The purpose of the study: to assess the level of vitamin D in older adults (age ≥60 years) with sarcopenia. To analyze the relationship between concentration of 25(OH)D and muscular strength, muscle mass, physical activity and markers of low grade inflammation in patients with sarcopenia.Material and methods. 76 persons aged 60 to 88 years old were examined. Muscular strength was estimated using grip strength. Physical performance was studied as a gait speed on distance of4 m. Muscle mass was detected by calf circumference (CC) measurement – cut-off point less than35 cm in men and less than33 cm in women estimated for muscle mass insufficiency. Severe sarcopenia was established in case of decrease in all three parameters. Vitamin D concentration was defined as a 25(OH)D level.Results. After the examination, patients were divided into 2 groups according to the severity of sarcopenia. Among 76 examined patients, signs of severe sarcopenia were diagnosed in 36 cases (47.4 %), older persons (>75 years) prevailed in this group (P = 0.002). Patients with severe sarcopenia had a significantly lower 25(OH)D level (41.1 ± 2.74 nmol/L vs 51.7 ± 2.49 nmol/L, P = 0.005), they were more frequently recognized with obesity, and had significantly lower results in grip strength, muscle mass and gait speed simultaneously with higher level of subclinical inflammation. A significant positive correlation between the level of 25(OH)D and the results of dynamometry, CC, gait speed and significant reverse correlation with the levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α (P < 0.05) was found. Patients with the most pronounced hypovitaminosis D (22.4–30.4 nmol/L) more frequently showed a severe sarcopenia and the lowest rates of muscle strength, mass and function, and the highest level of subclinical inflammation comparing to the patients with 25(OH)D level higher than 61.2 nmol/L.Conclusions. Severe sarcopenia was detected in 47.4 %, it was registered more frequently in older adults (≥75 years) and patients with obesity. Sarcopenia was associated with hypovitaminosis D and subclinical inflammation. Patients with severe sarcopenia had more pronounced 25(OH)D deficiency. The vitamin D concentration was correlated with indicators of muscular strength and mass, physical activity, as well as markers of subclinical inflammation., Цель работы – оценить состояние обеспеченности витамином D пациентов с саркопенией пожилого и старческого возраста; проанализировать взаимосвязь уровня 25(ОН)D с показателями мышечной силы, мышечной массы, физической активности и маркерами воспаления у лиц с саркопенией.Материалы и методы. Обследовали 76 человек в возрасте от 60 до 88 лет. Мышечную силу оценивали с помощью кистевого динамометра. Мышечную функцию исследовали по скорости ходьбы на 4 метра. Снижение мышечной массы констатировали при объеме голени (ОГ) меньше 35 см у мужчин и 33 см у женщин. При снижении всех трех показателей устанавливали диагноз тяжелая саркопения. Содержание витамина D в плазме крови определяли по 25(ОН)D. Уровень субклинического воспаления оценивали по содержанию С-реактивного белка (СРБ), ИЛ-6 и ФНО-α.Результаты. После обследования пациентов поделили на 2 группы: с тяжелой и умеренной саркопенией. Среди 76 обследованных признаки тяжелой саркопении установлены у 36 (47,4 %) пациентов, в этой группе преобладали лица старческого возраста (>75 лет) (p = 0,002). Пациенты с тяжелой саркопенией имели достоверно более низкий уровень 25(ОН)D (41,1 ± 2,74 нмоль/л vs 51,7 ± 2,49 нмоль/л, р = 0,005), у них чаще диагностировали ожирение, были достоверно более низкие показатели мышечной силы, массы и функции, установлен высокий уровень субклинического воспаления. Обнаружена прямая корреляционная связь между уровнем 25(ОН)D и показателями динамометрии, ОГ, скоростью ходьбы и достоверная обратная корреляция с содержанием СРБ, ИЛ-6 и ФНО-α (р < 0,05). У больных с наиболее выраженным гиповитаминозом D (22,4–30,4 нмоль/л) чаще наблюдали тяжелое течение саркопении и регистрировали более низкие показатели мышечной силы, массы и функции, а также высокий уровень субклинического воспаления по сравнению с пациентами, которые имели уровень 25(ОН)D выше 61,2 нмоль/л.