Döner dengesizlik etkisindeki yatay tamburlu çamaşır makinelerinin iki ve üç boyutluve doğrusal olmayan matematiksel modeli çıkarılacaktır. Lineer olmayan diferansiyeldenklemler, lineer olmayan cebirsel denklemler setine Harmonik Denge Metoduyladöndürülerek Newton metodunun yay boyu devam yoluyla birleşimi ile çözülecektir.Çeşitli örnek çalışmalarla yay ve damperlerin bağlantı açılarının tamburun titremesineolan etkisi incelenecektir. Kararlı haldeki titreşimi azaltmak için, uygun bağlantıaçıları ve bağlantı noktaları belirlenecektir. Nonlinear two and three-dimensional dynamical models for horizontal drum typewashing machines are developed considering rotating unbalance type excitation.Nonlinear differential equations of motion are converted into a set of nonlinearalgebraic equations by using the Harmonic Balance Method (HBM). The resultingnonlinear algebraic equations are solved by using Newton's method with arc-lengthcontinuation. Several case studies are performed in order to observe the effects oforientation angles of springs and dampers between the drum and the cabinet. In orderto reduce the steady-state vibration amplitude of the drum, suitable orientation anglesof the springs and dampers and their implementation locations are identified.Furthermore, to further reduce the vibration amplitude of the drum at high frequencies,instead of viscous dampers, dry friction dampers are installed in the system.
