Purpose: The study attempts to discuss the feasible motivations that drive RNPOs in Malaysia to perform voluntary financial reporting despite having no mandatory obligations to do so. Institutional logic will be used as a theoretical insight to explain the motivations of voluntary reporting. Design/methodology/approach: Qualitative approach is chosen as a proposed methodology to collect primary data through semi-structured interviews with selected RNPOs representing the main four religions in Malaysia. Data triangulation will be utilised in analysing the primary findings with the related documents review. Research limitations/implications: The study will employ field-level analysis which focuses on emergence field-level structure to understand the interplay of institutional logics at a less-focused institutional field. Practical implications: The study attempts to provide a greater understanding of the underlying motivations for a less-regulated organisational structure to adopt comprehensive private-alike practices. Originality/value: The study explores the implication of highly fragmented fields in one of the less-researched areas in institutional logic (i.e., emergent field), especially in discussing how contesting multiple logics were aligned and realigned by the organisational actors in achieving legitimacy at different organisational settings. Purpose: This conceptual paper aims to further understand the challenges of adoption n virtual learning among the educators in Malaysia in the current situation of pandemic COVID-19 outbreak. This paper is adopting Diffusion Innovation Theory that was introduced by Rogers (1995). This theory is one of the most appropriate theories in investigating the adoption of technology in education system especially in higher education. Design/methodology/approach: Review of the literature in this study was made based on the five attributes in the Rogers Theory namely; Perceived Relative Advantage, Perceived Compatibility, Perceived Complexity, Perceived Trialability, and Perceived Observability. As this is a conceptual paper, only proposed methodology has been presented. In measuring all the five attributes, the data may be obtained through the survey among the selected sample. Research limitations/implications: As this is a conceptual paper, there are only some literature from the past researches, hence, in order to proceed the empirical research in the future, a wider range of literatures need to be explored in order to obtain more insightful knowledge and results. Practical implications: Proper challenge adoption in education system were anticipated to ensure a better preparation among educators that will indirectly ensure uninterrupted learning and will support the Sustainability Development Goals 4 (SDG 4), education goal which it aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all by 2030. Originality/value: This conceptual paper is anticipated to provide a new insight in the education system in the context of innovation diffusion among educators in Malaysia during this pandemic crisis. Purpose: The implementation of MCO has had a variety of impacts on the community and all sectors. Compliance orders to stay at home have led to the closure of all forms of activities as well as the education sector. Online learning introduced by the government may have a psychological impact on students as these changes occur in a very short period that might affect students' psychology. The purpose is to study the level of stress among students and find the factors that contribute to student's stress. Design/methodology/approach: This research will be surveyed the population by using Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS 21) for the level of stress and to measure the factors of stress researcher will use Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS). Keywords: Initial coin offering; ICO; ICO white paper; Textual analysis; Cryptocurrency Abstract This study examines whether the unique and common content of initial coin offering (ICO) white papers is related to ICO fund raising and post-ICO trading activities. Based on the signalling theory, we expect that high-quality ICOs can provide more unique content in their white papers to distinguish themselves from low-quality ICOs because it may be costly for low-quality ICOs to provide unique and specific information. Our results show that ICOs that have more unique or less common content in their white papers raise more funds or are subject to more active trading and higher market values in the post-ICO period.
