Divergence of information between official agents and land owners is quit frequent during the land Agrarian Reform process. Thus, in order to solve such questions, the time series analysis of satellite images has been used to subsidize the legal judicial phase of the land partion among several users. In the other hand, it is necessary to estabilish criteria to compare these images. This papper proposes a methodology to improve multitemporal analysis, composed by the following steps: a) acquisition of relative images to three different dates, b) normalization of the images by the use of the conversion of the grey levels for reflectance values, c) use of the Normalized for Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and d) comparative analysis of the dates integrated by means of the color composition of the NDVI images. That procedure allowed the comparison of different dates images. The visualization of the vegetation cover changes and landuse in an single image provided subsidies to the judicial phase of the land dispossession., No processo de obtenção de terras para a Reforma Agrária pode haver divergência de informações entre o Laudo de Vistoria e a situação em que o imóvel se encontra no momento em que o proprietário contesta. Desta forma, a análise multitemporal de imagens de satélite vem sendo utilizada para subsidiar a fase judicial da obtenção de terras. Por outro lado, é importante estabelecer critérios para que essas imagens possam ser comparadas. Neste trabalho é proposta uma metodologia para otimizar a ánalise multitemporal de imóveis rurais, composta pelas seguintes etapas: (a) aquisição de imagens relativas à três datas distintas, (b) normalização das imagens pelo emprego da conversão dos níveis de cinza para valores de reflectância, (c) emprego do Índice de Vegetação por Diferença Normalizada (NDVI) e (d) análise comparativa das datas de forma integrada por meio da composição colorida das imagens NDVI. Esse procedimento proporcionou a comparação de imagens de datas diferentes. A visualização das mudanças de cobertura e uso da terra em uma única imagem proporciona subsídios à fase judicial da desapropriação.

The present project proposes a strategy to be followed within the product development and management of Axians’s future Customer Brand Engagement (CBE) data product, supported by a market and legal context.It provides a review of the market trends in motion within the customer data and customer experience fields, as well as a data regulation benchmark that covers the international scene. Furthermore, it suggests a tailor-made three-step product framework to be adopted by the product teams in order to future-proof it. Then, it recommends actions to enhance the product by ensuring user engagement with an app that would add a new relevant data source to the model based on a user study. Finally, it presents an overview and state of art of the technology available to deliver and execute the remaining data sources the product will model and provide insights from.

Human resources can provide a competitive advantage to firms, but we still know little about how newly-founded ventures start mobilizing these resources. Given the central role of entrepreneurs' background in designing the strategy of new firms, we investigate whether and how startup experience, namely past performance as entrepreneurs, influences employee mobilization strategies in new ventures. Integrating behavioral theories of the firm with regulatory focus theory, we postulate that serial entrepreneurs who failed in the past are more likely to be prevention oriented and change their employee mobilization strategies towards a more targeted hiring approach in subsequent ventures. Using Danish register data, we compare the employee sourcing practices of serial entrepreneurs with their former practices as novice entrepreneurs, as well as with a control group of first-time entrepreneurs who engage in serial venturing later on. We find that entrepreneurs who have already failed (i.e. discontinued a former business) select their employees from fewer sources in the labor market. Our tests lend support for learning as a key mechanism driving these differences. Alternative mechanisms such as selection effects, stigma of failure, and demand-side constraints are not empirically supported.

