This paper aims at identifying the causal relationship between the reform of the cultural system and the upgrading of industrial structure, revealing the causal relationship between the reform of the cultural system and the upgrading of industrial structure, which is of great significance for promoting the reform of the cultural system and the upgrading of industrial structure. The impact of cultural administrative reform on industrial structure upgrading is empirically tested using panel data from 261 prefecture-level cities in China from 2001 to 2017. The double difference model and PSM-DID method are used. This includes conducting placebo tests and examining the robustness of empirical findings using other methods. The findings indicated that (1) the influence coefficient of the cultural administrative system reform on industrial structure upgrading is positive and passed the significance level test, indicating that the cultural administrative system reform significantly promoted industrial structure upgrading, and on average, it can improve the level of the urban industrial structure by 11.81 percent. (2) Theoretical analysis of the mechanism demonstrates that the innovation level acts as a link between cultural administrative system reform and industrial structure upgrading, implying that cultural administrative system reform promotes industrial structure upgrading by stimulating the innovation level of cultural enterprises. (3) The results of the heterogeneity analysis indicate that the influence of cultural administrative reform on industrial structure upgrading is highly regionally and economically differentiated. The higher the economic level of the local community, the more effective the promotion effect on industrial structure upgrading. The reform of the cultural administrative system has a greater impact on industrial structure upgrading in the eastern region than in the central and western regions. On the basis of the foregoing research findings, this paper makes some policy recommendations for releasing the overall system reform dividend based on the cultural system and promoting regional industrial structure upgrading. When the traditional method is used to evaluate the cultural landscape as a whole, due to the lack of historical and cultural factors, the impact of the ecological environment on the landscape change is not considered. Therefore, it cannot objectively reflect the law of landscape change. Therefore, from the perspective of the combination of cultural landscape composition characteristics and cultural ecological characteristics, this paper puts forward the concept of cultural ecological integrity based on the existing concept of cultural heritage integrity, aiming at the organic evolution of cultural landscape in cultural landscape heritage, and expounded the dynamic sustainability and effectiveness of natural environment and social environment on the process of cultural landscape. Considering the relevant characteristics and different forms of cultural landscape and cultural ecological integrity, according to the concept of cultural ecological integrity, this paper gave the principles and standards of cultural landscape ecological integrity evaluation and put forward the evaluation method of cultural ecological integrity. At the same time, each index in the ecological integrity evaluation model was decomposed and explained. Finally, taking the cultural heritage of Long-men Grottoes as an example, the paper used the cultural and ecological integrity evaluation model proposed in this paper to evaluate the material cultural landscape, intangible cultural landscape, and local traditional dwellings of Long-men Grottoes and made a comparative analysis between the control group and the observation group. The results showed that the cultural landscape ecological integrity evaluation model proposed in this paper can not only objectively evaluate the cultural landscape but also provide a certain theoretical and practical reference for the effective classification, protection and sustainable development, and utilization of the subsequent cultural landscape. Hospitals continue to face challenges in reducing incorrect antibiotic use due to social and cultural factors at the level of the health system, the care facility, the provider, and the patient. The objective of this paper is to highlight the social and cultural drivers of antimicrobial use and resistance and targeted interventions for secondary and tertiary care settings in Canada and other OECD countries. This paper is an extension of the synthesis conducted for the Public Health Agency of Canada's 2019 Spotlight Report: Preserving Antibiotics Now and Into the Future. We conducted a systematic review with a few modifications to meet rapid timelines. We conducted a search in Ovid MEDLINE and McMaster University's evidence databases for systematic reviews and then for individual Canadian studies. To cast a wider net, we searched OECD organization websites and screened reference lists from systematic reviews. We synthesized the evidence narratively and categorized the evidence into macro-, meso-, and microlevel. A total of 70 studies were (a) from OCED countries and summarized evidence of potential sociocultural antimicrobial resistance and use barriers or facilitators and/or interventions addressing these challenges; (b) systematic reviews with 50% of included studies that are situated in secondary and tertiary settings; and (c) published in Canada's two official languages, English and French. We found that hospital structures and policies may influence antibiotic utilization and variations in antimicrobial management. Microlevel factors may sway inappropriate prescribing among clinicians. The amount and type of antibiotics used may affect resistance rates. Interventions were mainly comprised of antibiotic stewardship and training that modify clinician behavior and that educate patients and carers. This evidence synthesis illustrates the various drivers of, and interventions for, antimicrobial use and resistance at the macro-, meso-, and microlevel in secondary and tertiary settings. This research paper examines the necessity of identifying cultural issues in online globalization and emphasizes that