In order to improve the fault diagnosis accuracy of the electric locomotive inverter, this article combines the adversarial neural network to construct the electric locomotive inverter diagnosis system. Moreover, at the data level, this article compares and analyzes three methods of data expansion based on single-sample processing, data expansion based on image front and background separation, and data expansion based on an adversarial neural network. In addition, this article adopts a new feature extractor and increases the penalty cost of small samples being misclassified. Finally, this article uses the LBP operator to extract the image texture features to distinguish and detect the different shapes of the rotor windings and build an intelligent system to verify the effect of the proposed system model. The experimental research shows that the inverter diagnosis system for electric locomotives based on the proposed adversarial neural network has a good practical effect.

Aiming at the problems of the large amount of model parameters and false and missing detections of multi-scale drone targets, we present a novel drone detection method, YOLOv4-MCA, based on the lightweight MobileViT and Coordinate Attention. The proposed approach is improved according to the framework of YOLOv4. Firstly, we use an improved lightweight MobileViT as the feature extraction backbone network, which can fully extract the local and global feature representations of the object and reduce the model’s complexity. Secondly, we adopt Coordinate Attention to improve PANet and to obtain a multi-scale attention called CA-PANet, which can obtain more positional information and promote the fusion of information with low- and high-dimensional features. Thirdly, we utilize the improved K-means++ method to optimize the object anchor box and improve the detection efficiency. At last, we construct a drone dataset and conduct a performance experiment based on the Mosaic data augmentation method. The experimental results show that the mAP of the proposed approach reaches 92.81%, the FPS reaches 40 f/s, and the number of parameters is only 13.47 M, which is better than mainstream algorithms and achieves a high detection accuracy for multi-scale drone targets using a low number of parameters.

Pediatric high-grade glioma (HGG), including diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) are highly aggressive tumors with no effective cures. Lack of understanding of the molecular biology of these tumors, in part due to lack of well-characterized pre-clinical models, is a great challenge in the development of novel therapies. Recent studies have shown that pediatric HGG short-term cell cultures retain many of the tumor characteristics in vivo and at present one of the best choices for in-vivo experimental studies. The present review article would put light on novel genetic and epigenetic changes in pediatric HGG that might, act as a gold standard potential biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets in near future.

Acute patellar dislocation affects approximately 1:1000 healthy children 9-15 years of age, and up to 50% are at risk for recurrent dislocations. In adults the condition is associated with long-term complications, such as osteoarthritis and impairment of knee function. However, literature describing the outcome in a pediatric population is sparse. The present review article evaluates the long-term effects on knee function and cartilage quality after traumatic patellar dislocation in childhood, and also to evaluate the reliability of two clinical tests of medio-lateral knee position, in healthy children.

Military communication systems need to transmit various types of tactical information for platforms such as fighters and warships distributed in a wide and complex battlefield environment. Many factors such as terrain occlusion, unintentional interference or intentional jamming may cause communication interruptions, and relaying is therefore a very important means of establishing a reliable communication connection. With the rapid development of UAV-related fields in recent years, relay systems utilizing UAVs have become more feasible both in terms of technology and practical applications. This paper analyzes the application scenarios, potential advantages and requirements of an UAV- based automatic relay system, designs the framework of the system, analyzes the key technologies of the system and conducts a preliminary verification through simulations.

Pesticide residue in mushrooms is less known. In this study, the risks of beta-cypermethrin, pyriproxyfen, avermectin, and diflubenzuron in oyster and shiitake mushrooms were evaluated using two different treatments: substrate mixture and surface spraying. Almost all the concentrations of these pesticides at day 90 were higher than 80% of the initial concentrations, while it was less than 45% for all cases within 35 days by spraying. For surface spraying, the residues of beta-cypermethrin were 0.0843–1.22 mg kg−1 in shiitake mushrooms and below 0.005 mg kg−1 in oyster mushrooms; the residues of pyriproxyfen, avermectin, and diflubenzuron were 0.122–4.84, 0.00501–0.111, and 0.0681–1.91 mg kg−1, respectively. The residues of beta-cypermethrin, pyriproxyfen, and diflubenzuron in oyster mushrooms (in shiitake mushrooms) at interval of 0, 3, 5 days (1, 5, 7 days) were below their MRLs in China or Japan. The residue of avermectin in both mushrooms was lower than its limit of detection. These results provide information to safe and proper use of the pesticides in oyster and shiitake mushrooms.

In order to observe CO2 characteristics in the unsaturated zone of loess tableland and further understand the carbon cycle, a series of tubes for gas monitoring and sampling were installed in an approximately 90-m deep Qiushe loess section of Lingtai County, Northwestern China. The results show that the concentration of CO2 was higher in loess than in the atmosphere, reaching a maximum of 6970 μmol·mol−1. CO2 concentrations in loess were higher in summer than in winter. The CO2 in loess was related to organic carbon decomposed by microbes, and to the CaCO3–H2O–CO2 system in the interface between the saturated and unsaturated zones.

