The culinary industry is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia, especially in restaurants that are easily found with a variety of dishes. One of them is Bendega Restaurant, which emerged along with the growth of the culinary business in the city of Denpasar. The existence of Bendega Restaurant stalls continues to survive amid the onslaught of the emergence of many restaurants. This study aims to determine whether work motivation can affect organizational commitment at Bendega Restaurant. The sample in this study was 54 respondents obtained based on the total employees of Bendega restaurant as many as 54 employees. Data was collected through interviews and surveys. The collected data were analyzed by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test, and partial test. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in Bendega Restaurant employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in Bendega Restaurant employees, and work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment in Bendega Restaurant employees. The implications of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical implications of this study support the theory of organizational commitment. Purpose: To aim of the study was to analyze the effect of authentic leadership on organizational trust and commitment in Sweden. Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. This is basically collecting data from existing resources preferably because of its low cost advantage as compared to a field research. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings: Authentic leadership in Sweden significantly enhances organizational trust and employee commitment by fostering a culture of transparency, ethical behavior, and consistency. Employees perceive authentic leaders as genuine and reliable, which boosts mutual respect and openness, leading to higher levels of job satisfaction and loyalty. This leadership style promotes open communication and collaboration, encouraging employees to share ideas and feedback, thereby driving innovation. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Transformational leadership theory, social exchange theory & leader-member exchange (LMX) theory may be used to anchor future studies on effect of authentic leadership on organizational trust and commitment in Sweden. Organizations should invest in training programs that focus on developing authentic leadership qualities among their leaders. These programs should emphasize self-awareness, transparency, ethical behavior, and consistency in actions and values. Develop organizational policies that support and promote authentic leadership behaviors. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction of ASN employees of the DKI Jakarta Province Education Office. The benefit of this research is to solve the problem of job satisfaction of ASN employees of the Jakarta Province Education Office. The population of this study were ASN employees at Jakarta Province Education Office with a sample size of 130 employees with an observation period of 2024. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction, while the independent variables used are leadership and organizational commitment, with the intervening variable used is work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with data analysis method using Structural Equation ModelPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation. This study investigates the intricate relationships between transformational leadership behaviours (TLB), job satisfaction (JS), organizational commitment (OC), and organizational citizenship behaviours (OCB) within the context of county governments in the United States. Drawing on a theoretical model that hypothesizes both direct and indirect effects of TLB on OCB, mediated by JS and OC, this research employs structural equation modelling to analyze survey data collected from 372 matched leader-follower pairs across various county governments. The findings substantiate the hypothesized model, revealing that TLB indirectly influences OCB through the mediating effects of JS and OC. Specifically, the study underscores the pivotal role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment as conduits through which transformational leadership exerts its positive impact on organizational citizenship behaviours. This research contributes to the literature by empirically validating a comprehensive model within the public sector context, thereby extending our understanding of the mechanisms through which transformational leadership fosters a conducive work environment that promotes OCB. Academic leaders at managerial universities have been confronted with significant challenges of recruiting and sustaining faculty members who are both committed to their work and satisfied with it. This study investigated the mediating effect of research self-efficacy and job stress on the relationship between transformational leadership and working attitudes. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 1,498 faculty members in total from 26 Chinese research universities. The results indicated the significant positive impact of academic leaders' transformational leadership on the positive working attitudes of Chinese university faculty members. They also indicated both positive and negative mediating effects of university faculty members' research self-efficacy and perceived job stress on the relationship between transformational leadership and working attitudes. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction to OCB and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously, by investigating the role of transformational leadership as a moderator variable at CV. Bangun Mandiri. The population of this study were all employees of CV, using testing techniques with the Smart PLS application. This study uses Measurement Model Analysis (Outer Model), Structural Model Analysis (Inner Model), and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on OCB. In contrast, Transformational Leadership has a substantial effect on OCB but does not moderate the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction with OCB. Thus, only Transformational Leadership has a direct impact on increasing OCB without strengthening other relationships.

