This paper constructs an immersive multimedia virtual interactive experience technology with the Great Wall World Heritage Site as the experimental object. By analyzing the VR vision system and algorithm, the process of stereo vision perception and the general algorithm of somatic image production are explained. The distance equation and depth calculation in stereoscopic projection are studied, and the virtual interactive experience technology is constructed and applied to the World Heritage Site of the Great Wall. The result data show that the immersive multimedia virtual interactive experience technology highlights the real feeling of users more, in which the model has 50% of the influence on the real feeling, the mapping has 15%, the lighting has 15%, and the rendering has 10%. The youth population has a higher percentage of interest in the virtual field, accounting for 50%, 65%, and 60%, respectively, while the middle-aged stage has a more average degree of interest in the virtual field, with 50% of the average interest, 30% of happy to experience, 25% of not interested and 50% of interested. This thesis is conducive to enriching the project of the Great Wall World Heritage Site and providing an effective reference for technological innovation of immersive multimedia virtual interactive experience.

Background: Compared to alternative weight-loss strategies and medications, semaglutide stands out for its convenience and efficacy, resulting in a significant increase in prescriptions and raising public safety concerns. Furthermore, the safety profiles of its oral and subcutaneous formulations require further examination. Objective: Our goal is to investigate the potential safety risks associated with semaglutide by analyzing data from the FAERS database and social media. Additionally, we aim to compare the adverse drug reaction (ADR) signals between the oral and subcutaneous administration routes of semaglutide. Methods: We collected semaglutide-related reports from the FAERS database spanning Q1 2018 to Q2 2023, and patient reviews on WebMD and AskaPatient up to 20 July 2023. Following data extraction and cleansing, we conducted descriptive analyses of demographic characteristics. Subsequently, we calculated adverse drug reaction (ADR) signals using the reporting odds ratio (ROR). Results: We identified 19,289 and 422 semaglutide-related adverse drug events (ADEs) reported in the FAERS database and online patient reviews, respectively. Gastrointestinal disorders emerged as the most commonly reported System Organ Class (SOC) in both datasets. Predominant Preferred Terms (PTs) included nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Serious outcomes constituted 3.07% and 2.25% of all cases for oral and subcutaneous semaglutide, respectively. At the SOC level, gastrointestinal disorders accounted for 30.19% of total ADEs in oral semaglutide, slightly surpassing the 27.76% in subcutaneous semaglutide. The median onset for gastrointestinal PTs was 4 days in both oral (Q1: 1, Q3: 32) and subcutaneous (Q1: 1, Q3: 35) formulations. Noteworthy, new serious adverse event (AE) signals were identified, including hemorrhagic diarrhea (ROR: 3.69), hepatic pain (ROR: 4.20), abnormal hormone levels (ROR: 6.51), and pancreatic failure (ROR: 36.34) in subcutaneous semaglutide, and Dupuytren's contracture (ROR: 46.85) in oral semaglutide. Conclusion: Our study delineates the safety profile of semaglutide using data from the FAERS database and social media. Background: Telocytes (TCs) is a novel type of interstitial cells in many mammals organs, which participate in the organizational metabolism, mechanical support, immunomodulation and other aspects. The aim of this study was to explore the organizational chemical characteristics of TCs in pituitary gland and their changes in cryptorchid yaks. Methods: Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), toluidine blue staining, immunofluorescence, qRT-PCR, and Western blotting may enable us to understand TCs distribution characteristics and biological functions. Result: TEM confirmed the presence of TCs in the pituitary gland with small bodies and moniliform telopodes (Tps). The Tps extending out from the cell body to the peri-sinusoidal vessels spaces, the number of Tps is closely related to the morphology of the nucleus. The most obvious changes of TCs in the pituitary gland of cryptorchid yaks is the Tps are relatively shorter and decreased secretory vesicles. H.E. and toluidine blue staining revealed that TCs not only distributed between the sinusoidal blood vessels and the glandular cell clusters, but also present on the surface of vascular endothelial cells. The co-expression of TCs biomarkers, such as Vimentin/CD34, CD117/CD34 and α-SMA/CD34, were evaluated by immunofluorescence to further determine the phenotypic characteristics of TCs. Besides, we analyzed the mRNA and protein expression of these biomarkers to determine the characteristics of TCs changes and possible biological roles. Both the mRNA and protein expression of CD117 were significantly higher in the pituitary gland of cryptorchid yaks than in the normal (p < 0.01), the protein expression of CD34 in the cryptorchid yaks was significantly higher than the normal (p < 0.01). There were no significant difference in mRNA expression of Vimentin and α-SMA (p>0.05), while the protein expression were significantly increased in the normal yaks (p < 0.05). Conclusions: In summary, this study reports for the first time that the biological characteristics of TCs in yak pituitary gland. Although there is no significant change in the distribution characteristics, the changes in biological features of TCs in cryptorchid yaks are clear, suggesting that TCs participated in alteration in the local microenvironment of the pituitary gland. Therefore, our study provides clues for further investigating the role of TCs in the pituitary gland during the occurrence of cryptorchidism in yaks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Compared with oxide, halide, and polymer‐based solid electrolytes, Li‐ion conducting sulfide solid electrolytes exhibit remarkable ionic conductivity, electronic conductivity, and exceptional thermal and mechanical properties. Despite these advantages, the susceptibility of sulfide electrolytes to air and the formation of lithium dendrites on the anode hinder their large‐scale commercial application. In this study, we propose a doping strategy involving the nitrogen (N) element in sulfide electrolyte Li5.5PS4.5Cl1.5 (LPSCl) with inherently high ionic conductivity. We have successfully synthesized Li5.5+xPS4.5−xNxCl1.5(x =.025,.05,.07,.10) solid electrolytes by enhancing their air stability through doping. The modified electrolyte material demonstrates stable cycling performance exhibiting superior air stability compared to Li5.5PS4.5Cl1.5. The results indicate that the doped sulfide solid electrolyte effectively suppresses the growth of lithium dendrites, thereby enhancing the compatibility between the lithium metal anode and sulfide solid electrolyte. Titanium (Ti) is generally considered as an ideal bipolar plate (BPP) material because of its excellent corrosion resistance, good machinability and lightweight nature. However, the easy-passivation property, which leads to increased interfacial contact resistance (ICR) and subsequently decreased cell performance, limits its large-scale commercial application in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). In this paper, we proposed a NiTi alloy prepared by suction casting as a promising bipolar plate for PEMFCs. This NiTi alloy exhibits significantly decreased ICR values (16.8 mΩ cm2 at 1.4 MPa) compared with pure Ti (88.6 mΩ cm2 at 1.4 MPa), along with enhanced corrosion resistance compared with pure nickel (Ni). The superior corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy is accredited to the nobler open circuit potential and corrosion potential, coupled with low corrosion current densities and passive current densities. The improved ICR can be interpreted by the existence of high-proportioned metallic Ni in the passive film, which contributes to the reduced capacitance characteristic of the passive film (compared with Ti) and enhances charge conduction. This article presents the virtual restoration of the Nine Eyes Watchtower, a significant cultural heritage site along the Great Wall. By applying the Seville Charter and digital technology, a detailed virtual restoration workflow is developed. The methodology involves acquiring data from multiple sources, including physical evidence, historical data, and comparative data. Advanced survey technologies, architectural knowledge, historical research, and computer modelling techniques are integrated to accurately capture the architectural and historical significance of the Nine Eyes Watchtower. The virtual restoration process follows a systematic approach, combining evidence interpretation and explicit deduction steps. The main outcome is a comprehensive virtual restoration model that accurately represents the architectural features and historical context of the Nine Eyes Watchtower. The virtual scene includes environmental elements, with potential for immersive exploration. By bridging the gap between interpretation and deduction, this study advances the scientific understanding and presentation of virtual restorations. Real-time simulation of ring-grid laser images using the conventional method has several drawbacks, including weak edge fitting, poor clarity, low image recognition rates, uneven brightness distribution, and significant ring-grid laser image interference from the surrounding environment. In this research, we develop the diagonalizable and readily invertible Hessian matrix, offer an enhanced Newton projection iteration algorithm, and use the degenerate gradient magnitude as the constraint set. We also develop a real-time re-illumination model appropriate for modeling ring-grid laser maps and suggest a method for simulating ring-grid laser maps based on it. The simulations demonstrate that the suggested method successfully matches ring-grid laser pictures in real time with little relative error and deviation, a high signal-to-noise ratio, and pleasing aesthetic effects.
