In order to determine the genetic differences between high-molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) 7OE + 8* and 17 + 18, HMW-GS 7OE + 8* from a Canadian extra-strong wheat cultivar Glenlea was introduced to Longmai 20 (1, 17 + 18, 5 + 10) by 6 consecutive backcrosses with biochemical marker-assisted selection. The near-isogenic lines (NILs) of Longmai 20 possessing HMW-GS 7OE + 8* and 17 + 18 were grown in the experimental field of the Crop Breeding Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2006 to 2009. The field experiments were conducted in a two-column contrast arrangement with four replicates. Compared with the NILs possessing subunits 17 + 18, the quality parameters of NILs with subunits 7OE + 8*, which include protein content, dry gluten content, ratio of wet gluten/dry gluten, ratio of Zeleny sedimentation/dry gluten, stability, maximum resistance and area of extensogram, increased by 1.5% (P = 0.06), − 0.7% (P = 0.47), − 1.9% (P < 0.01), 6.6% (P = 0.02), 11.2% (P = 0.6), 20.3% (P < 0.01) and 19.9% (P < 0.01), respectively. HMW-GS 7OE + 8* have a greater positive effect on the rheological properties of flour, such as the maximum resistance and area of extensogram, which are less influenced by environmental conditions compared to stability of Farinogram. The herbicide chlorsulfuron is commonly applied to cereals and may persist in alkaline soil long enough to damage subsequent sensitive crops. Sewage water, a potential source of the heavy metal cadmium (Cd), is used to irrigate agricultural soils in many developing countries. The current work evaluated the effects of the residual herbicide chlorsulfuron and Cd on maize seedlings, with particular attention to the mechanism of their action on plant growth. Maize seeds were planted in soil that had been sprayed with chlorsulfuron and Cd, after which residues in both seedlings and the soil were measured. The chlorsulfuron dose was correlated with the amount of residue found in seedlings but not in the soil. In all, 39 metabolites were identified in seedlings using the Automated Mass spectral Deconvolution and Identification System software program and the retention index method. The combination of chlorsulfuron and Cd significantly reduced multiple metabolites in the shikimate pathway, malic acid and citric acid production in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, and lactic acid, glucose, aspartic acid, asparagine and 3-glycerophosphoric acid production. In addition, chlorsulfuron caused an increase in multiple amino acids, including tyrosine, methionine and asparagine, and a marked decrease in caffeic and cinnamic acids (the secondary metabolites derived from the shikimate pathway and galactose). Finally, chlorsulfuron and Cd stress markedly increased shikimate acid, decreased 3-glycerophosphoric acid and caused negative correlations between the amounts of phenylalanine and tyrosine and those of quinic- and cinnamic-acid. In conclusion, chlorsulfuron and Cd did not have a synergistic effect on maize seedlings; rather, the combination of these pollutants had an antagonistic effect on some amino acids. OBJECTIVE: Chronic HCV (hepatitis C virus) infection is recognized as the major cause of mixed cryoglobulinemia. Cryo-globulins continually precipitate and form deposits on the vascular endothelium of small to medium-sized blood vessels, which may progress to vasculitic syndrome. CASE REPORT: A 44-year-old female patient with chronic HCV infection presented with pur-puras, edema and proteinuria. Her renal findings included microscopic hematuria, moderate proteinuria and endocapillary proliferative glomeru-lonephritis (EnPGN) on renal biopsy. Serum cryoglobulins comprised mixed monoclonal cryoglobulins characterized by IgM kappa. The serum protein electrophoresis revealed a monoclonal M protein (9.0%). CD19 and CD20-positive B-cell oligo-monoclonal expansion in the bone marrow was revealed. Rapid relief of the clinical symptoms, the disappearance of proteinuria and a sharp decrease in the HCV viral load were