Выводы. Тяжелая саркопения диагностирована у 47,4 % обследованных, преимущественно у людей старческого возраста и у лиц с ожирением. Саркопения ассоциировалась с гиповитаминозом D и субклиническим воспалением. Пациенты с тяжелой саркопенией имели более выраженный дефицит 25(ОН)D в плазме крови. Вміст вітаміну D у плазмі крові визначали за 25(ОН)D. Рівень субклінічного запалення оцінювали за вмістом С-реактивного білка (СРБ), ІЛ-6 та ФНП-α.Результати. Після обстеження пацієнтів поділили на 2 групи: з важкою та помірною саркопенією. Серед 76 осіб, яких обстежили, ознаки важкої саркопенії діагностували у 36 (47,4 %) пацієнтів, у цій групі переважали особи старечого віку (>75 років) (p = 0,002). Пацієнти з важкою саркопенією мали вірогідно нижчий рівень 25(ОН)D (41,1 ± 2,74 нмоль/л vs 51,7 ± 2,49 нмоль/л, р = 0,005), у них частіше виявляли ожиріння, вірогідно нижчими були показники м’язової сили, маси та функції, вищий рівень субклінічного запалення. Виявили прямий кореляційний зв’язок між рівнем 25(ОН)D і показниками динамометрії, ОГ, швидкістю ходи та вірогідний негативний із вмістом СРБ, ІЛ-6 та ФНП-α (р< 0,05). У хворих із найбільш вираженим гіповітамінозом D (22,4–30,4 нмоль/л) частіше визначали важкий перебіг саркопенії, реєстрували найнижчі показники м’язової сили, маси та функції та найвищий рівень субклінічного запалення порівняно з пацієнтами, які мали рівень 25(ОН)D вищий за 61,2 нмоль/л.Висновки. Важку саркопенію виявили в 47,4 % обстежених, переважно в людей старечого віку та в осіб з ожирінням. Саркопенія асоціювалася з гіповітамінозом D і субклінічним запаленням. Пацієнти з важкою саркопенією мали доволі виражений дефіцит 25(ОН)D у плазмі крові. Вміст вітаміну D корелював із показниками м’язової сили та маси, фізичною активністю, а також маркерами субклінічного запалення.

An equation of the quasilinear theory is derived. It is based on the same assumptions as the well-known equation in [1]. However, it has another form of the quasilinear operator, which does not contain the longitudinal wavenumber. Due to this, characteristics of the derived equation determine the routes of a quasilinear evolution of the particle distribution function, even when the resonance region determined by the spectrum of longitudinal wavenumbers is wide. It is demonstrated that during the ion acceleration by the ion cyclotron resonant heating, (i) the change of the longitudinal ion energy can be considerable and (ii) the increase of the particle energy may well exceed the increase described by characteristics of the Kennel–Engelmann equation (which are shown, in particular, in [10]), because these characteristics represent the ways of the quasilinear diffusion only when the resonance region is narrow., Отримано рiвняння квазiлiнiйної теорiї, яке базується на тих самих припущеннях, що i добре вiдоме рiвняння Кеннеля–Енгельмана. Проте форма квазiлiнiйного оператора у отриманому рiвняннi не мiстить поздовжнього хвильового числа. Завдяки цьому характеристики отриманого рiвняння визначають шлях квазiлiнiйної еволюцiї функцiї розподiлу частинок навiть у випадку широкої резонансної областi, яка залежить вiд спектра поздовжнiх хвильових чисел. Продемонстровано, що пiд час прискорення iонiв при iонно-циклотронному резонансному нагрiваннi, по-перше, може значно змiнюватися поздовжня енергiя iонiв i, по-друге, збiльшення енергiї частинок може перевищувати значення, яке визначається характеристиками рiвняння Кеннеля–Енгельмана, оскiльки останнi описують шлях квазiлiнiйної дифузiї лише у випадку вузької резонансної областi.

