GENERATIVE adversarial networks ,EVALUATION methodology ,SCRIPTS - Abstract
Ancient manuscripts are a medium for understanding the history and life of past societies. Over a long storage period, the ancient manuscript is at risk of physical damage, which can result in the loss of the information contained within it. Therefore, it is deemed important to repair the damaged letters or characters in the ancient manuscript to restore its original strokes and texture. To address this issue, this research proposes a restoration method based on Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), specifically the Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network-Gradient Penalty method (WGAN-GP). This method is capable of addressing the issues of gradient vanishing and mode collapse that occur in traditional GANs. The Gradient Penalty function in this method is used to control the gradients produced during the training process, thereby helping to maintain the consistency of stroke shapes and font styles. The evaluation of this method was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively on the Multi-Style Ancient Javanese Characters Dataset (MSAJCD). This dataset consists of printed Javanese script and handwritten Javanese script. The WGAN-GP method is capable of restoring Javanese script with extensive damaged areas and can ensure the correct stroke shapes of the repaired script. The results of the experiments show that the WGAN-GP method is superior to the Deep Convolution Generative Adversarial Network (DCGAN) method and the Text Block Identification method. With a Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM) index increase of 7.07% for the printed Javanese script dataset, and 10.48% for the handwritten Javanese script dataset. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Indonesia is a country with a region that has great potential in the maritime sector, 70% of its territory consists of 17,508 islands making Indonesia a maritime country with a coastline that stretches 108,000 km. Indonesia has unprecedented Salt Lake products from different locales like Sampang, Cirebon, Rembang, and Indramayu. These resources need to be detected and inventoried in an appropriate manner. Local communities are increasingly cornered and finding it difficult to compete. For the essential ware bunch, by keeping up with the security of the salt product in the public arena, whose capability is indispensable, the salt exchanging framework is directed. The examination objective is to utilize the K-Means Bunching strategy to bunch public salt products. Clustering is a method for data analysis, where each object is identified and grouped based on similarities or similarities in several aspects. The result of the testing the K-Means Clustering technique with the Silhouette Coefficient strategy show that the K-Means Clustering strategy with the nearest distance determined involving Euclidean Distance is a decent decision for research. The Silhouette Coefficient evaluation yielded results with k=2 and the value of 0.721. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to make it easier for donors who will donate without having to come to the place so that it is more effective and efficient. The development of this information system uses SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), which includes four stages, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation. By implementing this information system application, it is hoped that it will facilitate fundraising activities during both pandemic and non-pandemic periods. Fundraising is the process of collecting contributions from donors. Through data analysis, it is known that religious factors, the influence of campaigns and platform innovations have a positive effect, while the social spirit of the community has a negative effect. Overall, all factors are very important in influencing people to donate through online crowdfunding. The results of this study indicate that the factors of people's social life have a negative impact, because people believe that if someone has a high standard of social life, they are more likely to choose to provide assistance or donations directly rather than using the online system.

Forecasting crude oil prices is very difficult to do because it has nonlinear and nonstationary characteristics. This research proposes a crude oil prices forecasting using a combination of EEMD and neural network. EEMD was used to decompose the price of crude oil into several IMFs and one residue. Before the training and testing was processed using FNN, EEMD output is normalized to fulfill network activation function. Data pattern of neural network was determined based on the results of normalization. The Learning method of neural network was based on Polak-Ribiére Conjugate Gradient algorithm. The output of neural networks on each component IMFs and the residue was aggregated using Adaline. The last process is denormalization of the Adaline output. Output of denormalization is the end result of the crude oil price forecasting. After forecasting results has been known, it then compared with the results of several neural networks learning algorithm. The result shows that the proposed method has better forecasting ability. This is indicated by the error value which was smaller than other forecasting algorithms for crude oil price forecasting.