payment and logistic systems, as well as language, are the most important variables that any company should consider during their online globalization process. With the rapid development of the network and the continuous integration of the world economy, cross-border e-commerce has become more important and convenient. However, there are a number of electronic transaction problems that hinder the smooth functioning of this concept, thus creating distrust between the parties to the transaction, such as non-delivery, inaccurate quantities of goods, fraudulent transactions and low-quality goods, which are related to cultural differences, quality problems of the goods themselves and many other aspects. There is huge room for cross-border e-commerce development, and there are trust problems such as fraud and false transactions in all development processes. Based on the factors of cultural differences and consumer trust, this paper establishes an evaluation model of consumer trust in cross-border e-commerce, including honesty, goodwill, and ability. This article uses deep learning to establish a credit evaluation model, analyzes credit evaluation indicators, and obtains the factors that affect cross-border trade under different cultures through experimental testing and analysis. In recent years, a lot of work has been done in the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage in South China, while there are dilemmas such as the variation of inheritance content, the extinction of heritage, and the absence of inheritors, it is urgent to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage with realistic reasons. This paper adopts human geography research methods, based on SPSS mathematical statistics, GIS spatial analysis, and econometric models, to analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of 10 types of intangible cultural heritage in the region and their influencing factors based on 1,708 intangible cultural heritage data from various regions in South China, according to five regions, Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Hong Kong, and Macao. It was found that (1) the intangible cultural heritage in South China is distributed in clusters, with the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong and Guinan in Guangxi being the core areas of high-density intangible cultural heritage; (2) the characteristics of spatial differentiation of intangible cultural heritage in the region are influenced by a combination of factors, among which the pattern distribution is obviously influenced by cultural factors such as the distribution of ethnic minorities and the number of museums. Finally, from the perspective of revitalization, protection, and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, the government should propose dialectical and integrated protection of intangible cultural heritage in South China while continuously enhancing its living and contemporary flavor. In recent years, my country's cultural industry has developed vigorously and has become a new growth point of the national economy. With the introduction of a series of cultural reforms and policies to promote the development of the cultural industry, cultural enterprises have grown rapidly and are on the list. As the main carrier of a specific business format and cultural industry, cultural enterprises have made great contributions to optimizing the allocation of cultural resources, promoting employment, prospering culture, and meeting cultural and cultural needs by virtue of their unique cultural resources and talent virtues. Based on the structural equation model, this paper analyzes and optimizes the internal factors of cultural industry management. By establishing the internal factor index system that conforms to cultural industry management, the important internal factor index system is obtained, and then, it is optimized. From the reliability test results, it can be seen that the overall a coefficients of the outcome variables industrial resources (A), industrial management growth (C), and industrial development level (D) are all greater than 0.5. Except for the observation variable protection personnel (B4), the rest of the observations the coefficients of the deleted items of the variables are all smaller than the overall a coefficients, and the coefficients of each structural variable and the overall scale are all greater than 0.7, indicating that there is a strong correlation between the observed variables in each group, and the measurement results are very consistent and stable, which satisfies the structural comparison. The data requirements are reliable, scientific, and effective in theory; the weight calculation of the indicators shows that the weight of capacity growth is the largest, followed by resource development capacity, cultural resources, economic performance, social performance, and human resources; use all the data of the sample to conduct an overall analysis. In model fitting and verification, the results show that the chi-square value is 932.731, the degree of freedom is 307, and the chi-square degree of freedom ratio is 2.896, which is less than the critical value of 5, and the adaptation indicators meet the requirements. Sexuality (C) has the greatest impact on cultural industry management, followed by industrial resources (A) and resource allocation capability (B). From the parameter estimation of structural variables and various index variables, it is found that cultural industry management needs to improve the richness of material cultural resources. Digitalization is critical to the growth of cultural industry today. However, existing research has not explained the mechanism by which the external environment affects the digitalization of cultural enterprises. Based on structural equation modeling, we tested the model empirically using data from 295 cultural enterprises in Beijing. The results show that two external environmental variables, the market pressure and the government's supportive policies, have a positive impact on the adoption of digitalization in cultural enterprises through technical and organizational factors. The research conclusion explains how the external environment influences digitalization in cultural