Diagnostic assessment is a crucial step in the differentiated learning process as an implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. This study aimed to develop a diagnostic assessment instrument that can identify students' learning styles and critical thinking skills, especially in the Cell and Bioprocess material, in the context of implementing the Independent Curriculum. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall development model. The subjects of the study were 35 grade X students of SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru who were selected randomly. Data analysis was carried out using the Rasch model with Winstep. The results of the study showed that the critical thinking diagnostic instrument had high validity and good reliability, while the learning style instrument had low reliability and needed further improvement. Several learning style assessment items were considered invalid and had to be adjusted or discarded. This diagnostic assessment instrument is expected to help teachers develop more effective learning strategies that are in accordance with the individual needs of students, so that it can improve the quality of learning, especially in understanding the Cell and Bioprocess material.

The aim of this research is to analyze the description of educators' dedication to the quality of education through use of teaching factories as a way to close the competency gap required by the industrial sector to study at private Islamic vocational schools in Bekasi Regency. The research method used a qualitative descriptive with three-stream analysis of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions from the results of observations and in-depth interviews with participants including school principals and teachers as heads of the teaching factory program and the Bekasi District Education Office as supervisors of the implementation of the teaching factory program. A tree diagram used to explain the structured flow of the results of observations and in-depth interviews. The findings showed that the dedication of teaching staff at the Bekasi Regency Islamic Private Vocational School in achieving the learning quality of the teaching factory program was still very low. Where it is necessary to encourage school principals and related agencies to be able to innovate learning facilities that are relevant to the industrial world at the same level. Encouragement of compensation and opportunities at the next level of education. Efforts to encourage the teaching factory program to emphasize the importance of learning facilities in schools as a means of industrial practice in the classroom. Other efforts include the rights and obligations in building teacher dedication to achieve competent.

Fiber-reinforced composites can be classified into two parts, namely short fiber composites and long fiber composites. Long fibers are generally stronger than short fibers. Long fiber (continuous fiber) is more efficient in laying than short fiber but short fiber is easier to lay than long fiber. Fiber length affects the processability of the fiber composite. Judging from the theory, long fibers can transfer the load and stress from the stress point to the other fiber. In this research, we simulated the effects of volume fraction and fiber orientation in glass fiber-reinforced polyester composites on bending strength to examine the effect of each parameter on the mechanical properties of glass fiber composites. The mechanical properties of the composite were tested using the three-point bending and tensile testing methods. The study expects to find variations in mechanical properties with changes in the glass fiber volume fraction and fiber orientation. In this study, it is planned to function in a relevant environment, the components in this study must be able to operate properly and have been well integrated with prototype manufacturing that has been tested as a test tool function. Notably, the pinnacle of the bending test, measuring 170.41 MPa, was achieved at the specific combination of a 0.5 Fiber Volume Fraction and the 0-90o fiber orientation.

Abstract Background Bladder urothelial cancer is the most common malignancy of the urinary system and the 10th most common cancer worldwide with incidence appearing to show a geographical and exposure pattern. Advances in genomic technologies provide abundant data and insight into tumors at the single-cell resolution and are usually stored in repositories like The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). However, data sources for the TCGA appear to be focused on European and American populations. The extent to which genomic and survival data can be applied to populations not included in the study remains somewhat uncertain. Methods We explored the genomic and survival characteristics of the TCGA pan-cancer atlas of bladder urothelial cancer. We decluttered these characteristics based on racial groups and compared between and among the races and the overall dataset. Results Significant variations were seen in age groups especially Asians (51–60) years and Blacks (61–70) years compared to Whites and the BLCA dataset with a statistically significant difference in mean diagnosis age (p = 0.0048) between Asians and the whole dataset. Overall survival characteristics were similar but genetic features were vastly different. Significant inter-racial alterations could be seen among genes involved in different pathways, oncogenes, tumor suppressors, cytoband amplification and/or deletion, mutation count, and aneuploidy scores. Conclusion The TCGA pan-cancer atlas for bladder urothelial cancer adequately represents White populations only. The genomic features do not apply to Blacks and Asians. We recommend better coverage for other populations to ensure adequate data for clinicians and researchers.

Abstract Limited studies explore the use of AI for COVID-19 prognostication. This study investigates the relationship between AI-aided radiographic parameters, clinical and laboratory data, and mortality in hospitalized COVID-19 patients. We conducted a multicentre retrospective study. The derivation and validation cohort comprised of 512 and 137 confirmed COVID-19 patients, respectively. Variable selection for constructing an in-hospital mortality scoring model was performed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator, followed by logistic regression. The accuracy of the scoring model was assessed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve. The final model included eight variables: anosmia (OR: 0.280; 95%CI 0.095–0.826), dyspnoea (OR: 1.684; 95%CI 1.049–2.705), loss of consciousness (OR: 4.593; 95%CI 1.702–12.396), mean arterial pressure (OR: 0.928; 95%CI 0.900–0.957), peripheral oxygen saturation (OR: 0.981; 95%CI 0.967–0.996), neutrophil % (OR: 1.034; 95%CI 1.013–1.055), serum urea (OR: 1.018; 95%CI 1.010–1.026), affected lung area score (OR: 1.026; 95%CI 1.014–1.038). The Integrated Inpatient Mortality Prediction Score for COVID-19 (IMPACT) demonstrated a predictive value of 0.815 (95% CI 0.774–0.856) in the derivation cohort. Internal validation resulted in an AUROC of 0.770 (95% CI 0.661–0.879). Our study provides valuable evidence of the real-world application of AI in clinical settings. However, it is imperative to conduct prospective validation of our findings, preferably utilizing a control group and extending the application to broader populations.

Purpose – This study examines the impact of Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah in enhancing religiosity and building a religious culture at the Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. It highlights the necessity for Islamic higher education institutions to balance academic excellence with the development of religious and moral values amidst the challenges of globalization, westernization, and radicalization. Design/methods/approach – This research employs an exploratory descriptive-qualitative design, focusing on Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Data were collected through field research, including observations, in-depth interviews with students, lecturers, and administrative staff, as well as document analysis. Stark and Glock’s five dimensions of religiosity—belief, practice, knowledge, experience, and consequences—served as the analytical framework. Findings – The study found that Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah significantly enhances students' religious knowledge and practices, promoting a balanced integration of Islamic values and academic skills. This institution successfully fosters a religious culture through prescriptive measures and structured learning processes. However, challenges remain due to the diverse backgrounds and varying levels of religious understanding among students. Research implications – The findings suggest that Islamic higher education institutions must integrate religious education with the academic curriculum to foster holistic student development. Regular assessment and adaptation of religious education programs are necessary to maintain their relevance and effectiveness. These findings can guide policymakers and educators in developing comprehensive educational strategies that address contemporary challenges while upholding Islamic values.