The objective of this study is to investigate how transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variable would influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) in Agency of Labor, Transmigration and Energy Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The method used in the study is quantitative method and the whole population is used as sample or known as non-probability sampling. The high interest of the community in pursuing higher education in Islamic institutions certainly needs to be supported by effective educational management. This is to ensure that Islamic Higher Education institutions in the Jambi Province can compete and produce quality graduates. This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of lecturers, both partially and simultaneously, as well as directly and indirectly. This quantitative research employed a survey method conducted at the Islamic College (STAI) in the Jambi Province, with a population of 144 lecturers. The analysis tool used Path Analysis followed by Determination Analysis (R Square), Hypothesis Testing with t-tests and F-tests, and a significance level of alpha 5 percent. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Transformational leadership style has an effect on job satisfaction with a t-value of 3.261; 2) Interpersonal communication affects job satisfaction with a t-value of 3.958. 3) Transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously affect job satisfaction with an F-value of 67.198; 4) Transformational leadership style influences organizational commitment with a t-value of 5.035; 5) Interpersonal communication affects organizational commitment with a t-value of 4.088; 6) Transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously influence organizational commitment with an Fvalue of 107.340; 7) Job satisfaction influences organizational commitment with a t-value of 11.213; 8) Transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence organizational commitment with an F-value of 83.408; 9) Transformational leadership style through job satisfaction affects organizational commitment; and 10) Interpersonal communication through job satisfaction affects organizational commitment. This study aimed to determine the level of transformational leadership style, employee job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) and assess the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment. The study used the quantitative method by surveying 556 educators from each Darunnajah Islamic boarding school branch in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements affecting ASN employees' job satisfaction in the East Jakarta City Administration Education Department. This study aimed at testing the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and personality on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as the intervening variable. This study employed a quantitative method with path analysis technique and SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management) analysis. The study was carried out in a Private Madrasah Aliyah, East Jakarta, with hundred and forty (140) full-time teachers of the institution as the samples. Data were collected through questionnaires. The result of the study shows that there is a positive and significant direct influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment; transformational leadership on organizational commitment; personality on organizational commitment; job satisfaction on organizational commitment; organizational culture on job satisfaction; transformational leadership on job satisfaction and personality on job satisfaction. On the other hand, the study revealed that organizational culture does not significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction; transformational leadership does not significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction; and personality does not significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction. From the result of the SITOREM analysis, seven (7) indicators of priority that requires handling were obtained. This study recommends that the institutions should improve their policies so that the level of teachers’ commitment is increased.

Theresearch objective to be achieved is to build an empirical model that can improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Millennial generation through analysis of the Influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated organizational commitment and work satisfaction in the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Millennial generation at the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta. The sampling technique that the researchers used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. In this study, the number of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from the Millennial generation who were sampled was 270 people from 833 people who worked at the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta. The procedure used in the development and testing of models and data processing is the structural equation model (SEM). The data were analyzed using the statistical software Lisrel 8.0. This research resulted in the finding that Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Other results show organizational commitment is able to mediate the indirect influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study examines the effects of transformational leadership, affective organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study employs explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees who had worked for a civil consulting partnership company for more than one year, for a total of 1008 employees. Purposive sampling was used in this study. The study used 285 samples. Surveys and documentation were used to collect data, and the instrument was tested using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment can all improve employee performance. Additionally, transformational leadership can directly boost organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can also improve employee performance. The findings of this study suggest that managers and business owners with family businesses in civil consulting services can increase transformational leadership to improve employee performance. This study explores the relationship between organizational commitment and specific aspects of green human resources management to organizational citizenship behaviour. In its implementation, it explores green human resources management at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry as an institution directly related to macro and micro environmental conservation. The shortage of nursing faculty around the world is known to have an adverse