Background: Tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant global health challenge, with an ongoing increase in the number of TB cases and deaths each year. This rise is largely attributed to high dropout rates from treatment due to non-adherence. Family support plays a crucial role in enhancing TB treatment adherence.Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between emotional, appreciation, informational, and instrumental support from family members and the level of treatment adherence among TB patients in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera Province, Indonesia, in 2022.Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 150 TB patients who were randomly selected from Deli Serdang Regency, Indonesia, in 2022. Data were collected using a valid Likert scale questionnaire to evaluate the emotional, appreciation, informational, and instrumental support received from family members, as well as treatment adherence among TB patients. Descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed using SPSS version 21.Results: Among the respondents, 62% were male, 55.3% had a high level of education, and 70% were over 35 years old. The analysis revealed that only instrumental support did not show a significant effect (P=0.072), whereas emotional (P=0.001), appreciation (P=0.001), and informational (P=0.002) support had significant impacts on treatment adherence. The multivariate analysis indicated that only emotional support (P=0.044, OR=3.2, 95% CI: 1.0-9.8) and appreciation support (P=0.021, OR=4.5, 95% CI: 1.3-15.9) significantly influenced TB patients' adherence to their treatment.Conclusion: While appreciation support has a greater influence than emotional support on treatment adherence in TB patients, it is essential for healthcare providers and families to offer all types of support to enhance treatment adherence among these patients.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the significance of associations between knowledge, professional ethics, institutional support, perceptions regarding HIV/AIDS, and HIV/AIDS-related stigma among health workers in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study involving health workers at public hospitals and health centers in West Sumatra in June 2022. The Health Care Provider HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale was employed to assess the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. To estimate and evaluate the model’s ability to explain the proposed constructs, we utilized the standardized partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). Results: In total, 283 individuals participated in this study (average age, 39 years). The majority were female (91.2%), nearly half were nurses (49.5%), and 59.4% had been working for more than 10 years. The study revealed that HIV/AIDS-related stigma persisted among health workers. The PLS-SEM results indicated that all latent variables had variance inflation factors below 5, confirming that they could be retained in the model. Knowledge and professional ethics significantly contributed to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-related stigma, with an effect size (f2) of 0.15 or greater. In contrast, perceived and institutional support had a smaller impact on HIV-related stigma, with an effect size (f2) of at least 0.02. The R2 value for health worker stigma was 0.408, suggesting that knowledge, professional ethics, institutional support, and perceived support collectively explain 40.8% of the variance in stigma. Conclusions: Improving health workers’ understanding of HIV, fostering professional ethics, and strengthening institutional support are essential for reducing HIV-related stigma in this population.

Background. Interpersonal communication skills have a significant influence that must be emphasized on the implementation of learning at school. Consequently, ongoing evaluation of students is essential to achieve optimal interpersonal communication skills. Objectives. This study aimed to examine the impact of implementing physical education on interpersonal communication skills in Senior High School (SMA) and Vocational School (SMK) students. Both types of schools have distinctive characteristics. Senior High School focuses more on continuing education, while Vocational School places greater emphasis on education that prioritizes the readiness of its graduates to work. Materials and methods. Quantitative descriptive approach is employed in this study, with high school and vocational school students as the research sample. The Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (ICCS) is the research tool used in this study. Results. Based on the research findings, it is clear that there are differences in the results of interpersonal communication skills between high school and vocational school students compared to the outcomes of implementing physical education at school. This is evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test (two-sided p-value) < 0.001. Furthermore, it can also be observed that based on gender (male and female), it is obtained 0.002. In Indonesia, 50% of tuberculosis (TB) treatments are discontinued prematurely. The success of TB treatment depends on patient adherence to completing the treatment. Family support is crucial in enhancing TB patient adherence, particularly regarding emotional and appreciation support. This study aims to explore the complexity of family support to TB patient adherence in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This qualitative study employed participatory observation and in-depth interviews with TB patients and their family members. The research was conducted from February to April 2024 in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Informants included 10 TB patients and 16 family members, selected purposively based on data from the public health center and the TB Program Holder. The researcher was the primary instrument of the study, focusing on two dimensions of family support: emotional and appreciation. Data validity was checked through credibility testing, including triangulation. The study findings indicate that family emotional support is reflected in expressions of empathy and caring. Sadness is evident from family members’ tears upon learning that a relative tested positive for TB. Family support is shown by accompanying TB patients to the health center and reminding them to take treatment. Appreciation support is demonstrated by valuing the patient’s treatment process. Family members encourage and motivate the patient to adhere to the treatment. Emotional and appreciation support from family plays a significant role in TB patient adherence to treatment. Families can significantly contribute to the success of TB treatment by demonstrating empathy, caring, and appreciation for the patient.

One of the social phenomena that occurs among Muslims today is interfaith marriage, which raises various pros and cons. This fact and discourse is still being discussed, especially with the application to the Constitutional Court (MK) to conduct a judicial review of the marriage law. However, the Constitutional Court rejected the application, and various parties were not satisfied with this decision because whether an interfaith marriage is valid is the domain of each religion. Normatively, the narrative of interfaith marriage has been mentioned in the Quran in Surah al-Baqarah verse 221. In the case of Rizky Febian's marriage to Mahalini, who was originally Hindu and has become a muallaf. The theological basis is still strong as a consideration for a Muslim when deciding to get married. This study will explore the interpretation of Quranic verses related to interfaith marriage from various mufassirs, which are also related to the Indonesian marriage law. As a literary research, the data used are the Quran, books of commentaries, laws on marriage, and articles relevant to this research. The results show that the scholars' interpretation suggests that interfaith marriage is forbidden. Even in the perspective of the state, interfaith marriage is still prohibited. Even so, some opinions allow believing men to marry women of the People of the Book but forbid women of other religions. Pernikahan beda agama merupakan fenomena sosial yang banyak terjadi di kalangan umat Islam saat ini, dan mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan. Fakta dan wacana tersebut masih menjadi perdebatan, khususnya dengan adanya permohonan uji materiil undang-undang perkawinan ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). Namun Mahkamah Konstitusi menolak kasus tersebut dan banyak pihak yang tidak puas dengan putusan tersebut karena masing-masing agama menentukan boleh atau tidaknya pernikahan beda agama. Biasanya Al-Quran menyebutkan pernikahan beda agama dalam surat al-Baqarah ayat 221. Dalam kasus pernikahan Rizki Febrian dengan Mahallini yang awalnya beragama Hindu dan kemudian menjadi muallaf, jelas bahwa pertimbangan teologis tetap penting bagi umat Islam dalam memilih untuk menikah. Kajian ini akan melihat bagaimana berbagai mufassir memahami teks-teks Alquran tentang pernikahan beda agama, yang juga relevan dengan hukum pernikahan di Indonesia. Sebagai penelitian kepustakaan, data yang digunakan adalah Alquran, tafsir, hukum perkawinan, dan artikel yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran para ulama menyatakan bahwa pernikahan beda agama dilarang. Dalam pandangan negara, pernikahan beda agama masih dilarang. Meskipun demikian, sebagian orang berpendapat bahwa laki-laki boleh menikahi wanita yang Ahli Kitab tetapi tidak boleh menikahi wanita yang beragama lain.