observed in our case after one year of interferon therapy. CONCLUSIONS: HCV infection-associated ex-trahepatic manifestations are diverse, which may lead to misdiagnosis. Objective: To compare the differences between contrastenhanced (CE) fluorine-18 fludeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET)/CT and CECT in target volume delineation and radiotherapy (RT) dose distribution, and to evaluate the sparing of organs at risk (OARs) in the treatment plan of locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC). Methods: 21 consecutive patients with LAPC with histologically or cytologically confirmed adenocarcinoma underwent both non-CECT and 18F-FDG scans; 11 of whom also underwent CECT scans. Intensity-modulated RT plans (prescribed dose, 54 Gy) were constructed to cover the corresponding gross tumour volume (GTV). The differences among GTVCT, GTVPET, GTVPET-CT and OARs in these different image sets as well as the uniformity of target dose were analysed. Results: The mean non-CE GTVCT, GTVPET and GTVPET-CT were 76.9 ±47.8, 47.0 ± 40.2 and 44.5 ±3 4.7 cm3 (mean ± standard deviation), respectively. The non-CE GTVPET-CT was significantly smaller than the non-CE GTVCT (p < 0.001). The CE GTVPET-CT was significantly smaller than the CE GTVCT (P = 0.033). For both the non- CE GTVCT and the CE GTVCT. the intestine V40 (the percentage of the intestine volume irradiated by 40 Gy), intestine V50, intestine Dmax (the mean maximum dose), cord Dmax, left kidney V30, right kidney V30, left kidney Omean (the mean dose), right kidney Dmean and liver V30 were 5.90%, 2.52%, 5500 cGy, 2194 cGy, 3.40%, 0.68%, 747 cGy, 550 cGy and 5.37%, respectively. There are significant differences between the non-CE CT and the non-CE PET-CT in intestine Dmax (p = 0.023) and right kidney Dmean (P = 0.029). Conclusion: Co-registration of 18F-FDG PET with CECT may improve the accuracy of GTV delineation in LAPC and might reduce the adverse effect of irradiation. OBJECTIVE: Hemodialysis treatment has been revealed to increased the systolic pulmonary artery pressure (sPAP). Right ventricular dysfunction (RVD) had been demonstrated to predict mortality in chronic renal failure patients. We investigate the prevalence of pulmonary hypertension and RVD among patients and possible contributing factors for pulmonary hypertension. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional survey consisted of 70 hemodialysis patients was performed in our hemodialysis center. By using echocardiography, an estimated systolic pulmonary artery pressure of > 35 mmHg at rest met the criterion of pulmonary hypertension. Tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) of the right ventricle was performed in all patients. RESULTS: 27 out of 70 (38.57%) patients met the definition of pulmonary hypertension, while 32 out of 70 (45.71%) patients met the definition of RVD. Compared to patients without pulmonary hypertension, patients with pulmonary hypertension demonstrated higher systolic blood pressure and lower left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). RVD, indicated by TDI myocardial performance index (MPI), was worse impaired in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Echocardiographic findings suggested elevated MPI values of right ventricular and right ventricular wall thickness were significantly associated with sPAP. While a high level of LVEF and Kt/V values was inversely correlated with sPAP. The multivariate determinants of pulmonary hypertension were systolic blood pressure and Kt/V values. CONCLUSIONS: Among hemodialysis patients, pulmonary hypertension is extraordinary common and is significantly associated with RVD. The poor control of systolic blood pressure and volume overload have played an important role in the mechanism of pulmonary hypertension in chronic uremia patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of this study was to investigate the responses of meat ducks of 15 to 35 d of age to free gossypol (FG) from cottonseed meal (CSM) and to establish the maximum limits of