El presente documento agrupa los procesos jurídicos, sociales y comunitarios que brinda la Asociación Solidarios por la Vida a la población víctima del conflicto armado y/o en situación de desplazamiento en la ciudad de Cali, al igual que el paso a paso de cómo se llegó a la creación de productos comunicativos para la comprensión de los beneficiarios frente a estos procesos y las actividades que se realizaron con la comunidad en pro de crear una comunicación horizontal y dar cumplimiento a los objetivos específicos planteados. Esta pasantía fue posible gracias a la existencia de organizaciones del tercer sector, como lo es la Asociación Solivida, organización no gubernamental ubicada en el Distrito de Aguablanca, Marroquín ll, en la ciudad de Cali, en la cual se gestaron encuentros con los beneficiarios (los cuales son principalmente víctimas y/o personas en situación de desplazamiento) y miembros administrativos de la Asociación. Desde Solivida salen testimonios, entrevistas y encuestas que dan paso a una caracterización oportuna del público objetivo y asimismo proceder al cumplimiento del objetivo general. Este es un trabajo de grado para optar por el título de Comunicadoras Sociales Periodistas en la Universidad Autónoma de Occidente en la modalidad de Pasantía Comunitaria en la que los estudiantes viven una experiencia social, donde se integran en un tiempo determinado en una fundación y apoyan desde la creación de proyectos y trabajo comunitario al desarrollo de la misma en la sociedad This document groups together the legal, social and community processes that the Solidarity Association for Life provides to the population victim of the armed conflict and / or in a situation of displacement in the city of Cali, as well as the step by step of how it was arrived to the creation of communication products for the understanding of the beneficiaries in the face of these processes and the activities that were carried out with the community in order to create horizontal communication and comply with the specific objectives set. This internship was possible thanks to the existence of third sector organizations, such as the Solivida Association, a non-governmental organization located in the Aguablanca District, Marroquín ll, in the city of Cali, in which meetings were held with the beneficiaries (who are mainly victims and / or people in a situation of displacement) and administrative members of the Association. From Solivida there are testimonies, interviews and surveys that give way to a timely characterization of the target audience and will also proceed to fulfill the general objective. This article objective to report and reflect on the teacher experience of the Mental Health Nursing discipline about the use of methodological resources, as the use of the Whatsapp application in schoolroom activities, on purpose of enable the student the use of social networks and the communication virtual in learning process, as well as a formation more reflective for acting in the health system. This is an experience report about the use of the Whatsapp application as a tool for strategy methodological during the discipline of Nursing in Mental Health of the undergraduate Nursing course. Firstly, used the application in a group format to explore information available on the internet about user embracement. In a second moment, the students built a concept of user embracement from the information posted in the discussion group. The possibility become the student as protagonist of the teaching-learning process, stimulates and favors meaningful learning, providing a formation of proactive, critical and reflective professionals about their reality. The experience made it possible the student to be a protagonist in his construction of theoretical knowledge, favored learning, making the student part of the process, and a protagonist in this construction. And to teacher, it made it possible to approach the students, and engage in a reflective critical formation. Este artículo objetivo reportar y reflexionar sobre la experiencia docente de la disciplina de Enfermería en Salud Mental en cuanto al uso de recursos metodológicos, como el uso de la aplicación Whatsapp en las actividades del salón de clases, con el fin de habilitar al estudiante en el uso las redes sociales y la comunicación virtual en el aula proceso de aprendizaje, así como una formación más reflexiva para actuação en el sistema de salud. Esto es un relato de experiencia sobre el uso de la aplicación Whatsapp como herramienta de estrategia metodológica durante la disciplina de Enfermería en Salud Mental del Curso de licenciatura en Enfermería. En primer lugar, la aplicación se utilizó en formato grupal para explorar la información disponible en Internet sobre Acogimiento. En un segundo momentos, los estudiantes construyeron un concepto de acogimiento a partir de la información publicada en el grupo de discusión. La posibilidad de harse al alumno como protagonista en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, estimula y favorece el aprendizaje significativo, proporcionar un formación en profesionales más proactivos, críticos y reflexivos sobre su realidad. La experiencia lo hizo posible al alumno ser protagonista en su construcción de conocimientos teóricos, favoreció el aprendizaje, haciendo al alumno parte del proceso, y protagonista en esta construcción. Y al docente, lo hizo posible acercarse a los alumnos, y emprender en una formación crítica reflexiva. Este artigo objetiva relatar e refletir sobre a experiência docente da disciplina de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental acerca do uso de recursos metodológicos, como o uso do aplicativo Whatsapp em atividades de sala de aula, no propósito de possibilitar ao estudante o uso das redes sociais e da comunicação virtual no processo de aprendizagem, bem como uma formação mais reflexiva para a atuação no sistema de saúde. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, sobre o uso do aplicativo Whatsapp como ferramenta para estratégia metodológica durante a disciplina de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental do Curso de graduação em Enfermagem. Primeiramente, utilizou-se o aplicativo no formato de grupo para explorar informações disponíveis na internet sobre Acolhimento. Em um segundo momento, os estudantes construíram um conceito de acolhimento a partir das informações postadas no grupo de discussão. A possibilidade de tornar o estudante como protagonista do processo de ensino- aprendizagem, estimula e favorece o aprendizado significativo, proporcionando uma formação de profissionais mais proativos, críticos e reflexivos sobre sua realidade. A experiência possibilitou o estudante ser protagonista de sua construção do conhecimento teórico, favoreceu ao aprendizado, tornando o estudante parte do processo, e protagonista nesta construção. E ao professor, possibilitou aproximar-se dos estudantes, e empreender em uma formação crítica reflexiva.