Research aims: This research aims to scrutinize the influence of factors impacting voluntary tax compliance and enforced tax compliance using the variables of power of authorities and trust in authorities. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employed a research sample of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) taxpayers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta represented by business school students, utilizing a questionnaire survey via Google Form with a purposive sampling method. The total number of questionnaires distributed was 60 questionnaires, with 59 questionnaires that could be processed. Data analysis was then carried out using the partial least squares (PLS) approach. Research findings: The results of this study demonstrated that using the slippery slope framework theory, trust in authorities was positively associated with voluntary tax compliance, while the power of authorities was negatively associated with voluntary tax compliance. Trust in authorities, however, did not have any impact on enforced tax compliance. Additionally, the power of authorities exerted a positive effect on voluntary tax compliance. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides an understanding of the factors influencing tax compliance by referring to the slippery slope framework theory. Apart from that, this research field is still relatively underexplored in Indonesia. Practitioner/Policy implication: This study can be used to determine the factors driving and inhibiting MSMEs' taxpayer compliance so that it can be used as input and consideration to improve services related to taxpayer compliance further. Research limitation/Implication: This study can serve as a valuable resource for future research and the generation of new ideas. Also, it can be utilized as a reference in educational materials pertaining to aspects that promote taxpayer compliance.

Two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMD) are atomically thin semiconductors with promising optoelectronic applications across the visible spectrum. However, their intrinsically weak light absorption and the low photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) restrict their performance and potential use, especially in ultraviolet (UV) wavelength light ranges. Quantum dots (QD) derived from 2D materials (2D/QD) provide efficient light absorption and emission of which energy can be tuned for desirable light wavelength. In this study, we greatly enhanced the photon absorption and PLQY of monolayer (1L) tungsten disulfide (WS2) in the UV range via hybridization with 2D/QD, particularly titanium nitride MXene QD (Ti2N MQD) and graphitic carbon nitride QD (GCNQD). With the hybridization of MQD or GCNQD, 1L-WS2 showed a maximum PL enhancement by 15 times with 300 nm wavelength excitation, while no noticeable enhancement was observed when the excitation photon energy was less than the bandgap of the QD, indicating that UV absorption by the QD played a crucial role in enhancing the light emission of 1L-WS2 in our 0D/2D hybrid system. Our findings present a convenient method for enhancing the photo-response of 1L-WS2 to UV light and offer exciting possibilities for harvesting UV energy using 1L-TMD.

Lansia merupakan kelompok yang paling rentan terkena penyakit Covid-19. Kecemasan pada lansia dengan Covid-19 merupakan faktor kesehatan mental yang penting untuk diatasi. Terdapat kendala dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar lansia sehingga lansia memerlukan bantuan keluarga. Pengalaman keluarga dalam mendampingi lansia terpapar Covid-19 sangat berguna untuk memperoleh informasi terkait perawatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam tentang pengalaman anggota keluarga ketika mendampingi lansia terpapar Covid-19 selama isolasi di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Partisipan terdiri dari 11 anggota keluarga dengan cara purposive sampling, dilakukan wawancara mendalam untuk data yang terdiri dari 5 pernyataan terbuka dengan menggunakan rekaman suara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Temuan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 7 tema: 1) Pengetahuan pendamping mengenai tujuan pendampingan lansia penderita Covid-19 selama isolasi di RS, 2) Perasaan kekeluargaan saat orang tuanya dinyatakan Covid-19, 3) Kondisi lansia setelahnya dinyatakan Covid-19, 4) Aktivitas pendamping saat mendampingi lansia yang mengidap Covid-19, 5) Saat perawat memberikan motivasi kepada lansia yang mengidap Covid-19, 6) Kendala Pendamping Saat Mendampingi Isolasi Lansia di Rumah Sakit, 7) Harapan terhadap Pendamping Agar Mendampingi Lansia penderita Covid-19 Selama Isolasi di Rumah Sakit. Pentingnya menggali pengalaman keluarga dalam mendampingi lansia penderita Covid-19 selama isolasi di rumah sakit untuk memberikan rasa tenang khususnya psikologi sehingga mempercepat kesembuhan lansia. Dengan hadirnya pendampingan dari pihak keluarga lansia penderita Covid-19 selain memiliki rasa tenang dan hilangnya rasa ketakutan semakin menurun, timbulnya harapan atau semangat kembali, ketika diketahui terkena postif Covid-19 dan jika disertai adanya penyakit penyerta. Kegiatan dari anggota keluarga dalam mendampingi selama isolasi yang sangat positif dan berdampak yaitu berkomunikasi terus menerus dengan lansia, memberikan motivasi kepada lansia agar semangat dalam masa pemulihan, memperhatikan asupan gizi dari makanan yang dikonsumsi lansia, berdoa, menonton dan bahkan berkomunikasi melalui telepon atau video call dengan anggota keluarga di rumah lainnya.

