Hintergrund: Wenn ein neugeborenes Baby intensivmedizinisch betreut werden muss, ist das ein herausfordernder und teilweise traumatisierender Einschnitt in das Familienleben. Mitunter kommt es dazu, dass Eltern ein Gefühl des Kontrollverlustes, der lähmenden Angst und sogar der sozialen Isolation erleben, weshalb die professionelle Begleitung der Eltern während der Behandlung des Babys ein wichtiger Faktor ist. Ziel: Dieser Literaturreview untersucht die Rolle der Ergotherapie bei der Begleitung von Eltern auf der Neonatologie und stellt sechs verschiedene Studien vor, in denen die Wichtigkeit von Betätigungen in diesem Setting beleuchtet wird. Methodik: Zwischen Februar und März 2022 wurde eine Literaturrecherche in drei Datenbanken und zusätzlich eine Handrecherche durchgeführt. Anhand vorab definierter Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien fand eine Selektion der Studien statt. In weiteren Selektionsschritten wurden die verbliebenen Studien analysiert, bis sich schließlich eine enge Auswahl von sechs Studien ergab. Deren Evidenzlevel wurde anhand der Forschungspyramide von Tomlin und Borgetto (2011) bestimmt. Ergebnisse: Bei der Analyse der Studien stellte sich heraus, dass Betätigungen ein wichtiges Instrument sind, um herausfordernde Krisen, wie etwa einen Krankenhausaufenthalt auf der Neonatologie zu bewältigen. Dass die Eltern in die Krankenpflege des Neugeborenen einbezogen werden ist ein ebenso wesentlicher Faktor wie das Ausüben anderer bedeutungsvoller Betätigungen. Beispielsweise das Gestalten von Fotoalben, oder das Führen von Tagebüchern, sowie das Teilnehmen an Gruppenaktivitäten sind hilfreiche Unterstützungen für Eltern. Conclusio: Die Relevanz ergotherapeutischer Interventionen bei der Begleitung von Eltern im Setting der Neonatologie konnte in allen sechs Studien aus verschiedenen Perspektiven beleuchtet und belegt werden. Background: When a newborn baby requires intensive medical care, it is a challenging and sometimes traumatizing intrusion into family life. Sometimes, parents experience a sense of loss of control, paralyzing anxiety and even social isolation, which is why it is essential to pay attention to accompanying parents during the baby's treatment. Aim: This literature review examines the role of occupational therapy in guiding parents in the NICU and presents six different studies highlighting the importance of occupations in this setting. Methods: A literature search in three databases and a hand search were conducted between February and March 2022. Based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, a selection of studies took place. In further selection steps, the remaining studies were analyzed until a narrow selection of six studies emerged. Their level of evidence was determined using the research pyramid of Tomlin and Borgetto (2011). Results: In the analysis and comparison of the studies, it was found that activities are an important tool to cope with challenging crises, such as hospitalization in neonatology. Involving parents in the newborn's nursing care is as essential as engaging in other meaningful activities. For example, creating photo albums, or keeping diaries, as well as participating in group activities are helpful supports for parents. Conclusions: The relevance of occupational therapy interventions in accompanying parents in the setting of neonatology could be illuminated and substantiated from different perspectives in all six studies.

Notre propos est de donner brièvement les résultats d’une étude comparative des taux de suicide chez les personnes âgées selon les pays, les âges et le sexe. Ensuite, dans notre effort de comprendre la signification sociale de ces chiffres, nous nous inspirons de la thèse d’Émile Durkheim selon laquelle le phénomène du suicide est lié à la capacité plus ou moins grande d’une société d’intégrer certains groupes, comme les aînés. Enfin, nous explorerons les plages d’exclusion ou plutôt d’incapacité d’intégration des aînés, susceptibles de conduire à des comportements suicidaires. En bout de ligne, nous suggérerons un accompagnement discret des aînés, respectueux de leur libre vouloir de vivre., This article briefly gives the results of a comparative study about the suicide rates of elderly people, according to countries, ages and sex. In our effort to understand the social meaning of these figures, we are inspired by Émile Durkheim’s thesis, according to which the phenomenon of the suicide is connected to the capacity of a society to integrate certain groups, as the elder. Finally, we investigate how exclusion or rather incapacity of integration of elder is susceptible to lead to suicidal behavior. In end, we shall suggest a respectful and discreet accompanying of the elder in their choices.

