In the traditional video and image processing technology field, researchers often focus on the processing of the image content, especially the accuracy and the speed. However, the geographic information data carried by UAV video and image is often ignored, resulting in the image only containing the scene information and losing the geographic data information after the image processing is completed, so that the user cannot quickly obtain the geographic information of the target of interest from image processing results. In order to process the geographic information efficiently, an image mosaicking and verification algorithm for UAV image with geographic information regards geographic information data as multi-channel double floating-point matrix data, which can be calculated synchronously using matrix processing algorithms. Meanwhile, the accuracy and speed of a large number of image mosaicking tasks can be improved by using image-splicing algorithm based on grouping control with geographic information. [Objectives] To investigate genetic variation in Calliptamus italicus (L.), an important pest of desert and semi-desert grasslands in Xinjiang. [Methods] Microsatellite loci were analyzed from the transcriptome dataset of C. italicus, and primers designed for PCR amplification. SSR loci were identified using MISA, and primers were designed using Primer 5 for experimental validation. [Results] In total, 156 500 SSR loci distributed in 126 369 unigenes were detected. The majority of these were mono-nucleotides (60.88%), followed by di-nucleotides (23.58%), tri-nucleotides (12.99%), and tetra-nucleotides (2.04%). The most abundant mono-nucleotide repeat motif was A/T (44.38%). The dominant motif among the di-nucleotide repeat units was AC/GT (12.99%), followed by AG/CT (8.05%). 24 primer pairs were randomly selected to validate SSR loci detected with genomic DNA from multiple individuals from 10 different geographic populations. 6 primer pairs amplified the expected products. [Conclusion] Based on transcriptome data, 156 500 SSR loci were identified which can provide a foundation for research on molecular markers, population genetics and functional genes of C. italicus. ABSTRACT Greater exposure to Pb(Ⅱ) increases the likelihood of harmful effects in the environment. In this study, the aquatic unicellular alga Chlorella protothecoides ( C. protothecoides) and Chlorella vulgaris ( C. vulgaris) were chosen to assess the acute and chronic toxicity of Pb(Ⅱ) exposure. Results of the observations show dose-response relationships could be clearly observed between Pb(Ⅱ) concentration and percentage inhibition (PI). Exposure to Pb(Ⅱ) increased malondialdehyde (MDA) content by up to 4.22 times compared with the control, suggesting that there was some oxidative damage. ANOVA analysis shows that Pb(Ⅱ) decreased chlorophyll (chl) content, indicating marked concentration-dependent relationships, and the lowest levels of chl a, chl b, and total-chl were 14.53, 18.80, and 17.95% of the controls, respectively. A real-time PCR assay suggests the changes in transcript abundances of three photosynthetic-related genes. After 120 h exposure Pb(Ⅱ) reduced the transcript abundance of rbcL, psaB, and psbC, and the relative abundances of the three genes of C. protothecoides and C. vulgaris in response to Pb(Ⅱ) were 54.66-98.59, 51.68-95.59, 37.89-95.48, 36.04-94.94, 41.19-91.20, and 58.75-96.80% of those of the controls, respectively. As for 28 d treatments, the three genes displayed similar inhibitory trend. This research provides a basic understanding of Pb(Ⅱ) toxicity to aquatic organisms. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. According to the river environmental quality, pollutant emission, and investment in environmental pollution control from 2002-2020, the change law and driving factors of river environmental quality in China were evaluated using canonical correlation analysis and the Spearman correlation coefficient to analyze the influence between environmental and pollutant emission/investment in environmental pollution control. The results indicated that the river environmental quality was improved significantly based on the proportion of Class Ⅰ-Ⅲ increasing from 29.1% to 87.4% and the proportion of inferior Class Ⅴ decreasing from 40.9% to 0.2% from 2002-2020. The emission of wastewater and domestic wastewater increased from 4.395×10 10 tons and 2.323×10 10 tons to 8.491×10 10 tons and 6.598×10 10 tons, respectively. However, emissions of industrial wastewater decreased from 2.072×10 10 tons to 1.680×10 10 tons. Investment in environmental pollution control increased from 110.66 billion yuan to 1063.89 billion yuan. The proportion of Class Ⅰ-Ⅲ in seven major river basins, river basins in Zhejiang and Fujian, southwest river basins, and northwest river basins showed a negative correlation for industrial pollutant emissions and a positive correlation for investment in environmental pollution control. The primary measure for the seven major river basins, river basins in Zhejiang and Fujian, and northwest river basins cut down the industrial pollutant emissions, in the order of COD>NH 4 + -N>total wastewater. The primary measure for southwest river basins increased the investment in environmental pollution control, in the order of industrial investment in environmental pollution control>urban environmental infrastructure construction investment and environmental protection investment in construction projects. These results can provide theoretical and policy suggestions for the improvement of river environmental quality during the "14 th Five-Year Plan" period.

