Differential heats, isotherm, differential entropies and thyromimetics of trietilamin adsorption in the ZSМ-5 zeolite were measured at 303K. The isotherm of adsorption was quantitatively reproduced on the basis of VOM theory. The detailed mechanism of trietilamin adsorption in ZSМ-5 zeolite from zero filling to saturation was discovered.

Topicality. Most of the inhabitants on the planet have directly experienced certain manifestations of pain, and in the case of chronic pain sensations, some significant changes may occur not only in the psycho-emotional sphere of a human individual, but also some functional alterations in the life maintenance systems. There are two global problems of medicine which are associated with oncology and cardiovascular pathology, and, taking into account the prevalence of pain symptoms of various etiologies, a pathological triangle is formed, each side of which affects the overall configuration thereof. There is a need to understand these pathological relationships in order to determine the real possibilities of breaking them and correcting such common complex life situations. Any attempt to create a concept and visually verify the real pathological changes in the heart, when modeling a combination of chronic neurogenic pain and a malignant process, is relevant that is the aim of this research work. We targeted the morphological picture of the heart in female mice with chronic neurogenic pain (CNP) and the growth of B16 melanoma and found a rather tough scenario of unfolded events. Materials and methods. We used female mice of the C57BL/6 line with a normal genotype. Chronic neurogenic pain (CNP) was produced by bilateral ligation of the sciatic nerve. Against that background, all animals were subcutaneously transplanted with melanoma B16/F10. After decapitation, the isolated heart preparations were carried out according to the stages of morphological preparation for staining sections with hematoxylin-eosin, followed by morphological examination of the structure with the Leica DM LS2 microscope furnished with an Olympus optical.C-5050 Zoom video camera and Morfotest software. Photographing was conducted with magnifications x10, x40, x100. Results. A pronounced pro-oncogenic effect of pain stimulation of the neurogenic nature was revealed, which consisted in an earlier manifestation of the tumor growth, large-scale metastasizing even to atypical target organs, and the formation of a pre-terminal state at an earlier time. At the same time, morphological correlates of prolonged damage to the heart at the level of the valves and the ventricular wall were determined, the key elements of which were ischemia, total longitudinal splitting of muscle fiber bundles, blood filling of large vessels, hemorrhages, deep cell dystrophy of cardiomyocytes, myolysis, macrofocal necrosis (myomalacia), an accumulation of necrotic masses, fibrosis and eosinophilic infiltration. Visualization of the nuclei of cardiomyocytes indirectly indicated the switch of the death program to the non-apoptotic pathway, i.e. necrosis as a result from the “tumor-caused” depletion of the energy reserves of cardiomyocytes. Conclusion. The simulated hypertrophied manifestations of myocardial catastrophe in the experiment expand the concept of a prolonged infarction and provide a basis for predicting and preventing a negative course of events in difficult patients with persistent pain syndromes and comorbid pathology against the background of the development of a malignant process.

The paper considers implementation of the technology-enhanced learning to ensure education quality in tertiary institutions of Kazakhstan. The reforms implemented within the framework of the Bologna process ensure the quality of education, lay the basis for the development of the higher education system and promote the idea of a university's fundamental responsibility for quality assurance which presupposes its commitment to continuously maintain and upgrade the required quality standards. Thus, the university system of internal quality assurance (IQA) can be considered as a set of didactic, technological, technical, methodological and informational support aimed at maintaining the quality of higher education (both as a result and as a process) at a level not lower than the established norms, requirements and standards. The factors affecting the operational reliability of primary measuring transducers (PMT) developed on the basis of ferromagnetic current transducers with adjustable range (FMCT RD) are highlighted. An assessment and analysis of the system of basic quantitative indicators of reliability for each of the proposed three current converters, which differ in the principles of operation and the number of assembly units, is made. A maintenance and repair strategy is indicated, combined with the use of methods and tools of a modern diagnostic system that ensures the reliability of these converters, using a combination of three groups of stages: during design, during their operation and repair.

The structure and activity of novel combined ruthenium-containing catalysts based on hypercrosslinked polystyrene modified with Fe3O4 and SiO2 were studied. The modification of the polymeric support surface aimed at imparting new properties to the catalysts is a prospective approach for the development of highly efficient catalytic systems involved in various processes. The synthesized samples are characterized by a high specific surface area and a high catalytic activity in the liquid-phase Fischer—Tropsch synthesis providing a yield of liquid hydrocarbons C6-C12 up to 82%.

This paper reviews water swelling of rubber, based on nitrile-butadiene rubber, modified by polyacrylamide and copolymer acrylamide with potassium acrylate, also their combination with sodium-carboxymethyl cellulose. During the exposure for 14 days at a temperature of 67 °С swelling ratio in water is 200 % and 47 % in 10 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride.

We present the results of long-term photometry (2009-2021) of the new W UMa-type star GSC 3599-2569 discovered in 2013 at the Kourovka Observatory. We have found a change in the period of this eclipsing system. Based on more extensive observational data, the previously detected cyclical change in the brightness of the system, not associated with eclipses and caused by spot activity on the surface of the components, was confirmed. The length of this period has been specified. 11 new times of minima of GSC~3599-2569 are presented., Представлены результаты долговременного фотометрического мониторинга новой переменной звезды GSC 3599-2569 типа W UMa, открытой в 2013 году в Коуровской обсерватории. На основе большого объема новых наблюдательных данных было обнаружено изменение периода этой затменной системы. Получено подтверждение обнаруженной ранее цикличности изменения блеска звезды, не связанной с явлениями затмений и вызванной пятенной активностью на поверхностях компонентов. Найдено уточненное значение периода этих изменений Получено 11 новых значений моментов минимумов GSC 3599-2569.