Academic involvement refers to the active participation of students in the learning environment. Several factors directly or indirectly influence students' academic involvement, including spirituality, achievement motivation, and resilience. This research aims to explore the impact of spirituality on academic involvement by examining its relationship with achievement motivation and resilience. The research adopted a quantitative correlational approach and considers three types of variables: independent variables, dependent variables, and intervening variables. The study involved 200 active students from the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, who were selected using a lottery method. Data collection for this research was done through a questionnaire, and the analysis involved descriptive statistics and path analysis. The findings demonstrate a significant influence of spirituality on students' academic involvement through achievement motivation and resilience. Spirituality has an impact on both achievement motivation and resilience. Furthermore, the study revealed that achievement motivation and resilience shaped students' academic involvement. Spirituality positively affected academic involvement by promoting achievement motivation and resilience. Thus, students with strong spirituality tended to exhibit higher achievement motivation and resilience, positively contributing to their academic involvement.

Di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang tidak kunjung berakhir dan keterbatasan tenaga medis yang menangani pasien covid-19, keberadaan relawan non-medis menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Untuk menjadi relawan yang handal, diperlukan berbagai keterampilan dalam menangani pasien covid-19. Keberadaan relawan Muhammadiyah Covid-19 Command Center (MCCC) Kabupaten Sidoarjo telah dirasakan oleh masyarakat di Sidoarjo. Namun, bantuan relawan MCCC hanya terbatas pada antar jemput pasien dan pemulasaran jenazah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan relawan dalam pertolongan pertama pasien Covid-19, mencakup ketrampilan medis, komunikasi efektif, dan bimbingan ibadah. Sasaran pelatihan adalah relawan MCCC Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa relawan memiliki ketrampilan dalam pertolongan pertama pasien Covid-19, yang meliputi ketrampilan menolong pasien yang mengalami sesak nafas dengan berbagai teknik proning, ketrampilan memasang alat bantu oksigen, ketrampilan menolong pasien yang mengalami anosmia, ketrampilan dalam membuat disinfektan, ketrampilan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pasien dan keluarganya, serta ketrampilan mendampingi ibadah pasien.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Instagram media in learning the Arabic language, especially vocabulary, in the millennial generation. The qualitative method uses a descriptive approach according to the issues at hand, which is the effectiveness of Instagram in mastering Arabic vocabulary among millennials. The results of this study indicate that Instagram is one of the social media that supports learners (the millennial generation) to learn, understand and memorise Arabic vocabulary without being restricted by time and place. Based on the results of an online survey given to the students who received positive responses, six agreed to use Instagram to learn Arabic vocabulary. Students responded positively because it was flexible, interesting, timeless, and creative. Negative response because it requires an internet connection, and learning cannot be implemented directly. Through this research, it is hoped that millennials can use Instagram media wisely, such as technology, to gain knowledge and expand their horizons.

ABSTRACT Objective: To determine the role of the IL8 rs4073 polymorphism in predicting the risk of central nervous system (CNS) toxicity in patients receiving standard pharmacological treatment for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Methods: A cohort of 85 consenting MDR-TB patients receiving treatment with second-line antituberculosis drugs had their blood samples amplified for the IL8 (rs4073) gene and genotyped. All patients were clinically screened for evidence of treatment toxicity and categorized accordingly. Crude and adjusted associations were assessed. Results: The chief complaints fell into the following categories: CNS toxicity; gastrointestinal toxicity; skin toxicity; and eye and ear toxicities. Symptoms of gastrointestinal toxicity were reported by 59% of the patients, and symptoms of CNS toxicity were reported by 42.7%. With regard to the genotypes of IL8 (rs4073), the following were identified: AA, in 64 of the study participants; AT, in 7; and TT, in 11. A significant association was found between the dominant model of inheritance and CNS toxicity for the crude model (p = 0.024; OR = 3.57; 95% CI, 1.18-10.76) and the adjusted model (p = 0.031; OR = 3.92; 95% CI, 1.13-13.58). The AT+TT genotype of IL8 (rs4073) showed a 3.92 times increased risk of CNS toxicity when compared with the AA genotype. Conclusions: The AT+TT genotype has a tendency to be associated with an increased risk of adverse clinical features during MDR-TB treatment.

This research aims to identify the variables that cause conflict in the IPB Dramaga Campus environment by describing the intensity of influence and interdependent relationships between variables and grouping them from the most influential to the least influential. This research was conducted at IPB University, Bogor, Indonesia in 2021. The object of this research was the Macaca fascicularis group located at the IPB Dramaga Campus. Data collection was carried out by applying the Focus Group Discussion method to determine the influencing variables and human conflict with Macaca fascicularis. Data analysis was carried out using the Micmac Method. Based on the research results, there are factors that influence food, vegetation, culture, and the important role of human activity, land, population, and mitigation. For centuries, polemic over Ibnu Taimiyyah (661-728H) has generated cross-generational tension among supporters and opponents. Those supporters believed Ibn Taimiyyah to be ma'shum,surpassed Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, and unilaterally ordained him as khatim al-mujtahidin. A claim which ignores Sunnis scholars’ epistemic criticism across the school of thought and generations, including a critical assessment of the internal Hanbali school of thought itself. Such as Ibn Rajab (736-795H); Ibn al-Mardawi (817-885H); Ibn Najjar (898-972H); al-Buhuti (1000-1051H); and al-Safaraini (1114-1188H). By employing the interdisciplinary approach to analyzing the primary sources, the result of the study revealed that one of the internal consensuses of the Hanbali school of thought is clear enough. When there is a dispute over the results of tarjihformulation in ushuland furu', the hierarchy of the referential authority is as the following; first,Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal; second, Ibnu Qudamah al-Maqdisi al-Hanbali; third,Al-Majd al-Din Abi al-Barakat al-Taimi; fourth,Ibn Muflih al-Hanbali; fifth,Ibnu Rajab al-Hanbali; sixth,Ibnu Hamdan al-Hanbali; seventh,Taqiyy al-Din Ibn Taimiyyah; and eighth,Ibn ‘Abdus al-Hanbali. Considering its various controversies, the leading scholars of the Hanbali school of thought positioned Ibn Taimiyyah in the seventh rank in the hierarchy of the school of thought's authority and emphasized that Ibn Taimiyyah was not the only one bearing the title of sheikh al-Islamwithin the Hanbali school of thought.