Objective: To investigate the effect of perioperative dexamethasone on nausea, vomiting and pain after unilateral total knee arthroplasty and to evaluate its safety., Methods: From February 2014 to June 2016, 100 patients with unilateral advanced osteoarthritis treated by total knee arthroplasty were divided into two groups: 50 patients in dexamethasone group including 27 males and 23 females, aged (72.30±7.02) years, were given intravenous drip of dexamethasone 10 mg before operation; 50 patients in saline group, including 26 males and 24 females, aged (71.30±6.08) years, were given the same amount of saline at the corresponding time. The VAS scores of pain at rest and at 45 degrees of knee flexion were recorded at 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36 and 48 h after operation. Vomiting, antiemetic drugs and opioids were recorded at 0 to 24 h and 24 to 48 h after operation. The side effects and complications were recorded., Results: All the 100 patients were followed up for an average of 14.5 months. VAS score of pain at rest in dexamethasone group was lower than that in saline group at 8, 24 and 48 h after operation ( P <0.05); VAS score of dexamethasone group at 45 degrees after knee flexion was lower than that of saline group at 8 and 48 h after operation( P <0.05); VAS score of dexamethasone group at rest and 45 degrees after knee flexion was lower than that of saline group( P <0.05). The dosage of opioids and total opioids in dexamethasone group was lower than that in saline group at 0 to 24 h, 24 to 48 h after operation ( P <0.05). The proportion of nausea and vomiting occurred at 0 to 24 h and 24 to 48 h after operation, and the proportion of antiemetic required at 0 to 24 h after operation had statistical significance between two groups( P <0.05). The total antiemetic dosage of dexamethasone group was less than that of saline group( P <0.05). Objective: To compare the biomechanical stability of different fixation methods for anterior ring injury of unstable pelvic fractures, and to provide reference for clinical treatment., Methods: An unstable pelvic fracture model (Tile C) with one side of the sacroiliac joint dislocation and the pubic rami fracture was constructed via three-dimensional finite element analysis. Five different fixation methods were used in the front, and the rear was fixed with sacroiliac screws. The von Mises stress and strain distributions of different combinations of fixation methods were analyzed under mimicking standing conditions., Results: After being loaded with 500 N vertically, the maximum stress in the anterior fracture was 3.56 MPa in anterior pelvic external fixation (AEF) group, the total displacement and the vertical displacement of the Y axis at the sacroiliac joint and the fracture were not more than 1.5 mm. The maximum stress at fixation, the front of the fracture and sacroiliac joints in the anterior pelvic subcutaneous approach(APA) group and AEF, was significantly higher than anterior modified Stoppa approach(ASA) group, anterior pelvic Ilioinguinal approach (AIA) group, and canulated screw fixation(CSF) group. The total displacement and the vertical displacement of the Y axis at the sacroiliac joint and the fracture in APA group and AEF group were also greater than the other three groups., Conclusions: Anterior ring injury of unstable pelvic fractures can be significantly improved after the fixation of the implants in the five combined methods. Objective: To investigate feasibility and curative effect of superselective arterial embolization for the treatment of massive haemorrhage from pelvic fracture., Methods: From March 2008 to February 2016, clinical data of 65 patients with massive haemorrhage from pelvic fracture were collected and analyzed, and patients were divided into non-embolic and embolic group according to whether perform vascular thrombosis. Thirty-three patients were in non-embolic group including 26 males and 7 females aged from 21 to 64 years old with an average of(39.2±5.7) years old, the time from injury to operation ranged from 1.1 to 4.8 h with an average of (2.2±0.4) h; 12 cases were type B and 21 cases were type C according to AO/Tile classification; injury severity score (ISS) ranged from 25 to 42 with an average of (37.7±7.5); shock index score ranged from 1.7 to 2.4 with