Objective To investigate the efficacy of high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) imaging radiomics for the classification and diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease (RA-ILD). Methods A total of 261 patients diagnosed with RA-ILD admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were recruited in this study.There were 143 cases of usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP) and 118 cases of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP).All the patients underwent HRCT.A U-net deep learning lung segmentation model was applied to obtain HRCT images for automatic lung segmentation, and 1 688 imaging histologic features were extracted from each lung segmentation.Variance thresholding, univariate feature selection, and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) were used for feature dimensionality reduction step by step, and various machine learning algorithms were conducted to construct the RA-ILD diagnostic histology model.The diagnostic value of each model was compared using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and area under curve (AUC), and the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the models were evaluated. Results Feature screening finally identified 18 best features from the HRCT images of RA-ILD patients.Statistical difference was found in the distribution of Radiomics score (Radscore) between the UIP and NSIP patients in both the training and test sets (P < 0.01).Among the 5 imaging histology models, the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm had an AUC value of 0.943(95%CI: 0.916~0.966), a sensitivity of 0.787 and a specificity of 0.912, respectively for the training set, and an AUC value of 0.909(95%CI: 0.849~0.969), a sensitivity of 0.625 and a specificity of 0.897, respectively for the testing set. Conclusion Our constructed RA-ILD classification and diagnosis model performs well, and the model based on SVM algorithm shows the best potential in classifying and diagnosing RA-ILD.

Objective: A trans-critical CO2 refrigeration system with ejector is proposed and its performance factors are studied. Methods: In this paper, energy and exergic system model combined with experiment method were used to study the impact of the change of major parameters on traditional and new refrigeration systems. Results: In a given working condition, exergy efficiency of the compressor increased by 11.08% when an injector replaced the throttle valve, while the power of the compressor decreased by 6.04% and the performance factor increased by 11.1%. The optimum gas cooler pressure was found to maximize the system performance. In addition, the exergic damage of the system components was optimized in this paper. Conclusion: The ejector of the new system has great potential for optimization, and the outlet temperature of the gas cooler has the greatest influence on the performance of the ejector.

Cores from shale reservoirs in Subei Oilfield were taken as sample to study the effects of surfactants on the oil displacement efficiency and the main controlling factors of imbibition in shale reservoirs. The TOC analysis and scanning microscope technique （SEM） were used to characterize the pore structure of the core samples. Imbibition experiments under the influence of multiple factors were conducted using nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） technology. Then the effects of factors were evaluated such as wettability， fractures， porosities， permeability， surfactant concentrations， and types on the imbibition efficiency of shale oil reservoirs， and the distribution characteristics and producing conditions of the oil in different pores were clarified during the imbibition process. The results showed that shale imbibition could be divided into three stages： early stage， middle stage， and late stage. The imbibition rate was high in the early stage， and the imbibition efficiency increased rapidly. The middle stage accounted for the longest period， and the imbibition rate slowed down in the late stage， with the imbibition efficiency tending to be stable. By comparing the effects of different factors on imbibition， it was found that a wetter core indicated more fractures and higher imbibition rate and efficiency. Moreover， a higher porosity and lower permeability led to higher imbibition efficiency. The imbibition efficiency showed an increasing trend with the concentration of surfactants decreasing. The NMR experimental results demonstrated that in the process of shale imbibition， the produced oil of micro-pores was more than that of macro-pores， and changing the imbibition conditions could improve the producing percentage of oil in various pores.

In modern society, innovation and entrepreneurship education have gradually transcended the traditional paradigm, intertwined with the concept of commonwealth, and constructed a new picture of vitality and social sentiment. In terms of research ideas, this paper extracts value-shaping elements, service learning elements, social creation faculty elements, social creation curriculum elements, organizational leadership elements, interest group elements, and social creation practical elements as the elements of entrepreneurial competence cultivation of college students according to their growth pattern, the entrepreneurial environment they have, and entrepreneurial resources they possess. We obtained the four crucial factors for individual, group, school, and social levels through micro-level analysis. We constructed the model for cultivating entrepreneurial competence in college students with the support of seven elements and four hierarchical factors. In the end, the cultivation model was analyzed using the PLS-SEM model. It has been verified that 11 out of the 13 hypotheses proposed in this paper were supported through testing. 11 cultivation paths that passed the significance test were found after further analysis. The most significant path is the SF->IE->PO path under the policy anchoring force, with effect sizes and t-statistics of 0.325 and 7.494, respectively. In this way, we have refined the methodology of cultivating co-enrichment and entrepreneurship skills among university students.

