This work describes the synthesis, molecular structure, and packaging of the compounds 6-bromo-2,3-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (6-BRB) and 5-bromo-2,3-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (5 BRB). Characterization in the solid-state was carried out by X-ray diffraction, and the analysis of the interactions was described by the Hirshfeld surface, which helps in understanding the effect of replacing the bromine position in the aromatic ring. Both compounds (6-BRB and 5-BRB) crystallized in the space group P21/c and are stabilized with C-HO interactions, but only the 6-BRB has a halogen-type interaction. Theoretical calculations, carried out by the density functional theory at the CAM-B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory in gas phase, provided information on their electronic properties. The geometric properties were compared to experimental data, and the analyses of the frontier molecular orbitals and the molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) maps were obtained to predict the physical-chemical properties. The supramolecular arrangements were analyzed throughout complexation interactions and corrected by counterpoise method. Hyperconjugation energies were employed to examine the stability of the intermolecular interactions of the compounds. The interaction intensities were determined through the topological parameters obtained through the quantum theory of atoms in molecules model.

La era actual ha traído consigo, un sinnúmero de avances, siendo imperante, estudiantes con un alto nivel de preparación, reto que exige del maestro cambios drásticos orientados a esta finalidad lo que implica la búsqueda de herramientas orientadas a desarrollar en especial un pensamiento crítico y reflexivo que le permita hacer frente a la sociedad en la que va a desenvolverse, siendo esta la causal para el desarrollo de este trabajo de fin de máster, sustentado en las teorías de Ausubel y Vygotsky. Al implementar la unidad didáctica titulada “Conquista y Colonización de América”, cuyo objetivo fue desarrollar competencias acerca de la cultura y vida incaica mediante la implementación de estrategias innovadoras usando métodos por descubrimiento y expositivos con la finalidad de que conozcan el origen, la forma de vida de nuestros ancestros, su legado científico a la humanidad. El trabajo permanente con técnicas activas participativas fueron factores claves lograr la cooperación constante de los estudiantes en los equipos de trabajos. En la valoración de la práctica docente el resultado evidencia que las actividades diseñadas para las sesiones permitieron que el discente alcance los logros de resultados de aprendizaje deseado. También se recomienda implementar actividades que permitan mayor autonomía a los estudiantes en el desarrollo de problemas aplicados a su contexto. The current era has brought with it, a number of advances, being prevailing, students with a high level of preparation, a challenge that demands of the teacher drastic changes oriented to this purpose which implies the search of tools oriented to develop especially critical thinking and reflective that allows him to face the society in which he will develop, this being the cause for the development of this master's thesis, based on the theories of Ausubel and Vygotsky. When implementing the didactic unit titled "Conquest and Colonization of America", whose objective was to develop competences about the Inca culture and life through the implementation of innovative strategies using discovery methods and expositions in order to know the origin, the form of life of our ancestors, their scientific legacy to humanity. The permanent work with participative active techniques were key factors to achieve the constant cooperation of the students in the work teams. In the evaluation of the teaching practice the result shows that the activities designed for the sessions allowed the student to reach the achievement of the desired learning results. It is also recommended to implement activities that allow greater autonomy to students in the development of problems applied to their context.