This field research is descriptive qualitative. examines the problem of Internal Analysis of Strategic Planning at SMPN 2 Ngawi with a SWOT perspective. The purpose of this research is to see the internal strengths and weaknesses at SMPN 2 Ngawi and to see the results of internal and external analysis using SWOT analysis in an effort to formulate a strategic plan design (renstra). Research data obtained using the method of observation, interviews. and archiving (documentation studies). Findings from this study: based on the final IFAS score: 1.80 and the final EFAS score: 0.80. Using the SWOT diagram analysis, the calculation results on the strength opportunity (SO) position support the aggressive strategy (SO) in strategic planning development. Strategic plans that need to be developed in an effort to realize the Adiwiyata school at SMPN 2 Ngawi: 1) Implementation of reliable PLH program management; 2) Integration of PLH insights on all subjects; 3) Establish partnerships with BPOM and related departments in the management of food safety programs; 4) Establish partnerships with the education office and the community in implementing PLH, 5) Capacity building of human resources in relation to PLH insights.

Purpose – This study aims to explain the factors of the emergence of “pesantren sains/science pesantren” (Trensains) and their implications for the shift in the orientation of Islamic education in Indonesia. Existing pesantren studies have looked more at practical aspects, such as curriculum development and learning, but not yet at philosophical aspects, which have implications for a shift in the orientation of Islamic education. Design/methods/approach – Data was collected using interviews and documentation. The research, which utilized a phenomenological approach, was conducted at Sragen Muhammadiyah Trensains Senior High School in Central Java and Tebuireng Trensains Senior High School in East Java. The primary respondent was Agus Purwanto, the initiator, founder, and developer of a science boarding school, who had first-hand experience with the events that took place while he was a student at the Pesantren. Findings – The findings of this study suggest that Trensains is a new pesantren genre that was developed as a reaction to the lack of science and technology in the Islamic world due to the heavy jurisprudential emphasis on Islamic education. In the history of the curricula at pesantren, including philosophy as a topic is a novelty. Research implications/limitations – The emergence of Trensains has implications for a shift in the orientation of pesantren in Indonesia from a Sufistic-fiqh orientation to a scientific-philosophical orientation which is marked by the following changes: (1) in the function of transmission and transfer of Islamic knowledge (tafaqquh fī al-dīn) to the study of Islamic sciences general science; (2) from maintaining the Islamic tradition to cultivating the scientific tradition; and (3) from a reproduction of religionists to producers of scientists. However, some drawbacks need to be acknowledged. This study has not discussed Trensains as a whole, and its effectiveness in shaping the character of pesantren is unknown. Therefore, further research is needed to understand the impact and role of Trensains in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Purpose – This study aims to reveal bibliometric data related to the study of Islamic education. Design/methods/approach – This study uses a bibliometric analysis method to examine publishing trends and emerging themes surrounding the study of Islamic education. The study is limited to the types of documents, articles, proceedings, reviews, and book chapters. This study uses the Scopus database, and the data was collected on July 1, 2021. The targeted data was retrieved by applying the search keywords: “Islamic Education” OR “Madrasah” OR “Islamic School.” Findings – The results of this study reveal that there has been an increase in the study of Islamic Education in Scopus-indexed journals over the last five years, with most of them written by Indonesian scientists. However, most articles published in the two journals are not specific to the study of Islamic education or religious studies. Research implications/limitations – This study is limited to Islamic education research in the Scopus database. This study only looks at bibliometric data analysis. Further studies based on the systematic literature review method can investigate the findings. Islamic education researchers can use the results of this study to develop future research topics. Practical implications – This study sheds light on the evolution of Islamic education research. The results of this study have implications for a more focused direction of Islamic education research through information science tools.

This study presents findings on developing collaborative peer-based authentic assessment in physics learning. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The source of research data with secondary data is derived from data from SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The data analysis involves collecting, organizing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from qualitative research data. The research results show that the PCAA model is an assessment of the learning process that can improve higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) and can be applied to improve the quality of education. Collaborative skills, peer assessment, and authentic assessment can improve the quality of education. The Peer Collaborative-Authentic Assessment (PCAA) model assesses Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) learning. HOTS learning can improve education quality, so that the PCAA model can improve the quality of education.

Study purpose. This research aims to evaluate and analyze the Final Time (FT), Split Time (ST), and Reaction Time (RT) records of 100-meter butterfly swimmers in four Olympic events in order to provide benchmarks and standards for the development of swimming training. Materials and methods. This research combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. This study utilized a sample of 32 athletes ranked first through eighth who competed in the 100-meter butterfly at four Olympics: the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2012 London Olympics, 2016 Rio Olympics, and 2021 Tokyo Olympics. It utilizes secondary data in which all time results are obtained from the website (http://www.fina.org). The descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation were utilized for statistical analysis in this study. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine data normality. For comparing data between Olympiads, a one-way multi-comparison ANOVA was used to verify interactions between RT, ST, and FT across Olympiads. The active role of leaders and leadership models that are in accordance with the needs of educational institutions are very much needed. Teachers and Employees have a desire to be led by certain people who have a clear vision of the goals, understand how to realize the goals and try to teach them. The role of the leader in a school or madrasa is expected to create a sense of fairness for employees; Characteristics of leaders affect the work climate in an educational institution. Leaders expected by school employees are leaders who are able to provide job satisfaction to employees. This study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Using a sample at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assyaidiyah, data collection was carried out by distributing 64 questionnaires. Based on the simple linear regression analysis used, the results showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

This study describes the learning strategy of tahfidzul Qur'an at the ma`had `aly level educational institution with the aim of knowing the right strategy to implement the tahfidzul Qur'an program, especially at the ma`had `aly level. This type of research is a descriptive analytical field research that is a narrative description that uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis is carried out in stages, reduction, display, conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the learning strategy of tahfidzul Qur'an in Ma`had `Aly Baitul Qur`an applies an indirect learning strategy, the learning process uses the halaqah system. The learning strategy applies good steps and elements of learning strategies that are in accordance with the theory in its implementation. The learning methods applied are talqin, ziyadah, and muraja`ah. Muraja`ah is divided into three; ma`al ustadz, ma`azzamil and fardiyah. During the learning process, there are factors that support the success of students' memorization, namely the enthusiasm of the students, the supervisor's concern for the situation and condition of the students and the capacity they have in guiding students, applying the shalati ila mamati method, and a supportive environment. However, there are things that hinder learning achievement, namely staying up late at night, imagining and being lazy, and not feeling at home in halaqah. The efforts of educators in overcoming these obstacles is to conduct an evaluation once a week.