dietary FG concentration based on growth performance, blood parameters, and tissue residues of gossypol. Nine hundred 15-d-old ducks were randomly allocated to 5 treatments with 10 cages/treatment and 18 ducks/cage on the basis of BW. Five isonitrogenous and isocaloric experimental diets were formulated on a digestible amino acid basis to produce diets in which 0% (without FG), 25% (36mg FG/kg), 50% (75mg FG/kg), 75% (111 mg FG/kg), and 100% (153 mg FG/kg) of protein from soybean meal were replaced by that from CSM. Increasing dietary FG content, BW, and ADG decreased (linearly, P < 0.05, except for ADG of days 29 to 35), and F/G linearly increased (P < 0.05). At 35 d, blood hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration linearly decreased (P < 0.05), while serum total protein, albumin, and globulin content linearly decreased (P < 0.05), and the residue of gossypol in liver, kidney, heart, breast, and leg muscle linearly increased (P < 0.001) with increases in dietary FG concentration. Ducks fed 36 mg FG/kg (5.83% CSM of diet) diet had a normal histological structure of liver, and muscle (breast and leg) had no residue of gossypol. The maximum limit of dietary FG concentration was estimated to range from a low of 36 mg/kg to maximize serum globulin concentration to a high of 124 mg/kg to minimize feed intake for 22 to 28d on the basis of a quadratic broken-line model. Objective: To explore the obesity-related factors among primary and middle school students in Hangzhou. Methods: A stratified random cluster sampling cross-sectional study was conducted using Hangzhou city's 2016-2020 annual school health survey data. Finally, 9 213 primary and secondary school students with complete data were selected as the research objects. The standard of Overweight and Obesity Screening for School-age Children and Adolescents (WS/T 586-2018) was used to verify students' obesity. SPSS 25.0 software was applied to conduct statistical analysis on the related factors of obesity. Results: The overall obesity detection rate among primary and middle school students in Hangzhou was 8.52%. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that inadequate sleep ( OR =6.507, 95% CI : 2.371-17.861, P <0.001), 3- hours ( OR =5.666, 95% CI : 2.164-14.835, P <0.001) and ≥4 hours ( OR =7.530, 95% CI : 2.804-20.221, P <0.001) of watching video every day in the past week, being beaten and scolded by parents in the past week ( OR =1.627, 95% CI : 1.161-2.280, P =0.005), parents often reduce students' exercise time in order to let students have more time to study in the past week ( OR =3.310, 95% CI : 1.243-8.819, P =0.017), age 16-18 years old ( OR =0.137, 95% CI : 0.050-0.374, P <0.001), often suffering from campus violence in the past week ( OR =0.332, 95% CI : 0.141-0.783, P =0.012), 1 hour of watching video every day in the past week ( OR =0.023, 95% CI : 0.006-0.083, P <0.001), sometimes having breakfast ( OR =0.151, 95% CI : 0.058-0.397, P <0.001) and eating breakfast every day ( OR =0.020, 95% CI : 0.005-0.065, P <0.001) in the past week, eating vegetables and fruits sometimes ( OR =0.015, 95% CI : 0.010-0.023, P <0.001) and every day ( OR =0.020, 95% CI : 0.008-0.053, P <0.001) in the past week, eating sweet food sometimes ( OR =0.089, 95% CI : 0.035-0.227, P <0.001) and every day ( OR =2.568, 95% CI : 1.632-4.041, P <0.001) in the past week, eating fried food sometimes ( OR =0.274, 95% CI : 0.094-0.800, P =0.018) in the past week, and having three physical education classes every week ( OR =0.156, 95% CI : 0.057-0.423, P <0.001) were the main related factors affecting the occurrence of obesity in primary and secondary school students. Conclusions: With the higher obesity prevalence among primary and middle school students in Hangzhou, parents and teachers should strengthen health education for primary and middle school students, help children develop scientific eating behavior, develop positive and healthy living habits of children, and effectively prevent overweight/obesity in primary and middle school students.