enterprises. Technological factors of digitalization capability and digitalization compatibility and organizational factors of perceived benefits play a mediating role between the external environment and the digitalization of cultural enterprises. Social media has become an increasingly vital tool for human resource management (HRM) in many parts of the globe. However, Asian societies have adopted social media for HRM at a lesser rate than Western cultures, which are more egalitarian and open, leading to greater comfort with using social media for professional interactions, even with superiors. This article provides a comprehensive literature review on the use of social media in HRM in Asian societies. The review analyzes 590 studies published between 2013 and 2023, following the PRISMA protocol for systematic reviews and using VOSviewer. The results indicate that the number of publications on this topic has fluctuated, with a notable increase in interest since 2015. The most prolific countries in terms of publications are India, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, and the UAE. The study identifies significant research clusters and discusses the difficulties encountered when implementing social media technologies in HRM within an Asian context. These obstacles include cultural factors such as collectivism, power distance, and privacy concerns. The controversial findings regarding the distinction between excellent research and practical implementation demonstrate the need for additional research to understand better the potential benefits and challenges of incorporating social media into HRM practices in the region. However, a considerable number of students' mental health is not optimistic. Therefore, paying attention to the impact of culture on college students' mental health plays an important role in the healthy growth of college students. In this article, 300 university students were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. SCL-90 test and related factors were used to investigate, covering 9 factors. Five common classification algorithms were trained with training sets and evaluated through verification sets. The classifier with the best effect was selected as our algorithm; it is used to discern students with psychological health problems in the test set. The experipsychological results show that precision reaches 0.68, recall reaches 0.56, and F1 measure reaches 0.67. Based on the influencing factors of university students' psychological health, through the analysis of random samples, based on family environment, school environment, community environment, information culture environment, and other factors, this article puts forward strategies to create a warm and progressive family environment, a friendly and positive campus environment, a democratic and scientific community education environment, and a civilized and fair legal environment, so as to properly solve the psychological health problems of university students. A model of the influence of cultural differences on English learning from the perspective of the linguistic and cultural community based on data feature decomposition and fusion clustering is proposed. The new knowledge and the old knowledge are connected through the optimal control of the learning model. By decomposing relevant data through data features and fusion clustering algorithm, the impact of cultural differences on English learning can be modeled and analyzed from the perspective of language and cultural community. The simulation results show that the data fusion performance of the impact model of this method on English learning is good, and the quantitative analysis results are accurate and reliable. Rural revitalization, as a significant element of the national economy, has become a hot topic at present. The development of digital economies makes big data play become more significant for the national economy. To accelerate the process of rural revitalization, using up big data is vital. To mine the relationship between factors, such as cultural creativity, industrial scale, management methods, and rural revitalization from big data, this study adopts a neural network method. Based on the proposed neural network, a scheme to analyze the relationship between cultural creativity, industrial scale, management methods and the level of rural revitalization is presented. Through case studies, the effectiveness of analyzing the influence of cultural creativity, industrial scale, and management methods on rural revitalization based on big data is demonstrated. Moreover, the results validate that the proposed neural network has good prediction accuracy, which indicates that it is reliable to use neural networks to analyze the relationship between the impacting factors and the rural revitalization level with the assistance of big data. The aim of this research is to show that vulnerability to pandemics is unequal across nations, and that culture besides other national factors helps unleash some of the disparities. A nation's vulnerability to pandemics is defined as a state of fragility and dereliction at the national level perceptible at the early stage of the emergence of a pathogen when no definite information is available about it and no clear response is in place, creating a dependence on national factors as well as contextual factors. That is, vulnerability reflects the evolution or spread of a nascent pandemic in a given nation. A set of hypotheses that prescribe how a nation's factors would contribute to its vulnerability is developed. Data reflecting the national factors of a sample of countries that reported early COVID-19 cases were collected from secondary sources to test the hypotheses. The results show that, whereas factors such as economy and healthcare had a modest effect, two cultural factors were salient in shaping a nation's vulnerability to COVID-19. Furthermore, poverty prevalence associated with a nation's vulnerability. Delineating how a nation's culture and macroenvironmental factors shape its vulnerability at early stages of pandemic evolution, the results encourage policymakers to extend timely support to nations high on uncertainty avoidance and low on indulgence, as well as where poverty is prevalent.