effect on the quality of nursing education and the number of qualified nursing graduates. This is particularly alarming when globally, there is a shortage of millions of nurses in practice. Measuring the intent of nursing faculty to stay within academic settings is crucial in many countries to determine the state of the academic workforce and to strategize to address the issues. This cross-sectional study aimed to identify the predictors of intent to stay among 330 nursing faculty members randomly selected from 50 nursing and midwifery training schools in Myanmar, where nursing research is still in its infancy. The research instruments used were a demographic data form, Price's Intent to Stay Scale, the Global Leadership Scale, the Work Autonomy Scale, the Workload Scale, the Faculty Stress Index, the Job Satisfaction Scale, and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, biserial correlation, and binary logistic regression analysis. The findings revealed that 68.5% of nursing faculty members reported a high intent to stay in their schools. Transformational leadership, workload, job stress, and organizational commitment were significant predictors of intent to stay, accounting for 39.2% of the variance. Job stress had the strongest negative effect on the intent to stay. Nursing faculty administrators, nursing and health leaders, and health policymakers can utilize the results of this study as baseline information to create effective strategies to improve transformational leadership, reduce workload and job stress, and promote organizational commitment among nursing faculty members to remain in academia. This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict and transformational leadership on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for regional cooperation team members in West Sumatra Province. and the presence of team members often occurs through representatives from each party. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling method with a total sample of 105 members. This study uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the smartPLS 3 program by analyzing the outer model used for reliability and validity tests and the inner model analysis used for hypothesis testing. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction while transformational leadership had no positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then job satisfaction had no negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment then role conflict had no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction then role conflict does not have a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction does not mediate role conflict on organizational commitment. then the implication of this research is to evaluate work processes and leadership styles by reducing the demands of job roles that exceed the resources owned by employees. In addition, establishing better communication between employees and with superiors can also minimize the occurrence of role conflicts and it is expected that leaders can improve ways of leading in order to improve employee performance. The service sector plays an important role in growing the economic life of a country. In Jordan, the service sector contributes 80% to the gross domestic product. This study aimed to investigate the link between transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in a service aviation industry, which was not studied before in a developing country like Jordan. Adopting a quantitative research design, data were collected from 286 employees working in Jordanian airline companies, using a self- structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistical methods with mean, standard deviation, percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test, and regression performed by SPSS. The analysis results showed that transformational leadership has a positive relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings of this study serve as a guide for leaders and policymakers to better understand the relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Hence, practitioners can design good policies for adopting transformational leadership to enhance the satisfaction and commitment of employees. Over the last several decades, the attention of scholars in the field of leadership in higher education (HE) has been rapidly growing. A corpus of literature on leadership research has established how leadership styles affect institutional performance, organizational commitment, culture, employees' motivation, effectiveness, retention, and job satisfaction. Although a considerable amount of research on how leadership is related to employees' job satisfaction across literature exists, however, little research has studied the influence of academics' perceived leadership styles on their job satisfaction in African countries and particularly in Tanzania. Drawing from Bass and Avolio's (1994) Full Range Leadership Theory (FRLT) and Herzberg's two-factor theory, the present study examined the association between academics' perceived leadership styles employed by either their deans or head of departments on their job satisfaction as measured by the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). The study was quantitatively driven with a cross-sectional survey design. A convenient sample of academics (N = 411) of which (Men: N = 310, Women: N = 101) from four Tanzanian universities responded to a Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5x short) and MSQ. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed by using SPSS version 25 to detect significant predictors of academics' job satisfaction. Results demonstrated that both perceived transformational and transactional leadership styles statistically significantly related to academics' job satisfaction over and above their marital status, gender, age, academic rank, and institutional type. This research aims to examine the impact of transformational leadership on organizational commitment as mediated by job stress and job satisfaction in construction service companies, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The samples used in this study are 344 respondents of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk's employees. The purposive sampling method is the sampling technique in this study. