Objective To investigate the effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with intermittent catheterization in rehabilitation nursing of patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke. Methods A total of 40 patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke were divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group according to random number table. The control group was given intermittent catheterization, and the observation group was given umbilical moxibustion combined with intermittent catheterization. After 4 weeks of intervention, the clinical efficacy, residual urine volume, bladder volume and urinary tract infection were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (95. 00% vs. 75. 00%, P＜0. 05). Lower residual urine volume and higher bladder volume were observed in both two group after intervention, and better outcomes of residual urine volume and higher bladder volume were associated with combined treatment of umbilical moxibustion and intermittent catheterization(P＜0. 01). The incidence of urinary tract infection in observation group was lower than that in control group(5. 00% vs. 25. 00%, P＜0. 05). Conclusion Umbilical moxibustion combined with intermittent catheterization can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and bladder function of patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke, promote patients to urinate autonomously and improve the quality of life. Objective To analyze the research hotspot and trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of post-stroke sleep disorders based on CiteSpace, and provide reference for clinical nursing and scientific research. Methods The literature on TCM nursing of sleep disorders after stroke published by CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM databases from January 31, 2023 was retrieved. The annual number of publications, authors, research institutions, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword timeline were analyzed by CiteSpace software. Results A total of 177 literatures met the requirements were retrieved, and the overall number of publications was on the rise. The cooperation network between the authors and research institutions was not yet mature. The bibliometric results showed that research hotspots of literatures wereextended care, emotion care and TCM nursing technology. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention for sleep disorders after stroke has achieved good results, which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients, promote the outcome of the disease, and improve the quality of life of patients. (目的 使用CiteSpace工具对卒中后睡眠障碍进行分析, 为今后的临床护理和相关研究提供一定的帮助和参考。方法 检索关于卒中后睡眠障碍中医护理研究的文献, 主要检索的关键词包括脑卒中、卒中后睡眠障碍、睡眠障碍、中医护理、中医护理技术等, 检索数据库选择中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang Data)、维普(VIP)以及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM), 时间截止到2023年1月31日, 使用CiteSpace软件进行分析, 主要包括年发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词共现、聚类、时间线等。结果 通过检索, 共计有177篇文献符合本次研究需求; 经过分析发现, 相关文献资料呈上升趋势, 逐年增加; 在研究中能看到相关的研究者和研究机构之间尚未形成成熟的合作关系网络; 同时, 卒中后睡眠障碍在中医研究中, 主要的研究焦点在于延续护理、情志护理以及中医护理技术等。结论 通过对相关文献的分析和整理发现, 针对卒中后睡眠障碍, 中医护理干预能够显著改善患者睡眠质量, 促进患者病情的改善和生活质量的提升, 在临床使用中有着非常理想的效果。)

This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for a patient with Qi-deficiency type constipation treated by meridian acupoints massage combined with umbilical moxibustion. According to syndrome differentiation of the patient, meridian acupoints massage combined with umbilical moxibustion was carried out to alleviate the symptoms of constipation and Qi-deficiency and improve the recovery of the patient. This paper summarized the experience of psychological counseling and nursing interventions with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) characteristics for a patient with cluster headache. Based on the precise nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation, nursing interventions with TCM characteristics including scraping therapy and moxibustion were carried out. Nurses had paid attention to the mental health of the patient and provided psychological care to the patient and family members. Objective To observe the clinical effects of scraping on hypertensive ischemic stroke based on the theory of " Qi Circulation " . Methods Totally Sixty patients with hypertensive ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. All patients received conventional drugs and rehabilitation nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with a 30-45 minutes of meridian scraping treatment based on "Qi Circulation " theory, once a week for 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, homocysteine (Hcy), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and blood lipid indexes including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Level of blood pressure, Hcy, TC, TG and LDL-C in 2 groups were decreased after intervention (P＜0. 05), better improvement was reported in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Scraping based on the theory of "Qi Circulation" can effectively reduce blood pressure, Hcy, MMP-9, TC, TG, LDL-C levels in patients with prehypertensive ischemic stroke, and can be promoted and applied as a safe and effective adjuvant therapy. Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. Methods PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang databases and CMB were searched for studies on acupoint application in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to January 31, 2023. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality. RevMan 5. 