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang masalah-maslah kontemporer yang telah bertumbuhan dan diminta untuk menyelesaikannya. Ijtihad merupakan salah satu metode penggalian hukum Islam bahwa logika dan rasional dalam perubahan sosial selalu mencoba untuk melakukan penelitian atau percobaan tentang hukum yang meningkat di masyarakat. Sehingga harus diuji bahwa nilai ijtihad dapat dibenarkan oleh ilmuwan dan obyektif, sampai ijtihad dapat tujuan untuk mencoba pada kenyataannya untuk melakukan hukum Islam rasional dan dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitiannya adalah: Sejarah perkembangan ijtihad dapat dikelompokkan menjadi lima masa, yaitu: masa Rasulullah SAW Di zaman Rasulullah SAW, masa sahabat, masa tabiin (masa imam mazhab), masa sesudah imam madzhab yang sempat mengalami masa taqlid dan masa kejumudan ijtihad, dan masa kini atau masa kontenporer. Ijtihad dalam isu-isu hukum Islam kontemporer merupakan salah satu metode yang menjadikan hukum Islam dapat lebih dinamis dan bersifat kontekstual serta tidak ketinggalan zaman.

Kasus positif virus corona di dunia berjumlah sebanyak 100.801.465 kasus. Dari jumlah tersebut, sebanyak 72.810.592 pasien telah sembuh, dan 2.164.749 orang meninggal dunia. Sampai hari ini, angka kematian tertinggi akibat Covid-19 masih tercatat di Amerika Serikat yaitu berjumlah 575. 036 dari jumlah keseluruhan 32.327.113. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan protokol kesehatan di era pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Mata Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik melalui pendekatan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di Desa Mata Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen Provinsi Aceh. Analisa yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk memilih variabel sebagai kandidat yang mempunyai nilai signifikan 0,05 masuk sebagai model dalam regresi logistik berganda (multiple regresi logistic). Hasil penelitian menunjuan terdapat 2 variabel yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan Kepatuhan Protokol Kesehatan Di Era Pandemik Covid-19, yaitu motivasi memilik nilai (RP = 3,60;CI 95% 1.24-8,48) dan persepsi keparahan masalah kesehatan (RP = 2,17;CI 95% 1.47-2,88). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan persepsi keparahan masalah kesehatan lebih dominan mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan di era pandemik Covid-19 di Desa Mata Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen Provinsi Aceh. Diharapkan kepada masyarat selalu mematuhi protokol kesehatan agar terhindar dari Covid-19.

Zat goniotalamin pada tanaman gajah beranak (Goniothalamus tapis) merupakan obat alternatif penyembuhan kanker. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan zat goniotalamin melalui kultur kalus dan kultur suspensi sel. Metode penelitian eksperimen Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan kombinasi 2,4-D (1-10 mgL-1) dan BAP (0,5-2 mgL-1) menggunakan eksplan batang muda, terdiri dari 17 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Analisis data menggunakan Analysis of Variances dan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kultur kalus G. tapis pada media 5,0 mg L-1 2,4-D + 1 mg L-1 BAP adalah yang terbaik dengan waktu muncul kalus 28,33 hari dan persentase pembentukan kalus 100%. Kalus untuk kultur suspensi sel bertekstur remah dan berwarna kuning kehijauan. Kultur suspensi sel menghasilkan pertumbuhan sel yang cepat, tidak lembek berair dan mudah dipisahkan. Hasil kualitatif Kromatografi Lapis Tipis kultur suspensi sel sangat jelas, bersih dan terdapat potensi kandungan zat goniotalamin pada perlakuan 2,4-D 5 mg L-1 + BAP 0,5 mg L-1, 2,4-D 5 mg L-1 + BAP 1 mg L-1, 2,4-D 5 mg L-1 + BAP 2 mg L-1, 2,4-D 10 mg L-1 + BAP 0,5 mg L-1 dan 2,4-D 10 mg L-1 + BAP 1 mg L-1. Hasil kuantitatif zat goniotalamin dengan Kromatografi Cair Prestasi Tinggi terdapat pada perlakuan 2,4-D 5,0 mgL-1 + BAP 1 mg L-1 yaitu 9,57 mg g-1. The goniothalamine compound on Goniothalamus tapis is an alternative cancer medicine. This study aimed to obtain gonotalamin through callus culture and suspension cell culture. The experiment research method was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a combination of 2.4-D (1-10 mg L-1) and BAP (0.5-2 mg L-1) using young stem explants consisting of 17 treatments with 3 replications. Data analysis used ANOVA and DMRT at 5%. The results showed that G. tapis callus culture on 5.0 mg L-1 2.4-D + 1 mg L-1 BAP was the best treatment medium with callus emergence time of 28.33 days and percentage of callus formation 100%. The callus used for suspension cell culture was friable and greenish-yellow in color. Suspension cell culture resulted in rapid cell growth, was not fleshy, and easily separated. The quality test by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) from suspension cell culture resulted very clear, clean, and potential content of goniothalamin found in treatments 2.4-D 5.0 mg L-1 + BAP 0.5 mg L-1, 2.4-D 5.0 mg L-1 + BAP 1 mg L-1, 2.4-D 5.0 mg L-1 + BAP 2 mg L-1, 2.4-D 10 mg L-1 + BAP 0.5 mg-1 and 2.4-D 10 mg-1 + BAP 1 mg-1. The quantitative results of the best goniotalamine compounds in cell suspension cultures using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) on medium 2,4-D 5.0 mgL-1 + BAP 1 mg L-1 ie 9.57 g-1.

