. In the parallel self-organizing network prediction of sports event scores, the errors of the above models are 0.0174, 0.0081, 0.0135, and 0.0381, respectively.

The angiography image enhancement technology has the potential to enhance the vascular structure in the image while suppressing the background and nonvascular structures simultaneously. This technology has the ability to enhance the result as close to the real structure of blood vessels as possible. Angiographic image processing is one of the essential contents in the field of medical image processing and analysis. However, the existing cardiovascular angiography schemes suffer from various issues. In this paper, the detection process of cardiovascular angiography is studied by combining the Internet of Things and rough set technology. Firstly, this paper designs the architecture design of the cardiovascular angiography process combined with the Internet of Things technology. Secondly, this paper uses a rough set algorithm to optimize the background noise and boundary shrinkage because of the sensitivity of the contrast background noise and boundary shrinkage. Simulation results verified the applicability and efficiency of the proposed model in the cardiovascular angiography scheme. The model has been optimized during implementation. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the same image data processing speed is significantly improved to ensure the enhancement effect.

Based on data mining technology, this paper applies a combination of theoretical and practical approaches to systematically describe the background and basic concepts related to the generation of data mining-related technologies. The classical data mining process is analyzed in depth and in detail, and the method of building a decision support system for education management based on the B/S model is studied. Not only are the data mining techniques applied to this system, but also the decision tree model with the improved ID3 algorithm is implemented in this thesis, which is further applied to the educational management decision support system of this topic. The load of the client computer is reduced, and the client computer only needs to run a small part of the program. This paper focuses on the following aspects: the overall planning of the educational management decision support system based on data mining technology. From the actual educational management work, we analyze the requirements and design each functional module of this system in detail, applying the system functional structure diagram and functional use case diagram to represent the functional structure of the system and using flow charts to illustrate the workflow of the system as a whole and in parts. The logical structure design, entity-relationship design, and physical model design of the database have been carried out. To improve the efficiency of the system, the ID3 algorithm was improved on this basis to reduce the time complexity of its operation, improve the efficiency of the system operation, and achieve the goal of assessing and predicting the teaching quality of teachers. The development and design of this system provide an efficient, convenient, scientific, and reliable system tool to reduce the workload of education administrators and, more importantly, to make reasonable and effective use of the large amount of data generated in the management, and data mining techniques are used to extract valuable and potential information from these data, which can be more scientific and efficient for the teaching of teachers and students. It can provide reliable, referenceable, and valuable information for managers to make assessments and decisions.

The design of efficient combination therapies is a difficult key challenge in the treatment of complex diseases such as cancers. The large heterogeneity of cancers and the large number of available drugs renders exhaustive in vivo or even in vitro investigation of possible treatments impractical. In recent years, sophisticated mechanistic, ordinary differential equation-based pathways models that can predict treatment responses at a molecular level have been developed. However, surprisingly little effort has been put into leveraging these models to find novel therapies. In this paper we use for the first time, to our knowledge, a large-scale state-of-the-art pan-cancer signaling pathway model to identify candidates for novel combination therapies to treat individual cancer cell lines from various tissues (e.g., minimizing proliferation while keeping dosage low to avoid adverse side effects) and populations of heterogeneous cancer cell lines (e.g., minimizing the maximum or average proliferation across the cell lines while keeping dosage low). We also show how our method can be used to optimize the drug combinations used in sequential treatment plans—that is, optimized sequences of potentially different drug combinations—providing additional benefits. In order to solve the treatment optimization problems, we combine the Covariance Matrix Adaptation Evolution Strategy (CMA-ES) algorithm with a significantly more scalable sampling scheme for truncated Gaussian distributions, based on a Hamiltonian Monte-Carlo method. These optimization techniques are independent of the signaling pathway model, and can thus be adapted to find treatment candidates for other complex diseases than cancers as well, as long as a suitable predictive model is available., Author summary Combination therapies are a promising approach to counter complex diseases such as cancers. Two key difficulties in the design of effective cancer combination therapies are the large number of available drugs and the heterogeneity of cancers which render exhaustive laboratory studies impractical. In recent years, sophisticated signaling pathway models that can predict responses to combination treatments at a molecular level have been developed. This motivates the question of how one can leverage mechanistic models to identify candidates for novel combination treatments. In this paper we propose a combination treatment optimization framework which employs a large-scale pan-cancer pathway model. We formulate treatment optimization problems for single cell lines and heterogeneous populations of cancer cells. We further investigate sequential treatment plans and combine an existing evolutionary algorithm with an efficient Hamiltonian Monte-Carlo based sampling scheme. During extensive simulation studies our approach identified combination therapies which are predicted to be more effective than conventional treatments. We hope that one day in silico experiments will be used to identify a small set of promising treatment candidates which can then form a starting point for laboratory studies, allowing for an efficient use of limited resources and accelerated discovery of effective therapies.

Background: This paper focuses on advances in crowd control study with an emphasis on high-density crowds, particularly Hajj crowds. Video analysis and visual surveillance have been of increasing importance in order to enhance the safety and security of pilgrimages in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Hajj is considered to be a particularly distinctive event, with hundreds of thousands of people gathering in a small space, which does not allow a precise analysis of video footage using advanced video and computer vision algorithms. This paper aims to propose an algorithm based on a Convolutional Neural Networks model specifically for Hajj applications. Additionally, the work introduces a system for counting and then estimating the crowd density. Methods: The model adopts an architecture which detects each person in the crowd, spots head location with a bounding box and does the counting in our own novel dataset (HAJJ-Crowd). Results: Our algorithm outperforms the state-of-the-art method, and attains a remarkable Mean Absolute Error result of 200 (average of 82.0 improvement) and Mean Square Error of 240 (average of 135.54 improvement). Conclusions: In our new HAJJ-Crowd dataset for evaluation and testing, we have a density map and prediction results of some standard methods.