En s’appuyant sur une étude de cas réalisée en milieu urbain au Québec, cet article propose une réflexion sur le concept de populations marginalisées et sur les interventions qui leur sont adressées. Après une revue de la littérature sur les pratiques de proximité et l’intervention auprès de populations dites « marginalisées », nous faisons état de données empiriques recueillies au Québec auprès d’une équipe du réseau public de la santé et des services sociaux. En rejoignant les personnes dans leur milieu de vie, les intervenants de cette équipe sont eux-mêmes devenus à la marge des lieux habituels d’intervention. Following a case study in urban areas in Quebec province dealing with the analysis of outreach practices developed by a team of public health and social services toward people called "marginalized", we analyze the "marginalization" faced by the latter by the institutions with which they have a weak link or no link at all. In the experience of this team, the workers themselves became "marginal", taking some distance away from the places where the services are usually provided and developing creative practices of social ties.

International audience; The objective of this article is to underline the diversity of our case studies. It is also to show how they reflect the innovation processes grouped under the term SYAM. Three parts structure our article. First, we explain how we selected our case studies and the criteria used to choose them. Then we explain the specificity of these innovative food systems: their uncertainties in terms of stabilization and their need; the importance of intermediary actors; the processes of qualification and fair remuneration; the importance of shared governance. Finally, we highlight the different brakes and levers linked to these systems. In conclusion, we focus on the tools available on the PSDR4 site and show how the project, by naming little-known and innovative systems, is now promoting their development and a transition towards sustainability.; L'objectif de cet article est de souligner la diversité de nos études de cas. Il est également de montrer comment celle-ci reflètent les processus d'innovation regroupés sous le terme SYAM. Trois parties structurent notre article. Tout d'abord, nous expliquons comment nous avons sélectionné nos études de cas et les critères utilisés pour les choisir. Puis nous mettons en évidence la spécificité de ces systèmes alimentaires innovants ; leurs incertitudes en termes de stabilisation et leur besoin ; l'importance des acteurs intermédiaires ; les processus de qualification et de juste rémunération ; l'importance d'établir une gouvernance partagée. Enfin, nous éclairons les différents freins et leviers liés à ces systèmes. The thesis deals with the position of a social worker in a multidisciplinary hospice team, and describes how the activity of a social worker in a hospice is unique, and how his work intersects with the activities of other members of the multidisciplinary hospice team. To clarify the assigned topic, palliative and hospice care and their forms are first described. It also describes social work in the hospice, which deals with the dying, family members and survivors, clarifies the role of a social worker in the hospice. The next part of the work focuses on multidisciplinary cooperation in the hospice. The theoretical knowledge presented in this work is supplemented by a particular example of teamwork of the home hospice of St. Markéta in Strakonice and the role of a social worker in it.

This article aims to highlight the elements of Pope Francis' magisterium for the performance of the accompanying catechist, having community life as a reference. It is characterized by being a documentarybibliographic research, extracted from teaching sources and other sources, containing guidelines that address the importance of monitoring for the evangelizing action. Composed of three parts: the first addresses the contribution of companions to community life; the second features a biblical icon to inspire the mission of present-day companions; and the third, indicates the characteristics of the mystique and mission of companions in the process of systematic catechesis. Concluding that the rediscovery of the importance of companions, from the communities of the first hour, is a bold move, which is a reason forconversion to the pastoral and structural styles of the Church today. O presente artigo objetiva evidenciar os elementos do magistério do Papa Francisco para a atuação do catequista acompanhador, tendo como referência a vida em comunidade. Caracteriza-se por ser uma pesquisa documental-bibliográfica, extraída de fontes do magistério e outras fontes, contendo as diretrizes que tratam da importância do acompanhamento para a ação evangelizadora. Composto de três partes: a primeira aborda a contribuição de acompanhadores para a vida em comunidade; a segunda apresenta um ícone bíblico para inspirar a missão de acompanhadores nos dias atuais; e a terceira, traz a indicação de características da mística e missão de acompanhadores em processo de catequese sistemática. Concluindo que a redescoberta da importância dos acompanhadores, desde as comunidades da primeira hora, é uma ousadia, que é motivo de conversão para os estilos pastorais e estruturais da Igreja hoje.

