En este trabajo se estudió las transformadas integrales de Laplace, Fourier y Mellin como método de resolución de ecuaciones diferenciales fraccionarias. Las técnicas implementadas tienen como bases las definiciones dadas en 2.13, 5 y 2.2.7 mediante las cuales fue posible extender las transformadas integrales definidas en el an´alisis cl´asicos a su versión fraccionaria. Mediante las transformadas integrales fue posible extender problemas de condici´on inicial primeramente definidos para ordenes de derivación e integración enteros a ordenes arbitrarios. Este hecho resulta de gran interés yá permite obtener una perspectiva global de la evoluci´on de las soluciones hasta alcanzar los valores dados en el análisis clásicos. In this work we studied the integral transformations of Laplace, Fourier and Mellin as a method of solving fractional differential equations. The implemented techniques are based on the definitions given in 2.13, 5 and 2.2.7, by which it was possible to extend the integral transformations defined in the classical analysis to their fractional version. Through integral transformations it was possible to extend initial condition problems initially defined for integer derivation and integration orders to arbitrary orders. This fact is of great interest since it allows to obtain a global perspective of the evolution of the solutions until reaching the values given in the classical analysis. Se realizó seguimiento de capturas de tortuga laúd (Dermochelys coriacea) por la flota agallera tortuguera del puerto de San Andrés-Pisco (13°45’S, 76°13’W) en la costa centro sur del Perú, durante el fenómeno El Niño (EN) 1987. Se analizó biometría, necropsias, determinación de abundancias de medusas Scyphozoa y encuestas a pescadores artesanales de Pisco. Se registró 34 tortugas laúd capturadas con talla promedio 117,3 ±10,2 cm Largo Curvo de Caparazón (LCC) (rango: 100 - 140 cm, n=22), de las cuales 77,3% fueron juveniles y 22,7% subadultos. Existe fuerte correlación significativa (Rho Spearman = 0,883 al 99%) entre capturas de laúd y presencia de medusa Scyphozoa Chrysaora plocamia a escalas mensuales. Durante ese año se presentó mayor abundancia de C. plocamia, registrándose hasta 12,4 kg medusa/1000m3, promedio 4,4 ±4 kg medusa/1000m3, usando una serie de tiempo de más de 4 décadas (1972 - 2014). Como resultado de las encuestas se calculó la captura promedio de 15,9 ±13,4 (rango: 2 - 40, n=17) tortugas laúd por bote por mes, durante los años 1970’s y 1980’s, proyectándose una tasa de extracción de 572,4 laudes para 1987. Sin embargo, en los años 1990’s y 2000’s las capturas fueron 55 veces menores, con promedio de 0,29 ± 0,5 (rango: 0 - 1,5, n=21). La principal zona de pesca de laúd en los años 1980’s fue una zona continua costera (~40 km) de la playa Caucato (13°38’S, 76°12’W) hasta el norte de la playa Jahuay (13°19’S, 76°14’W) de 6 a 20 m de profundidad. Se propone una segregación ontogénica en la distribución espacial de la tortuga laúd frente a Perú, donde juveniles y subadultos se distribuyen en zonas costero neríticas

Con el objetivo de determinar los principales parámetros poblacionales de la tortuga verde del Pacifico este (Chelonia mydas agassizii) el Instituto del Mar del Perú (IMARPE), mediante el Laboratorio Costero de Pisco, a partir del 2010 empezó las investigaciones biológicas en tortugas marinas, a través de monitoreos acuáticos en la ensenada de la Aguada, en Bahía Paracas, Pisco. Durante el periodo 2010- 2017 se determinó el largo curvo del caparazón (LCC), presentando promedio de 58,4 ± 7,9 cm (rango: 40,9 - 84,5 cm, n=438) con 88,7% de juveniles y 11,3% de sub-adultos. Estas tallas son las menores registradas en el Pacifico este para la especie. El número promedio de tortugas capturadas por km de red tendida por hora fue 1,03 ±1,23 (rango: 0 - 5,9, n=83). Los principales epibiontes capturados fueron de origen costero - nerítico: Platylepas hexastylos (40,5%, n=570), Stephanolepas muricata (13,4%, n=189), Conchoderma virgatum (13,1%, n=184), Ozobranchus margoi (12,9%, n=181), Chelonibia testudinaria (10,3%, n=145), y también de origen pelágico – oceánico: Lepas anatifera (8,5%, n=120), Planes cyaneus(0,8%, n=11) y Remora remora (0,6%, n=7). Se evidencia la gran importancia de Paracas como una exclusiva zona de reclutamiento desde zonas oceánicas. Durante lo que va del proyecto (2010 – 2017) se realizaron 46 recapturas, de las cuales 41 fueron juveniles y 5 sub-adultos, también se reportaron 5 triples recapturas (todos juveniles). La