The experiment was to screen the shared DEGs of important brain tissues related to heat stress in broilers and explore their molecular mechanisms. Two sets of gene chip data sets of chicken brain and hypothalamus processed by heat stress were obtained from GEO database, and bioinformatics data were mined again. The results showed that 32 DEGs shared by important brain tissues related to heat stress were screened, including 27 significantly up-regulated genes and five significantly down-regulated genes. Through the analysis of GO and KEGG, the above genes are mainly involved in seveen biological processes and three KEGG pathways. Used STRING database and Cytoscape software to construct protein interaction network, there were 16 nodes and 102 proteins interacting. The first to seventh genes were screened as differentially expressed up-regulated genes due to GC, FGG, FGA, FGB, PLG, APOB and FABP1. The study indicates that sharing DEGs may be related to damage and pathogenesis of different tissues or organs in broilers during heat stress. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
