A generalization of the experience of the regional land management of the city of Kemerovo was carried out, and the environmental problems solved in this case were identified, among which the main problem is road transport - the main air pollutant. The purpose of the study is to develop a solution to the environmental problems of the city of Kemerovo by methods of regional land management. The object of the study is the environmental problems of the city of Kemerovo, and its subject is the peculiarities of their solution by methods of regional land management. The studies provide for the development of new solutions for the implementation of the regional land management of the city of Kemerovo based on the formation of a new methodological approach to regulate the traffic flow in order to reduce air pollution. The practical significance of the implementation of the new approach consists in carrying out the regional land management of the city of Kemerovo in order to reduce the impact of emissions from road transport.

It is established that the problem of sustainable development of Kuzbass cities is their being tied to a single production and income from other sources is not considered. Therefore, their economy is underdeveloped, depends entirely on one city-forming enterprise (singleindustry city), which causes response to the slightest changes in the economic situation. In Kuzbass, all cities, except Kemerovo, are monodependent, including Kiselevsk, which economy mainly consists of coal mining enterprises. In the circumstances, there is a need to develop a set of measures for management the urban land, primarily aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of Kiselevsk city. The development of principles and management mechanism of the urban territory land fund determines its effectiveness. Establishing the dependence of rational use of land resources and sustainable development characterizes a new level of information interaction between sciences (land management and economy). Practical use of this theory is to overcome the mono-urban development of mining cities, taking into account effective subsoil management.

Diseases due to infections by pathogenic Escherichia coli strains are on the rise and with the growing antimicrobial resistance among bacterial pathogens, including this group. Thus, alternative therapeutic options are actively investigated. Among these alternatives is phage therapy. In the case of E. coli, the combination of the well understood biology of this species and its bacteriophages represents a good guiding example for the establishment of phage therapy principles against this and other pathogenic bacteria. In this chapter, the procedures toward the development of phage therapy against pathogenic E. coli with the use of T-even group of phages are discussed. These steps involve the isolation, purification, characterisation and large-scale production of these phages, with formulation of phage cocktails for in vitro and in vivo studies. The main emphasis is made on phage therapy of enteropathogenic E. coli O157:H, which is one of the prominent human pathogens but persists as a commensal bacterium in many food animals. The implementation of phage therapy against E. coli O157:H within the One Health framework in carrier animals and for treatment of meat, vegetables, fruits and other agricultural produce thus would allow controlling and interrupting the transmission routes of this pathogen to the human food chain and preventing human disease. Examples of successful control and elimination of E. coli O157:H are given, while the problems encountered in phage treatment of this pathogen are also discussed., (Copyright © 2023. Knife crime has become a common phrase used by the media, but it is not always clear what it refers to or what they mean when they use the term. Knife crime can cover many offences, making it challenging to define and estimate its prevalence. This review aimed to evaluate potential knife crimes in the UK from 2011 to 2021 and analyse the causes and risk factors associated with the crimes. Six UK online news portals were purposefully chosen to be included in the study, and knife crime news was searched retrospectively. The term "knife crime" was used to search. The news portals were the: Metro, the Sun, the Guardian, Daily Mail, Daily Mirror and the Evening Standard. In the assigned news portals, 692 reports were found between January 2011 and December 2021. The study revealed that the 11-20 years of age group individuals are more vulnerable as victims, and males are more reported as victims when compared to females. About 61.8% of knife crimes are reported from South England. Knife crime risk is higher in early adulthood and among males. Street violence, fights/gang attacks, family issues and robbery are the leading causes of knife crime and have all been identified as risk factors that must be addressed with caution., Competing Interests: Competing interests There is no conflict of interest for any author of this manuscript., (© 2022 CEA& INEA.)

Membrane protein recycling systems are essential for maintenance of the endosome-lysosome system. In yeast, retromer and Snx4 coat complexes are recruited to the endosomal surface, where they recognize cargos. They sort cargo and deform the membrane into recycling tubules that bud from the endosome and target to the Golgi. Here, we reveal that the SNX-BAR protein, Mvp1, mediates an endosomal recycling pathway that is mechanistically distinct from the retromer and Snx4 pathways. Mvp1 deforms the endosomal membrane and sorts cargos containing a specific sorting motif into a membrane tubule. Subsequently, Mvp1 recruits the dynamin-like GTPase Vps1 to catalyze membrane scission and release of the recycling tubule. Similarly, SNX8, the human homolog of Mvp1, which has been also implicated in Alzheimer's disease, mediates formation of an endosomal recycling tubule. Inositol hexakisphosphate (IP6) is an assembly cofactor for HIV-1. We report here that IP6 is also used for assembly of Rous sarcoma virus (RSV), a retrovirus from a different genus. IP6 is ~100-fold more potent at promoting RSV mature capsid protein (CA) assembly than observed for HIV-1 and removal of IP6 in cells reduces infectivity by 100-fold. Here, visualized by cryo-electron tomography and subtomogram averaging, mature capsid-like particles show an IP6-like density in the CA hexamer, coordinated by rings of six lysines and six arginines. Phosphate and IP6 have opposing effects on CA in vitro assembly, inducing formation of T = 1 icosahedrons and tubes, respectively, implying that phosphate promotes pentamer and IP6 hexamer formation. Subtomogram averaging and classification optimized for analysis of pleomorphic retrovirus particles reveal that the heterogeneity of mature RSV CA polyhedrons results from an unexpected, intrinsic CA hexamer flexibility. In contrast, the CA pentamer forms rigid units organizing the local architecture. These different features of hexamers and pentamers determine the structural mechanism to form CA polyhedrons of variable shape in mature RSV particles.
