Education informatization is an inevitable change in using information technology for education development in the education field in the information age. This study firstly takes Guilin college teachers as the research object, based on the ADDIE model and optimized BP neural network algorithm, and tries to understand the current situation of using informationized teaching resources of basic modeling course college teachers. Secondly, by analyzing the data collected from students’ evaluation of the ability to use informationized teaching resources of drawing design teachers in the basic modeling course, we found that there are still some problems in the informationized teaching of basic modeling courses in colleges and universities, and we explore these problems in depth. The analysis shows that 80.9% of teachers will use teaching equipment when teaching and 92.72% of teachers will use teaching tools. The students rated the teachers’ ability to use informatization teaching resources highly, and about 50% thought that teachers could use them. College teachers need to establish an awareness of lifelong learning and take the initiative to adapt to the needs of information-based teaching.

Exploring the influence of the ADDIE education model on teaching cultural and creative product design to promote the improvement of the quality of teaching cultural and creative product design. Starting from the ADDIE education model, this paper analyzes the five components of the model and the specific functions of each component. The logistic regression algorithm that constitutes the analysis module of the ADDIE education model is introduced, and a sparse prior factor is introduced to optimize the logistic regression algorithm; then, a sparse logistic regression algorithm is constructed to solve the likelihood function of the weight vector. Finally, the ADDIE education model is used to analyze the indicators of cultural and creative product design teaching in two aspects: the teaching objectives and teaching principles of cultural and creative product design. From the teaching objectives, the influence of cognitive, skill, and emotional objectives accounted for 47.11%, 44.41% and 51.26%, respectively. From the teaching principles, the percentages of uniqueness, practicality, and attractiveness are 51.5%, 43.7%, and 40.3%, respectively. Based on the ADDIE education model can affect the emotional goals and uniqueness in the teaching of cultural and creative product design, and it is necessary to focus on the emotional teaching of product design as well as diversified and differentiated teaching in design teaching in order to enhance better the learners’ interest degree in cultural and creative product design.

As a Brassica crop, Brassica napus typically has single flowers that contain four petals. The double-flower phenotype of rapeseed has been a desirable trait in China because of its potential commercial value in ornamental tourism. However, few double-flowered germplasms have been documented in B. napus, and knowledge of the underlying genes is limited. Here, B. napus D376 was characterized as a double-flowered strain that presented an average of 10.92 ± 1.40 petals and other normal floral organs. F1, F2 and BC1 populations were constructed by crossing D376 with a single-flowered line reciprocally. Genetic analysis revealed that the double-flower trait was a recessive trait controlled by multiple genes. To identify the key genes controlling the double-flower trait, bulk segregant analysis sequencing (BSA-seq) and RNA-seq analyses were conducted on F2 individual bulks with opposite extreme phenotypes. Through BSA-seq, one candidate interval was mapped at the region of chromosome C05: 14.56–16.17 Mb. GO and KEGG enrichment analyses revealed that the DEGs were significantly enriched in carbohydrate metabolic processes, notably starch and sucrose metabolism. Interestingly, five and thirty-six DEGs associated with floral development were significantly up- and down-regulated, respectively, in the double-flowered plants. A combined analysis of BSA-seq and RNA-seq data revealed that five genes were candidates associated with the double flower trait, and BnaC05.ERS2 was the most promising gene. These findings provide novel insights into the breeding of double-flowered varieties and lay a theoretical foundation for unveiling the molecular mechanisms of floral development in B. napus. The scientific field concerned with the study of regeneration has developed rapidly in recent years. Stem cell therapy is a highly promising therapeutic modality for repairing tissue defects; however, several limitations exist, such as cytotoxicity, potential immune rejection, and ethical issues. Exosomes secreted by stem cells are cell‐specific secreted vesicles that play a regulatory role in many biological functions in the human body; they not only have a series of functional roles of stem cells and exert the expected therapeutic effects, but they can also overcome the mass limitations of stem cells and are thus considered in the research as an alternative treatment strategy for stem cells. Since dental stem cell‐derived exosomes (DSC‐Exos) are easy to acquire and present modulating effects in several fields, including neurovascular regeneration and craniofacial soft and hard tissue regeneration processes, they are served as an emerging cell‐free therapeutic strategy in various systematic diseases. There is a growing body of research on various types of DSC‐Exos; however, they lack systematic elaboration and tabular summarization. Therefore, this review presents the isolation, characterization, and phenotypes of DSC‐Exos and focuses on their current status of functions and mechanisms, as well as the multiple challenges prior to clinical applications. Simple Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the derived neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (dNLR) in predicting the prognosis of patients with locally advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma, as well as the survival benefits from induction chemotherapy with docetaxel, cisplatin, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). The dNLR is an independent negative predictive factor for the disease. Patients with cTNM stage III disease and a low dNLR may benefit from induction chemotherapy. Background: This study aimed to evaluate the derived neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (dNLR) in predicting the prognosis of patients with locally advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma (LAOSCC) and to assess the survival benefits from docetaxel, cisplatin, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) (TPF) induction chemotherapy (IC). Methods: Patients from a phase III trial involving TPF IC in stage III/IVA OSCC patients (NCT01542931) were enrolled. Receiver operating characteristic curves were constructed, and the area under the curve was computed to determine dNLR cutoff points. Kaplan–Meier survival estimates and Cox proportional hazards models were used for longitudinal analysis. Results: A total of 224 patients were identified (median age: 55.4 years; range: 26 to 75 years; median follow-up: 90 months; range: 3.2 to 93 months). The cutoff point for the dNLR was 1.555. Multivariate analysis showed that the dNLR was an independent negative predictive factor for survival (overall survival (OS): hazard ratio (HR) = 1.154, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.018–1.309, p = 0.025; disease-free survival (DFS): HR = 1.123, 95% CI: 1.000–1.260, p = 0.050; local recurrence-free survival (LRFS): HR = 1.134, 95% CI: 1.002–1.283, p = 0.047; distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS): HR = 1.146, 95% CI: 1.010–1.300, p = 0.035). A low dNLR combined with cTNM stage III disease predicted benefit from TPF IC for the patients [OS (χ2 = 4.674, p = 0.031), DFS (χ2 = 7.134, p = 0.008), LRFS (χ2 = 5.937, p = 0.015), and DMFS (χ2 = 4.832, p = 0.028)]. Conclusions: The dNLR is an independent negative predictive factor in LAOSCC patients. Patients with cTNM stage III disease and a low dNLR can benefit from TPF IC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