Several factors influence the movements and dynamics of bond yields in financial markets. The determination of monetary policy, specifically the decisions regarding interest rates made by central banks, is a critical factor. Moreover, bond yields can be influenced by various factors such as geopolitical events, financial volatility, market sentiment, and investor risk appetite. These factors can impact the demand and supply dynamics in bond markets. This research aims to analyze the influence of Interest Rates, IDR to USD Exchange Rates, Volatility Index (VIX), Gold and Oil Prices on Bond Yields in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data, which consists of time series data from 2019-2023. This research investigates the impact of financial and commodity prices on bond yields in Indonesia by using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model to examine both the long-run correlation and short-run effect. Empirical results found that Interest Rate, Volatility Index (VIX), and Oil Prices have a significant positive influence. Meanwhile, the Gold Price variable has a significant negative influence. This research has several crucial policy implications for investors concerning the national monetary policy, exchange rate fluctuation, and global volatility index to create profitable and sustainable portfolio strategies. Moreover, investment managers and investors should be concerned about the global commodities prices that will affect bond yield performances. This research contributes to the recent literature presenting causal relations of global volatility index (VIX) on Indonesian bond yield.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan literasi lingkungan antara sebelum siswa mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan e-modul mitigasi bencana banjir dengan setelah siswa mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan e-modul mitigasi bencana banjir. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan menggunakan metode one group pretest-posttest design. Peningkatan literasi lingkungan diukur dengan memberikan siswa pretest-posttest. Pretest dilakukan sebelum pembelajaran dengan menggunakan e-modul mitigasi bencana banjir untuk meningkatkan literasi lingkungan siswa. Selanjutnya, setelah selesai dilakukan pembelajaran menggunakan e-modul mitigasi bencana banjir, maka siswa diberikan posttest. Literasi lingkungan siswa pada penelitian ini mencakup tiga domain, yaitu domaian pengetahuan, keterampilan kognitif, dan sikap peduli lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan literasi lingkungan siswa sebelum dan setelah siswa mengikuti pembelajaran dengan e-modul mitigasi bencana banjir, hal ini dilihat dari hasil N-Gain literasi lingkungan keseluruhan sebesar 0.6 dalam kriteria sedang. Selain itu diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dengan penggunaan e-modul mitigasi bencana banjir dalam meningkatkan literasi lingkungan siswa. This article presents how the origin of the Ketoprak Dor art in Central Aceh. This topic is interesting because the change or development of an art scene does not only occur from within the artist's creative process alone, but perhaps by the surrounding factors that influence it. So, a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis method is the choice to investigate this phenomenon. As a result, the Ketoprak Dor art in Central Aceh, to be precise in the gampong (village) of Paya Tumpi - Kebayakan, originates from Deli, North Sumatra. There were two events that prompted its emergence: 1) in the decade of the '50s, the Ketoprak Dor group in Deli performed in Central Aceh, to be precise in Bies District. 2) still in the same decade, there were people from Medan who moved to Bies and brought the Ketoprak Dor musical instrument and wanted to sell it when they got there. Because the Bies residents were unable to make up for it, the Paya Tumpi residents agreed to it and a Ketoprak Dor arts group was formed named Langeng Madio Utomo which later changed its name to Sanggar Ketoprak Rahayu Cipto Rukun in the following decade. Even though they had been on hiatus for three decades (starting in the 1990s), in the past few years the group has been on the mend again. It can be concluded that external factors can change the motive (cause), form or style, to the meaning of the performance.

This research aims to develop the electronic student worksheets (E-LKPD) Pendap Bengkulu based on Discovery Learning as a Learning Media for Additive Material in Science lesson content for class VIII SMP. This study used the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), which was limited to the development stage with limited trials conducted at SMPN 03 Bengkulu City, with a sample of 33 students from class VIII.1. To collect data, several questionnaires were distributed to media experts, material experts, participants, and students. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis techniques using percentage analysis. The results of the research showed that the feasibility test of E-LKPD involving 3 material experts, 2 media experts, and 2 participants resulted in an 92.3% percentage of validation test results, and it can be said that E-LKPD Pendap Bengkulu, which was developed as a learning medium for additive material for junior high school students, was very feasible to use. Analysis of student readability of E-LKPD Pendap Bengkulu as a learning medium for additive material for junior high school students resulted in a percentage of 89.8% readability response, indicating that E-LKPD is very well applied to junior high school students in grade VIII.

The exploration of vegetable tanning's natural resources is fascinating as an alternative to basic chromium sulfate for its natural abundance and considerable environmental impact. In this work, an attempt has been made to extract vegetable tannin from Caesalpinia sappan L. bark using water as a solvent with different levels of temperatures and incubation times. The highest yield efficiency was observed at 80 °C for 4 hours. The presence of tannin content and polyphenolic compounds were screened by the phytochemical analysis using Iron (III) chloride (FeCl3), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and ensured by the thin layer chromatography (TLC), and the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The extracts were then determined by percentage of extract yield, phytochemical, tannin type, moisture, total solids, and tannin characteristics. The findings indicate that the extract of Secang contains 4.98±0.28% total moisture, 95.02 ± 0.28% total solids, and 72.12 ± 2.81% total soluble solids, 52.28 ± 1.79% tannins, and 19.84 ± 1.41% non-tannin. Moreover, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis revealed a clear functional group within Caesalpinia sappan L., as evidenced by the type of tannin that is condensed. The TLC assay exhibited a considerable intensity under UV lights. It included several shades of light blue and blue, which could indicate the presence of secondary metabolites and tannin. Compared to mimosa, as the commercial standard for tanning agents in the leather industry, Caesalpinia sappan L. presents promise as an eco-friendly substitute for basic chromium sulfate and a new alternative source of vegetable tannin for the leather industry.

The 4G LTE technology is widespread in almost all regions in Indonesia, including Solok City in West Sumatra, where this study was conducted. Based on the results of the 1800 MHz frequency drive test, the RSRP value was in the good category (81.44%), but the SINR value was in the poor category (56.96%). Furthermore, the results of the 2100 MHz frequency drive test showed that the RSRP value was in the poor category (58.11%), and the SINR value was also in the poor category (54.62%). These results indicate that the area had poor network quality. Therefore, this study aimed to optimize the Bad Spot Area in Solok City using the Automatic Cell Planning (ACP) method. The ACP method optimization results show that at the 1800 MHz frequency, the value of the ten cells is in the interval -127.84 ≤ RSRP ≤ -99.34. Meanwhile, at the 2100 MHz frequency, the value of the seven cells is in the poor category, which is in the interval -136.39 ≤ RSRP ≤ -111.03. In the 2100 MHz frequency, there is a decrease in RSRP value in the poor cate-gory from 43.27% to 41.85%. SINR parameter optimization results of 2100 MHz frequency, the percentage of a very good category is higher with a value of 51.40% than 44.16% at 1800 MHz frequency.