The study of baryon excitation spectra provides insight into the inner structure of baryons. So far, most of the world-wide efforts have been directed towards $N^*$ and $\Delta$ spectroscopy. Nevertheless, the study of the double and triple strange baryon spectrum provides independent information to the $N^*$ and $\Delta$ spectra. The future antiproton experiment PANDA will provide direct access to final states containing a $\bar{\Xi}\Xi$ pair, for which production cross sections up to $\mu$b are expected in $\bar{p}p$ reactions. With a luminosity of $L=10^{31}\,cm^{-2}s^{-1}$ in the first phase of the experiment, the expected cross sections correspond to a production rate of $\sim 10^6$ events$/$day. With a nearly $4\pi$ detector acceptance, PANDA will thus be a hyperon factory. In this study, reactions of the type $\bar{p}p\rightarrow \bar{\Xi}^+ \Xi^{*-}$ as well as $\bar{p}p\rightarrow \bar{\Xi}^{*+} \Xi^{-}$ with various decay modes are investigated. For the exclusive reconstruction of the signal events a full decay tree fit is used, resulting in reconstruction efficiencies between $3\,\%$ and $5\,\%$. The aim is an experimental research on the flat objects recognition by linear discriminant analysis, using dimensionless signs of the contours of their binary images and determining the possibility of applying this method in computer vision systems.

Objective – to study early results of surgical treatment in 176 patients with supratentorial tumors (ST) with a stroke-like course. Materials and methods. The results of surgical treatment of 176 patients with stroke-like tumors were studied. They were treated at the urgent neurosurgery clinic of the Kyiv Emergency Hospital during the period from 2008 to 2015. The age of the patients was 20-70 years, the average age was (53.7 ± 13.4) years. There were 104 (59.1 %) men, 72 (40.9 %) women. Intracerebral tumors were diagnosed in 156 (88.6 %) cases, metastasis was observed in 35 (19.9%), 20 (11.4 %) patients have extracranial tumors Patients were divided into two groups depending on cerebrovascular accident: the group I – 103 patients had hemorrhagic type of cerebrovascular accident, the group II – 73 patients had ischemic type of cerebrovascular accident. In early postoperative period, CT and/or MRI was performed in all cases to detect postoperative complications and evaluate the radicality of surgical resection. An ophthalmologic review before and after surgery was performed. Results. Total resection was achieved in 68 (38.6 %) patients, near total – in 82 (46.6 %), subtotal – in 26 (14.8 %). All 176 patients had less than 70 points of Karnovsky scale before surgery, after treatment the number of this patients decreased to 36 (20.5 %) patients. Improvement of quality life was noted in regression of neurological deficits, restoration of functional disorders, high degree of social adaptation. Conclusions. The main criteria of successful surgical treatment of tumors with stroke-like course. is the survival of patients with radical surgical resection and satisfactory quality of life in the postoperative period. Factors that influence the removal of the tumors with stroke-like course are size of the lesion, its localization, and the histological characteristics of the tumors. Therapeutic tactics in patients with tumors with stroke-like course should be based on an individual approach. Adequate surgical removal of the tumors and hematomas evacuation improve the quality of life in most patients (79.5 %).

Снижение материалоемкости машин и энергоемкости при производстве полива, в частности, дождевальной машины (ДМ) Кубань-ЛК1 , является важным направлением повышения экономической эффективности агропромышленного комплекса, поскольку экономное расходование энергетических и материальных ресурсов обеспечивает увеличение объема производства и снижение себестоимости как технологических средств орошения, так и урожая сельскохозяйственных культур. При этом технико-экономические показатели дождевальных машин определяются их конструктивно-эксплуатационными характеристиками, зависящими от основных параметров машин и от условий эксплуатации. Наиболее важными из них являются: производительность и энергоемкость. Проведенные исследования ДМ позволили установить, что снижение её производительности зачастую происходит из-за уменьшения коэффициента использования рабочего времени смены (Kсм). Его снижение определяется потерями опорной проходимости тележек машины в местах с низкой несущей способностью почвы (из-за увеличенного колеобразования) и при преодолении подъемов (из-за недостаточных сцепных свойств ходовых систем, или мощности привода). Доказывается, что наиболее объективную оценку роста технического уровня ходовых систем ДМ Кубань-ЛК1 целесообразно проводить по обобщенному показателю эффективности, определяющему оптимальные параметры колёсного движителя исходя из максимальных показателей энергетических затрат на передвижение и материалоемкости.It is proved that the reduction of material consumption of machines and energy consumption in the production of irrigation, in particular, DM Kuban-LK1, is an important direction to improve the economic efficiency of agriculture, as economical consumption of energy and material resources provides an increase in production and cost reduction, as technological means of irrigation and crop production. At the same time, technical and economic indicators of sprinkler machines are determined by their structural and operational characteristics, depending on the main parameters of the machines and on the operating conditions. The most important of them are: productivity and energy intensity. Conducted research DM has allowed to establish that the decline in performance often occurs due to the reduction in utilization of working time shift (KSM). Its reduction is determined by the losses of the supporting patency of the carts in places with low bearing capacity of the soil (due to increased rutting) and when overcoming climbs (due to insufficient coupling properties of running systems, or drive power). It is proved that the most objective assessment of the growth of the technical level of running systems DM Kuban-LK1 is advisable to carry out a generalized indicator of the effectiveness of determining the optimal parameters of the wheel drive on the basis of the highest indicators of energy costs for movement and material consumption.