This study aims to develop inquiry-based student worksheets to improve students’ critical thinking skills and learning motivation. This development research uses the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluations) method. The development of inquiry-based student worksheets is developed on ecosystem materials. The results of the development of inquiry-based Student Worksheets with validity tests obtained an average score of 3.58 with very valid categories, so they have excellent quality and are worthy of use. The results of the development of student worksheets and the teacher response practicality test obtained an average score of 92.83 in the very practical category. From the results of the practicality test obtained, inquiry-based Student Worksheets have very practical qualities. The results of the development of inquiry-based student worksheets have a significant influence on improving students’ critical thinking skills and learning motivation with a test significance value of t 0.000

This research aims to describe the structure of the text and the meaning of the poetry on the book Ta'līmu Al-Muta'allīm by Burhānuddīn Az-Zarnūji. This research will be analyzed through structural and Roman Ingarden's strata of norm approach which reveals about educational values. This descriptive qualitative research employs observation and note technique as a method of data collection, in which the researcher records data in the form of verses in the Ta'līmu Al-Muta'allīm book, especially those in chapter 5. The poetry data found, is analyzed by using data triangulation. The results of the research show that the text structure of the poetry of the book Ta'līmu Al-Muta'allīm by Burhānuddīn Az-Zarnūji consists of five layers, including 1) sound layer, 2) meaning layer, 3) layers of things that are stated, 4) the world layer, and 5) the metaphysical layer. Meanwhile, the educational values contain in the meaning of the poetry include the values of religious education, the values of moral education, the values of social education, the values of cultural education, and the values of aesthetic education.

This study aimed to identify and map the development of the variants of Islamic Educational Institutions in Yogyakarta and analyze the map of the ideological affiliation of Islamic educational institutions. This type of research is field research. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity test used the source triangulation technique. The process of data analysis is data reduction, transcription, coding, grouping, comparing and contrasting, interpreting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Educational Institutions in Indonesia has developed and changed very rapidly. These changes and developments influence the variants and ideology of Islamic Educational Institutions in Yogyakarta. The shift in the variants of Islamic Educational Institutions in Yogyakarta can be mapped into four variants, i.e., the Religious Movement Variant, the Political Dakwah Variant, the Business Variant, and the Corporate Variant. Further, the ideological affiliations of Islamic educational institutions in Yogyakarta can be mapped into four, Compromising Ideology, Aswaja-Traditionalist, Modernist-Reformist, and Revivalist.

This study aims to answer the suspicion that there are seeds of extremism in the practice of Islamic education, especially in the formal education path at the primary and secondary education levels. To test the veracity of this allegation, this research was designed in the form of a survey conducted by measuring the level of moderation of students' religiosity in several Muhammadiyah schools of Yogyakarta. The research instrument was arranged using a Likert scale which measures on three dimensions of religious moderation: social action, conceptual chomprehention and belief (Faith). Descriptive quantitative analysis is used to describe the level of moderation of 372 respondents of this cross-sectional study. The results showed that 38% of students had religious moderation in the high category and the rest were medium (60%). It is known that the medium and high level of student religious moderation is more or less determined by the role of the teacher who is still used as the main source for students in obtaining Islamic religious knowledge (50%).

The covid-19 pandemic that unexpectedly brought the education world almost stopped due to the ban on face-to-face learning. This research aims to find a suitable policy determination model to optimize e-learning in Islamic universities. This research uses a qualitative approach that combines interviewing, documentation, and focused group discussion in data collection and validation. This research has focused on UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Indonesia, with key respondents being university leaders. Faculty leaders, postgraduates, institutions, units, e-learning managers, and admin staff are informants. The data validation use triangulation and data analysis with interactive models. The study provided findings that the process of policy determination applied is top-down by involving all elements of the leadership democratically. The policies-decision is applied using a structural-pragmatic-situational (SPS) approach. The contribution of this study is an SPS approach can overcome emergencies quickly and appropriately in policy-making.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of a desktop program-based skills and physical measurement tools for futsal. Seeing the level of effectiveness and level of efficiency of the time used compared to doing the test manually. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive statistical techniques. The study population was active students in the futsal student activity unit of the Indonesian Technocrat University, amounting to 30 people with 17 men and 13 women who had good skill and physical classifications. The data collection technique used a non-test instrument, in the form of distributing questionnaires to the entire population. The results of the study found that the effectiveness of the desktop-based measuring instrument program was more than 85%, with the results that had a large percentage classification, the overall answer was that the tool could be used properly and easily. The desktop program tool has good speed and time efficiency in taking tests and gets accurate scores, students could view their scores forthwith compared to the tests that are evaluated manually, so the desktop program-based futsal measurement tool is very effective and can be used properly as a new development in the futsal sports measurement test.

This research aims to describe the use of deixis in Gorontalo Language. This research was conducted in two stages namely the stage of preparation and implementation of the research. This research was conducted for 1 year. The result of the research showed that the form and meaning of deixis are person deixis, time and place. Persona deixis is divided into several types is deixis of first-person singular (wa’u ‘1sg’, watiya ‘1sg’), deixis of the first person plural (ami ‘1pl.excl’), deixis of the second person singular (yi’o ‘2sg’, tingoli ‘2sg’), deixis of the second person plural (tingoli ‘2pl’, timongoli ‘2pl’), and deixis of the third person singular (tio ‘3sg’) and timongolio ‘3pl’ as a deixis of the third person plural. Whereas, deixis of place are teye, teyamai ‘here’, tetomota ‘there’ this means to show the location of the room and the place of conversation or interlocutor. Deixis time among others yindhie ‘today’, lombu ‘tomorrow’, olango ‘yesterday’, dumodupo ‘morning’, mohulonu ‘afternoon’, hui ‘night’ which have the meaning to show the time when the speech or sentence is being delivered.