Objective: To identify the clinically relevant factors of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SSNS) in children and establish a predictive model followed by verifying its feasibility. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in a total of 111 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Children's Hospital of ShanXi from January 2016 to December 2021. The clinical data of general conditions, manifestations, laboratory tests, treatment, and prognosis were collected. According to the steroid response, patients were divided into SSNS and steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) group. Single factor Logistic regression analysis was used for comparison between the 2 groups, and variables with statistically significant differences were included in multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the related variables of children with SRNS. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC), the calibration curve and the clinical decision curve were used to evaluate its effectiveness of the variables. Results: Totally 111 children with nephrotic syndrome was composed of 66 boys and 45 girls, aged 3.2 (2.0, 6.6) years. There were 65 patients in the SSNS group and 46 in the SRNS group.Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the 6 variables, including erythrocyte sedimentation rate, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, suppressor T cells, D-dimer, fibrin degradation products, β2-microglobulin, had statistically significant differences between SSNS and SRNS groups (85 (52, 104) vs . 105 (85, 120) mm/1 h, 18 (12, 39) vs . 16 (12, 25) nmol/L, 0.23 (0.19, 0.27) vs . 0.25 (0.20, 0.31), 0.7 (0.6, 1.1) vs . 1.1 (0.9, 1.7) g/L, 3.1 (2.3, 4.1) vs . 3.3 (2.7, 5.8) g/L, 2.3 (1.9,2.8) vs . 3.0 (2.5, 3.7) g/L, χ 2 =3.73, -2.42, 2.24, 3.38, 2.24,3.93,all P <0.05), were included in the multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Finally, we found that 4 variables including erythrocyte sedimentation rate, suppressor T cells, D-dimer and β2-microglobulin ( OR =1.02, 1.12, 25.61, 3.38, 95% CI 1.00-1.04, 1.03-1.22, 1.92-341.04, 1.65-6.94, all P <0.05) had significant correlation with SRNS. The optimal prediction model was selected. The ROC curve cut-off=0.38, with the sensitivity of 0.83, the specificity of 0.77 and area under curve of 0.87. The calibration curve showed that the predicted probability of SRNS group occurrence was in good agreement with the actual occurrence probability, χ 2 =9.12, P =0.426. The clinical decision curve showed good clinical applicability. The net benefit is up to 0.2. Make the nomogram. Conclusions: The prediction model based on the 4 identified risk factors including erythrocyte sedimentation rate, suppressor T cells, D-dimer and β2-microglobulin was suitable for the early diagnosis and prediction of SRNS in children. The prediction effect was promising in clinical application.

Objective: To explore the surgical methods and effects of transoral endoscopic resection of benign tumors in parapharyngeal space via medial pterygomandibular raphe approach. Methods: The clinical data of 23 patients who underwent resection of benign tumors in parapharyngeal space by endoscopic medial pterygomandibular raphe approach from January 2016 to July 2020 in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were analyzed retrospectively. There were 14 males and 9 females with a median age of 43 years. The tumors were located in the anterior space of the styloid process in 13 cases and in the posterior space in 10 cases. The smallest tumor volume was 7.3 ml and the largest was 80.2 ml. The preoperative imaging features, the characteristics and risks of this approach in the operation were analyzed, and the feasible mode of operation was explored. Results: All patients completed the operation successfully. The intraoperative blood loss was 20 to 50 ml, with an average of 28.3 ml. The operation time was 40 to 110 min, with an average of 75.4 min. The incision length was 2 to 4 cm, with an average of 3.0 cm. The postoperative pain score was 2 to 4, with an average of 3.2. The postoperative hospital stay was 4 to 9 d, with an average of 6.7 d. Postoperative pathological diagnosis included pleomorphic adenoma ( n= 12), neurilemmoma ( n= 10) and basal cell adenoma ( n= 1). The patients were followed up for 6 to 60 months. There was no postoperative complication such as infection or serious bleeding, and there was no tumor recurrence after operation. Conclusion: Endoscopic resection of benign tumor in parapharyngeal space via medial pterygomandibular raphe approach is a safe, effective, and minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of tumors in parapharyngeal space.