Introduction: despite the fact they represent 51% of migrants in France, women have long been ignored by scientific research on this subject. Health professionals and association members participating in this study have raised the difficulties and inconsistencies in the social and medical care administered to pregnant, undocumented migrant women. The purpose of this study is to identify the different profiles of these women, to identify stakeholders involved in health and social care during their pregnancy as well as the challenges, needs and potential solutions to ensure the delivery of suitable and sustainable healthcare.Method: this qualitative study, using semi-structured interviews, was carried out in Nice in Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA), region of France which is ranked second in terms of the number of migrants in the country. Interviews were conducted with four types of respondent (hospital and PMI midwives, association members and pregnant migrant women) using interview guides covering the principle themes related to the study’s main objective. Data have been coded using a thematic analysis method.Results: health professionals and association members describe their missions, their difficulties concerning the health care of pregnant, undocumented migrant women, the diversity of cultural and socio-economic profiles encountered and the adverse economic conditions of these women due in part to their administrative status. Professionals point out that their training, the limited consulting time and standardized protocols prevent them from offering optimal support to pregnant migrant women. This study delivers concrete proposals for improving the health care of these women, particularly in connection with public institutions, through health and socio-medical networks, or through the creation and delivery of practical tools to professionals. Such action could provide a better understanding of complex and diverse situations, reduce part of these professionals’ workload and improve interaction and coordination of the support network.; Objectifs : alors qu’elles représentent 51% des immigrés en France, les femmes migrantes ont été pendant longtemps ignorées par la recherche scientifique. Les professionnels de santé et associatifs, qui ont participé à cette étude, ont des difficultés et des discordances dans la prise en charge sanitaire et sociale des femmes enceintes en situation irrégulière. Ce travail a pour objectif de comprendre les différents profils de ces femmes, d’identifier les acteurs impliqués dans leur accompagnement de grossesse ainsi que les problématiques, les besoins et les solutions envisagées relatifs à leur prise en charge, ceci, afin de la rendre plus adaptée et continue.Méthode : cette étude qualitative, par entretiens semi-directifs, a été réalisée à Nice, en Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA), qui est la 2ème en nombre d’immigrés. Quatre catégories de personnes ont été interviewées (sages-femmes hospitalières et territoriales, associatifs, femmes enceintes migrantes) à l’aide de guides d’entretiens élaborés à partir de thématiques générales en lien avec l’objectif principal. Le codage des données a été traité selon la méthode d’analyse thématique.Résultats : les professionnels de santé et associatifs décrivent leurs actions, leurs difficultés sur la prise en charge des femmes enceintes migrantes en situation irrégulière, ainsi qu’une diversité de profils culturels et socio-économiques souvent défavorables et largement induits par leur statut administratif. Ils soulignent que leur formation, leur temps de consultation limité et les protocoles standardisés ne leur permettent pas d’accompagner ces femmes de manière optimale.Conclusion : il ressort de cette étude des propositions concrètes afin d’améliorer la prise en charge de ces femmes, notamment en lien avec les institutions publiques, ou par le biais de réseaux d’accompagnements sanitaires et sociaux ou par la création d’outils pratiques mis à disposition des différents acteurs. Leur mise en place permettrait de comprendre au mieux la complexité et la diversité des situations, de soulager la prise en charge des professionnels et d’améliorer l’articulation et l’utilisation du réseau d’accompagnement.