A role of blood glucose levels in the development of interstitial collagen has been studied in 84 patients (53 women and 31 men, average age 60 ± 2.4 years) with coronary heart disease (CHD). All patients were divided into twocomparable groups: a study group including patients with coronary heart disease andtype 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and a control group consisting of patients with coronary heart disease without DM. All patients received standard medical therapy as recommended by the European Society of Cardiology. The level of blood glucose in both groups was assessed by the standard technique, a degree of interstitial collagen volume fraction (ICVF) was measured using the formula of J. Shirani et al. The data were processed by parametric and nonparametric statistical methods. It has been proved that hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes contributes to the development of ICVF, the degree of which increases with the rise of blood glucose level. A high level ofICVF in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes type 2 can be a predictor of myocardial dyssynchrony development and heart failure progression, therefore, a close monitoring and timely correction of changes of blood glucose levelsare recommended to prevent the complication development. ICVF evaluation should become a routine diagnostic method in all patients with type 2 diabetes., На 84 пацієнтах (53 жінок і 31 чоловіків, середній вік 60 ± 2,4 років) на ішемічну хворобу серця (ІХС) вивчена роль рівня глікемії у розвитку інтерстиціального колагену. Всі пацієнти були розділені на групу спостереження, де були пацієнти з ІХС та цукровим діабетом (ЦД) 2 типу та групу контролю пацієнти з ІХС без ЦД. Всі пацієнти отримували стандартну медикаментозну терапію відповідно до рекомендацій European Society of Cardiology. Рівень глікемії в обох групах оцінювався згідно загальноприйнятої методики, ступінь наявності об'ємної фракції інтерстиціального колагену (ОФІК) вимірювали за допомогою формули J. Shirani та співавторів. Дані обробляли методами параметричної та непараметричної статистики. Доведено, що гіперглікемія при ЦД 2 типу сприяє розвитку ОФІК, ступінь наявності якої зростає зі зростанням рівня глікемії. Високий рівень ОФІК у пацієнтів з ІХС і ЦД 2-го типу може бути предиктором розвитку диссинхроній міокарда та прогресування ХСН, тому рекомендовано ретельний контроль і своєчасна корекція рівня глікемії для попередження розвитку ускладнень. Визначення ОФІК має стати рутинним методом діагностики у всіх пацієнтів на ЦД 2-го типу.

У статті приведений аналіз можливості використання нового способу зміцнення - мікродугового оксидування для підвищення зносостійкості деталей, виготовлених з алюмінієвих сплавів, зокрема корпусів шестеренних насосів типу НШ. У роботі викладена сутність процесу зміцнення деталей мікродуговим оксидуванням, представлені основні фізико-механічні характеристики зміцнюючого покриття. Відзначено, що міцність зчеплення і механічні властивості покриття багато в чому залежать від стану поверхні, що зміцнюється, зокрема від методу попередньої обробки. При цьому встановлено, що зміцнюючі покриття після пластичного деформування деталей мають вищу міцність зчеплення, твердість і більшу товщину. У роботі представлені основні відомості про мікродугове оксидуванні, які на думку авторів будуть сприяти застосуванню маловивченого способу зміцнення в ремонтному виробництві. The objective of the research is to analyse the scientific and technical information on hardening of parts of aluminium alloys by micro-arc oxidation, particularly the parts, which were repaired by hot plastic deformation. This article presents the analysis of the possibility to apply a new method of hardening of working surfaces of parts by micro-arc oxidation to increase wearability of working surfaces of the parts made of aluminium alloys, in particular the bodies of gear pumps. The work presents the essence of the process of hardening of details by micro-arc oxidation and the main physical and chemical characteristics of the hardening coating. It was stated that the adhesive strength and mechanical characteristics of the coating largely depend on the condition of the surface under hardening, in particular on the method of preparatory processing. It was established that the hardening coating of metal after plastic deformation gets better adhesive strength, thickness and hardness. The work presents basic information on micro-arc oxidation which will facilitate further application of the hardening method in repair industry.

