The object of research is the military radio communication system. Effective operation of routing protocols is possible only if there is reliable information about the network topology for each of the network nodes. Construction of special purpose radio networks with the possibility of self-organization is possible only in the presence of adequate and reliable models of their work in different applications and the impact nature. It necessitates the development of new and adequate algorithms (methods, techniques) for modeling routing algorithms in special purpose radio networks with the possibility of self-organization. This work solves the problem of developing a simulation model of a mobile radio network for special purposes with the possibility of self-organization. In the course of the research, the authors used the main provisions of the queuing theory, the theory of automation, the theory of complex technical systems and general scientific methods of cognition, namely analysis and synthesis. This simulation model was developed to assess the effectiveness and adequacy of the developed scientific and methodological apparatus for routing management in special purpose radio networks with the possibility of self-organization. The research results will be useful in: ‒development of new routing algorithms; ‒substantiation of recommendations for improving the efficiency of the route selection process in networks with the possibility of self-organization; ‒analysis of the electronic situation during hostilities (operations); ‒while creating promising technologies to increase the efficiency of mobile radio networks; ‒assessment of adequacy, reliability, sensitivity of routing algorithms; ‒ development of new and improvement of existing simulation routing models. Areas of further research will focus on the development of a methodology for the operational management of interference protection of intelligent military radio communication systems.

On the basis of theoretical analysis in the paper, the content and structure of the concept of "professional self-determination" are clarified. The psychological features of professional self-determination in adolescence are determined. It has been found that professional self-determination is the process of active orientation of the entity in the world of professions associated with the search for the meaning of labor activity, internal and external conflicts, professional and life crises; This is the election process that is periodically repeated throughout the professional career of a person. The structural scheme of this concept includes the following components: individual-typological features of the individual, the idea of themselves and the world of professions, social factors. In the youth age, the period of education in higher education institutions is characterized by the development of the system of basic value representations that characterize this professional community, gaining professional knowledge, skills, skills. There is a development of professional-important personal qualities, a professional self-consciousness, professional suitability begins to form. At the stage of purposeful preparation for the chosen professional activity, the dynamics of professional self-determination is largely begins to be determined by the didactic training system and the nature of the relationship of education claims with each other, with teachers. Adoption of a professional role is achieved only in the fourth year of study when we can talk about the formation of professional self-consciousness. It has been found that the level of professional self-determination in the formation of education of the fourth year is higher than that of the first. This article reveals the peculiarities of speech competence formation of primary school students in the conditions of cognitive approach realization. The article found out that the formation of speech competence of primary school students is facilitated by the cognitive teaching of language. This approach teaches students to consciously construct expressions in specific life situations. It has been proved that speech competence is an integral quality of a person, manifested in the ability and willingness to use linguistic means, regularities of their functioning for the construction, and understanding of speech utterances in accordance with the communicative purpose. To assess the level of speech competence formation, we relied on indicators of the category "Application" by Bloom's taxonomy, the Oxford Cambridge 2000 program, the modified methodology "КОС-22", specific norms of competence pedagogy. It has been found that mastering cognitive skills enables a person to work with information independently in the process of acquiring it (mastering knowledge). It is proved that the text represents speech competence. It is substantiated that the following types of exercises are leading in the work on the text: analytical, associative, and research. It is proved that the cognitive approach is based on the provisions of cognitive psychology, which implies a reliance on the principle of consciousness in the process of speech competence formation in primary school students. This approach directs the educational process to communicative activities, ensuring the proper level of students’ speech competence.