Abstract: The Implementation of Madrasa Tahfidz program of Ministry of Religion DIY has not been evenly distributed. This was the basis for the researchers to evaluate the program especially in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Yogyakarta. This evaluation research used an objective-oriented approach to measure the objective level of achievement program and used mixed methods with a concurrent embedded model. The CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome) evaluation model was used to analyze the program. The researcher used purposive sampling and snowballing sampling techniques in determining the subjects. The results show that overall the Madrasa Tahfidz program was quite effective because input, process, and outcomes of evaluated CIPPO components were optimally fulfilled. It is produce recommendations for revising the program, because there are still 2 components cannot be assessed as effective and still need continuous improvement. Context has not been effective because student need components are more needed in improving of reading Quran rather than memorizing. The product of program is not yet effective because referring to three measuring instruments that produce an average measurement result at a moderate level with a percentage (46.6%), either by sex, origin of madrasa and class of students, and haven’t reached a high level. Abstrak: Implementasi program Madrasah Tahfidz Kementerian Agama DIY belum merata antara satu madrasah dan lainnya. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar bagi peneliti untuk mengevaluasi program tersebut terutama di MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan pendekatan yang berorientasi pada tujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pencapaian program dan menggunakan metode campuran dengan model concurrent embedded. Model evaluasi CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome) digunakan untuk menganalisis program. Peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik snowballing sampling dalam menentukan subjek yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas keseluruhan program Madrasah Tahfidz "cukup efektif" karena input, proses, dan outcome dari komponen CIPPO yang dievaluasi terpenuhi secara optimal, dan menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk merevisi program, karena masih ada 2 komponen yang tidak dapat dinilai efektif dan masih perlu perbaikan terus menerus. Konteks belum efektif karena komponen kebutuhan siswa lebih dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan membaca Alquran dari pada menghafal. Produk program belum efektif karena merujuk pada tiga instrumen pengukuran yang menghasilkan hasil pengukuran rata-rata pada tingkat sedang dengan persentase (46,6%), baik berdasarkan jenis kelamin, asal madrasah atau kelas siswa, dan belum mencapai tingatakan yang tinggi.

The hard facing process is the welding process of SMAW by using a hard facing DIN 888 electrode as a hard facing to replace conventional cutting tool material. Research method is designed using factorial experiment design with 2 factors, 3 levels, and 4 iterations. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the effect of preheating temperature on the welding of hard coatings on AISI A35 low carbon steel. The results of this study are expected to obtain optimum hardness on coated steel, from variations in the temperature of the preheating. there will be a change in the hardness of the welding deposit, the deposit will be used as cutting tools. The results of this study can be used as guidelines for making cutting tools.

This study aims to explain how to plan the authentic assessment according to 2013 Curriculum in Arabic teaching, how to apply the authentic assessment according to 2013 Curriculum in Arabic teaching and what problems in applying the authentic assessment according to 2013 Curriculum in Arabic teaching and the solution. Thus, this study is very important for Arabic language teachers in implementing the authentic assessment according to 2013 properly. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were Arabic teachers in class XI at State Islamic Senior High schooI 2 Bojonegoro, East Java. Data collection uses observation، interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the planning of authentic assessment according to curriculum 2013 in Arabic teaching at State Islamic Senior High schooI 2 Bojonegoro was carried out properly. Teachers have used several forms of authentic assessment، such as in cognitive assessment، they use written and oral tests، in affective assessments، they use observation، self-assessment، peer assessment، and journals، in psychomotor assessments they use performance assessments، projects، and portfolios. The problematic of teachers in implementing authentic assessment in Arabic teaching are the teachers find it difficult to develop instruments and determine authentic forms of assessment. The solution to these problems is that the teacher tries to understand the guidelines for authentic assessment and applies the basic form of authentic assessment in teaching.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavioral intentions to use E-wallet. The factors tested include application quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using. The population in this study is college students in Jember Regency, Indonesia. Data analysis is carried out using Variance-based Partial Least Square. The number of samples used is 180 college students as users of the e-wallet application. Six hypotheses are tested, and four hypotheses are successfully accepted. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude toward using e-wallet applications. Attitude plays a vital role in behavioral intentions to use e-wallets. The quality of the e-wallet application does not affect the level of perceived usefulness. The perceived ease of use of the application has no direct effect on attitude. This study's results are beneficial for e-wallet providers to increase the level of the use of e-wallet.

The study aims to analyze the effect of the fish diversity book in Kampar District on the learning motivation and obstacles of Kampar High School students through online learning during the COVID-19 period. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with research subjects in class XI SMA Kampar (Kampar High School). In its implementation, students were given a motivational questionnaire in the beginning, after that they were given the task of studying the types of fish in Kampar through the book files of fish diversity in Kampar District through online learning. After online learning, the post-test was given using a questionnaire evaluation of the motivation and online learning obstacles questionnaire. Parameters: learning motivation with five indicators, ten indicators of online obstacles. Motivation data collection using pre-test and post-test. Data is presented and analyzed descriptively. The results obtained an average score of post-test student learning motivation (77.7) increased compared to before studying diversity book (65.9) with an N-gain index of 0.34, 74% of respondents said online learning was more effective, 50% of respondents stated the ordinary school is better than online learning. The implementation of fish species diversity books through online learning is effective in increasing student learning motivation, but it is less effective in motivating desires, appreciation, and not being attractive enough. The obstacles of online learning at Kampar High School include internet network facilities and field practicum during the COVID-19 period.

Implementing the 2013 curriculum, these madrassas have generally begun to apply scientific learning. However, it still cannot be carried out optimally. This article aims to find out the improvement in the quality of Arabic learning in MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) in Kartasura District which is characterized by an increase in teacher skills in developing activity-based Arabic learning strategies, the variety of learning activities, the activeness of students in participating in learning and increasing the ability of Arabic language learners. By using the Service-Learning approach which is integrated with Participatory Action Research with the main stages of preparation or planning, serving or action, and evaluation or reflection. There were 8 madrasas in Kartasura District being observed. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation, and validated by a focused group discussion. The results of this research show that; the teachers apply various learning activities that are varied for each maharah although the intensity and variation varies. Among the learning activities of mahārah istimā’-kalām is the reinforcement of memorization of Arabic vocabulary and expressions using drill or istimā’-kalām, singing, and word chain. Mahārah qirā'ah has more activities involving reading out loud classically, whether in large groups, small groups, or individual loud reading activities, chain reading, and reading with media such as LCDs, cards, or objects that are given Arabic names. For maharah kitabah, the most widely used activity is imla', follow the line, stringing words into sentences, and guided writing through assignments. The activeness of the students in participating in learning also increased, although not too significantly. Likewise with the activeness and ability of Arabic language. Olahraga merupakan aktivitas fisik yang dapat mengontrol kadar glukosa pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Hanya saja, masyarakat kesulitan dalam menemukan konsep untuk menjalankan aktivitas olahraga yang tepat dan menjadi malas dalam beolahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan mengedukasi masyarakat tentang bentuk aktivitas fisik yang efektif dan tidak membosankan dalam menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. 27 mahasiswa mengikuti penelitian ini dengan rata-rata umur 19 tahun. Sampel terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu 9 mahasiswa dengan aktivitas permainan air, 9 mahasiswa dengan aktivitas berenang dan 9 mahasiswa dengan aktivitas jogging. Semua peserta melakukan aktivitas selama 30 menit. Pengecekan glukosa darah menggunakan tenaga ahli kesehatan. Alat yag digunakan untuk mengecek kadar glukosa darah menggunakan Accu Check Active. Hasil penelitian menyajikan data rerata penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada aktivitas permainan air adalah 0,6 mmol/dl, aktivitas renang dan jogging turun 0,5 mmol/dl serta nilai ttabel ketiga kelompok lebih besar dari thitung dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas air merupakan bentuk perlakuan fisik yang dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Penelitian ini terbatas pada 3 jenis aktivitas air. Oleh karena itu, penambahan jenis aktivitas air lainnya dapat dipertimbangkan penggunaannya dalam menurunkan kadar glukosa.