Objective: To explore The feasibility of digital guidance drill templates assisted expansive open-door laminoplasty. Methods: Ten specimens of normal adult cervical spine (C 3-7 ) were selected, including six males and four females. The specimens aged 42-67 years, with an average age of (43.6±4.2) years. After CT scanning, the date was imported into Mimics software in DICOM format. 3D models were reconstructed and the position and depth of troughs on the open side and hinge side were selected for expansive open-door laminoplasty. Drill templates were designed and exported in STL, manufactured by 3D printing finally. Then drill templates were attached to the posterior part of cervical lamina and spinous process. Under guidance of templates, troughs of both sides were conducted by using a high-speed drill. Then the lamina is elevated and instrumentations were implanted. Postoperative CT scanning was conducted to record the fracture of trough on the hinge side. 3D reconstruction was performed again to compare the position and depth between theory and actual trough on both sides by paired t test. Results: A total of 50 drill templates were designed and manufactured. There was no occurrence of hinge fracture after operation. In C 3-7 , the distance range between the theory position of troughs on the open side and the midline was 11.8-14.4 mm, while in actual it was 11.4-14.0 mm. The distance range between the theory position of troughs on the hinge side and the midline was 11.6-14.3 mm; in actual, it was 10.9-14.0 mm. The theory depth range of trough on the hinge side was 3.0-3.8 mm, while the actual depth was 3.1-3.8 mm. According to the statistical analysis, the difference in the position of trough on the open side, the position of trough on the hinge side and the depth of trough on the hinge side between theory and actual were not statistically significant (all P >0.05). Conclusion: Digital guided template assisted open-door laminoplasty is a feasible technique, which can improve the accuracy and safety of the position and depth of the trough, and has clinical application value.

Objective: To evaluate the best entry region and trajectory of anterior transpedicular root screws (ATPRS). Methods: From January 2018 to May 2019, 50 cervical CT date integral of healthy people were selected from Ningbo No. 6 Hospital and were confirmed no obvious defect. Of these, 24 cases were males and 26 were females, aged 20-49 (32±5) years. The CT data was imported into Mimics by DICOM format, then 3D reconstruction was performed. In the coronal plane, the area from the centreline of the anterior of C(3-7) to the left Z-line(marked a line through the intersection of the anterior of the luschak joint and upper endplates, parallel to the centralline of the anterior of the vertebral body) was divided into nine areas. Then virtual screw with diameter of 3.5 mm was inserted. Record the length of screw of each area (L), the angle between screw and the posterior of the vertebral body in horizontal plane(α), the angle between screw and the anterior of the vertebral body in sagittal plane (β), individually. The data between groups were compared by independent sample t test. Results: The best regions were zone 9 of C(3), C(4); zone 8, 9 of C(5); zone 2-3, 5-9 of C(6); zone 1-9 of C(7) in men. And these were zone 9 of C(3); zone 3, 6, 8 and 9 of C(4), C(5); zone 2-3, 5-9 of C(6); zone 1-9 of C(7) in women. The distribution of best region was almost the same in men and women, zone 9 of each segment was the best region, and the screw length was the longest. It increased gradually from C(3) to C(7). C(3) had the least region, C(4) and C(5) had less, while C(6) and C(7) had the most. The horizontal angle of C(3-7) in men and women were 44.0°-47.2°, 40.2°-45.3° in zone 1, 4 and 7, respectively; 35.1°-41.4°, 34.6°-38.7° in zone 2, 5 and 8, respectively; 30.0°-37.2°, 30.2°-34.5° in zone 3, 6 and 9, respectively; and it demonstrated a gradually decreased trend. The sagittal angle of C(3-7) in men and women was 85.3°-97.4°, 80.5°-88.9° in zone 1-3, respectively; 101.2°-113.7°, 101.0°-109.3° in zone 4-6, respectively; 116.6°-128.8°, 119.9°-125.3° in zone 7-9, respectively; and it demonstrated a gradually increased trend. There was no significant difference in the horizontal and sagittal angle between men and women (both P> 0.05). Conclusions: Anterior transpedicular root screw is a feasible internal fixation technique. It has wide region and the Z-line can be used as a reference for screw placement.