an average of 2.1±0.3; treated with blood transfusion and fluid infusion. Thirty-two patients in embolic group, including 25 males and 7 females aged from 22 to 65 years old with an average of(38.1±4.5) years old; the time from injury to operation ranged from 1.2 to 4.8 h with an average of (2.1± 0.5) h; 14 cases were type B and 18 cases were type C according to AO/Tile classification; ISS ranged from 26 to 43 with an average of 38.9±4.5; shock index score ranged from 1.6 to 2.4 with an average of 2.2±0.2; treated by blood transfusion and fluid infusion with superselective arterial embolization. Blood transfusion volume, fluid infusion volume, shock correction time and survival rate were observed and compared, effective rate of hemostasis and postoperative complications were compared., Results: Thirty-seven artery were injured in embolic group, hemostasis were controlled at 3 h after operation, and hemodynamics turned to stable. There were significant difference in blood transfusion volume, fluid infusion volume, shock correction time between non-embolic and embolic group, and embolic group performed better. Survival rate in embolic group was also better than that of non-embolic group, and had significant difference. While there was obvious differences in complications(χ²=4.03, P =0.045)., Conclusions: Superselective arterial embolization for massive haemorrhage from pelvic fracture could effective hemostasis, reduce blood transfusion and fluid infusion volume and occurrence rate of shock, moreover improve survival rate and deserves promotion., Competing Interests: The authors of this article and the planning committee members and staff have no relevant financial relationships with commercial interests to disclose.

Along with the increase of clinical application, the safety of traditional Chinese medicine gained more and more attentions. In particular, the safety evaluation of Chinese medical injections has become a mandatory task should be completed by pharmaceutical companies under the supervision of China Food and Drug Administration(CFDA). Due to the weak foundation of previous studies, the safety issues of Chinese medical injections have not been fully understood, and lack of scientific and rational risk management programs. Clinical safety centralized monitoring(CSCM) is an important method for post-market safety evaluation of Chinese medicine. Due to the lack of appropriate norms and procedures, the quality of similar research is uneven, and the results vary. Objective: To study clinical effects of a new internal fixation by using a cable through the bone and Kirschner with a hole in the tail, for the treatment of patellar fractures., Methods: From May 2012 to July 2013, thirty-four patients with patellar fractures were treated with cable through the bone and Kirschner with a hole in the tail. All the patients had close fracture,including 12 transverse fractures and 22 comminuted fractures. There were 18 males and 16 females, ranging in age from 26 to 81 years old, with an average of (46.0 ± 3.0) years old. After open reduction, two appropriate length of Kirschner with a hole in the tail were driven into the patella as perpendicular to the fracture line or the major fragments as possible. A transverse bone tunnel was then drilled with a Kirschner at one side of the patella. Then the cable, which was successively pulled through the bone tunnel and the hole of Kirschner, was crossed in a figure-eight over the anterior of the patella, tightened and fixated by special instruments. The Kirschner was clipped off on the edge of the hole. If it was a comminuted fracture, another cable was used to fasten the patella with cerclage. Postoperative evaluation was based on Bostman., Results: All the patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 12 to 26 months, with a mean of (16.0 ± 2.0) months. Fractures healed in all the cases without such complications as infection, loosening of Kirschner and cable loop, and skin irritation. According to the Böstman score system, 33 cases got an excellent result, and 1 good., Conclusion: The cable through the bone and Kirschner with a hole in the tail is a simple, stable and effective method for the treatment of patellar fractures, especially the transverse fractures, with earlier knee exercise and fewer complications.