residencia en el área, expresada en el número promedio de días utilizados por la especie en el área de alimentación fue de 306,2 ± 166,9 días (rango: 170 - 708, n=26), la tasa de crecimiento fue de 7,4 ± 2,8 cm/año (rango: 2,0 – 11,7, n=26), ambos análisis se realizaron considerando recapturas mayores a 170 días. El índice de condición corporal (BCI) promedio por año y por estadio fue mayor en juveniles (1,49) con respecto a los sub-adultos (1,43). La mayoría de los parámetros poblacionales fueron favorables, las altas tasas de crecimiento y de BCI en conjunto con las bajas tasas de recapturas demuestran que esta es una población grande, saludable y con posibles bajos niveles de endogamia. Paradójicamente es preocupante que aun subsistan capturas incidentales y dirigidas en la zona, por lo que son necesarias y urgentes las medidas de conservación y fiscalización en la zona de Pisco - Paracas. The coastal-neritic epibionts caught were Platylepas hexastylos (40.5%, n=570), Stephanolepas muricata (13.4%, n=189), Conchoderma virgatum (13.1%, n=184), Ozobranchus margoi (12.9%, n=181), Chelonibia testudinaria (10.3%, n=145), and those of pelagic-oceanic origin were: Lepas anatifera (8.5%, n=120), Planes cyaneus (0.8%, n=11), and Remora remora (0.6%, n=7), thus evidencing the great importance of the area and one of the most important recruitment areas of the eastern Pacific. The high growth rates and BCI together with the low recapture rates demonstrate that this is a large, healthy population with possibly low levels of inbreeding. Paradoxically, we are concerned that there are bycatches and directed catches in the area, which is why conservation and control measures are urgently needed in Pisco-Paracas.

La tortuga pico de loro (Lepidochelys olivacea) en el Pacifico este se distribuye espacialmente desde México hasta el Perú, pero sus principales zonas de anidación están restringidas a las costas de México, Nicaragua, Costa Rica y Panamá, también se han reportado algunos anidamientos aislados en Colombia y Ecuador. En Perú, la información de anidamientos es ocasional, aunque por el mayor esfuerzo de muestreo y temperaturas más cálidas, los registros cada vez son mayores, pero todos restringidos a la costa de Tumbes (03°S) y norte de Piura (04°S). El punto de anidamiento extremo se ubicaba en playa Bomba (04°41’S) al sur de Negritos, Talara. En esta oportunidad reportamos un anidamiento a 320 km más al sur, en la playa El Gigante (06°30’S; 08°20’W) ubicada a 50 km al norte de la caleta San José, Región Lambayeque, que lo convierte en el anidamiento exitoso más austral del Pacifico sur este. Durante los meses previos a la eclosión se registró un evento El Niño de características leves con anomalías de la TSM frente a Lambayeque que llegaron hasta +1,1°C por encima del promedio ABSTRACT: In the eastern Pacific, the olive ridley sea turtle (Lepidochelys olivacea) is spatially distributed from Mexico to Peru, but its main nesting areas are restricted to the coasts of Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. Some isolated nesting sites have also been reported in Colombia and Ecuador. In Peru, nesting information is occasional, although records are increasing given the increased sampling effort and warmer temperatures, all are restricted to the coast of Tumbes (03°S) and northern Piura (04°S). The extreme nesting point was located at Bomba beach (04°41’S), south of Negritos, Talara. This time, we report a nesting site 320 km further south, at El Gigante beach (06°30’S; 08°20’W), which is located 50 km north of San José cove, Lambayeque Region, thus being the southernmost successful nesting site in the Southeast Pacific. During the months before hatching, a mild El Niño event was recorded with SST anomalies off Lambayeque that were up to +1.1°C above the average

El aprendizaje de léxico ha sido poco explotado en el ámbito educativo español como L1. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es diseñar una unidad didáctica para aumentar y especializar el caudal léxico del alumnado de 4º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. Se analizaron las principales corrientes teóricas en torno al aprendizaje y adquisición de léxico, así como las que tratan sobre los tipos de aprendiz e inteligencias múltiples. Posteriormente, se cotejaron trabajos didácticos. En tercer lugar se elaboró nuestra unidad didáctica. En particular, el campo semántico en el que nos hemos centrado es el de las emociones, principalmente en sustantivos, verbos y adjetivos.