Objective: To explore the clinical features and prognosis of gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. Methods: The data of patients with gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma diagnosed and treated at Peking University Cancer Hospital from 2000 to 2019 were collected, and their clinical characteristics, treatment options and effects, and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The median age of 68 patients was 56 years old, and the ratio of men to women was 0.6∶1.0. Early patients accounted for about 76% (52/68). The most commonly used treatment is Helicobacter pylori eradication, followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The total effective rate is 94%, of which the complete remission rate is 72%. With a median follow-up of 44 months, the 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate was 73%, and the overall survival (OS) rate was 83%. Prognostic factor analysis showed that albumin level ( P= 0.011) and international prognostic index (IPI)( P= 0.017) are independent prognostic indicators of PFS, The 5-year PFS rate of patients with normal and reduced albumin was 77% and 50%, respectively, and the 5-year PFS rate of patients with IPI score<2 points and IPI ≥ 2 points was 80% and 48%, respectively. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) ( P= 0.016) and albumin level ( P= 0.025) are independent prognostic indicators of OS, and the 5-year OS rates of patients with normal and elevated LDH were 87% and 67%, respectively. The 5-year OS rates of patients with normal albumin and reduced were 92% and 73%, respectively. Conclusions: Gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma is sensitive to treatment and has a good prognosis. The patient's albumin and lactate dehydrogenase levels are independent prognostic indicators.

Objective: To explore the application of endoscopy and clinical effect of endoscopic resection of benign tumor in infratemporal fossa. Methods: The clinical data of 11 patients with benign tumors in infratemporal fossa admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and Skull Base Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2016 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 6 males and 5 females, with the age ranging from 11 to 63 years old. The main clinical manifestations were pharyngeal foreign body sensation, submaxillary pain, maxillofacial numbness and tongue numbness. Imaging examination showed that the tumor was round and had a clear boundary with the surrounding tissue. All the patients underwent endoscopic surgery. Appropriate surgical approach was selected according to the location of the tumor and its relationship with the internal carotid artery. The endoscopic surgical approaches included trans-oropharyngeal approach in 7 cases, trans-lateral pterygomandibular raphe approach in 1 case and trans-medial pterygomandibular raphe approach in 3 cases. The pathological results, prognosis, complications and relapse of patients were summarized through descriptive statistics. Results: The tumors were completely resected under endoscope in all patients, and there was no significant complication occurred after surgery. The average pain VAS score was 3.1 after surgery and average hospital stay was 5.9 d. The postoperative pathological diagnoses consisted of 6 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 4 cases of neurilemmoma and 1 case of basal cell adenoma. All patients were followed up regularly from 6 to 39 months without recurrence of tumor. Conclusion: Endoscopic resection of benign tumors in infratemporal fossa has the advantages of minimal damage, rapid recovery, few complications, and definite curative effect, which can be used as an important alternative for surgical treatment of benign tumors.

Objective: To analyze the distribution of allergens and the risk factors in patients with allergic rhinitis in Qingdao area. Method: Two hundred and sixteen patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and 49 healthy volunteers were admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Otolaryngology Department of the three branches of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital in Qingdao from August 2018 to March 2019. A total of 271 patients（5-84 years old） were included in the epidemiological investigation. The study conducted a skin stinging test of inhalation allergens. In addition, the questionnaire of allergic disease and self-examination of dust mite allergy were carried out for each group of patients, and the results were analyzed and counted. Result: ①In 216 patients with allergic rhinitis, the top six inhalation allergens were dust mites（55.0%）, house dust mites（46.1%）, tropical mites（21.8%）, dog hair（16.6%）, Artemisia halodendron（13.3%）, and German cockroaches（10.3%）. ②Inhalation allergens, the degree of positive of house dust mites and dust mites were mainly（+++）, the degree of positive of Artemisia halodendron were mainly（+++） and（++++）, and the degree of positive of other allergens were mainly（++）. ③There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates of inhalation allergens in different age groups, and the positive rates of inhalation allergens gradually decreased with age after adulthood. ④The single factor and multi-factor logical regression analysis