Les dispositifs de formation en alternance d’enseignants proposent fréquemment un accompagnement réflexif pour soutenir l’apprentissage et favoriser la professionnalisation. Cette fonction est le plus souvent assumée par des formateurs de l’institution et/ou des formateurs de terrain qui se retrouvent ainsi à enseigner des contenus, certifier certaines compétences et accompagner des étudiants dans l’analyse ou l’exercice de leurs pratiques.Ces différents rôles que doivent jouer les formateurs peuvent créer des champs de tensions. En effet, si les assumer en parallèle semble possible du point de vue de l’ingénierie et de l’activité des formateurs, que vivent les personnes en formation dans de tels dispositifs ? C’est le point d’entrée de cette étude de cas, une situation difficile d’accompagnement que nous questionnons par une analyse stratégique et systémique (Crozier & Friedberg, 1977). Cette recherche met en évidence des axes de réflexion pouvant être utiles aux concepteurs de tels dispositifs de même qu’aux acteurs impliqués dans ceux-ci : quels sont les buts visés par le dispositif lui-même, les fonctions et objets de l’évaluation, la répartition des différents rôles de l’évaluation entre les acteurs et le mode d’attribution des accompagnateurs ?, It is not rare for a trainer in a dual work-linked vocational training course to suggest students reflexive practice during their studies in order to improve learning and professionalization. It is usually done either by a teacher of the training course, or/and by trainer-practitioner, who are also teaching the contents, certifying and evaluating competencies, accompanying students in their analysis and their practical work.Those different roles played by different trainers could be in tension. If imagining them in parallel in course design and trainers workload is possible, what are the students experiencing in this dual training? This is the research question of a case study, analysis of a difficult accompanying situation, that we researched with strategic and systemic analysis (Crozier & Friedberg, 1977). This research reveals the possible questions for creators of dual vocational courses and for participants about the aims of the dual training, the functions and the object of evaluations, the roles of participants and the ways of recruiting the trainers.

L’accompagnement du développement professionnel voire de la professionnalisation des acteurs de terrain (enseignants, formateurs, infirmiers, travailleurs sociaux, dirigeants, etc.) suscite aujourd’hui l’intérêt des chercheurs notamment dans le champ des sciences de l’éducation. Cependant, peu de travaux portent sur l’accompagnement des jeunes non diplômés alors que de nombreux dispositifs sont mis en place, tout particulièrement en France, pour favoriser leur insertion professionnelle. Le but de cet article est d’interroger les liens entre logique d’accompagnement des formateurs et prise de conscience des compétences par les jeunes sans qualification. Cette étude rend compte des pratiques d’accompagnement mises en oeuvre par des formatrices pour aider des jeunes adultes en situation de précarité à prendre conscience de leurs compétences en favorisant leur réflexivité, leur autonomie et leurs interactions avec autrui., Support to professional development and even to professionalization of workers, such as teachers, trainers, nurses, social workers, leaders, etc., is currently raising researcher’s interest especially in Education Sciences. Nevertheless, little research has been conducted on non-graduates young people’s accompaniment while many programs have been developed, especially in France, to support their professional integration. The purpose of this paper is to examine the links between trainers’ accompanying logic and the conscious awareness of competencies of young people without qualifications. This study highlights how support practices are organized by trainers to help young people in precarious situations to become aware of their competencies by encouraging their reflexivity, their autonomy and their interactions with the others.

Prenant appui sur l’expression très médiatisée en France de « mourir dans la dignité », l’auteur se demande comment l’expérience de la mort peut de nos jours constituer un lieu conjoint de la dignité et de l’homme et de Dieu. Sans renoncer à une approche ontologique de la dignité telle qu’elle se dessine dans la Déclaration des droits de l’homme de 1948, il plaide davantage pour une approche clinique de cette dernière : c’est au niveau de l’expérience concrète d’être respecté et accompagné comme humain que la personne malade appréhende qu’il existe un au-delà de l’altération capable de la maintenir dans sa dignité d’humain. C’est ce même comportement qui atteste conjointement de la dignité de Dieu qui, dans sa kénose, dit sa capacité à ne pas être étranger de l’aventure humaine., Adopting as a corner-stone the expression “dying with dignity” which is widespread in the media in France, the author wonders how the experience of death can constitute today a place of convergence for the dignity both of man and God. Although he does not abandon the ontological approach to dignity such as it is described in the Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, he rather favours a clinical approach to it : it is through the concrete experience of being respected and accompanied as a human being that the patient grasps that something beyond ailment exists which is capable of maintaining him in a state of dignity worthy of a human being. It is this same behaviour that also testifies to the dignity of God who, in his kenosis, expresses his capacity not to remain an outsider to the human adventure.

