This research is motivated by the low of parental guidance on adolescent learning interest in the Melayu Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. aims to see a picture of adolescent learning interest, a picture of parental guidance and see the relationship between parental guidance and adolescent learning interest.This type of research is using a quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all teenagers in the Malay Village, Lubuk Basung District as many as 21 people. Sample was taken as much as 50% of the population of 11 people. The results of this study indicate that parenting still low, adolescent learning interest is still lacking; and there is a significant relationship between parental guidance and adolescent learning interest in the Melayu Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. It is recommended for parents to be able to provide encouragement and motivation for children to further improve and be more active in learning activities, as well as be a guide for further researchers. keywords: parental guidance and interest in learning

Pregnancy is a natural and physiological process. Most of the pregnant women have determined the place where to give birth. The Indonesian Health Profile in 2019 noted that there were 90,95% of pregnant women choosing health facilities. But due to the increasing cases of the covid-19 pandemic during 2021 causing mother who will be worried to choose the place of birth. The initial survey showed 3 pregnant women have not decided and choose a place to give birth because they are worried about giving birth during the Covid-19 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the selection of the place of birth for pregnant women in the third trimester during the COVID-19 period in Pekanbaru City. This type of quantitative analytical research with descriptive design. The population of all trimester III pregnant women in Pekanbaru City. A sample of 30 taken using the Accidental sampling method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 21 people (70%) of pregnant women in the third trimester choose the place of birth in a health facility on the grounds that since the beginning of pregnancy they had carried out a pregnancy examination at that place, namely in the midwife clinic with the highest birth attendant midwife. It is advisable for pregnant women in the third trimester to maintain the choice of place of delivery in health facilities. Profil Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2019 mencatat bahwa terdapat 90,95% ibu hamil memilih di fasilitas kesehatan. Tetapi karena meningkatnya kasus pandemi COVID-19 selama tahun 2021 menyebabkan ibu yang akan bersalin menjadi khawatir untuk memilih tempat bersalin. Survei awal menunjukan 3 orang ibu hamil belum menentukan dan memilih tempat bersalin karena merasa khawatir saat akan bersalin selama masa COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran pemilihan tempat bersalin pada ibu hamil trimester III selama masa COVID-19 di kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil trimester III di Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel berjumlah 30 yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 21 orang (70%) ibu hamil trimester III memilih tempat bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan dengan alasan sejak awal kehamilan sudah melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di tempat tersebut. Disarankan pada ibu hamil trimester III untuk tetap mempertahankan pemilihan tempat bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Pemilihan Tempat Bersalin, Ibu Hamil, Covid-19

One thing that must be considered during menstruation is personal hygiene and the impact of personal hygiene during menstruation is vaginal discharge. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation in adolescents. The population in this study were 35 young women. Sampling in this study total population technique (total sampling) with a total sample of 35 respondents. Data using univariate and bivariate Chi Square tests, obtained the results of having sufficient knowledge and positive behavior in performing Personal Hygiene During Menstruation, namely 15 respondents (65.2%). Statistical test results obtained p value 0.196 > 0.005, which means there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of adolescent girls about personal hygiene during menstruation. Therefore, it is hoped that here there will be cooperation between health workers and the orphanage, especially in terms of providing complete information at the Aisyiyah Orphanage

Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012 mengalami peningkatan pada remaja berusia 15-19 tahun, dimana remaja laki-laki (4,5%) dan remaja perempuan (0,7%) pernah melakukan seks pranikah. Hasil penelitian Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika tahun 2014, pada usia 10-19 tahun dengan populasi 43,5 juta didapatkan hasil 52% menemukan konten pornografi melalui iklan/ situs yang tidak mencurigakan dan 14% mengakses situs porno secara sukarela. Berdasarkan survei awal di SMP A Pekanbaru terhadap 10 orang pelajar didapatkan hasil 7 dari 10 mereka sudah berpacaran, sering berpegangan tangan dan berpelukan dengan lawan jenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keterpaparan media massa dan peran orangtua terhadap perilaku seksual pada remaja di SMP A Pekanbaru tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian yaitu analitik kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu stratified random sampling sebanyak 158 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan hasil adanya hubungan antara keterpaparan media massa dan perilaku seksual dengan p value 0,000 < 0,05 dan tidak adanya hubungan antara peran orangtua dan perilaku seksual dengan p value 0,759 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden terpapar media massa (82,3%) dan mayoritas orangtua berperan (91,1%) serta sebagian besar responden beresiko terhadap perilaku seksual (27,8%). Sebaiknya pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan instansi kesehatan untuk memberikan penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan bekerjasama dengan BKKBN untuk membuat suatu program Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK-R).