The aim of this study was to the phenomenon of human trafficking that occurred in the Prophet Yusuf and at this time. Human trafficking is a phenomenon that has occurred long before the Prophet Muhammad was born. This phenomenon has even been experienced by the Prophet Yusuf AS. The Prophet Yusuf was abandoned by his siblings, sold by travelers who found him, and made into slaves by those who bought him. There are two academic problems formulated in this study. First, how is the interpretation of QS. Yusuf [12]: 19-20 in Al-Azhar's interpretation of human trafficking. Second, how is the practice of human trafficking that occurred in the prophet Yusuf and the current era. This type of research is a qualitative research using a library research approach. The results of this study contain two main findings, namely; (1) QS. Yusuf [12] asserts about the crime of human trafficking experienced by the prophet Yusuf. In this case, Prophet Yusuf was sold by a traveler who found him in a well and then sold him at a very low price and made him a slave. (2) The practice of human trafficking that occurred in the prophet Yusuf and the present era has almost the same form. If the prophet Yusuf was treated like a slave, traded and so on, then in the present era such crimes still occur. Tuti Tursilawati as a migrant worker from Indonesia who worked in Saudi Arabia also received cruel treatment from her employer. Tuti was forced to work hard and was not paid, and she was often sexually harassed. Actions like this are a form of trafficking crime in the current era. Introduction: Continuous development in a country automatically makes the country lack vacant land, and reclamation is one way to overcome this problem. Reclamation in its implementation has not been regulated in detail in the 1982 UNLCOS so it can cause problems in the future, such as what happened in the South China Sea where China carried out reclamation in the Spratly archipelago. Purposes of the Research: To find out and analyze reclamation arrangements in the 1982 UNCLOS and the impact of reclamation laws carried out by countries in terms of the 1982 UNCLOS. Methods of the Research: This study uses a normative juridical research type. By using the statutory approach, case approach, and conceptual approach. Management and analysis of legal material in this study use qualitative analysis. Results of the Research: The results showed that the 1982 UNCLOS did not regulate coastal reclamation, but there were several articles in the 1982 UNCLOS that related to coastal reclamation and could be used as a basis, namely Article 11, Article 12, Article 56, and Article 60. The impact of reclamation for the delimitation of sea areas between countries is that the state will take its own way of understanding and interpreting the contents of the convention for its own benefit, one of which is to carry out reclamation which can lead to delimitation disputes, especially in areas where an agreement on territorial boundaries has not been established as happened in reclamation disputes in the Spratly Islands. in the South China Sea by China.

A coil winding machine for water pumps using a monitoring system is a development of conventional winding tools. In regular coil winding tools, the coil winding process is done manually by rotating the handle as many times as the desired number of turns. The conventional winding tools have problems consisting of inconsistent working speed and operator-dependent winding continuity. Undesirable windings can occur with conventional winding tools, and the winding process requires close supervision. Therefore, the automatic coil winding machine was developed to optimize the coil winding process. The machine utilizes a DC motor to rotate the coil rolls, replacing the conventional roller handle function. This machining method uses an optocoupler sensor. The sensor serves to identify and evaluate the rotation of the roller. In addition, the ATmega8 microcontroller was applied to develop a system that can work automatically. Data collection involves varying the number of wire turns and the wire diameter dimension. The variation is necessary because the number of windings and wire diameter affect pump efficiency and performance. The data testing showed a machine accuracy rate of 98%, with a maximum difference of 1 coil winding in the results. This data confirms that the coil winding machine meets the tool's accuracy standards.

Oil palm empty fruit bunches (EFB) is a by-product of processing CPO (Crude Palm Oil) at a palm oil processing factory. The accumulation of Oil Palm EFB waste could cause environmental problems in the future. One of the optimal ways to reuse oil palm EFB waste is to convert it into bio-oil using pyrolysis. Bio-oil contains phenol, acid compounds, and their derivatives with antioxidant and antimicrobial, which makes them suitable for biopesticides. This study aims to produce Bio-Oil by pyrolysis at different temperatures and analyze its characterization for use as a biopesticide. Oil Palm EFB characterization was carried out by measuring the yield and pH and analyzing the Phenol and Acetic Acid compounds in the pyrolysis products at 100oC, 150oC, and 245oC. Yield analysis was carried out by comparing the mass of the Bio-Oil produced with the mass of the Oil Palm EFB raw material used. Phenol was determined using the Folin-Ciocalteu reagent, and absorbance was measured using UV-Vis spectrophotometry, acetic acid was determined using the titrated acid-base method, and pH was measured using a pH meter. The results showed that the parameter of temperature in pyrolysis affected the concentration of the chemical compounds produced. The results showed that the pyrolysis temperature parameter affected the concentration of the chemical compounds produced. Treatment at 150oC- 245oC is the best result due to the parameters that have been analyzed. The characteristics of the Bio-oil produced are a yield of 29.63%-100%, total phenol of 1.04%-3.87%, total acid of 1.12%-2.14%, and a pH value of 4.09 - 4.16. The characteristics of this Bio Oil can be used as a biopesticide that complies with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a crucial nutrient involved in a number of enzymatic processes for tissue healing. Additionally serving as an antioxidant, ascorbic acid is crucial for keeping the immune system strong. It is essential to create a quantitative analytical approach to ascertain ascorbic acid concentration in many samples since its consumption from the daily food should be in the proper quantity. Here, we present a colorimetric probe made of synthetic metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) that changes its color only when samples containing ascorbic acid are present. In this study, phenanthroline served as an organic ligand or linker while copper served as the core metal that formed bonds with it. Cu-Phen MOF color fluctuations at 410 nm (from 408 nm to 412 nm) are linearly related to variations in light absorption. Moreover, as a substitute for spectrophotometry UV-visible, we have created a digital image-based colorimetry. The Cu-Phen MOFs’ color change has the maximum slope and linearity when the blue color intensity is used. The detection limit with high precision of 4.2% under ideal circumstances was 0.1 ppm. The established approach allowed for the exact and accurate assessment of ascorbic acid in genuine samples of star fruit (Averrhoa carambola L.).