PurposeThe aim of the paper is to identify management practices that are characteristic for SMEs that achieve market success measured by their business performance in last their years of their operation analyze the relationships between management practices applied in small and medium-sized enterprises and their success measured by their business performance drawing on the data from 2710 SMEs operating on the Polish market.Approach/Methodology/DesignA cluster analysis was used to distinguish homogenous SME groups in view of their management practices. We examined differences between groups in terms of their business performance. The HINoV algorithm allowed six variables to be selected out of 32 management practices chosen initially for testing, with these variables providing the basis for grouping. Modal values and medians were calculated for 17 business performance measures in the three clusters produced. The subsequent analysis of those findings was focused on capturing significant differences.FindingsIn the group of 2710 Polish SMEs, it was possible to verify that there existed an association between management practices in the field of modern HRM, computer systems supporting management and the company’s economic performance, as measured by an increase in net revenue and number of customers over the last three years. In clusters where the above mentioned practices were appreciated, modal and median values of the increase reported in net revenue and number of customers were significantly higher.Practical implicationsThe research has shown that at a time marked by a shortage of highly skilled personnel one should pay particular attention to building an integrated and committed team of workers and to employee empowerment. The research has also shown that SME managers monitor only a fraction of basic business performance measures, which may prove to be a major risk to SMEs.Originality/ValuePrevious studies have been largely conducted in a fragmentary manner, i.e. they were concerned with the relationships between the application of some practices (strategic management, BPR, entrepreneurial orientation, monitoring, etc.) and selected business effectiveness measures. In this paper, the research covered SME management practices from a variety of areas which were then compared with the entrepreneurs’ assessment as to whether the company’s economic condition changed over the last three years. It is also the first attempt in post-socialist economies to identify those SME management practices that are related to better economic results.

The rationalization of human resource management is helpful for enterprises to efficiently train talents in the field, improve the management mode, and increase the overall resource utilization rate of enterprises. The current computational models applied in the field of human resources are usually based on statistical computation, which can no longer meet the processing needs of massive data and do not take into account the hidden characteristics of data, which can easily lead to the problem of information scarcity. The paper combines recurrent convolutional neural network and traditional human resource allocation algorithm and designs a double recurrent neural network job matching recommendation algorithm applicable to the human resource field, which can improve the traditional algorithm data training quality problem. In the experimental part of the algorithm, the arithmetic F1 value in the paper is 0.823, which is 20.1% and 7.4% higher than the other two algorithms, respectively, indicating that the algorithm can improve the hidden layer features of the data and then improve the training quality of the data and improve the job matching and recommendation accuracy.

Ship radiated noise is an important information source of underwater acoustic targets, and it is of great significance to the identification and classification of ship targets. However, there are a lot of interference noises in the water, which leads to the reduction of the model recognition rate. Therefore, the recognition results of radiated noise targets are severely affected. This paper proposes a machine learning Dempster–Shafer (ML-DS) decision fusion method. The algorithm combines the recognition results of machine learning and deep learning. It uses evidence-based decision-making theory to realize feature fusion under different neural network classifiers and improve the accuracy of judgment. First, deep learning algorithms are used to classify two-dimensional spectrogram features and one-dimensional amplitude features extracted from CNN and LSTM networks. The machine learning algorithm SVM is used to classify the chromaticity characteristics of radiated noise. Then, according to the classification results of different classifiers, a basic probability assignment model (BPA) was designed to fuse the recognition results of the classifiers. Finally, according to the classification characteristics of machine learning and deep learning, combined with the decision-making of D-S evidence theory of different times, the decision-making fusion of radiated noise is realized. The results of the experiment show that the two fusions of deep learning combined with one fusion of machine learning can significantly improve the recognition results of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) datasets. The lowest fusion recognition result can reach 76.01%, and the average fusion recognition rate can reach 94.92%. Compared with the traditional single feature recognition algorithm, the recognition accuracy is greatly improved. Compared with the traditional one-step fusion algorithm, it can effectively integrate the recognition results of heterogeneous data and heterogeneous networks. The identification method based on ML-DS proposed in this paper can be applied in the field of ship radiated noise identification.

Most traditional superpixel segmentation methods used binary logic to generate superpixels for natural images. When these methods are used for images with significantly fuzzy characteristics, the boundary pixels sometimes cannot be correctly classified. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a Superpixel Method Based on Fuzzy Theory (SMBFT), which uses fuzzy theory as a guide and traditional fuzzy c -means clustering algorithm as a baseline. This method can make full use of the advantage of the fuzzy clustering algorithm in dealing with the images with the fuzzy characteristics. Boundary pixels which have higher uncertainties can be correctly classified with maximum probability. The superpixel has homogeneous pixels. Meanwhile, the paper also uses the surrounding neighborhood pixels to constrain the spatial information, which effectively alleviates the negative effects of noise. The paper tests on the images from Berkeley database and brain MR images from the Brain web. In addition, this paper proposes a comprehensive criterion to measure the weights of two kinds of criterions in choosing superpixel methods for color images. An evaluation criterion for medical image data sets employs the internal entropy of superpixels which is inspired by the concept of entropy in the information theory. The experimental results show that this method has superiorities than traditional methods both on natural images and medical images.