Breast milk is the best baby food that is rich in antibodies, useful for endurance and antibiotics in high numbers so that exclusive breastfeeding can reduce the risk of death. The percentage of 0-5 months babies in Indonesia who get exclusive breastfeeding is only 54.0%, while infants up to 6 months of age are only 29.5%. The preliminary survey data in Sungai Putih Village found that 4 out of 74 mothers did not give breast milk on the grounds that they bothered 1 person and the milk was not smooth 3 people. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of the banana blossom to the production of breast milk. This type of research is quantitative analysis with a pre-experimental method with a one group pretest posttest approach. The population is nursing mothers with a baby age range> 2 weeks - 6 months, amounting to 74 people with 30 mininal samples using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the average milk production before the banana blossm consumption was 96.67 and after consuming the banana blosssom it increased to 108.00. Stunting is one of the long-term indicators for malnutrition. Stunting prevalence in Indonesia about 37.2%. Babies born with low birth weight is 10.2% and the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is 30.2%. Survey in Limapuluh Health Centre Pekanbaru, from 18 children who perform measurements, obtained 13 infants suffered stunting. The result of interviews showed that three of them were born with low birth weight (BBLR) and five are not given exclusive breastfeeding. This research is to find-out the correlation between low birth weight (BBLR) and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in Limapuluh Health Centre Pekanbaru in 2017. This study was a quantitative analysis study used cross sectional strategy. Population consists of 300 people, sample consists of 75 people by accidental sampling technique. Analysis using univariat and bivariate. The result were 25 infant (33,3%) are stunting, 22 infant (29,3%) with low birth weight (BBLR) and not given exclusive breastfeeding are 55 infant (73,3%). There was a significant association between low birth weight (BBLR) with stunting was obtained p value 0.000 and association between exclusive breastfeeding with stunting was obtained p value 0.021 its mean pStunting merupakan salah satu indikasi buruknya status gizi pada anak. Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia sebesar 37,2%. Angka kejadian bayi dengan BBLR sebanyak 10,2% dan pencapaian ASI ekslusif 30,2%. Survey di Puskesmas Lima Puluh kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau didapatkan dari 18 orang balita yang di ukur, 13 orang diantaranya mengalami stunting. Hasil wawancara memperlihatkan bahwa 3 orang diantaranya lahir dengan BBLR dan 5 orang tidak diberikan ASI ekslusif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) dan ASI ekslusif dengan kejadian stunting di Puskesmas Lima Puluh Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 300 orang balita, sampel 75 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 25 orang (33,3%) balita mengalami stunting, balita dengan BBLR sebanyak 22 orang (29,3%) dan yang tidak diberikan ASI ekslusif sebanyak 55 orang (73,3%). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) dengan kejadian stunting dimana p value 0.000 dan terdapat hubungan antara pemberian ASI ekslusif dengan kejadian stunting diperoleh nilai p value 0.021 artinya pstunting, maka Ha diterima.

Anemia is a public health problem in the world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), anemia cases occur 24.8% of the population and an estimated 50-80% of anemia is caused by iron deficiency. Anemia most often occurs in adolescents during menstruation and can be prevented by consuming Fe tablets. Initial survey of 10 female students showed most do not know about consuming Fe tablets during menstruation and 3 of them have Hb below 12 g%. The purpose of research to know the relationship of the adolescent knowledge about consuming fe tablets when menstrual with anemia in Junior High School 20 Pekanbaru 2018. The research design is quantitative Analitic with Cross Sectional approach.The population in this research amounted to 148 people with sampling using technique is purposive sampling as many as 86 people. The data obtained from the questionnaire and Hb measurements on the respondents.The statistical analysis used chi-square. The result of univariate analysis showed that most of the respondents (59,3%) had good knowledge about consuming Fe tablets during menstruation and the majority of respondents (84,3%) is not anemic. Test result obtained P Value < α (0,001Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat diseluruh dunia. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), kasus anemia terjadi 24,8% dari populasi dan diperkirakan sekitar 50-80% anemia disebabkan oleh defisiensi besi. Anemia paling sering terjadi pada remaja saat menstruasi dan dapat dicegah dengan mengonsumsi tablet Fe. Survei awal terhadap 10 siswi menunjukkan sebagian besar tidak mengetahui tentang konsumsi tablet Fe pada saat menstruasi dan 3 diantaranya memiliki Hb dibawah 12 gr%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang konsumsi tablet Fe pada saat menstruasi dengan anemia di SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian Analitik Kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi sebanyak 148 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 86 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner dan pengukuran Hb. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden 59,3% memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang mengonsumsi tablet Fe pada saat menstruasi dan mayoritas responden 84,3% tidak anemia. Delivery pain is a matter of physiology experienced by the mother. Most of delivery (90%) is accompanied by pain. One of non-pharmacological efforts to reduce delivery pain is a deep breathing technique. Deep breathing techniques carried out during contraction will release the hormon endorphin as a natural pain reliever in the body. The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship of deep breathing techniques to reducing pain intensity during the active phase. This research is quantitative analysis with quasi experiment approach. Population was mothers giving birth from November 2018 to January 2019. Sample using non random assignment technique consist of control and intervention group . Analysis is univariat and bivariat, data test is done by parametric statistic using “t” test to measure pain scale before and after treatment. The results research in the intervention group showed average intensity of labor pain before treatment was 5,40 and after treatment was 4,07. The different value is 1,33 with standar deviation of 1,163.The statistical test results obtained p value of 0,000 Nyeri persalinan merupakan proses alamiah yang dirasakan ibu yang akan melahirkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan teknik nafas dalam terhadap pengurangan intensitas nyeri kala I fase aktif. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiment. Populasi seluruh ibu bersalin periode November 2018 sampai Januari 2019. Sampel dengan teknik non random assignment yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat, pengujian data menggunakan uji t untuk mengukur skala nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok intervensi menunjukkan rata-rata intensitas nyeri persalinan sebelum diberikan perlakuan adalah 5,40 dan setelah diberikan perlakuan adalah 4,07. Terlihat nilai perbedaan adalah 1,33 dengan standar deviasi 1,163. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan antara teknik nafas dalam terhadap pengurangan intensitas nyeri kala I fase aktif, maka Ha diterima