This thesis is a qualitative probe into the story of a temporary foster mother. The thesis captures, analyses and classifies this story into systemic context. It does so with an emphasis on the temporary foster mother's personal experience and also with using personal experience of other participants involved in this particular case - including mine. This thesis is largely a reflection of my own role in this story, it is looking at it from different perspectives that evolve over time. The thesis is grounded in theoretical sources, especially methodologies of temporary foster care and methodological recommendations. Theoretical sources are critically viewed and connected to personal experience. The resulting storytelling, which provides an insight into the wider context of temporary foster care in the Czech Republic, was based on this procedure. Capturing systemic context is used in this thesis to create suggestions for possible systemic improvements.

The paper deals with the importance of social worker at home hospice care. The first part characterizes the hospice care from a general point of view and specifies the forms of hospice care. The second part is devoted in more detail to home hospice care, its historical developments in the Czech Republic, bringing in an overview of home hospices in the Czech Republic including their financing, and specifies the purpose and aim of home hospices. The focus is on the hospice clients, their needs, fears and pitfalls related to the home hospice care. The third chapter is a crucial one since it deals in more detail with the personality of the social worker, scope of their roles at home hospice and with the entire range of functions performed by these workers. The goal is to reflect how significant and hard-to-substitute role is performed by the social worker at home hospice care. At its conclusion, the paper draws attention to some potential pitfalls that the social workers at home hospice care might have to deal with.

The theoretical thesis is focused on the importance of death and dying within the society nowadays, living through the last moments within hospice care that derives from the respect towards an individual as a unique human being. The conclusion of the thesis characterises the help to the bereaved that helps them solve situations in which other solutions fail.

Meme si les facultes d’education ont tente de resister, la professionnalisation a fini par s’imposer en 2001 avec un reglement ministeriel fixant l’obligation de formation de 2e cycle en gestion scolaire. Guidee en 2008 par un « referentiel des competences », cette formation est destinee a la socialisation professionnelle des directions d’etablissement d’enseignement en les dotant de solides connaissances a la fois theoriques et pratiques et en les accompagnant dans leur insertion ou integration professionnelle. La presente contribution se base sur une etude realisee dans le cadre d’un partenariat universite-commission scolaire. Un questionnaire et des entrevues aupres de 70 directions-adjointes d’etablissement scolaire ont servi a l’analyse des donnees faisant ressortir une difficulte a exploiter les resultats de recherche universitaire par les milieux de pratique et revelant une remise en question de la conception de la formation, des modalites d’accompagnement et des dispositifs d’evaluation. Une reflexion est degagee autour des defis de l’amelioration de la formation et de la socialisation professionnelle.

In a context of territorial food transition, the project ATLASS wishes to provide reference sources for rural areas and to accompany them in setting up territorial food strategies. Throughout an action research, three associated territories were studied. The analysis of documents, collective exchanges and interviews led to an analysis framework made of seven dimensions. They are as many things to take care about when elaborating a food strategy : facilitation, commitment, councillors situation, time, territorial scales, network and learning process. Territories have different trajectories and each one needs an appropriate approach. That’s why the consortium ATLASS will was to report the diversity of situations and suggest a non prescriptive support. The essence of this approach is to take the desires of the terrority as a starting point and to mobilise different fonctions of the accompanying to meet his expextations. Based on an ethic of accompaniement stem from the CIVAM wave, device and plans still have to be invented to support the councillors and the technical teams in their learning process. A learner network seems to be an encouraging perspective to contribute formalizing the apparition of new occupations in the field of accompanying food strategies.; Dans un contexte de transitions alimentaires des territoires, le projet ATLASS a la volonté de fournir des référentiels aux territoires ruraux et de les accompagner dans la mise en place de stratégies alimentaires territoriales. Dans le cadre d’une recherche-action, trois territoires-pilotes partenaires ont été étudiés. L’analyse des documents relatifs à chacun, les échanges collectifs et les entretiens semi- directifs ont permis de construire un cadre d’analyse à sept dimensions. Elles représentent autant de points de vigilance à l’élaboration d’une stratégie alimentaire territoriale : animation, engagement, posture des élus, temps, échelles d’action, réseau et apprentissage. Les territoires ont des trajectoires différentes et chacun nécessite une approche sur mesure. C’est pourquoi le consortium ATLASS a souhaité rendre compte de la diversité des situations et proposer une posture d’accompagnement non prescriptive. L’essence de cette approche est de partir des volontés du territoire et mobiliser plusieurs fonctions de l’accompagnement pour répondre à ses attentes. Basé sur une éthique de l’accompagnement dans le courant des CIVAM, des dispositifs restent à inventer pour soutenir les élus et les agents de développement dans leur démarche d’apprentissage. Un réseau d’apprenants est une perspective prometteuse pour contribuer à formaliser l’émergence de nouveaux métiers pour l’accompagnement des stratégies alimentaires territoriales.

