In recent years， with persistent development of endoscopic technology， the detection rate of superficial non-ampullary duodenal epithelial tumors （SNADETs） has been gradually increased. SNADETs which are identified during early stage rarely metastasize distantly. Consequently， early diagnosis and treatment of SNADETs are of significance. In this article， literature review was conducted at home and abroad， endoscopic resection technologies for SNADETs were analyzed and summarized， aiming to improve endoscopic minimally invasive treatment for SNADETs， enhance clinical efficacy and safety， elevate the quality of life and provide ideas and reference for subsequent in-depth research.

Mathematical model plays a significant role in describing the mutual interaction of various chemical compositions in chemistry. In this present work, we formulate a new plankton–oxygen dynamical model owning delay. By virtue of fixed point theorem, inequality techniques and construction of function, we set up the conditions on existence and uniqueness, non-negativeness and boundedness of the solution to the formulated plankton–oxygen model. Taking advantage of bifurcation and stability theory of delayed differential equation, we explore the existence of bifurcation and stability for the plankton–oxygen model and set up a novel delay-independent criterion ensuring the existence of bifurcation and stability of the model. Making use of two different extended hybrid controllers, we can successfully control the time of emergence of bifurcation and stability domain of this model. The impact of delay on bifurcation and stability of the model is explored. Software experiment results are provided to sustain the acquired key outcomes. The gained conclusions of this work are perfectly novel and possess immense theoretical significance in adjusting and balancing the concentrations of disparate chemical compositions. Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a hepatobiliary carcinoma with uncontrolled cell proliferation, poor prognosis, and high mortality. The ovarian tumor structural domain (OTU) containing protein 6B (OTUD6B) belongs to the OTU deubiquitin family and is vital in tumor development. However, its expression and biological function in CCA remain unknown. The expression of OTUD6B in CCA was analyzed using TIMER2.0, UALCAN, and GEO databases. MTT, clonal formation assay, immunofluorescence staining, immunohistochemistry staining, and flow cytometry examined the regulation of OTUD6B on cell proliferation, cycle, and apoptosis. The effects of OTUD6B on tumor volume and weight were assessed using the xenograft tumor model. The activities of PTK2 and STAT3 were detected by western blot and CO‐IP. The biological database identified that OTUD6B was upregulated in CCA. In CCA cells, OTUD6B knockdown reduced CCA cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis. Cell cycle analysis indicated that the cycle stopped at the G0/G1 phase after OTU6B downregulation. Furthermore, OTUD6B knockdown resulted in a decrease in tumor volume and weight in xenograft tumor models. Mechanistically, OTUD6B is involved in the deubiquitination of PTK2. PTK2 further affected the phosphorylation of STAT3 thereby regulating the CCA process. Our study demonstrates that OTUD6B knockdown participates in the ubiquitination of PTK2 and phosphorylation of STAT3 to alleviate the process of CCA. In light of the crucial role of collaborative R&D in advancing technology within the new energy vehicle industry, this study seeks to explore ways to overcome the barriers to technological innovation by establishing an effective collaborative innovation network. Utilizing joint patent-authorized data from China's new energy vehicles between 2005 and 2019, the collaborative innovation network was developed, and the Exponential Random Graph Model (ERGM) was employed to analyze its formation and evolution mechanisms. The results indicate that the network has undergone significant expansion, closely linked to strong national policy support and the active involvement of innovation participants. The network exhibits effects of expansion, transfer, and closure. External attribute analysis revealed the Matthew effect and geographical compatibility effect and found that organizational compatibility tends to foster complementary cooperation. The findings offer insights into optimizing collaborative innovation networks in the NEVs industry and suggest strategies for policymakers and industry players to promote collaborative innovation. The purpose of this research is to design a flexible variable stiffness damping mechanism to solve the load impact problem in the grinding process of permanent magnet electric spindle. Firstly, combined with the structure and usage scene of the grinding permanent magnet electric spindle, according to the design principles and technical indicators, a novel flexible variable stiffness vibration damping joint is proposed. Then the stiffness and energy storage model of the flexible variable stiffness damping mechanism is established, and the stiffness and energy storage characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed. The strength and dynamic characteristics of the flexible variable stiffness mechanism are analyzed by Ansys and Adams, respectively. Finally, an experimental platform for the comprehensive performance verification of the flexible variable stiffness damping mechanism is built to verify the dynamic characteristics and damping effect of the mechanism. The research results show that the designed flexible variable stiffness structure has better vibration damping effect and can improve the grinding performance of the permanent magnet electric spindle. Aim: To evaluate the effect of sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate (SPMC) and 3 L split-dose polyethylene glycol (PEG) with or without dimethicone on bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods: In this multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled study conducted from April 2021 to December 2021, consecutive adult patients scheduled for colonoscopy were prospectively randomized into four groups: SPMC, SPMC plus dimethicone, 3 L PEG, and 3 L PEG plus dimethicone. Primary endpoint was colon cleansing based on Boston Bowel Preparation Scale (BBPS). Secondary endpoints were bubble score, time to cecal intubation, adenoma detection rate (ADR), patient safety and compliance, and adverse events. Results: We enrolled 223 and 291 patients in SPMC and 3 L PEG group, respectively. The proportion with acceptable bowel cleansing, total BBPS score and cecal intubation time were similar in all four subgroups (p > 0.05). Patient-reported acceptability and tolerability was significantly greater in SPMC than 3 L PEG group (p < 0.001); adverse events were significantly lower in SPMC than latter group (p < 0.001). ADR in both groups was greater than 30%. Conclusion: SPMC had significantly higher acceptability and tolerability than 3 L PEG, however, was similar in terms of bowel-cleansing effect and cecal intubation time and hence can be used before colonoscopy preparation. Several factors significantly contribute to the onset of infectious diseases, including direct and indirect transmissions and their respective impacts on incubation periods. The intricate interplay of these factors within social networks remains a puzzle yet to be unraveled. In this study, we conduct a stability analysis within a network-organized SIR model incorporating dual delays to explore the influence of direct and indirect incubation periods on disease spread. Additionally, we investigate how compound networks affect the critical incubation period. Our findings reveal several vital insights. First, by examining crossing curves and the dispersion equation, we establish the conditions for Turing instability and delineate the stable regions associated with dual delays. Second, we ascertain that the critical incubation value exhibits an inverse relationship with a network's eigenvalues, indicating that the Laplacian matrix does not solely dictate periodic behavior in the context of delays. Furthermore, our study elucidates the impact of delays and networks on pattern formation, revealing distinct pattern types across different regions. Specifically, our observations suggest that effectively curtailing the spread of infectious diseases during an outbreak is more achievable when the incubation period for indirect contact is shorter and for direct contact is longer. Namely, our network framework enables regulation of the optimal combination of (τ 1 , τ 2) to mitigate the risk of infectious diseases.