Labor are normal physiological events. Almost 90% of accompanied by pain. Labor consists of four stages: stage I (opening), stage II (fetal expenditure), stage III (discharge uri) and stage IV (observation). Stage I consisting of 2 phases of latent and active phase. Cutaneous stimulation action slow stroke back massage is an intervention done to reduce the pain that occurs during labor. This research to analyze the effectiveness of slow stroke back massage stimulation to decrease the intensity of labor pain the phase I. This research is a quantitative analysis with quasi experiment approach. Population consists of 30 people, sample using Non Random Assignment technique. Analysis is univariat and bivariate, data test is done by parametric statistic using “t” test to measure pain scale before and after treatment. The average intensity of labor pain before intervention was 6.43 and after intervention was 4.13. The difference between the first and second measurements is 2.3. Result of statistical test got value 0.000 then there is influence of cutaneous stimulation technique slow stroke back massage to decrease intensity of birth pains moment stage I. It is concluded that SSBM is very effective in reducing the intensity of labor pain during the active phase I.Persalinan merupakan kejadian fisiologis yang normal. Hampir 90% persalinan disertai dengan rasa nyeri. Persalinan terdiri atas kala I (pembukaan), kala II (pengeluaran janin), kala III (pengeluaran uri) dan kala IV (observasi). Kala I terdiri atas 2 fase yaitu fase laten dan fase aktif. Tindakan stimulasi kutan slow stroke back massage (SSBM) merupakan intervensi yang dilakukan untuk menurunkan rasa nyeri saat persalinan kala I. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis efektivitas stimulasi kutan slow stroke back massage terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri bersalin kala I. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiment. Populasi berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dengan teknik Non Random Assignment. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat, pengujian data dengan uji statistik t untuk mengukur skala nyeri sebelum dan setelah dilakukan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata intensitas nyeri persalinan sebelum intervensi adalah 6.43 dan setelah dilakukan intervensi adalah 4.13. Terlihat nilai mean perbedaan antara pengukuran pertama dan kedua adalah 2.3 dengan standar deviasi 1.393. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai 0.000 maka ada pengaruh teknik stimulasi kutan slow stroke back massage terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri bersalin kala I. Disimpulkan SSBM sangat efektif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri bersalin kala I fase aktif.

Secara global 1,62 miliar orang dengan prevalensi pada wanita usia produktif sebesar 30,2% terkena anemia. Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas (2013), prevalensi anemia sebesar 21,7% dengan proporsi 23,9% pada perempuan. Survei yang dilakukan di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper tahun 2016 didapatkan 52 orang (87%) yang terkena anemia dari 60 orang responden. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian anemia pada pekerja wanita di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Perawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional, Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 698 orang dengan sampel 60 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian ini di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. Perawang, Hasil penelitian mayoritas para pekerja wanita memiliki pola makan kurang sebanyak 31(51,7%) dan 1 (11,1%) pekerja wanita tidak terkena anemia. The aim of this research to find-out the correlation between feeding pattern with anemia happen on worker women in PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper (IKPP) Tbk. Perawang 2016. This research is using analytic quantitative method, with cohort design. Population of this research consists of 698 people which total sample consists of 60 people by purposive sampling technique. Location of this research in PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper (IKPP) Tbk. Perawang. The result of this research, the most of Woman’s Worker have less feeding pattern consists of 31 (51,7%) and 1 (11,1%) it is not affected by anemia. Based on chi-square analysis obtained p-value 0.011 that’s mean pfeeding pattern habit and Anemia happens in PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper. Less of feeding pattern caused a person anemic because less of nutrition a person become incompletely body needs.