Non communicable chronic diseases are the first cause of avoidable death in the world. The origin of these diseases is multifactorial. Physical inactivity and sedentary behavior are gradually becoming major risk factors. Regular Physical Activity (PA) allows improving health and preventing the risks of comorbidity and mortality. Massive development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) offers new tools of PA promotion. The aim of these works is to assess the ICT as a mean to support patients with chronic diseases in their PA practice. Thus, the first study aimed to determine patients’ knowledge, use and interest towards ICT applied to health and PA fields. In a second study, we studied the impact of a 3-months supervised PA program associated with a pedometer on the intentions and motivations towards PA, perceived health and active and sedentary behaviors. Finally, the third study was a one-year intervention comparing the effect of an Adapted Physical Activity (APA) workshop associated with a personalized digital system with that a guideline and examples in APA on the achievements of the PA recommendations. These works showed that patients with chronic diseases used the ICT, but they had partial technological knowledge. They were moderately in favour of the ICT use in health and the PA fields. The patients needed to be reassured and trained in the use of these new tools. Patients care by PA resulted in a significant change in behavior but did not allow maintaining it in the long term. The pedometer was not sufficient to increase PA practice. Preliminary results of the third study indicated that an APA workshop followed by a personalized digital system use or a guidelines and exercises book could increase reported PA level 12 months after the study beginning. The intent-to-treat analysis will be performed later to confirm these results.Patients care by PA is effective to provoke behavioral changes if the patient is ready and motivated by health benefits. Often this initial care is not sufficient to keep 150 min-by week PA in the long term, revealing the need to continue the patients’ accompanying. Several forms could be considered depending on patients’ needs (individual or group sessions, digital device, guideline).; Les maladies chroniques non transmissibles sont la première cause de mortalité évitable dans le monde. L’origine de ces maladies est multifactorielle. L’inactivité physique (IP) et la sédentarité sont progressivement devenues des facteurs de risque majeurs de ces maladies. L’activité physique (AP) régulière permet d’améliorer la santé et de prévenir les risques de comorbidités et de mortalité. L’arrivée massive des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC) offre de nouveaux outils de promotion de l’AP. L’objectif de ces travaux est d’évaluer le potentiel des TIC en tant que support d’accompagnement en AP auprès de patients atteints d’une maladie chronique. Ainsi, le premier travail avait pour objectif de déterminer les connaissances, usages et intérêts des patients vis-à-vis de l’utilisation des TIC dans le parcours de soins et pour l’AP. Dans une deuxième étude, nous avons étudié l’effet d’un réentrainement supervisé de trois mois et d’un podomètre sur les intentions et les motivations vis-à-vis de l’AP, la perception de l’état de santé et le niveau d’AP et de sédentarité de sujets porteurs de pathologies chroniques. Enfin, la troisième étude portait sur l’impact d’un atelier d’information en AP Adaptée (APA) couplé à l’utilisation d’un dispositif numérique d’accompagnement personnalisé pendant un an, comparé à celui d’une brochure d’information et d’exemples d’exercices en APA, sur l’atteinte des recommandations en AP chez des patients. Ces travaux montrent que les patients atteints de maladie chronique utilisent les TIC, mais qu’ils ont des connaissances technologiques partielles. Ils sont moyennement favorables à l’utilisation de ces outils dans le domaine de la santé et de l’AP. Les patients ont besoin d’être rassurés et formés à l’utilisation de ces nouveaux outils. La prise en charge thérapeutique par l’AP est efficace pour instaurer le changement comportemental chez les patients mais ne permet pas de le maintenir sur le long terme. La remise d’un podomètre ne suffit pas à les remotiver pour pratiquer l’AP. Les résultats préliminaires de la troisième étude obtenus sur un sous–échantillon des patients indiquent qu’un atelier en APA suivi d’un accompagnement personnalisé par un dispositif numérique ou que la remise d’une brochure de conseils et d’exemples d’exercices pourrait augmenter la quantité d’AP déclarée à 12 mois. L’analyse en intention de traiter reste à faire pour confirmer ces résultats. La prise en charge thérapeutique par l’AP est efficace pour instaurer le changement comportemental, à condition que le patient soit prêt et motivé. Souvent elle ne suffit pas pour maintenir ce changement sur le long terme, révélant la nécessité d’un accompagnement personnalisé en AP, qui peut prendre plusieurs formes suivant les besoins des patients (sessions d’AP individuelles ou en groupe, dispositif numérique, brochure).

