To investigate the effect of magnetic field on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X70 pipeline steel and the effect of magnetic field on the corrosion behavior of X70 steel after immersed in Kuerle soil simulation solution, the electrochemical corrosion behavior of pipeline steel under different magnetic field strengths, directions and the presence or absence of product films was analyzed by electrochemical tests, immersion tests and metallographic analysis. Results showed that as the magnetic field strength increased, the corrosion rate of X70 steel first increased and then decreased. Changing the direction of the magnetic field had no significant effect on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X70 steel. The corrosion trend of X70 pipeline steel was the same in both cases after immersed for 3 and 5 d, respectively, and the corrosion rate increased with the increase of external magnetic field. Moreover, the adsorption resistance of X70 steel with a product film on its surface was higher than that without a product film, and the X70 steel with the product film exhibited lower corrosion current density and lighter corrosion degree. However, different immersing times had little effect on the corrosion current density.

Organic pollution of agricultural land will cause environmental problems and agricultural economic effects. To explore the reliable effect of remediation of organic pollution in agricultural land, wheat straw biochar was prepared in this paper. Moreover, this paper uses experimental research and comparison methods to study the difference in the adsorption performance of biochar at different pyrolysis temperatures on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and the effect of pyrolysis biochar on the availability of phenanthrene and pyrene microorganisms in the soil at the same temperature. Additionally, statistical methods are utilised in this research to do analytics and data processing on test data, and test findings are visually displayed using a combination of graphs and tables. Finally, to understand the experimental research findings, this system employs analytical approaches. The results of the experiment show that wheat straw biochar can effectively reduce soil organic pollution, which can expand the research on the restoration of other crop straw biochar on agricultural land.

Spectral interference from backgrounds is not negligible for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) tags and often influences the accuracy and reliability of SERS applications. We report the design and synthesis of orthogonal gap-enhanced Raman tags (O-GERTs) by embedding alkyne and deuterium-based reporters in the interior metallic nanogaps of core–shell nanoparticles and explore their signal orthogonality as optical probes against different backgrounds from common substrates and media (e.g., glass and polymer) to related targets (e.g., bacteria, cancer cells, and tissues). Proof-of-concept experiments show that the O-GERT signals in the fingerprint region (200–1800 cm−1) are likely interfered by various backgrounds, leading to difficulty of accurate quantification, while the silent-region (1800–2800 cm−1) signals are completely interference-free. Moreover, O-GERTs show much higher photo and biological stability compared to conventional SERS tags. This work not only demonstrates O-GERTs as universal optical tags for accurate and reliable detection onto various substrates and in complex media, but also opens new opportunities in a variety of frontier applications, such as three-dimensional data storage and security labeling.

Metabolic dysregulation is a key driver of cellular senescence, contributing to the progression of systemic aging. The heterogeneity of senescent cells and their metabolic shifts are complex and unexplored. A microfluidic SlipChip integrated with surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), termed SlipChip‐SERS, is developed for single‐cell metabolism analysis. This SlipChip‐SERS enables compartmentalization of single cells, parallel delivery of saponin and nanoparticles to release intracellular metabolites and to realize SERS detection with simple slipping operations. Analysis of different cancer cell lines using SlipChip‐SERS demonstrated its capability for sensitive and multiplexed metabolic profiling of individual cells. When applied to human primary fibroblasts of different ages, it identified 12 differential metabolites, with spermine validated as a potent inducer of cellular senescence. Prolonged exposure to spermine can induce a classic senescence phenotype, such as increased senescence‐associated β‐glactosidase activity, elevated expression of senescence‐related genes and reduced LMNB1 levels. Additionally, the senescence‐inducing capacity of spermine in HUVECs and WRL‐68 cells is confirmed, and exogenous spermine treatment increased the accumulation and release of H2O2. Overall, a novel SlipChip‐SERS system is developed for single‐cell metabolic analysis, revealing spermine as a potential inducer of senescence across multiple cell types, which may offer new strategies for addressing ageing and ageing‐related diseases. The submerged floating tunnel is a marine transportation infrastructure that links two shorelines. The tunnel tube body's buoyancy exceeds gravity, with anchoring ensuring equilibrium. Anchoring reliability is crucial. This study presents a three-way coupled kinematic model for the mooring structure, formulated on Hamilton's principle and Kirchhoff's assumption. It explores the impact of the tube body's buoyancy-to-weight ratio and the sea current's angle of incidence on mooring motion response. By solving the motion analysis model, Hill's equation system is derived to assess the parameter instability of the anchor cable structure. The coefficient of excitation instability intervals for the submerged floating tunnel is determined and validated. The findings indicate the following: (1) Increasing the float-weight ratio reduces displacement response amplitudes in all directions, bringing downstream and transverse currents closer to their initial positions; (2) Changes in current direction angles result in decreased downstream excitation strength and increased transverse displacement response with the same excitation direction; (3) The instability interval visualization effectively predicts anchor cable structure instability under parametric excitation. This article presents the numerical solutions of nonlinear stochastic It o∧–Volterra integral equations by using the basis function method under the global Lipschitz condition. Integral operator matrixes of triangular functions are used to convert the nonlinear stochastic integral equations into a system of algebraic equations. Meanwhile, we gain the error of the current method, and it is demonstrated that the error accuracy of this method is higher than that of the BPFs. Lysosome, the digestive organelle in eukaryotic cells, plays an important role in the degradation and recirculation of cellular products as well as in maintaining the stability of cellular metabolic microenvironment. Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a molecular fingerprint technology with high detection sensitivity and photostability, suited for revealing various intracellular molecular information by inducing endocytosis of SERS‐active nanoparticles. However, it remains challenging to selectively extract the molecular information of specific organelles (e.g., lysosomes) from a high‐dimensional spectral set. Herein, we proposed a novel paradigm by combining label‐free SERS spectroscopy with confocal fluorescence imaging to investigate the digestion behavior of lysosomes in cells. The structural similarity algorithm was innovatively introduced and exhibited its effectiveness in screening out the wavenumbers in the SERS spectral set with high correlation with the metabolic behaviors of lysosomes. With comprehensive experiments on HeLa single cells, we captured the intracellular macromolecular digestion phenomenon and discovered the changing pattern of cellular SERS spectra after starvation‐induced autophagy, and analyzed the molecular information within the lysosomes in three‐dimensional space. Pedestrian trajectory prediction based on vision is a popular task in autopilot system. As pedestrian trajectories always cross each other, pedestrian targets will frequently obscure each other, which makes the collected pedestrian trajectories produce errors. Moreover, the interaction between pedestrians will have an impact on their trajectories in crowded areas, which leads to great challenge in trajectory prediction. In order to solve the above two problems, a pedestrian trajectory prediction method is proposed. Based on the YOLOv7 algorithm, it is connected with the StrongSORT algorithm. Then adding a feature recognition (ReID) module to the model, the problem of target switching and jumping in the process of pedestrian tracking can be solved. The dot product attention mechanism is also integrated into the long short term memory (LSTM) algorithm, the improved LSTM correlate target position and distance information for the pedestrian trajectory prediction. Extensive experiments on three most challenging datasets showed that this method improves the performance and largely reduces the model size. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