The determination of plausibility of an injury arising from a fall leading to head trauma is a great challenge especially in young children. The present review is aimed to discuss important developments in the filed of head trauma cases especially in children. We explored various studies pertaining to head trauma injuries in children by exploring mainly PubMed, Google scholar and some library periodicals available in our library. Studies in the recent past explored the head injuries as a result of a low height fall. However, there are great amount of difficulties in assessment of height with certainty that caused head injuries like skull fracture or intracranial injury. Biomechanical thresholds have been estimated for young children for injuries such as skull fracture, but they have not been assessed against the injuries observed in a clinical setting. So, this review discusses current aspects of pediatric head injuries ranging from a minor head injury to a skull fracture. The present review concludes that recording full details of cause of head trauma such as fall height is essential for proper treatment planning and efficient management.

Summary Background Healthcare-associated infection (HCAI) represents a major problem for patient safety worldwide. Aim To demonstrate the prevalence, causative agents, and risk factors for HCAI in Chinese hospitals. Methods A one-day point-prevalence survey was conducted in 52 Chinese hospitals between October 2014 and March 2015. A web-based software system was developed for data entry and management. Findings Among 53,939 patients surveyed, the prevalence of patients with at least one HCAI was 3.7%. Of 2182 HCAI episodes, the most frequently occurring types were lower respiratory tract infections (47.2%), followed by urinary tract infection (12.3%), upper respiratory tract infection (11.0%), and surgical site infection (6.2%). The prevalence of patients with at least one HCAI in critical care units was highest (17.1%). Device-associated infections, including ventilator-associated pneumonia, catheter-associated urinary tract infection, and central catheter-associated bloodstream infection, accounted for only 7.9% of all HCAIs. The most frequently isolated micro-organisms were Pseudomonas aeruginosa [206 infections (9.4%)], Acinetobacter baumannii [172 infections (7.9%)], Klebsiella pneumoniae [160 infections (7.3%)], and Escherichia coli [145 infections (6.6%)]. Of the survey patients (18,206/53,939), 33.8% were receiving at least one antimicrobial agent at the time of the survey. Risk factors for HCAI included older age (≥80 years), male gender, days of hospital admission, admission into a critical care unit, and device utilization. Conclusion Our study suggests that the overall prevalence of HCAI in surveyed Chinese hospitals was lower than that reported from most European countries and the USA. More attention should be given to the surveillance and prevention of non-device-associated HCAI in China.

The ubiquitin ligase ring finger protein 5 (RNF5) has previously been associated with the development of breast cancer. Patients with breast cancer and high RNF5 expression have been demonstrated to have a shorter survival time compared with patients with low RNF5 expression. However, the role of RNF5 in human glioma has not been determined. The present study analyzed the role of RNF5 in gliomas using bioinformatics analysis. The results revealed that RNF5 was differentially expressed in non-cancerous brain tissues and different grades of glioma. Furthermore, a high RNF5 expression in patients with glioma was associated with an improved prognosis compared with patients with low expression. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis revealed that RNF5 was particularly associated with 'Wnt signaling pathway', 'apoptosis', 'focal adhesion' and 'cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction' in patients with glioma. Additionally, 4 potential ubiquitination substrates for RNF5 were predicted, including sorting nexin 10, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 1, leucine rich glioma inactivated 1 and solute carrier family 39 member 12. These findings provided the basis for further investigation on the role of RNF5 in tumors.

The performance of wireless sensor network (WSN) system is significantly affected by the coverage quality. For the problem of low coverage of static sensor network nodes and high deployment cost of mobile sensor network nodes, a hybrid sensor network based on cuckoo search (CS) is studied. Node deployment optimization strategy. Firstly, the candidate target position of the mobile node is initially determined by the CS algorithm, and then the position optimization scheme is used to reduce the number of mobile nodes and the average moving distance. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively optimize the deployment of mobile nodes in hybrid WSN, improve the coverage of target areas, and reduce the energy consumption of nodes.

A demodulation method for the link layer protocol information carried by HF 3G-ALE signal based on pre-despreading is researched on. This method directly makes correlation despreading on the level of baseband signal, instead of making octal symbol demodulation. The experiment results show that compared with the demodulation method based on post-despreading, this method has better robustness to carrier frequency estimation error. Meanwhile, the demodulation performance is superior under the condition of low signal-to-noise ratio and low oversampling rate within a certain range of signal synchronization error, so that this method is more applicable for implementation requirement of non-cooperative communication countermeasure.

Aiming at the time-consuming and labor-intensive problems of traditional electroscopes, a non-contact high-voltage electroscope was developed. This article uses the contact network as an example. First, the electric field simulation of the transmission line under Ansoft is performed. At the same time, the voltage and electric field strength changes under different conditions at 1m under the transmission line are analyzed to determine the test height of the high-voltage electroscope. A human substitution model is proposed, and the effect of humans on electric field distortion is analyzed. Secondly, the relationship between the induced voltage on the parallel plates and the distance test circuit of the parallel plates was deduced according to the principle of space capacitor voltage division, and the dimensions of each part of the high-voltage electroscope were initially determined to provide data references for subsequent electroscope designs.