This study aims to produce a guide to the management model of Ma'had al Jami'ah that is appropriate in IAIN Surakarta. This research uses a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Then the data is elaborated and validated through FGD and triangulation. The data analysis is carried out with an interactive model. The results of this study indicate that 1) all stakeholders consider the Surakarta IAIN to have the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah program because of the strategic position of the Surakarta IAIN,; 2) Relevant programs are developed under the vision and mission of the institute, as well as the objectives of conducting education and the established competency standards of graduates; 3) The Ma'had Al-Jami'ah program is managed by a technical implementation unit under the coordination of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs; 4) strategies that can be taken to realize the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah management model that is relevant to IAIN Surakarta are involving the elements of higher education and Quality Assurance Institutions supported by the existence of an MOU or cooperating with nearby pesantren. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan panduan model manajemen Ma'had al Jami'ah yang tepat diterapkan di IAIN Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methode yang menggabungkan antara pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dielaborasi dan divalidasi melalui FGD dan triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) semua stakeholder menganggap IAIN Surakarta perlu memiliki program Ma'had Al-Jami'ah karena posisi strategis IAIN Surakarta; 2) Program yang relevan dikembangkan disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi institusi, serta tujuan penyelenggaraan pendidikannya dan standar kompetensi lulusan yang telah ditetapkan; 3) Program Ma’had Al-Jami’ah dikelola unit pelaksana teknis di bawah koordinasi wakil Rektor bidang kemahasiswaan; 4) strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkan model manajemen Ma'had Al-Jami'ah yang relevan dengan IAIN Surakarta adalah melibatkan unsur pimpinan perguruan tinggi dan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu yang didukung dengan adanya MOU atau bekerja sama dengan pesantren-pesantren sekitar.

Banana peels include agricultural waste that contains lignocellulosic components (holocellulose and lignin) and carbohydrate content which is quite high. Banana peel is quite potential to be used as a substrate in producing catalysts. Acid catalyst is one type of catalyst that plays an important role in chemical processes. Chemical activation is the process of breaking the carbon chains of organic compounds by using chemicals. In this way, the activation process is carried out using chemicals (activators) as activating agents. This study aims to study the effect of activation temperature temrhadao from the optimum mass ratio of carbon-KOH in the synthesis process of banana skin charcoal based catalysts so as to produce a catalyst with the most optimal characteristics, and calcination temperature as a physical chemical process in the synthesis of banana skin charcoal based catalysts. The method of making the catalyst is done by calcination to decompose the carbon source into carbon so that the composite is formed according to the temperature that has been varied. After forming carbon-KOH composite, then sulfonation is carried out using concentrated sulfuric acid according to the specified temperature. Activation with KOH at activation temperatures of 300°C, 350°C and 400°C. In this research, the activation process can run optimally at temperatures of 300 °C, 350 °C, and 400 °C which are characterized by the presence of white smoke that has not come out anymore because carbon has reacted with KOH.

This research aims to: (1) The corn industry development roadmap in Gorontalo Province, (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the corn industry development in Gorontalo Province. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques is an interview. The results of this research are: 1) Gorontalo Province have the corn industry development roadmap which refers to the implementation of agribusiness as a whole and integrated starting from the operational policy, strategy, program, and its activities but its implementation is still not optimal; 2) Factors supporting the development of the Corn Industry in Gorontalo Province consists of provincial government policies, have an Image with a Brand “Jagung” and have the facilities to do export-scale marketing; and 3) Inhibiting factors in the development of the corn industry in Gorontalo Province among others: the ability of farmers to process corn products, unfair market price competition, and capital is still small at the level of IKM Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Roadmap Pengembangan Industri Jagung di Provinsi Gorontalo dan 2) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Pengembangan Industri Jagung di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan Datanya adalah Wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Provinsi Gorontalo telah memiliki Roadmap Pengembangan Industri Jagung yang mengacu pada pelaksanaan agribisnis secara utuh dan terpadu mulai dari kebijakan operasionalnya, strategi, programnya dan kegiatannya akan tetapi implementasinya masih belum maksimal; 2) Faktor pendukung pengembangan Industri Jagung di Provinsi Gorontalo terdiri dari adanya kebijakan Pemprov, Miliki Citra dengan Brand “Jagung”, serta Memiliki sarana untuk melakukan pemasaran skala ekspor; dan 3) Faktor Penghambat pengembangan industry jagung di provinsi Gorontalo antara lain: kemampuan petani untuk mengolah hasil jagung, persaingan harga pasar yang tidak sehat dan Modal yang masih kecil di tataran IKM.

The Indonesian government has been urged to implement Whistleblowing systems for public services in order to achieve integrity zone development. Almost all service desk software provides user convenience as well as manages the service process in an organisation using standards based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3. The service operation of Whistleblowing systems and the service desk systems are almost the same. However, currently only a few studies have examined the implementation of Whistleblowing systems which uses such a framework in a public higher education institution. The aim of this study is to design and develop a Whistleblowing system which is expected to fulfil the IT Service Management (ITSM) standard and to perform an integration process amongst the community and students. The software was designed and tested in the Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta using the ITIL v3 standards. The result showed that the efficiency parameter value produced a page speed point of 91 % (A). The minimum score was 91 % (A) and the fully loaded time was 2.4 seconds. A portability test showed a value of 100 % for the mobile-friendly score while the reliability test with a stress test also showed at 100 %. The alpha testing result was a very good predicate while beta testing received an acceptable score, good category, and classified as grade C. In conclusion, based on the abovementioned tests, this shows that the system can be used to manage student services, lecturers and staff, as well as to integrate the current service within the community.