Due to America’s leadership in the photography industry, American wars have been repeatedly brought to the screen. The American photographer’s attitude of excellence in this kind of photography has also forged the classics of the film industry. After the contemporary era, with the advent of the consumer and picture-reading era, a clearer narrative strategy has emerged in cinema that differs from the earlier film adaptations of war literature. In order to explore the aesthetic implications and ethical values inherent in American war photography, as well as to correct some previous biases, we aim to provide a comprehensive interpretation of American war photography from a more objective and rational perspective, and to provide references for the appreciation and creation of other film and television works. Risk analysis of investment decision-making behavior is to improve the ability to prevent investment risks in order to guarantee the success rate of investment decisions. In this paper, the risk evaluation level is determined by calculating the correlation degree of risk indicators through the establishment of the material topology matrix, and the gray evaluation coefficients are determined by using the gray correlation analysis of the whitening weight function to construct the gray evaluation model. The risk index factors and the overall gray evaluation were analyzed by using the material topology model and the gray evaluation model. From the physical topology evaluation, the market risk correlation is −0.00825, which means the special level risk. From the grey comprehensive evaluation score, the overall evaluation score is 6.884 overall risk level is medium grade line. This shows that using the model constructed in this paper can effectively realize the risk analysis of investment decisions and provide a guidance basis for investors to take effective measures for different types of risks.

BackgroundChronic superficial gastritis （CSG） is a common clinical disease in children. The emotional behavior of CSG children is susceptible due to them suffering from such disease at young age.ObjectiveTo explore the impact of coping strategies on emotional behavior and the effect of family function in children with CSG， and to provide references for clinical intervention in CSG children with emotional behavior problems.MethodsA total of 177 children with CSG admitted to Anhui Children's Hospital from June 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Investigation on family function， emotional and behavioral problems and coping strategies of children was conducted by employing the Family APGAR index （APGAR）， the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire （SDQ） and Coping Strategies Questionnaire （CSQ）. The structural equation model was used to test the mediating effect of family function between coping strategies and emotional behaviors.ResultsThe APGAR score was negatively correlated with both SDQ score and negative coping strategies score （r=-0.507， -0.551， P

The safety evaluation granularity of the current coal mine safety monitoring and management system is basically at the mine level or subsystem level. It cannot be finely managed for different areas of the mine. In order to solve the above problem, a unified area division method is proposed for safety risk assessment based on the features of operational scenarios in various areas of the mine. This method combines information such as risks, hidden dangers, disasters with area operating conditions, equipment maintenance management, and personnel positioning to unify and organize data from various safety systems. A comprehensive assessment of the safety indicator system is conducted from four dimensions: human, machine, environment, and management. The weights of each indicator in the area safety assessment are calculated through a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods. The subjective weighting is achieved through the analytic hierarchy process, while the objective weighting method is achieved through the entropy weighting method. The method constructs an area safety assessment model, which quantitatively evaluates and classifies the current safety situation of coal mines. The method uses normalized fusion weights to calculate the basic safety score, and considers high-risk combinations, historical trend changes, and inter regional coupling effects to modify the score. The comprehensive safety scores of all levels of coal mine areas are obtained. This model has been successfully applied to the intelligent comprehensive control platform of Shaanxi Xiaobaodang Mining Co., Ltd.. It provides effective reference for accurately evaluating underground safety risks in coal mines and improving the level of coal mine safety management.

In this paper, 66 samples belonging to 12 varieties of domestic high-gluten wheat in 2021 were collected, and their physicochemical, rheological and bread sensory properties were analyzed. The results of the main component analysis showed that the total sensory score of bread had a strong correlation with gluten index, maximum tensile resistance, mixing time, stretching area and stabilization time, etc. At the same time, the screening of wheat varieties with high similarity through cluster analysis could play a key guiding role in the development and maintenance of production stability of baking special flour. Comparing the fitting quality of the bread total sensory score prediction model established by the three methods of stepwise regression, partial least squares and neural network model, the model built using artificial neural network was significantly better than other models. Using neural network models, the baking characteristics of different varieties of wheat could be quickly predicted, ensuring product stability, while also facilitating the development of more targeted baking special flours.