Bu araştırmada, altıncı sınıf müzik dersinde, müzik öğretmenleri tarafından ders kitabı ile belirli gün ve haftalarda kullanılan şarkıların belirlenerek bir dağarcık oluşturulması ve bu şarkılara klavyeli çalgılar ile çalınabilecek eşlikler yazılarak müzik öğretmenleri tarafından kullanılabilirliğini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında belirlenen şarkılara eşlik yazabilmek amacıyla, şarkıların tamamı analiz edilmiş, kolay akor geçişleri, basit geçişli parmak numaraları kullanılmış ve aynı zamanda şarkıların armonik ve estetik açıdan da güzel duyulmasını sağlayarak eşlikleme yoluna gidilmiştir.Araştırmanın konusu ile ilgili mevcut durumların tespit edilmesine yönelik tarama modeli, materyalin test edilmesine yönelik olarak ise basit deneysel model kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, Denizli Merkez ilçelerde, altıncı sınıf müzik derslerine giren müzik öğretmenleri ve öğrencileri ile yürütülmüş olup, 2015-2016 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Bahar dönemini kapsamaktadır. Günümüzde okullarda klavyeli çalgı olarak çoğunlukla elektronik org bulunmasından dolayı, çalışma ve buna bağlı olarak yazılacak olan eşlikler elektronik org çalgısının olanakları dâhilinde yazılmıştır.Verilerin analizinde öncelikle frekans dağılımı ve yüzdelik gibi betimsel istatistiklerden yararlanılmıştır. Müzik derslerinde eşlik kullanılmasının öğrencilerin müzik dersine olan tutumlarına yönelik anlamlı fark gösterip göstermediğini analiz etmek için non-parametrik bir test olan Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, SPSS 20.0 istatistik paket programı ile çözümlenmiştir.Araştırmanın sonucunda müzik öğretmenleri için hazırlanan eşlik materyalinin, öğretmenler tarafından çalınabildiği görülmüştür. Eşlik çalınmasının öğrencilerin derse olan ilgi ve tutumlarına olumlu yönde katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. The purposes of this research are to create a repertoire of songs used by music teachers for special weeks and days based on course books in the sixth grade music course, and to determine the applicability of these songs when accompaniments which can be played by keyboard instruments have been written for them.In order to accompany the songs accumulated for the research, all the songs were analyzed, easy chord transitions and simple transitional finger numbers were used. At the same time, the songs were accompanied in a way that they could be appreciated harmonically and aesthetically. A simple experimental design was used to test the material, and a survey model was used for determining the current situations of the research subjects.The research was carried out with the music teachers, and students who participated in the sixth grade music courses in Denizli Central Regions. In addition, it covers the Spring Semester of 2015-2016 education- training year. Due to keyboards being the most common instruments used in the schools, the accompaniments were written within the possibilities provided by keyboards.In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution and percentage were used firstly. A non-parametric test, The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, was run to analyze whether the use of accompaniment in music lessons was significant for students' attitudes toward music lessons. The findings obtained were analyzed through using SPSS 20.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).As a result of the research, it was seen that the accompaniment material prepared for the music teachers could be played by the teachers. It was found that playing accompaniments contributes positively to the interest and attitudes of the students to the class. 210