Diosgenin ((25R)-spirost-5-en-3-ol) is a steroidal sapogenin prepared mostly from dioscin, the main bioactive component of Chinese medicinal herbs of the Dioscoreacea family. Diosgenin itself is known to show cardioprotective activity in animals, in vitro cytotoxicity to cancer cells, antitumor activity, as well as antidiabetic and antioxidant properties. However, its low oral bioavailability in mice and the poor aqueous solubility of diosgenin (10 g/L) hold back its use. Diosgenin is the main substrate in the synthesis of steroids and analogues of brassinosteroids for medical and agricultural applications. In this sense, DI31 (trademark Biobras-16), a synthetic analogue of brassinosteroid is synthesized from diosgenin for agrochemical use (increase of efficiency in crops 5 to 30%). However, the fast vegetal metabolism and low aqueous solubility of DI31 and S7 (another brassinosteroid analogue) limit achieving their full potential in agriculture, with multiple foliar spray applications to crops needed. Additionally, the anticancer potential of DI31 and S7 must be explored, as some brassinosteroid analogues are described to exhibit good antitumor activity. On the other hand, traditional anticancer drugs like camptothecin derivatives (i.e. irinotecan, topotecan) and epirubicin have shown limited aqueous solubility and severe to medium adverse side effects when administered. That is why the design, preparation and characterization of some polymer-based carriers for all mentioned drugs are still under active research. In this research project, cellulose ethers (methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, (hydroxypropyl)methyl cellulose), silk fibroin hydrolysate and poly(dichloro)phosphazene were properly functionalized and used as polymeric carriers of the studied drugs with increased aqueous solubility or dispersibility, controlled drug delivery and maintained biological activity. This thesis focuses on the synthesis of polymer-based carriers for diosgenin, brassinosteroids DI31 and S7, camptothecin and epirubicin hydrochloride by two main routes: amphiphilic polymer-drug conjugates appearing in aqueous media as aggregates with a micelle-like or a core-shell particle structure, and loading of anticancer drugs via non-covalent interactions on synthesized amphiphilic polymer-co-drug conjugates that self-aggregated as core-shell particles in aqueous media. The synthesis of cellulose ethers esterified with diosgenin, DI31 and S7 with good agrochemical activity, and the hydrophobic loading of camptothecin in testosterone-, tocopherol- and ergocalciferol-grafted cellulose ethers with maintained anticancer activity are discussed in the first part of the thesis. Similarly, functionalization of a silk fibroin hydrolysate with steroids and vitamins allowed obtaining polymeric aggregates with sustained drug release and good agrochemical and anticancer activity, as shown in the second part of the thesis. Finally, functionalization of poly(dichloro)phosphazenes with the drugs and Jeffamine M-1000 affording aqueous aggregates with excellent agrochemical and anticancer activities is presented. submitted by M.Sc.