4 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 11 RCTS/CCTS involving 1018 patients were included. The subtilisin-like protease-1 (SspA-1) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of a highly virulent strain of Streptococcus suis 2. However, the mechanism of SspA-1–triggered excessive inflammatory response is still unknown. In this study, we demonstrated that activation of type I IFN signaling is required for SspA-1–induced excessive proinflammatory cytokine production. Further experiments showed that the TLR2 endosomal pathway mediates SspA-1–induced type I IFN signaling and the inflammatory response. Finally, we mapped the major signaling components of the related pathway and found that the TIR adaptor proteins Mal, TRAM, and MyD88 and the downstream activation of IRF1 and IRF7 were involved in this pathway. These results explain the molecular mechanism by which SspA-1 triggers an excessive inflammatory response and reveal a novel effect of type I IFN in S. suis 2 infection, possibly providing further insights into the pathogenesis of this highly virulent S. suis 2 strain. Background: Enrichment of urinary exfoliated tumor cells (UETCs) is a noninvasive way of bladder cancer diagnosis, but the lack of specific capture and identification of tumor cells from the urine remains a limitation that impedes the development of liquid biopsy. Methods: The CytoBot® 2000, a novel circulating cell isolation and enrichment platform, was used for UETCs isolation after comprehensive optimization. The commercial cell lines of bladder cancer were used in spiking assay for cell recovery test. The flow cytometry and immunofluorescent staining assays were performed for expression validation of capture target and identification markers. The performance of optimized platform was validated by 159 clinical samples and analyzed using receiver operator characteristic curve. Results: The chip that had a pore diameter of 15*20 μm could reduce the background residues while maintaining a higher cell recovery rate. We found that the cell capture ability of chip significantly improved after anti‐EpCam antibody encapsulation, but not with T4L6FM1. In identification system optimization, the spiking assay and validation of clinical sample showed that the performance of CK20 and DBC‐1 were better that pan‐CK in tumor cell identification, in addition, the staining quality is more legible with CK20. Conclusion: The optimized capture chip is more specific for UETCs isolation. CK20 and DBC‐1 are both sensitive biomarkers of UETCs in bladder cancer diagnosis. The performance of this optimized platform is excellent in clinical test that improves the accuracy of urine cell testing and provides a new alternative for the clinical application of BLCA liquid biopsy assessment. Steroids affect normal and pathological functions of the liver through receptors, which require coactivators for their transcriptional activation. Steroid receptor coactivator (SRC)-1 and SRC-3 have been demonstrated to be regulated in numerous cancers; however, their expression profiles in liver cancer including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocellular carcinoma (CCC) remain unclear. Using tissue microarray immunohistochemistry, normal liver tissue and HCC tissue exhibited immunoreactivity of SRC-1, which were predominantly localized within extranuclear components; in CCC, they were detected within the cell nuclei; SRC-3 was also detected in the cell nuclei. Furthermore, no altered expression of SRC-1 and SRC-3 was observed in liver cancer compared with normal liver tissue; however, in CCC, the expression of SRC-3 was significantly increased compared with that detected in HCC. Importantly, although expression of SRC-1 and SRC-3 did not reveal any significant differences (30 vs. 40%) in normal liver tissue, HCC and CCC expression of SRC-1 was significantly decreased compared with that of SRC-3 (9.3 vs. 36%, and 6.7 vs. 67.7% for HCC and CCC, respectively). Further comparative analysis revealed that this discrepancy was detected in males with liver cancer, across all ages of HCC cases, younger CCC cases and all stages of liver cancer. The results suggested the presence of an imbalanced expression pattern of SRC-1 and SRC-3 from normal liver tissue to liver cancer (decreased SRC-1 and increased SRC-3), which may affect hepatic function and therefore promote liver carcinogenesis. Increasing evidence has proved the pivotal roles of androgen receptor in various diseases, including prostate cancer and bladder cancer. The CD24 has been proved to be correlated to bladder cancer metastasis and tumorigenesis in recent study. This study was aimed to investigate the roles of AR in bladder cell proliferation and metastasis and to explore its potential mechanism. Expressions of AR in two kinds of bladder tumor cells (T24 and UM-UC-3) were analyzed using the CRISPR Activation Plasmid transfection or siRNA-mediated gene. The effects of AR on tumor cell proliferation and migration were also analyzed. Moreover, the effects of CD24 and influence of AR on cell proliferation and metastasis-related protein were also analyzed. The results showed that AR was significantly down-regulated in T24 cells but was significantly overexpressed in UM-UC-3 cells. The up-regulated T24 promotes cell proliferation, but this enhance effect was blocked by silencing CD24. Additionally, the AR overexpression significantly increased the VEGF and CD24 expression. Besides, the migrated bladder cells was increased by the up-regulated AR, but was decreased by silencing CD24 or silencing VEGF. Taken together, our study suggested that the up-regulated AR enhances the male bladder tumor cell proliferation and metastasis via modulating the CD24 and VEGF. This study may provide theoretical basis for the possibility of AR to be a therapeutic target for bladder cancer.