PAPILLOMAVIRUS diseases , *P53 protein , *PROTEIN expression , *IMMUNOSTAINING , *CELL cycle , *PAPILLOMA - Abstract
Background: Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) is caused by HPV types 6 and 11 and has a substantial papilloma growth in the airway and is recurrent. The activity of HPV neoplasms is related to the cell cycle, a complex series of processes that cause cells to grow and replicate. The p53 and Ki67 proteins, as one of the tumor gene controllers, have the function of controlling the cell cycle and assisting the apoptotic process of damage to DNA. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between RRP aggressiveness and p53 and Ki67 protein expression as one of the predictive factors for aggressive disease progression. Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a crosssectional form. The p53 and Ki67 protein examination results were obtained from immunohistochemical examination by staining monoclonal antibody rabbit Anti-Human p53 and Ki67 clone 318-6-11. Data analysis used binary logistic regression to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables with a significant p <0.05. Results: From 19 samples, the distribution of the sex distribution of male patients (42.10%), while for women of eleven patients (57.90%). The type of RRP that was served the most by the participants was RPP for 13 children (68.40%). Positive p53 protein expression was found in 8 (42.10%) patients, while 11 (57.90%) patients had negative p53 protein expression. Moreover, on positive Ki67 protein expression, there were 5 (26.30%) patients and 14 (73.70%) patients with negative Ki67 protein expression. Discussion: High p53 protein expression indicates that the cell cycle is not controlled, so it is regulated by the p53 protein to control the cycle through the process of apoptosis or capture. The uncontrolled cell cycle causes tumors to grow very fast. Meanwhile, high Ki67 protein expression indicates an uncontrolled cell cycle because most of them are not resting. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the aggressiveness of recurrent tract papillomas with p53 and Ki67 protein expression. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Tumor growth and metastasis in NPC patients suspected role of several molecular biomarkers that have been identified in tumor specimens of patients with NPC. Recent research states intracellular Hsp70 is a stress protein that is a main factor for the growth, invasion and metastasis of NPC. The purpose of this study is to analyze intracellular Hsp70 protein expression of NPC patients which correlate with staging of NPC as clinical manifestation. This study used cross sectional design. In this study, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded biopsy specimens were obtained from 18 NPCs with all of histopathology and clinically divided into N0, N1, N2, N3. The expression of intracellular Hsp70 was obtained with immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody Anti Human Hsp70 antibodi from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, California, USA. Assessment of the staining was performed with Remmele methode by Histopathologies doctor Consultant. The Spearman’s test was used to determine the relationship between expression of intracellular Hsp70 protein and enlargement cervical nodul of NPC. Statistical significance was defined as p <0,05. There were 18 patients NPC patients that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Showed negative intracellular Hsp70 expression by 16,67% for all sample in which consist 1 patient of N0, 1 patient of N1, 1 patient of N2, 0 patient of N3. Followed by 27,78% mild positive intracellular Hsp70 expression which consist 0 patient of N0, 2 patients of N1, 0 patient of N2, 3 patients of N3. Background: Achalasia is rare case with a primary disorder in absence of esophageal peristalsis and relaxation disorders of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES). The etiology remains unclear but several factors is suspected. One of the complications is esophageal candidiasis. This case report is to report one case of achalasia with esophageal candidiasis and bradycardia. Case report: A male patient 48 years old is referred to tertiary hospital with a diagnosis of esophageal dysphagia suspected of esophageal cancer. Patients were presented with difficulty in swallowing solid food, which kept getting more severe and causing him difficulty in drinking water. The patient experienced weight loss by approximately 17 kg in the past 1 year. After several examinations, the patient's diagnosis is achalasia accompanied by esophageal candidiasis with prerenal acute kidney injury (AKI), hypernatremia, hypokalemia, and hyperchloride ec. dehydration and suspected HIV. Discussion: the patient was treated with mercury bougienage in 3 stages; the first stage of bougienage with the size of 5.3 mm (16 French) on October 23; the second stage with the size of 6 mm (18 French) and 6.6 mm (20 French) on November 4; and the third stage with the size of 7.4 mm (22 French) and 8 mm (24 French) on November 8. The three bougienage procedures above were successfully carried out, with a gap time of 1 week in between each stage. The patient was scheduled for mercury bougienage and therapy evaluation was also conducted after bougienage using TNE, as well as being monitored and backed up by cardiologist. Conclusion: After 4 months of treatment, the patient shows no symptoms of achalasia and there was an increase in body weight. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