all showed that the history of smoking, family history, age less than 18 years, and 18-40 years old were closely related to the occurrence of allergic rhinitis（ P <0.05）. ⑤Using Spearson-related analysis and loess regression analysis, it was found that with the increase of dust mite self-examination score, the positive rate of dust mite increased significantly. Conclusion: The most important inhalation allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis in Qingdao area are dust mites, dog hair and artemisinin. The positive rate of inhalation allergens is influenced by age and there are certain rules in them. Smoking history, family history, age and other factors are risk factors for allergic rhinitis. Objective: To explore the effect of nutritional status pre-and during chemoradiotherapy on the prognosis of patients with limited- stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC). Methods: We retrospectively collected medical records of 172 LS-SCLC patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy in our hospital from 2000 to 2014, with 126 males and 46 females. The data of complete blood count and hepatic and renal function were collected before initial treatment, before radiotherapy, 4 weeks during radiotherapy, and 1 month after complete of treatment. The prognostic nutritional index(PNI)was calculated. Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate. Log-rank test was performed used to compare the survival differences between groups. Multivariate prognostic analysis was performed using Cox regression model. Results: The median overall survival (OS) was 21 months, with median progression-free survival (PFS) of 11 months. At the beginning of treatment, patients with pre-treatment PNI ≥ 53 had significantly superior OS (median 37 vs 15 months, P =0.001) and PFS (median 16 vs 10 months, P =0.017). Patients with pre-treatment hemoglobin ≥140 g/L and <140 g/L had an median OS of 32 months and 17 months ( P =0.019), and median PFS of 16 months and 9 months ( P =0.040), respectively. During chemoradiation, patients with elevated hemoglobin had similar median OS compared with those had decreased hemoglobin (27 vs 18 months, P =0.063, but superior median PFS (15 vs 9 months, P =0.017). Multivariate analysis revealed that prophylactic cranial irradiation, pre-treatment hemoglobin ≥140 g/L, and pretreatment PNI ≥53 were independent predictors of OS and PFS in patients with LS-SCLC. Conclusion: Pre-treatment nutritional status and the changes of nutritional status during chemoradiotherapy is significantly associated with the prognosis of patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. The patients with better pre-treatment nutritional status have a better prognosis.

Objective: To evaluate the value of anti-carbamylated protein (CarP) antibody in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis-associated intersitial lung diseas (RA-ILD)., Methods: Clinical and laboratory data and serum samples of patients with RA between December 2017 and June 2019 in Department of Rheumatology, General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were collected. The patients were subclassified as RA-ILD and RA-without ILD based on computed tomography scans of the chest, Enzyme 1inked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to assess anti-CarP antibody in the serum of each group. The occurrence of ILD and other laboratory indexes were analyzed. Comparison of measurement data between the 2 groups was performed by two independent sample t-test or Mann-Whitney U nonparametric test, while the count data were compared by Chi square test; Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was drawn to determine the cut-off value of anti-CarP antibody to RA-ILD diagnosis and to analyze its diagnostic efficacy., Results: The anti-CarP antibody level in the RA-ILD group was 21.14 (12.29, 29.75), which was significantly higher than that in the RA-without ILD group 11.6 (6.66, 19.05) (P=0.000). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of anti-CarP antibody in RA-ILD group (53%) was significantly higher than that in RA-without ILD group (16%) (P<0.05); There was no significant differences in the levels of rheumatoid factor (RF) and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) between the two groups (P>0.05). The age and disease activity score (DAS28) in the RA-ILD group were significantly higher than those in the RA-withhout ILD group (P<0.05). The proportion of men and smoking in the RA-ILD group was higher than that in the RA-without ILD group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The ROC curve showed that the anti-CarP antibody had a cut off value of 20.56 U/mL, with the sensitivity of 53.50%, and specificity of 84.20%, the area under the ROC curve were 0.76. Spearman correlation analysis showed that rheumatoid factor (RF) and age were positively correlated with anti-CarP antibody (r=0.172, P=0.043; r=0.200, P=0.006). Anti-CarP antibody level was not associated with the DAS28 score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), anti-CCP antibody, swollen joint count, and tender joint count (P>0.05)., Conclusion: The anti-CarP antibody level in RA-ILD patients is higher than that in RA-without ILD, suggesting that anti-CarP antibody may have a role in the development of RA-ILD.

