Abstract

Since the advent of the web, the amount of data on wen has been increased several million folds. In recent years web data generated is more than data stored for years. One important data format is text. To answer user queries over the internet, and to overcome the problem of information overload one possible solution is text document summarization. This not only reduces query access time, but also optimize the document results according to specific users requirements. Summarization of text document can be categorized as abstractive and extractive. Most of the work has been done in the direction of Extractive summarization. Extractive summarized result is a subset of original documents with the objective of more content coverage and lea redundancy. Our work is based on Extractive approaches. In the first approach, we are using some statistical features and semantic-based features. To include sentiment as a feature is an idea cached from a view that emotion plays an important role. 22. Hybrid Approach for Single Text Document Summarization using Statistical and Sentiment Features

Abstract

Summarization is a way to represent same information in concise way with equal sense. This can be categorized in two type Abstractive and Extractive type. Our work is focused around Extractive summarization. A generic approach to extractive summarization is to consider sentence as an entity, score each sentence based on some indicative features to ascertain the quality of sentence for inclusion in summary. Sort the sentences on the score and consider top n sentences for summarization. Mostly statistical features have been used for scoring the sentences. We are proposing a hybrid model for a single text document summarization. This hybrid model is an extraction based approach, which is combination of Statistical and semantic technique. The hybrid model depends on the linear combination of statistical measures : sentence position, TF-IDF, Aggregate similarity, centroid, and semantic measure. Our idea to include sentiment analysis for salient sentence extraction is derived from the concept that emotion plays an important role in communication to effectively convey any message hence, it can play a vital role in text document summarization. For comparison we have generated five system summaries Proposed Work, MEAD system, Microsoft system, OPINOSIS system, and Human generated summary, and evaluation is done using ROUGE score., Comment: 20 page

32. LaFe1–xCoxO3 Perovskite Nanoparticles Supported on Ni(OH)2 as Electrocatalyst for the Oxygen Evolution Reaction.

Abstract

Multifunctional ABO3 perovskite oxide nanomaterial was found to be an exceptional electrocatalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER), a key anodic reaction in water electrolysis. To modify the properties of perovskite oxide electrocatalysts, different activation strategies have been used in recent years. This study uses a combination of two activation strategies, namely, doping and nanocomposite fabrication, to generate a perovskite oxide as an electrocatalyst for the OER. Here, we have demonstrated this by synthesizing LaFeO3 perovskite oxide nanoparticles with different percentages of cobalt doping on the B-site using the sol–gel method. The doping of smaller Co ions on Fe sites led to lattice distortion and compression in the LaFeO3 crystal lattice, leading to microstrains at the grain boundaries and the formation of surface defects. Researchers then anchored composition-optimized doped LaFe0.8Co0.2O3 perovskite nanoparticles onto nickel hydroxide (Ni-(OH)2) nanoflowers in the alpha phase by in situ hydrothermal treatment, resulting in the formation of the LaFe0.8Co0.2O3/Ni-(OH)2 (LFCO-0.2/Ni-(OH)2) nanocomposite. This hybrid nanocomposite showed a low overpotential of 329 mV at j = 10 mA/cm2 and a small Tafel slope of 95 mV dec–1 for the OER. The increased activity of the electrocatalyst is attributed to the texture construction of the 2D Ni-(OH)2 nanoflowers decorated with doped LaFeO3 nanoparticles and the synergistic effect between them. The synthesized LFCO-0.2/Ni-(OH)2 composite features a large number of active sites and an increased active surface area, resulting in excellent catalytic activity. This approach paves a change in the direction for the rational design of hybrid composites of perovskite nanomaterials with defect engineering for superior OER performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is the combination of cloud computing and mobile computing to bring rich computational resources to mobile users, network operators, as well as cloud computing providers. In mobile cloud computing brings an additional significant benefit. Mobile devices are restricted to fulfill the importance and need of smaller sizes, lighter in terms of weights, less power consumption, hand-held and carrying ease, toughness, water resistant etc. The two types of cloud computing, general-purpose mobile cloud computing (GPMCC) and application-specific cloud computing (ASMCC) which allow users to extended storage and hardware resources to performed expensive tasks on the cloud respectively. Privacy, data access and security are the major areas to work on, encryption, minimum-necessary exposure, effective and make data clean up the part of execution task will be the approach at this level.

Abstract

The google play developer program privacy policy center gets a redesign and its rules and regulations are updated. Google has given its Developer Program Policy Centre a new appearance and feel, with the goal of making its guidelines for application developers easier to find, read, and comprehend. The redesign includes a colourful "Material Design" makeover that organises the policies by topics like "Restricted Content" or "Privacy and Security," for example. However, it also included updated rules and regulations, as well as graphic examples and clear guidance for the most common infractions, as well as enhanced information on policy involvement to help alleviate noisy and unwanted rules. According to Google, it is less restrictive than Apple Developer when it comes to the types of applications it allows on the Google Play Store, but it has increased its oversight over time. In 2015, the business established an internal application review team, whose job entails checking apps for privacy policy violations. Apps are also scanned for viruses and other content policy violations, such as apps that contain sexual content or infringe on the copyrights of other applicants. Despite having a set of standards instructing developers about what is and is not allowed on Google Play in terms of app content, behaviour, and advertising use, many app developers continue to see their apps banned once they are published or live. The purpose of Google's Developer Program Policy Centre overhaul, according to the company, is to better how it explains its regulations to help developers avoid unintentional errors.