Low temperature cold chain is the top priority of logistics development at this stage. CO2 (carbon dioxide) refrigeration system is widely used. However, the low efficiency of CO2 refrigeration system is the biggest obstacle to its development. In this research work, EES (Engineering equation solver) is used to simulate the system, which is widely used in thermodynamic modeling and calculation, a novel trans-critical CO2 refrigeration cycle with ejector for low-temperature storage is proposed. The energy and conventional exergy model of the system are established, and the advanced exergy model is established based on the conventional exergy model, and the actual performance of the system is analyzed, and the optimization potential of the system components is analyzed through the commonness of the two exergy analysis methods. The results show that the exergy destruction of each component of the ejector is the largest in the system, and the optimization potential is the highest in both conventional and advanced exergy models. After studying the influence of main parameters in the system cycle on the system performance and performance, it is found that there is an optimum intermediate pressure and gas cooler pressure in the system to maximize the system performance and efficiency. According to the influence of the change of system parameters on the system, it is found that the outlet temperature of gas cooler has the greatest influence on the optimization of ejector.

Photonic and phononic topological insulators (TIs) offer numerous opportunities for manipulating light and sound with high efficiency and resiliency. On the other hand, inverse design methodologies, such as gradient-based approaches, evolutionary approaches, and deep-learning methods, provide a cost-effective strategy for developing photonic and phononic structures with unique features in steering light and sound. Here, we discuss recent advances and achievements in the development of photonic and phononic TIs employing inverse design methodologies, including one-dimensional TIs, TIs based on the quantum spin Hall effect (QSHE) and quantum valley Hall effect (QVHE), and high-order TIs in lattices with diverse symmetries. Several inversely designed photonic and phononic TIs with superior performance are exhibited. In addition, we offer our perspectives on the future of this emerging study field.

Summary: By a survey of metagenome-wide association studies (MWAS), we found a robust depletion of Bacteroides cellulosilyticus, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, and Roseburia intestinalis in individuals with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ACVD). From an established collection of bacteria isolated from healthy Chinese individuals, we selected B. cellulosilyticus, R. intestinalis, and Faecalibacterium longum, a bacterium related to F. prausnitzii, and tested the effects of these bacteria in an Apoe/− atherosclerosis mouse model. We show that administration of these three bacterial species to Apoe−/− mice robustly improves cardiac function, reduces plasma lipid levels, and attenuates the formation of atherosclerotic plaques. Comprehensive analysis of gut microbiota, plasma metabolome, and liver transcriptome revealed that the beneficial effects are associated with a modulation of the gut microbiota linked to a 7α-dehydroxylation–lithocholic acid (LCA)–farnesoid X receptor (FXR) pathway. Our study provides insights into transcriptional and metabolic impact whereby specific bacteria may hold promises for prevention/treatment of ACVD.

Second-order photonic topological insulators (SPTIs) with topologically protected corner states provide a unique platform for realizing the robust manipulation of light in lower dimensions. Previous SPTIs proposed in C 4v -symmetric lattices are mainly based on the two-dimensional (2D) Su-Schrieffer–Heeger (SSH) model consisting of an even number of sites in the unit cell. Moreover, second-order topological phases within high-order band gaps are rarely explored. Here, we propose a new principle of SPTIs beyond the 2D SSH model, which is realized in C 4v-symmetric lattices consisting of an odd number of sites in the unit cell. The midgap-gap-ratios of these odd-order band gaps, from the first-order to the nineteenth-order with step of two-order, are maximized by the method of topology optimization. Second-order topological phases are successfully created within these sizeable band gaps and highly localized corner states are observed. Our work offers a new route for exploring high-order topological states in photonics and other classical systems.

Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the leading cause of deaths due to cancer in women. Adipocytes have been suggested to play a key role in the stimulation of EOC growth. However, the mechanisms underlying the adipocyte-induced EOC proliferation remain undefined. Here, we provide the first evidence that adipocytes induce the activation of sphingosine kinase (SphK) 2 in EOC, which represents a novel pathway that mediates the adipocyte-induced EOC growth. SphK2 inhibition in EOC cells led to a remarkable inhibition of the adipocyte-induced cell proliferation. Moreover, the adipocyte-induced SphK2 activation in EOC cells was extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases (ERK) dependent. Furthermore, silencing SphK2 in EOC significantly inhibited the adipocyte-induced expression of phospho-ERK and c-Myc, two crucial players in EOC growth. Collectively, the current study unraveled a previously unrecognized role of SphK2 in the adipocyte-induced growth-promoting action in EOC, suggesting a novel target for EOC treatment.

With the rapid growth of data with different modalities on the Internet, cross-modal retrieval has gradually become a hot research topic. Due to its efficiency and effectiveness, Hashing based methods have become one of the most popular large-scale cross-modal retrieval strategies. In most of the image-text cross-modal retrieval methods, the goal is to make the deep features of the images similar to the corresponding deep text features. However, these methods incorporate background information of the images into the feature learning, as a result, the retrieval performance is decreased. To solve this problem, OFBDH (object feature based deep Hashing) is proposed to learn optimal discriminative maximum activations of convolutions from the feature maps to represent the object features, and then the learned object features are integrated into the image-text cross-modal network learning. Experimental results show that OFBDH can obtain satisfactory cross-modal retrieval results on MIRFLICKR-25K, IAPR TC-12 and NUS-WIDE.

A new method to synthesize phoxim.

Background: The aim of this study is to explore a new manoeuvre of vascular control technique in laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy (LSPDP). Materials and Methods: A total of 63 patients were diagnosed with pancreatic tumour in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018. In these cases, Kimura technique was utilised in 33 patients and total blood flow blocked technique was used in 30 patients. The clinical data of these 63 patients of were retrospectively analysed. Results: Four groups of patients were operated smoothly. In Kimura group, 33 patients were carried out using Kimura technique. Four patients' spleens were resected because the spleen artery was damaged. Three patients among them were converted to open surgery. In the other group, one patient was converted to open and resected the spleen. When comparing the Kimura group with the last series group, the mean surgical time decreased by 27 min, the estimated blood loss decreased by 108 ml, which had a significant statistical difference, whereas postoperative haemorrhage and postoperative pancreatic fistula had no statistical difference. Conclusion: After ten patient's practice, application of new manoeuvre of vascular control technique in LSPDP is feasible and safe, with advantages of less blood loss and shorter operation time.

Supercapacitors with high power density, ultralong lifespan and wide range operating temperature have drawn significant attention in recent years. However, monitoring the state of charge in supercapacitors in a cost-effective and flexible way is still challenging. Techniques such as transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction can analyze the characteristics of supercapacitor well. But with large size and high price, they are not suitable for daily monitoring of the supercapacitors’ operation. In this paper, a low cost and easily fabricated fiber-optic localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) probe is proposed to monitor the state of charge of the electrode in a supercapacitor. The Au nanoparticles were loading on the fiber core as LSPR sensing region. In order to implant the fiber in the supercapacitor, a reflective type of fiber sensor was used. The results show that this tiny fiber-optic LSPR sensor can provide online monitoring of the state of charge during the charging and discharging process in situ. The intensity shift in LSPR sensor has a good linear relationship with the state of charge calculated by standard galvanostatic charging and discharging test. In addition, this LSPR sensor is insensitive to the temperature change, presenting a great potential in practical applications.

Background: To explore the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic caudate lobe (CL) resection for the treatment of hepatolithiasis. Methods: A retrospective study of nine patients who received laparoscopic CL resection for treatment of hepatolithiasis in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2017. Of these cases, we studied the patients' demographic data, the operation time, blood loss, post-operative hospital stay, post-operative complications and prognosis. Results: All the nine cases are performed successfully; the post-operative recovery was symptom free except for one case of post-operative bile leakage. Among them, there were six cases of CL resection in combination with other lobe, three cases of separate CL resection, and three cases of whole CL resection. The average operative time was 310 min (Range: 180–450 min), the average intraoperative blood loss was 530 ml (Range: 100–1000 ml), average post-operative hospital stay was 9 days (Range: 6–13 days), average total hospital stay was 10 days (Range: 9–19 days). Intraoperative calculi exhaustion rate was 66.7% (6/9), which at the end of treatment was 88.9% (8/9). No cases had calculi recurrence. Conclusion: The application of laparoscopic CL resection is feasible and safe.

In laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), the anatomical variation of gallbladder canal should be noted. Bile duct injury is one of the most serious complications of LC, which might lead to serious complications. This case because of an intraoperative accidental cut to right anterior inferior lobe bile duct which joins to the cystic duct, after confirming by intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging-guided real-time three-dimensional bile duct reconstruction and performing end-to-end anastomosis of the right anterior inferior lobe bile duct and the gallbladder tube under laparoscopy, the patient was discharged 5 days after surgery, was followed up for 4 months and was disease-free.

In order to improve the capability of soft fault diagnosis in an analog circuit, an integrated diagnosis method based on KSLPP feature extraction and ELM is proposed. The KSLPP feature extraction ability is firstly used to construct the principal component feature set from the fault sample set. Then, the advantage of ELM on solving the complicated nonlinearity problem is applied to build the fault identification model from the principal component feature. Finally, the sample sets of soft fault diagnosis for the analog circuit are respectively established by waveform parameter and wavelet packet transform to conduct the diagnostic test for the built model. The simulation of Elliptic Filter shows that, based on the fault sample set gotten by waveform parameter, the total correct rate of the integrated method is 98.2%; on the basis of the fault sample set built by wavelet packet transform, the total correct rate is 100%. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are also validated.

Background: The aim of this study is to explore the application value of layered suture technique in two-port laparoscopic choledocholithotomy with primary suture. Materials and Methods: A prospective study of 267 patients received laparoscopic common bile duct choledocholithotomy with primary suture in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017. Of these cases, layered suture technique was utilised in 110 patients, and single-suture technique was used in 157 patients. The operation time, post-operative hospital stay and post-operative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: Two groups of patients were operated smoothly, with no conversations to laparotomy. Post-operative recovery was symptom free. The operative time was not significantly different between the two groups of patients (t = −'0.587,P= 0.086). The post-operative hospital stay and incidence of post-operative bile leakage were significantly lower in layered suture group than those in single-layer suture group ([7.6 ± 1.8] days vs. [5.8 ± 1.7] days, t = 2.776,P= 0.000; 4.5% [5/110] vs. 20.4% [32/157], χ2 = 9.885,P= 0.002). In the single-layer suture group, the incidence of post-operative bile leakage was significantly higher in patients complicated with acute cholangitis (44.4% [12/27] vs. 15.4% [20/130], χ2 = 11.634,P= 0.001), whereas in the layered suture group, the incidence of post-operative bile leakage was insignificantly different among patients with and without acute cholangitis (11.8% [2/17] vs. 3.2% [3/93], χ2 = 0.848,P= 0.357). Conclusion: Application of layered suture technique in laparoscopic choledocholithotomy with primary suture is feasible and safe, with advantages of less bile leakage and shorter hospital stay.

As the surface conditions play a significant role on corona discharge and its related effects of the conductors, the influence of fine particulate matter on positive-polarity, direct-current conductors was studied experimentally in this study. The surface morphologies of the conductor could be discovered from the experiments. The typical morphologies are the parallel chains of particles. To evaluate the surface condition quantitively, the surface roughness of the conductors is measured. It is found that the applied voltage and testing time have a great influence on the surface condition. After that, the corona characteristics of conductors are tested. It reveals that the total ground level electric field and ion flow density increases with the surface roughness growing.

The effect of warm ischemia time (WIT) on longterm renal function after partial nephrectomy remains controversial. In this retrospectively cohort study, 75 solitary kidney patients were included and the effects of warm ischemia time, preoperative renal function and resected normal parenchyma volume on long-term renal function were evaluated. Multivariable analysis showed that the preoperative renal function baseline was significantly associated with renal function 12 months postoperation (P=0.01), adjusting for age and comorbidities factors. This paper proposed a “coal-to-electricity” energy saving system，which collects a large amount of heating data, users′ behavior data, weather data and houses′ data of each user′s sensor in real time, and applies the BP(Back-Propagation Network) to analyze heating power consumption. The system could support data management and analysis easily, and could improve the distribution network construction and users′ configurations, which has significant positive significance in the “coal-to-electricity”project.