The phenomenon of strengthening religious activity in the urban middle-class society in Yogyakarta Special Region in the last decade has been remarkable. The shift from the traditional Sufism to the model of piety associated with this middle-class Sufism further reinforce the middle class's religiosity. This study focused on the problem of the middle-class Muslim community when involving in Sufi practices. Through an in-depth interview with Sufi members and observation on their Sufi practice, this study shows that the urban middle-class Sufism pattern in Yogyakarta places emphasis on aesthetic-symbolic values. On the one hand, the tendency of religious patterns of Muslim communities is a form of negotiation between the values of spirituality in Islam and the forms and practices of global culture. On the other hand, the Sufi practice constitutes negotiation of the models of piety with economic-business motives. This Sufism is not institutionalized in conventional Sufism, commonly known as sufi order (tarekat) such as qadariyya, naqshabandiyya, and shattariyya, among the most popular Sufi order. Middle-class Sufism frames their distinctiveness in the form of economic, political, and cultural networks.

The purpose of this research is to know the process of calculation cost of service on HBBA Automotive Repair shop using Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method. This research was conducted in one of Member's HBBA that is Formula Automotive Repair shop. This type research is qualitative research. Data collection methods used ini this research are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analytical. The result of this research showed when Formula Automotive use Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method in determining cost of service is more clear and appropriate in accordance with utilization available resources in each services. Which is different with whats done by the company in determining cost of service, where the company still has not made a definite calculation and this can be seen when determining price of service based on provisions of owner and mechanics still using estimates. The results of calculation of Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method there are 3 types of services that have a cost that is too large compared to the service price determined by Formula Automotive Repair shop, namely wheel laher replacement, ac service and lamp service. This research is focused on the Application of Variable Costing Methods in Calculating Cost of Production to Determine Selling Prices. The purpose of this study is 1]. To determine the cost of production according to UD. Karunia. 2]. To determine the cost of production using the variable costing method at UD. Karunia. 3]. To find out the effect of changes in the method of calculating the cost of production and determining the new selling price of profits at UD. Karunia. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. This research was conducted at UD. Karunia Banyuwangi by using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews with a deep, open, and structured nature. Secondary data obtained from documents belonging to UD. Karunia. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, data triangulation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that UD. Karunia use the full costing method and it is produced that the cost of producing sponge cake is Rp 4.730 per pack. The calculation using the variable costing method resulted in the cost of producing sponge cake amounting to Rp 4.121, resulting in a lower difference of Rp 609. Changes in the calculation of cost of production were made as the basis for adjusting the newselling price of sponge cake to Rp 8.000 per pack and profit decreased by Rp 2.170.405. This research was conducted to study the management of assets in Islamic educational institutions. Financial assets and human resources management are the key component needs to be managed professionally in order to produce qualified educational output in PPPA Daarul Qur'an, Yogyakarta branch. This is a descriptive qualitative research in which data were collected through interviews, documentation and observations. The results showed that: 1) wealth management of PPPA Daarul Qur'an Yogyakarta branch is carried out using the systemic-communicative concept. 2) analysed by Robert T. Kiyosaki quadrant, Non-human asset management in the form of fund management can be categorised as Sd (Student Donation) which comes from donors; Business that comes from the businesses owned by Daarul Qur'an; and Gd (Government and private donation) derived from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of several companies. The management was conducted through the principle of transparency, public accountability, efficiency and effectiveness. While human resource management refers to operational functions in the form of procurement, development, integration, maintenance, and separation. The implementation of wealth management can improve the quality of asset management in Islamic educational institutions.

Teknologi komputer pada empat tahun terahir ini mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Bersamaan dengan itu juga berdampak negatif salah satunya adalah berupa kejahatan komputer. Kejahatan komputer akan meninggalkan jejak aktivitas kejahatan, maka perlu dilakukan analisa dengan ilmu dan metode forensik untuk mendapatkan barang bukti. Bagaimana jika terjadi kejahatan komputer pada media penyimpanan komputer berjenis non-volatile memory dan dilakukan secara live forensik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses forensik pada Solid State Drive (SSD) dengan framework Grr Rapid Response pada kasus kehilangan data (lost data) suatu organisasi. Langkah kerja forensik mengimplementasikan dari National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST). Framework Grr Rapid Response digunakan untuk memberikan tanggapan terhadap insiden forensik digital yang difokuskan pada lingkungan forensik jarak jauh, framework ini berbasis arsitektur client server. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan langkah kerja forensik NIST dapat diimplementasikan pada proses pengambilan bukti digital dengan metode akuisisi secara live forensik, kemampuan tool forensik pada proses eksaminasi Grr Rapid Response pada Workstation (Client Grr) dengan media simpan SSD, bukti digital dapat ditemukan dan dikembalikan. Bukti digital yang dapat dikembalikan berupa file dokumen, dan hasil validasi pada bukti digital tersebut memiliki nilai hash yang sama dari dua algoritma validasi bukti digital yang diimplementasikan, MD5 dan SHA-1. Sehingga hasil integritas dari dokumen tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bukti digital tersebut identik. Abstract Computer technology in the last four years has experienced rapid development. At the same time, it also has a negative impact, one of which is a computer crime. Computer crime will leave traces of criminal activity, so it is necessary to analyze with forensic science and methods to obtain evidence. What if there is a computer crime on a computer storage medium of a type of non-volatile memory and carried out live forensics In this study a forensic process on Solid State Drive (SSD) was carried out with the Grr Rapid Response framework for lost data in an organization. The forensic work step is implemented from the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST). The Grr Rapid Response Framework is used to provide responses to incidents of digital forensics focused on remote forensic environments, this framework is based on a client server architecture. The results of this study indicate that NIST's forensic work steps can be implemented in the process of taking digital evidence with live forensic acquisition methods, the ability of forensic tools in the Grr Rapid Response examination process on Workstations (Client Grr) with SSD storage media, digital evidence can be found and returned. Digital evidence that can be returned is a document file, and the results of the validation of digital evidence have the same hash value from the two digital proof validation algorithms implemented, MD5 and SHA-1. So the results of the integrity of the document so that the digital evidence is identical.