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership can increase organizational commitment, control job stress, and increase job satisfaction. The leader of companies needs to improve transformational leadership. It performs an essential role in increasing employee commitment. The results of this study also found that the mediation of job stress and job satisfaction was a partial mediation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Employee performance is one of the main factors in knowing the progress of human resources, as well as lecturers. Scientific and empirical research strongly supports that performance is the main part of knowing the success of human resources. The study of basic theory and grand theory leads to the elements of transformational leadership and organizational commitment. They are very supportive of performance, and that includes lecturers. This study aims to determine the strength of transformational leadership and organizational commitment and greatly encourage the performance of lecturers to be better. This research was conducted using a quantitative research strategy. The sample obtained consisted of 422 lecturers from private universities in Jakarta. testing or testing the hypothesis using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study illustrate that there is a positive influence or impact on transformational leadership with job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a positive impact on self-efficacy. Job satisfaction has a positive impact on organizational commitment and confidence. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on organizational commitment; job satisfaction has a positive effect on lecturer performance; and self-efficacy has a positive effect on lecturer performance. Organizational commitment has no effect or positive impact on lecturer performance. An indirect relationship mediated by job satisfaction and self-efficacy has positive and influential results. The results of this study provide a reference or direction, namely for private university lecturers in Jakarta that transformational leadership factors, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy can improve lecturer performance. Organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction are presented in the literature as key work attitudes leading to higher organizational performance. This paper examines the extent to which transformational leadership and organizational culture influence employees' attitudinal outcomes, as well as the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Data for the study was collected from Egyptian employees working across seven industries. A structure equation model was used to test the hypothesized relations. Results provided support to all of the research hypotheses. 47% of the variance in job satisfaction was explained by perceptions of organizational culture and transformational leadership, with culture having the stronger impact, while 69% of the variance in organizational commitment was explained by employee job satisfaction, culture, and transformational leadership, with satisfaction having the strongest impact, followed by culture and transformational leadership. With increasing globalization, the findings driven from this study is expected to advance the existing understanding of the interaction between organization culture, transformational leadership, and employees' attitudes in the context of an Arab country such as Egypt. Background: Leaders influence and inspire others, develop strategies, organize the work and coordinate resources. Leadership style may affect nurses' performance directly and it may have positive or negative effects on nursing performance. We investigated the relationship between transformational leadership (TL), job satisfaction, and organizational commitment (OC) in Jordanian nurses. Methods: The study utilized a correlational, cross-sectional design. A sample of 253 registered nurses was recruited using a convenience sampling method from two government hospitals in Jordan. The Global Transformational Leadership (GTL) scale, job satisfaction survey, and Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) were used to collect the data. Results: A total of 253 participants completed the study. The results showed that there was a significant and positive association between TL and job satisfaction, (r = 0.297, P = 0.000). There was a positive relationship between TL and OC (r = 0.200, P = 0.001). Conclusion: Considering the outcomes of the current study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership is one of the important leadership styles that has the potential to support nurses and improved nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Jordanian hospitals. The current study tries to align various model of mediation through leadership styles (Transformational, Transactional), organization culture types (innovative, supportive and bureaucratic) with employees commitment thorough job satisfaction among the employees of government libraries from Khyber pakhtoonKhwa Pakistan. The data was collected through adopted construct from finite sample and it was analyzed through (Barron and Kenny) meditational procedure. Findings depict that employees commitment with job depend upon the leadership styles and it is positively mediated by their satisfaction from job. In contrast from three different cultural set up only bureaucratic cultural attribute shows significant relationship with employee's commitment through meditational role of employee's job satisfaction. Interestingly both supportive and innovative culture did not indicate the direct relationship with employee's commitment, nor does it support the meditational role of employee's job satisfaction. Among the practitioners as well as among the researchers in the field of management, the theme of leadership enjoys a boundless and special interest. Regarding the results of the management within the SMEs, a very important role is played by the management. The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and the leadership dimensions of Bass (1985) (transactional, transformational and laissez faire) but also several outcome variables (leadership efficiency, employee satisfaction with the leader, additional effort employees). According to the methodology and approach, this is a systematic review of the literature. This review describes the Full Range Leadership Model (Bass, 1985) and the conceptual framework, which include laissez-faire leadership, transactional leadership, and transformational leadership. In this section, the characteristics and abilities of transformational leaders were discussed. The leadership section concludes with discussions of previous research on transformational leadership. This review also provides an analysis of the literature on organizational engagement. The various definitions of organizational commitment as well as the three components of the commitment model are set out. The paper presents the results and antecedents of organizational commitment resulting from previous research and concludes with a discussion related to the impact of transformational leadership on the organizational commitment of employees.
