The recent emergence of highly contagious respiratory disease and the underlying issues of worldwide air pollution jointly heighten the importance of the personal respirator. However, the incongruence between the dynamic environment and nonadaptive respirators imposes physiological and psychological adverse effects, which hinder the public dissemination of respirators. To address this issue, we introduce adaptive respiratory protection based on a dynamic air filter (DAF) driven by machine learning (ML) algorithms. The stretchable elastomer fiber membrane of the DAF affords immediate adjustment of filtration characteristics through active rescaling of the micropores by simple pneumatic control, enabling seamless and constructive transition of filtration characteristics. The resultant DAF-respirator (DAF-R), made possible by ML algorithms, successfully demonstrates real-time predictive adapting maneuvers, enabling personalizable and continuously optimized respiratory protection under changing circumstances.

Logistics had only been perceived as a supporting means or au xiliary of corporate activity, but is now surfacing as a priority sector for competitiveness in the infin ite competition of the global market. This study looks into the current status of logistics and set s forth the improvement tasks by analyzing the problems of the returned goods logistics. In order to improve the manual process of returned goods, the POS system (point-of-sales system) was implemented and DAS (Digital Assorting System) and SORTER S ystem were synchronized for utilization, which cut the prime cost of the once expensive ret urned goods logistics, and analyzed the efficiency of establishing automated logistics system for effic iency of returned goods logistics in the aspects of one-stop BPR (Business Process Re-engineering).Keywords : Return Logistics, DAS System, SORTER System 1. 서 론 1.1 연구의 필요성 패션산업은 패션과 유행이라는 시간과 싸우며 사람들의 욕구를 탐색하면서 시대의 타이밍에 맞게 선취하고 매력적인 상품을 제공하는 일로 숙명 지어진 산업으로서 의복이라는 물건을 팔면서도 그 실제는 정보나 소프트서비스, 라이프스타일의 제공이 요구되는 분야로서 ‘생활 창조 제안 산업’이라고도 일컬어지고 있다. 국내패션산업은 통계업체 및 산정범위의 견해로 다소 차이가 발생하고 있으나 2014년 섬유산업연합회의 자료에 따르면, 모바일 Commerce 시장을 포함하여 2013년도 매출 50조 5,000억 원에 1.8%증가한 51조 4,300억 원의 매출이 발생하는 거대산업으로서 2014년도 내수경기 부진에도 불구하고, SPA브랜드 및 중저가 제품의 판매증대로 전년대비 매출액이 증가하였다. 최근 중국 알리바바는 2015년 11월 11일 00시부터 밤 12시까지 24시간 동안 진행한 ‘광군제’할인행사에서 티몰(Tmall.com)매출액이 912억 1700만 위안(약 16조 5,000억 원)으로 최종 집계되었다고 한다. 이에 따른 고객에게 전달되어야 할 물동량은 당일 4억 6,700만 개 물량이 접수되었고, 그 중 한국 화장품과 패션 의류가 상당한 판매량을 차지하였다. †Corresponding Author : Kyung-Sik Kang, Industrial and Engineering, Myongji University, Yongin 449-728, Korea, E-mail : kangks@mju.ac.kr Received January 20, 2016; Revision Received March 06, 2016; Accepted March 08, 2016.

Purpose Oxidative stress has been implicated in the pathogenesis of various diseases. Catalase is one of the main defense mechanisms against oxidative stress. To examine the possible relationship between oxidative stress, and gastric and hepatocellular carcinomas, HinfI restriction length polymorphism (RFLP) in the human catalase gene was assessed. Materials and methods The genotype and allele frequencies in the promoter region of the catalase gene were studied by PCR-RFLP in 108 Korean controls, 80 Korean gastric carcinoma (GC) and 106 Korean hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. Results No statistically significant differences were found in the genotypic distribution and allelic frequencies between the controls and both types of carcinoma patient. Conclusion To address the possible contribution of oxidative stresses to the pathogenesis of gastric and hepatocellular carcinomas, the associations between the catalase gene polymorphism and GC and HCC susceptibilities were studied. As a result, the catalase gene polymorphism was found not to be determinant of GC and HCC susceptibilities. Further studies are required on various other oxidative stress related genes to elucidate the mechanisms of GC and HCC.