Objective: To summarize the common clinical types of cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） rhinorrhea and key points of transnasal endoscopic repair of CSF rhinorrhea. To evaluate clinical effects. Method: In 29 patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, 9 patients with traumatic CSF rhinorrhea, 10 patients with spontaneous CSF rhinorrhea, 7 patients with CSF rhinorrhea after tumour excision, and 3 patients with iatrogenic CSF rhinorrhea. All the 29 patients were treated with transnasal endoscopic repair of CSF rhinorrhea. Result: There were 25 patients were successfully repaired at one time. Three patients developed intracranial infection and 2 patient developed pneumocephalus after surgery, all of them were cured with conservative treatment. All the patients who were followed-up for more than half a year had no recurrence. Conclusion: Transnasal endoscopic repair of CSF rhinorrhea is safe and effective, the success rate of operation is high, it is not easy to recur, and the complications are few. It can be used as the first choice for repairing of CSF rhinorrhea and effective prevention measures. Objective: To describe the birth characteristics for Chinese newborns, to assess the feasibility of collecting basic data on maternal and child health, and to conduct relevant epidemiological studies by using mobile terminals., Methods: From June 2016 to January 2017, pregnant women who delivered in hospitals were recruited in 166 hospitals scattered across 23 provinces of China. The data on their maternal and child health including delivery mode, gestational age and birth weight, were collected by self-administered questionnaires embedded in a mobile application. The incidences or means of cesarean section, preterm birth, birth weight, length and head circumference were calculated and compared with recognized national data, including 2005 Growth Standards for Chinese Children Under 7 Years of Age, 2006 World Health Organization Child Growth Standards and 2014 Chinese Neonatal Birth Weight Standards by Gestational Age., Results: A total of 9 986 women were investigated, among whom those aged ≥35 years accounted for 11.7% and those received well education (college and above) accounted for 70.2%. The rate of cesarean section, preterm delivery, low birth weight and macrosomia were 38.1%, 4.5%, 2.2%, and 7.8%, respectively. The means were (3.33±0.44) kg [male (3.36±0.44) kg, female (3.29±0.43) kg] for birth weight, (50.97±2.32) cm [male (51.04±2.32) cm, female (50.89±2.32) cm] for birth length, and (33.99±1.56) cm [male (34.01±1.57) cm, female (33.97±1.55) cm] for head circumference, respectively. As compared with the national data, the cesarean section rate and birth weights by gestational age for term-born neonates were similar to the latest national data in 2014, while the means of birth weight and length were obviously higher than those of the 2005 Growth Standards for Chinese Children Under 7 Years of Age and 2006 World Health Organization Child Growth Standards., Conclusion: As compared with the national data 10 years ago, the mean birth weights for male and female newborns were increased by 40 g and 80 g respectively and mean lengths by 0.6 cm and 1.3 cm, but changes for mean head circumferences were negligible, indicating that the physical health condition for Chinese newborns improved significantly over past 10 years and emerging information technology likely provided a new approach for epidemiological research.

Objective: To analyze the clinical features of respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma (REAH) in the nasal cavity. Methods: Clinical datas of 23 patients, who were hospitalized in Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, from February 2016 to February 2018 with histopathologically proved REAH in the nasal cavity were reviewed. There were 18 males and 5 females, with the age range from 16 to 71 years old. The most common area, main symptoms, surgical methods and follow-up results were analyzed. Results: The most common area was olfactory cleft (21 cases), and the mainly symptom was nasal congestion (18 cases). All the patients received transnasal endoscopic surgery and had no recurrence during following-up from three months to one year. Conclusions: The most common area of REAH in the nasal cavity is the olfactory cleft. Histopathological result is needed to make a definite diagnosis. Complete surgical resection is the main treatment.