An article entitled “Practice of Postdramatic Theater in Indonesia” is an examination of postdramatic theater practices in Indonesia in the 1990s to 2000s in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and even West Sumatra. This practice spawned generations that continue to grow and develop through aesthetics based on performance texts instead of conventional drama texts we are more familiar with. Each theater community, postdramatic or otherwise, typically carries out an in-depth exploration and elaboration of all possible bodies of texts and artistic works used as the main materials for performances. This study uses the qualitative method and two sets of theory: historical theory and postdramatic theater theory. Composition process, structure, and texture of postdramatic theater developed by Hans-Thies Lehmann are centered on the elements of text, space, time, body, and media depicted in the works of SAE Theatre, Grave Theater, Black-and-White Payung Theatre, Garage Theatre, and Black-White Art Community.

Saat ini operator telekomunikasi masih melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanannya. Salah satu metode untuk mengetahui kinerja layanannya ialah dengan melakukan pengukuran kualitas sinyal secara langsung atau biasa disebut drivetest. Drivetest ini dilakukan dengan cara mobility dan menggunakan metode Single Site Verification (SSV) yang dilakukan untuk menverifikasi setiap site apakah dalam kondisi bagus atau tidak. Throughput adalah jumlah informasi yang berhasil dikirim per satuan waktu. Physical Cell Identity (PCI) merupakan kode angka yang membedakan setiap cell atau sektor pada jaringan 4G LTE. Dalam penelitian ini pengukuran kualitas jaringan 4G LTE Indosat berdasarkan parameter Throughput dan PCI sebagai parameter utama yang diamati, lalu parameter SINR, RSRQ dan RSRP sebagai parameter pendukung. Pengukuran kualitas throughput jaringan 4G LTE Indosat untuk site 01JKS504 bisa dikatakan sangat bagus. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai tiap parameter yang diperoleh dari drivetest. Pada parameter Throughput sudah memiliki nilai yang sangat bagus dengan indikator KPI berwarna biru(10.000 sampai 100.000 Kbps) untuk coverage area disekitar site. Pada parameter RSRP sangat baik (-80 sampai 0 dBm) dan RSRQ memiliki nilai yang sangat bagus dengan indikator KPI dominan berwarna biru(-10dB sampai 0 dB) untuk coverage area disekitar site. Pada parameter SINR memiliki nilai yang kurang bagus dengan indikator KPI berwarna kuning(0 sampai 13 dB) untuk coverage area disekitar site.

IoT devices can range from smart home devices such as thermostats and security systems to industrial control systems used in manufacturing and other industries. One focus of the IoT-based monitoring and control concept is monitoring and controlling water heaters based on IoT technology to support the creation of a smart home. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can control and monitor water heaters remotely using the Android Studio application so that the water temperature in the heater can be ensured for safety, comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency. The system is designed using temperature sensors and water flow sensors, and then the data is processed with the NodeMCU microcontroller and then sent to the Firebase website to be displayed on the application. The application built can set a large amount of water and heat it to the desired temperature before sending it to Firebase and then to NodeMCU. The result of this research is an application that is able to control and monitor a water heater with an average measurement difference of 0.38 liters and an average error percentage of 7.11% The relay control system in the application has an average delay time of 3.6 seconds.

Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh (PPNP) is a vocational college that has been operating for more than 30 years and has the potential to develop its management status from a state university as a working unit (PTN-Satker) to a state higher education institution of public service agency (PTN-BLU). The main objective of this study is to provide an overview of the risk owner management strategy, related to the operational sustainability risk. As for risk; finance, reputation, and law/regulation are not discussed. The Risk and Control Self Assessment Method (RCSA) is used in the analysis referring to ISO 31000:2018 – Risk Management. The results showed that of the seven potential operational risks, under current conditions there is one risk that is in the yellow zone (moderate risk), but after it is mitigated, it is expected within 3 years of the preparation of the PPNP to be PTN-BLU, the risk of such infrastructure failure can be reduced through the construction according to the needs and centralized educational facilities.

QS. al-An'ām [6]:108 contains the prohibition of insulting and degrading the worship of other religions. The purpose of this prohibition is to prevent the polytheists from insulting Allah in return for the insults made by the Muslims. The content of this verse suggests several principles of tolerance that need to be known and practiced by a plural society. This paper aimed to examine the verse in the framework of thematic interpretation and its correlation with the principles of tolerance in the Indonesian context. This research is a library research using thematic interpretation method. The focus of the theme in this study was the principle of tolerance implied in QS. al-An'ām [6]:108 which is then associated with the Indonesian context. The author can conclude three principles of tolerance based on this verse; First, not to defame the worship of other religions. Second, recognizing the existence of other religions. Third, preaching with good words. In the context of Indonesia, which consists of a plural society, these three principles are very important to maintain the harmony of religious life in the midst of the onslaught of various intolerant individuals and groups.

The goal of this study was to look at students' motivation for English studying at Cendana Senior High School in Pekanbaru. The researchers utilized a descriptive quantitative technique. There were 113 pupils in third grade, divided into four classrooms. The researchers employed a purposive selection strategy to choose 30 pupils from this group. The researchers employed questionnaires to collect data. According to the study's results, the degree of blended-learning students' English learning motivation was 73,2%, indicating that the students were well motivated. In this study, the instrumental factor was found to be the most crucial component in students' motivation for English blended learning. Blended learning is fascinating to the instructor and students because it allows them to exercise English in several ways. Students can learn not only by seeing and hearing the instructor in front of the class on a chalkboard but also by the teacher's excitement and personal characteristics. Students may get more engaged in studying English through various techniques, and they may also exercise their knowledge through blended learning. There might be other explanations from films or music.

Salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah industri rumah makan. Rumah makan berskala menengah dan besar di Indonesia pada tahun 2011 tercatat sebanyak 2.977 perusahaan. Saat ini limbah minyak dan lemak rumah makan dibuang saja ke selokan dengan mengalir ke perairan umum bersama dengan limbah rumah makan lainnnya. Dimana limbah minyak dan lemak rumah makan sangat merusak lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh faktor pengetahuan terhadap pengelolaan limbah minyak dan lemak pada rumah makan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Data yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 67 rumah makan. Sampel penelitian adalah 50% dari jumlah populasi yaitu berjumlah 35 pelaku usaha rumah makan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analsisi data menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa koefisien regresi variabel pengetahuan mempunyai nilai koefisien positif dan besarnya adalah 0,504, nilai t hitung untuk variabel pengetahuan adalah 3,297 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003. Maka faktor pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan limbah minyak dan limbah.rumah makan di Kota Padang. Bagi pemilik rumah makan di harapkan agar melakukan pengelolaan limbah sebelum limbah minyak dan lemak di buang ke tempat pembuangan akhir dan melengkapi sarana dan prasarana hygiene sanitasi di rumah makan.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of peer guidance and the results of peer guidance in preventing student sexual deviation. This type of research is field research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach method. From the results of research in the field, it is illustrated that the peer guidance process carried out at MAN Curup has been carried out by members of PIK-R Kasturi. The results of peer guidance activities carried out at MAN Curup in order to prevent free sex in MAN Curup. Guidance activities are carried out in accordance with what is planned or determined. MAN Curup students trust the guidance of their peers. Peer guidance in guiding strongly holds the principles and principles of guidance, and the time used in guiding can be adjusted to existing conditions, and from the implementation of peer guidance the results achieved are that most students understand and are able to apply what has been obtained from peer guidance.

ABSTRAK Pengolahan tanah menjadi faktor penting terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi, dimana proses pengolahan yang baik akan menghasilkan pertumbuhan yang optimal. Metode lintasan lintasan hand traktor pada saat pembajakan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan keadaan tanah yang baik bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan lintasan hand traktor dan bajak terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan sawah Desa Paloh Tungoh, Kecamatan Keumala, Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama, Lintasan (L0: tanpa lintasan, L1: 3 lintasan dan L2: 5 lintasan) dan faktor kedua, penggunaan bajak (B0: tanpa bajak dan B1: menggunakan bajak). Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman 15, 30, 45 dan 60 HST, jumlah anakan 15 dan 30 HST, panjang akar dan berat gabah basah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan 3 kali lintasan (L1) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah anakan 15 dan 30 HST, panjang akar dan berat gabah basah, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman padi umur 15, 30, 45 dan 60 HST dengan nilai terendah pada perlakuan L1 dan L2. Penggunaan bajak (B1) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman padi umur 15, 30, 45 dan 60 HST, jumlah anakan umur 15 dan 39 HST, panjang akar dan berat gabah basah. Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan lintasan traktor dan penggunaan bajak terhadap panjang akar dengan perlakuan terbaik dijumpai pada L1 dan B1. ABSTRACT Soil cultivation is an important factor in the growth and production of rice plants, where a good processing process will produce optimal growth. The trajectory method at the time of plowing is one of the efforts to create good soil conditions for plant growth. This study aims to determine the effect of trajectory and plow treatment on rice growth and yield. The research was carried out in the Paddy Fields of PalohTungoh village, Keumala District, Pidie Regency. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the track (L0: no track, L1: 3 passes and L2: 5 passes) and the second factor is the use of plows (B0: no plow and B1: using plow). Parameters observed were plant height 15, 30, 45 and 60 DAP, number of tillers 15 and 30 DAP, root length and wet grain weight. The results showed that the treatment of 3 passes (L1) had a very significant effect on the number of tillers 15 and 30 DAP, root length and wet grain weight, but had no significant effect on the height of rice plants aged 15, 30, 45 and 60 DAP with the lowest value at L1 and L2 treatments. The use of plow (B1) had a very significant effect on the height of rice plants aged 15, 30, 45 and 60 DAP, the number of tillers aged 15 and 39 DAP, root length and wet grain weight. There is an interaction between tractor trajectory treatment and the use of plows on root length with the best treatment found at L1 and B1.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (P2M) ini telah dilaksanakan untuk guru-guru SMA yang tergabung dalam MGMP Kimia Jakarta Timur 1, DKI Jakarta pada tanggal 1 september 2022 di SMAN 61 Jakarta. Program pelatihan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pendahuluan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pada tahap pendahuluan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan berupa pengumpulan data mengenai perlunya mengembangkan bahan ajar kinetika kimia dan termokimia selama pandemi COVD-19 bagi guru-guru SMA di Wilayah Jakarta Timur DKI Jakarta. Tahap kedua, tahap Pelaksanaan, dimana program pelatihan dilaksanakan secara hybrid yaitu berupa online dan offline training menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi, penugasan, dan pengamatan terhadap keterampilan peserta pelatihan. Pada tahap ketiga atau disebut tahap evaluasi. Evaluasi program pelatihan dilakukan secara menyeluruh terhadap unsur materi, pelatih, dan peserta pelatihan. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru SMA dalam menyampaikan materi bahan ajr kinetika kimia dan termokimia kepada peserta didik. Selain itu juga terlihat ada beberapa guru yang secara inovatif memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai bahan pembelajaran di sekolah untuk peserta didik.

Tujuan pengobatan adalah untuk mendapatkan kesembuhan, maka diperlukan pengetahuan yang cukup. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Masyarakat terkait penggunaan obat untuk swamedikasi nyeri haid dan nyeri gigi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan ceramahdan dialog 2 arah dengan Masyarakat remaja. Pengukuran pengetahuan dilakukan dengan kuesioneryang dibuat dalam g-form kepada28 responden. Pengetahuan yang diukur adalah tindakan mengatasi nyeri dan jenis obat yang digunakan untuk swamedikasi. Hasil menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan dengan kategori cukup dan baik, dan pada saat pengukuran postes, tidak ada responden dengan kategori kurang.