В статті наведені результати аналізу теоретичних досліджень геометричних параметрів відсіченої порожнини шестеренного насоса. Встановлені теоретичні залежності об’єму відсіченої порожнини від параметрів зубчастого зачеплення, а також від положення точки зачеплення на лінії зачеплення шестерень насоса. Отримані теоретичні залежності дозволяють визначити геометричні параметри відсіченої порожнини, при яких виключається явище компресії робочої рідини. Виключення компресії досягнуто завдяки використанню зубчастого зачеплення з асиметричною лінією зачеплення. В роботі вказані недоліки існуючих теоретичних досліджень і вказані напрямки подальшого їх розвитку.The objective of research is to analyze scientific and technical information on the results of theoretical studies of the geometric parameters of the cut-off housing of the gear pump and to determine future direction of research of the processes that take place in the cut-off housing and to formulate the scientific hypothesis of the research. The article presents the results of the analysis of theoretical studies of geometric parameters of the cut-off housing of the gear pump. The theoretical dependences of the volume of the housing on the parameters of toothing were established as well as the position of the point of engagement on the line of contact of a gear pump. The theoretical dependences allow determining geometrical parameters of the cut-off housing which eliminate the phenomenon of the working fluid compression. The avoidance of compression is achieved through the use of toothing with asymmetrical engagement line. The work indicates the shortcomings of existing theoretical research and presents the directions of further development. It was established that one of the possible ways to reduce the impact of the compression of the working fluid in the cut-ff housing is to use toothing with asymmetric line engagement.

В статье рассмотрены особенности конструкции шестеренного насоса, объясняющие его высокий уровень удельной мощности в сравнении с другими типами объемных насосов. Представлены в виде моделей характерные особенности работы шестеренного насоса, что позволило сформулировать пути дальнейшего усовершенствования конструкции шестеренного насоса в направлении повышения его технического уровня. В статті розглянуті особливості конструкції шестерінчастого насоса, які пояснюють його високий рівень питомої потужності у порівнянні з іншими типами об’ємних насосів. Представлено у вигляді моделей характерні особливості роботи шестеренного насоса, що дозволило сформулювати шляхи подальшого удосконалювання конструкції шестеренного насоса в напрямку підвищення його технічного рівня. The objective of research is to explain certain aspects of gear-type pump work, understanding of which allows to formulate tasks of farther increasing its technical level. The article describes the special aspects of construction gear-type pump, which explains its high level of unit power in comparison with other kinds of massive pumps. Submitted in a form typical aspects of gear-type pump work, which allows to formulate the ways of farther upgrading the gear-type pump construction towards increasing its technical level. Offered schemes of work allows to explain such negative feature in the gear-type pump as split off void, pulsating of pressure and giving in causal-resultative categories.

В статті запропоновано підхід до прискорення виконання пошуку в електронних словниках систем комп’ютерного перекладу. В основу запропонованої організації пошуку покладено використання найбільш швидкої технології пошуку – хеш-адресації. Виявлені характерні особливості хеш-пошуку в електронних словниках і на цій основі запропоновано нові технології розміщення даних та пошуку. Для оцінки ефективності проведене моделювання, результати якого показують, що час пошуку в порівнянні з відомими рішеннями скоротився в 2 - 2.5 рази. The paper considers an approach to accelerate the process of word search in electronic dictionaries. The described word search method is based on the use of the fastest searching technique - hash addressing. Some specific features of the hash-based search in electronic dictionaries were described and some new approaches to data placement/allocation and retrieval were proposed. T o assess the effectiveness of this approach a simulation method was used. The results showed that the search time in comparison with other methods has decreased by 2 - 2.5 times.