Cet article, basé sur le parcours professionnel de son auteur, tente de retracer les principales mutations qu’à connu le monde de la recherche en France depuis près de 15 ans, notamment au sein des universités. Les constats sont ainsi centrés autour de l’émergence d’une « recherche sur projets » à la française, qui a nécessité le développement de nouvelles compétences et nouveaux métiers au sein du monde académique : tels que les « project manager » ou bien les « Cellules Europe ». Enfin, l’article tente d’éclairer, au travers de l’exemple de la mise en place et de la montée en puissance d’une « Cellule Europe » au sein d’un établissement toulousain, comment les universités peuvent s’organiser en interne pour faire face à ce nouvel environnement. This article, based on the professionnal track of its author, is an attempt at retracing the main mutations encountered by the research community in France in the past 15 years, especially within universities. The observations are especially focused on the progressive emergence of a French research relying more and more on a “research by project” (where research funding allocation is directly correlated to the obtentions of grants). This new type of research has lead to the development and affirmation of a new type of positions within the academic world : such as “European projects Managers” or “Research office specialized in European research programmes”. Finally, this article is trying to shed some light, through the specific case of one of the three Toulouse universities, on the actions that a university can undertake within its internal organisation, in order to face the new constraints imposed by the environment. Este artículo, basado en la trayectoria profesional de su autor, intenta analizar los principales cambios que ha experimentado la investigación publica en Francia durante casi 15 años, sobre todo en las universidades. Los resultados se centraron en la emergencia de una “investigación de proyectos” “à la française”, que implica el desarrollo de nuevas competencias y nuevos puestos de trabajo en el mundo académico como los “project managers” o “Cellules Europa” (departamento). Por último, el artículo trata de analizar, a través del ejemplo del surgimiento y la evolucion de una “Cellule Europa” en una universidad de Toulouse, cómo las universidades pueden organizarse internamente para hacer frente a este nuevo entorno.

The Maison des Paysans, like other farm setting up accompanying structures in Dordogne, accompanies more and more project holder. The actors landscape became unreadable, the question that arises is: How does the Maison des Paysans position herself on the farm setting up path ? In order to answer this question, two types of surveys were carried out: from organizations linked to the installation and new ones installed. The newly installed interviewed, mostly beneficiaries of the Young Farmer Endowment, were divided into three classes: standard installation, "neo-peasant" installation and micro-installation. Those last two categories have a need for access to land, training and integration in the territory that have not the first one. The majority of the sample is satisfied with the support it has received, although the length of the farm setting up path is long and complex. The Maison des Paysans, because its specificities can meet the needs of new farmers : the project holder is an actor of his installation, the accompaniment, complete and global, is possible throughout the farm setting up path.; La Maison des Paysans, comme d'autres structures d'accompagnement à l'installation en Dordogne, accompagne de plus en plus de porteurs de projet. Le paysage des acteurs étant devenu peu lisible, la question qui se pose est : comment se positionne la Maison des Paysans dans le parcours à l'installation ? Afin d'y répondre, deux types d'enquêtes ont été menées : auprès d'organismes en lien avec l'installation et de nouveaux installés. Les nouveaux installés interrogés, majoritairement bénéficiaires de la Dotation Jeune Agriculteur, ont été répartis en trois classes : installation classique, installation « néo-paysan », micro-installation. Les personnes des deux dernières catégories ont un besoin d'accès au foncier, à la formation et d'insertion dans le territoire que n'ont pas les premiers. La majorité de l'échantillon est satisfait de l'accompagnement dont elle a bénéficié, bien que le parcours à l'installation soit long et complexe. La Maison des Paysans, de par ses spécificités, permet de répondre aux besoins des néo-paysans notamment : le porteur de projet est acteur de son installation, l'accompagnement, complet et global, est possible tout au long du parcours à l'installation.