Halal consumption along with orders to stay away from satanic steps. This connotatively means that Allah SWT wants humans to be physically and spiritually healthy. Historically, this verse is related to the culture of Arab society which considers certain animals as sacred animals. They equate their position with the idols that are worshiped. This verse came down to rectify this wrong view

Metode yang diterapkan ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan langkah studi pustaka, mengamati, menganalisis, dan memahami film di atas berdasarkan rumusan konsep-konsep yang terangkum dalam istilah “sistem”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa “sistem” yang capaiannya ialah aktor psiko-fisikal, mampu melenturkan gerak tubuh, ekspresi, serta membuat artikulasi dan intonasi dialog terasa dinamis, tidak histrionik. Bagi Daniel Day-Lewis, suara menjadi cerminan pribadi yang mendalam dari karakter. Background: The application of phytoremediation by utilizing plants has been used to control oil pollution in waters. One of the plants that can act as a phytoremediator is the hyacinth because this plant can reduce various pollutants including petroleum hydrocarbons. This study aims to study the reduction ability of petroleum hydrocarbons at different concentrations including improving water quality. Methods: This research used an experimental method implementing a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor, namely TPH concentration with five treatment levels and three replications. The treatments were as follows E1 (10 mg/L), E2 (30 mg/L), E3 (50 mg/L), E4 (70 mg/L), and E5 (90 mg/L), and E0 (control) was carried out only at the highest concentration (90 mg/L), aiming to see whether there was a TPH reduction process without plants. Maintenance of water hyacinth was carried out in media with salinity (3 ppt). Observations were made for 14 days, with measurements of TPH and leaf chlorophyll content observed at D-1, D-7 and D-14. While water quality parameters such as temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen were observed every 2 days Results: The results showed that the hyacinth plant was able to reduce hydrocarbon in terms of total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) by 79% while it was only between 17–27% naturally without the hyacinth. The reduction of TPH in the water was in line with the decrease of chlorophyll in the leaves of hyacinths, and it was followed by the increase of dissolved oxygen in the water media. Conclusions: In conclusion, hyacinths can reduce petroleum hydrocarbons and they can improve the water quality as well. Futhermore, water hyacinth which are commonly found in freshwater can be used as phytoremediatiors in coastal area; its application in coastal areas requires futher study

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah berdampak positif terhadap cara baru untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran dan memberikan umpan balik kepada siswa melalui e-assessment. Namun, penyusunan e-assessment yang efisien di level sekolah menenah atas membutuhkan pelatihan. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penyusunan soal interaktif menggunakan platform e-ujian bagi guru-guru kimia di Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta. Peserta adalah 61 guru kimia dari 10 SMA di Jakarta Timur. Pelatihan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 8 September 2022 secara hybrid. Keberhasilan pelatihan dievaluasi menggunakan survey dan dibagikan diakhir kegiatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengonstruksi soal-soal dengan bantuan teknologi. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan alternatif solusi bagi guru kimia untuk memudahkan mereka dalam melakukan penilaian. Mitra mengharapkan adanya keberlanjutan program ini.

In this research, the electrooxidation of ethanol was catalyzed using Zn-doped Cu2O-Cu/CoNi heterostructure syntesized using an electrodeposition method. Potential deposition of CoNi cocatalyst was varied to obtain the highest photoelectrochemical performance and photocatalytic activity of Zn-doped Cu2O-Cu/CoNi. The photoelectrochemical properties and photocatalytic activity investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, linear sweep voltammetry, and cyclic voltammetry. The increase of deposition potential from -1.3 V to -1.75 V increased the ethanol oxidation reaction. Zn-doped Cu2O-Cu/CoNi -1.75 V electrode showed superior photocatalytic activity for the ethanol electrooxidation compared to other electrodes. This photocatalyst showed a high photocurrent density of 22.47 mA/cm2. Moreover, cyclic voltammetry tests up to 100 cycles indicated that CoNi deposition potential at -2 V increased the long-term stability of the photocatalyst against the poisoning species than other electrodes. The fraction of CoNi enhanced CO tolerance and contributed to the higher specific activity towards ethanol electrooxidation. An excess number of CoNi at -2 V was found to decrease photocatalytic activity but increase the photostability of the material.

Background: HIV/AIDS is a global health problem, including in Indonesia. PLWHA's access to health services has not been evenly distributed. Only about 63% of PLWHA received initial antiretroviral therapy, 18% died, and 25.4% experienced drug withdrawal. Therefore, research is needed to determine the factors influencing the access of PLWHA to health services. Objective: This study aims to determine the factors related to access to health facilities in Indonesia for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Indonesia. Methods: This study uses secondary data from the 2017 IDHS. The case group was PLWHA, who had not visited a healthcare provider in the last six months. The control group was PLWHA patients who visited a healthcare provider during the last six months. The variables were the patient's and their partner's education level, types of residence, occupation, health insurance, type of health facility, and access to health facilities in the last six months. Multivariate analysis was performed by logistic regression. Results:The PLWHA access to health services was not significantly related to education level, spouse's education level, type of residence, occupation, and type of health insurance (p-value >0.05). The access is significantly related to the health facility types (OR= 4.04; 95% CI 1.173-13.955). Conclusion: The factor determining access to health services for PLWHA in Indonesia is the type of health facility. The government must make various efforts to improve the quality of facilities and services in all health facilities types to increase the number of PLWHA who undergo tests and therapy.

Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology is an unmodulated wireless digital communication system that uses an extremely short duration pulse to transmit information bit. Because of this pulse, the UWB system needs a very wide bandwidth. Federal Communication Commission (FCC) has regulated the 3.1 – 10.6 GHz frequency spectrum for UWB. Since FCC released this frequency, many research in telecommunication have been done on UWB systems. One of them is a development of an Antenna that is suitable for UWB devices. UWB antenna characteristics require FCC band, omnidirectional radiation pattern, and compact size. In order to meet these needs, an antenna with a simple structure in the form of a monopole patch antenna with a similar patch size and ground width has been designed. The antenna is built on an FR4 – epoxy substrate material, with 4.4 dielectric constant and 1.6 mm thickness. The antenna feeding structure consists of two 100 Ω and 50 Ω lines with a wideband impedance matching scheme using tapered side and tapered transformers. The antenna design and optimization processes are conducted using electromagnetic simulation software, and measurements are carried out in an anechoic chamber. Simulation and measurement results show good agreement, and the antenna can work at frequencies 3.5 - 11.3 GHz with a gain of 1.5 – 3.25 dBi and stable omnidirectional radiation patterns. The antenna has dimensions of 27 × 8 × 1.6 mm, which are smaller than the antenna reported in the last research and suitable to be applied on various UWB devices.