В статті наведені результати аналізу впливу динамічних процесів, що відбуваються у відсіченій порожнині шестеренного насоса на його працездатність. Зазначені умови виникнення компресії і декомпресії робочої рідини у відсіченій порожнині шестеренного насоса. Встановлено взаємозв’язок між компресією і декомпресією робочої рідини, що виникають у відсіченій порожнині шестеренного насоса і негативним впливом цих явищ на працездатність насоса. Зазначено зниження працездатності шестеренного насоса внаслідок негативного впливу гідродинамічних явищ у відсіченій порожнині, що виявляється у підвищеному зношуванні деталей і з’єднань насоса, зниженні довговічності, коефіцієнту подачі, підвищенні пульсації тиску і подачі, збільшенні вібрацій і шуму НШ. The objective of the work is to analyse scientific and technical information and to determine further directions of research of processes taking place in the isolated section of a gear pump and to formulate scientific hypothesis of the research. The article presents the analysis results of the influence of dynamic processes taking place in the isolated section of a gear pump on its operational performance. The conditions of the occurrence of compression and decompression of hydraulic oil in the isolated section of a gear pump were determined. The interrelationship between the compression and decompression of the hydraulic oil which occurs in the isolated section of a gear pump and the negative influence of these effects on the operational performance of a pump was established. The decrease of operational performance of a gear pump is resulted by the negative influence of hydrodynamic effects in the isolated section. This results the excessive wear of the pump parts and interferences, decrease of service life, pump delivery rate and increase of pressure and delivery pulsation, vibration and noise of the gear pump. It was determined that scientific and technical information does not have physical and mathematic models with the description of hydrodynamic processes taking place in the isolated section of a gear pump. On the basis of the analysis of scientific and technical information we suggested a working hypothesis of the research with the result to exclude the gaps in theory and practice of a gear pump concerning hydrodynamic processes taking place in the isolated section of a gear pump.

В статье приведены результаты испытаний шумовых характеристик экспериментального шестеренного насоса с косозубым зацеплением. Исследованы уровни звука, спектры шума. экспериментального насоса с косозубым зацеплением, а также серийного насоса аналогичного типоразмера при разных режимах их работы. Выполнен сравнительный анализ шумовых характеристик насосов при разных нагрузках с целью оценки эффективности использования косозубых зацеплений в шестеренных насосах с точки зрения снижения шума. В статті наведені результати випробовувань шумових характеристик експериментального шестеренного насоса з косозубим зачепленням. Досліджено рівні звуку, спектри шуму експериментального шестеренного з косозубим зачепленням, а також серійного насосу аналогічного типорозміру при різних режимах їх роботи. Виконано порівняльний аналіз шумових характеристик насосів при різних навантаженнях з метою оцінки ефективності використання косозубих зачеплень в шестеренних насосах з точки зору зниження шуму. The objective of the work is the experimental testing of the noise level by the lines of spectrum of the experimental gear pump with helical toothing and the comparison with the noise level of a serial pump. The article presents the results of tests of noise characteristics of the experimental gear pump with helical toothing. The levels of noise, noise spectrums of the experimental gear pump with helical toothing and a serial pump of the analogical size with straight toothing were investigated using different operating modes. The comparative analysis of noise characteristics of the pumps under different load was carried out in order to estimate the efficiency of using helical toothing in gear pumps from the point of view of noise reduction. Experiments of the noise level of a gear pump with helical toothing showed that with the increase of pressure of hydraulic fluid the level of noise slowly increases from 1,5 to 6 dB depending on speed mode. The highest noise level of a pump with helical toothing (91,5 dB 􀉞􀈻􀈺) is noticed under the pressure of 16,0 MPa and rotation frequency n=2400 revolutions per minute. The comparative analysis of the experimental pump and a serial pump enables to state that the noise level of the experimental pump is lower in all operating modes compared to the serial pump. During tests it was marked that the noise level of the stand which is a barrier is quite high and under some operating modes it is close to the noise level of the experimental pump on the stand.