The rapid development of metastatic lesions remains the leading cause of mortality for patients with osteosarcoma. CD155 serves a key role in cancer cell migration, invasion and metastasis. However, the function and mechanism of CD155 has not been explored in osteosarcoma metastasis. In the present study, we found that CD155 was significantly upregulated in lung metastatic tissue and the highly metastatic cell line K7M2-WT (K7M2) of osteosarcoma. Overexpression of CD155 in K7M2 cells enhanced lung metastasis, while inhibition of CD155 by an anti-CD155 monoclonal antibody reduced metastasis. Blocking of CD155 also decreased migration and invasion of K7M2 cells in vitro. A western blot analysis revealed that blocking of CD155 inhibits metastasis by downregulating focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and phosphorylated FAK (pFAK) in osteosarcoma. The results revealed that CD155 serves a crucial role in the metastasis of osteosarcoma by regulating FAK and may provide a novel molecular target for therapeutic intervention in metastatic osteosarcoma.

Recent sequencing initiatives have conclusively shown the existence of subgroups of HGG marked by distinct driver mutations, which are significantly enriched in young children (H3F3A K27M), teenagers and young adults (H3F3A G34R/V), and middle- aged adults (IDH1/2). Structural rearrangements resulting in novel fusion genes are strongly associated with cancer, and numerous examples exist in both adult and childhood malignancies. Although, only few have been described in pHGG. Structural variants (SV) frequently result in chimeric proteins targetable by novel therapeutic approaches, an outcome desperately needed in pHGG.

As an emerging class of spatial trajectory data, mobile user trajectory data can be used to analyze individual or group behavioral characteristics, hobbies and interests. Besides, the information extracted from original trajectory data is widely used in smart cities, transportation planning, and anti-terrorism maintenance. In order to identify the important locations of the target user from his trajectory data, a novel division method for preprocessing trajectory data is proposed, the feature points of original trajectory are extracted according to the change of trajectory structural, and then important locations are extracted by clustering the feature points, using an improved density peak clustering algorithm. Finally, in order to predict next location of mobile users, a multi-order fusion Markov model based on the Adaboost algorithm is proposed, the model order k is adaptively determined, and the weight coefficients of the 1~k-order models are given by the Adaboost algorithm according to the importance of various order models, a multi-order fusion Markov model is generated to predict next important location of the user. The experimental results on the real user trajectory dataset Geo-life show that the prediction performance of Adaboost-Markov model is better than the multi-order fusion Markov model with equal coefficient, and the universality and prediction performance of Adaboost-Markov model is better than the first to third order Markov models.

Chopped quartz fiber-reinforced aluminum phosphate ceramic matrix composite was developed by reacting aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH) 3 ) with phosphoric acids at a temperature of 120 ° C and then curing at 250 ° C. The phase composition, microstructure, mechanical properties, fire resistance and electric insulation were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), 3-point bending tests, electric furnace burning and dielectric strength test, respectively. The composite matrix was found to consist of mainly phases of aluminum phosphate, gibbsite and boehmite. The composite material has a bending strength of 14.8MPa and fire-resistance up to a very high temperature (above 1100°C), with dielectric voltage strength between 2277V and 3238V, which is promising to be used for the enclosure of surge protective device (SPD) in order to improve the resistance to abnormal heat and fire of SPD.

Accumulating evidence has shown that PI3K/Akt pathway is frequently hyperactivated in osteosarcoma (OS) and contributes to tumor initiation and progression. Altered phenotype of glucose metabolism is a key hallmark of cancer cells including OS. However, the relationship between PI3K/Akt pathway and glucose metabolism in OS remains largely unexplored. In this study, we showed that elevated Hexokinase-2 (HK2) expression, which catalyzes the first essential step of glucose metabolism by conversion of glucose into glucose-6-phosphate, was induced by activated PI3K/Akt signaling. Immunohistochemical analysis showed that HK2 was overexpressed in 83.3% (25/30) specimens detected and was closely correlated with Ki67, a cell proliferation index. Silencing of endogenous HK2 resulted in decreased aerobic glycolysis as demonstrated by reduced glucose consumption and lactate production. Inhibition of PI3K/Akt signaling also suppressed aerobic glycolysis and this effect can be reversed by reintroduction of HK2. Furthermore, knockdown of HK2 led to increased cell apoptosis and reduced ability of colony formation; meanwhile, these effects were blocked by 2-Deoxy-d-glucose (2-DG), a glycolysis inhibitor through its actions on hexokinase, indicating that HK2 functions in cell apoptosis and growth were mediated by altered aerobic glycolysis. Taken together, our study reveals a novel relationship between PI3K/Akt signaling and aerobic glycolysis and indicates that PI3K/Akt/HK2 might be potential therapeutic approaches for OS.

Approximately 25% of osteosarcoma patients present with clinically detectable metastatic disease at the time of initial diagnosis. High-dose chemotherapy and/or surgery for the treatment of primary metastatic osteosarcoma is ineffective, and