The leaves of the temurui (Murraya koenigii (Linn.) Spreng) plant has long been known and used by Indonesian and even Asian people as a traditional medicine to treat stomach aches and diabetes. This study aimed to determine the secondary metabolite profile of the methanol extract of M. koenigii leaves. Murraya koenigii leaves fine powder was extracted in stages using n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and methanol. Each extract was prepared using a mixture of water, formic acid, acetonitrile, and formic acid, then injected into the UPLC-QTof-MS/MS tool, then analyzed with Masslynx and ChemSpider software. The results showed that the metabolite profile of the methanol extract of M. koenigii leaves contained 13 compounds, including phenolic, steroid, and alkaloid groups. Those compounds could be tested to identify their bioactivity.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PPM) ini dilaksanakan untuk guru-guru IPA di Wilayah Kacamatan Tarumajaya Bekasi. Adapun capaian yang diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan adalah terjadinya peningkatan kualitas penilaian guru-guru IPA dalam mengonstruksi soal-soal interaktif menggunakan program Wondershare Quiz Creator. Program pelatihan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pendahuluan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pada tahap pendahuluan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan berupa pengumpulan data mengenai perlunya mengonstruksi alat penilaian interaktif selama pandemi COVD-19 bagi guru-guru di Wilayah Kecamatan Tarumajaya Bekasi. Tahap kedua, tahap Pelaksanaan, dimana program pelatihan yang ditawarkan berupa online training menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi, penugasan, dan pengamatan terhadap keterampilan peserta pelatihan. Pada tahap ketiga atau disebut tahap evaluasi. Evaluasi program pelatihan dilakukan secara menyeluruh terhadap unsur materi, pelatih, dan peserta pelatihan. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 20 guru. Secara umum hasil pengamatan dan evaluasi dari peserta, kegiatan ini mendapat respon yang positif dari peserta

In order to realize sustainable palm oil plantations and to overcome negative impacts of it, Indonesian government has required Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certification to palm oil plantation companies. After 10 years of implementation, it is important to know the impact of ISPO certification on environmental behavior of palm oil plantation companies, especially related to deforestation and land fires. Using qualitative method, this study investigates environmental behavior changes in seven palm oil plantation company related to deforestation, and land fires as results of ISPO certification and to analyze the cause of the changes. This study showed that the implementations of ISPO certification are able to change the company's environmental behavior to reduce forest conversion in concession areas and increase conservation areas as a fulfillment of ISPO principles and criteria. The change of those company’s environmental behavior caused by the pressure to issue ISPO regulation, the influence of the company's internal stakeholders in responding and understanding ISPO, and encouragement to get easy finance access from banks.

The emergence of the Islamic populism movement marked by the "212 Movement" is one of the reasons why the Indonesian Muslim middle class is interesting to be discussed again. Studies on the Muslim middle class in Indonesia have basically been carried out since the 1970s until now. With the abundance of literature on the Muslim middle class in Indonesia, on this basis this article aims to map out existing studies of the Muslim middle class. This article is a meta-analysis study that uses a literature study approach. Literature such as journals and articles are collected through online tools such as google and publis or perish 7 by searching using two keywords namely “Indonesian Middle Class” and “Indonesian Muslim Middle Class”. This study finds that there are three patterns of study of the Muslim middle class in Indonesia: first, the study of the politics of the Muslim middle class; the second is a study of the ideology of the Muslim middle class in Indonesia; The third study is about the lifestyle of the Muslim middle class. There were 12 articles that discussed the politics of the Muslim middle class in Indonesia. For the study of the ideology of the Muslim middle class found as many as 5 articles. Meanwhile, 39 articles were found discussing the lifestyle of the Muslim middle class in Indonesia. In the end, this study concludes that the study of the Muslim middle class in Indonesia is more dominant in discussing behavioral aspects than theoretical and conceptual aspects.

Produktifitas jagung di Papua masih tergolong sangat rendah yakni kurang dari 1,8 ton/ha. Produksi jagung dapat ditingkatkan dengan penambahan areal tanam maupun introduksi teknologi yang tepat. Namun, inovasi teknologi tidak bisa memberikan hasil terbaik jika penanaman dilakukan di lahan yang kurang sesuai, sehingga kesesuaian lahan merupakan kunci penting dalam meningkatkan produktifitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi kesesuaian lahan tanaman jagung di Kabupaten Biak Numfor, Papua. Penelitian dilakukan tahun 2015 menggunakan pendekatan penginderaan jauh dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Data yang digunakan meliputi Citra satelit Landsat 7, Peta RBI digital skala 1:50.000 BIG, Peta Geologi, dan Digital Elevation Model (DEM). Penelitian ini terdari dari 3 tahap, tahap pertama adalah analisis parameter kesesuaian lahan, meliputi iklim, topografi dan tanah. Tahap kedua yaitu pengamatan lapang, pengambilan sampel dan analisis tanah. Analisis tanah meliputi sifat fisik-kimia tanah lengkap. Tahap ketiga yakni penilaian kesesuaian lahan menggunakan kerangka FAO (1976), pengolahannya menggunakan program Sistem Penilaian Kesesuaian Lahan (SPKL) Versi 1. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lahan di Kabupaten Biak Numfor, Papua, potensial untuk pengembangan tanaman jagung, dengan lahan potensial seluas 27.951 atau 12,76% dari total luas lahan Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Lahan sesuai meliputi lahan sangat sesuai (S1) seluas 6.777 ha (3,09%), lahan cukup sesuai (S2) seluas 1.733 ha (0,79%) dan lahan sesuai marginal (S3) seluas 19.441 ha (8,87%). Budidaya tanaman jagung di lahan yang sesuai diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas tanaman jagung di Kabupaten Biak Numfor, Papua.

The study aimed to describe the impact of guided inquiry-based student worksheets on improving the scientific process skills in simple machine materials. This research method uses pre-experimental with the design of one group pretest and posttest. The research targeted samples were students in grade eight junior high schools, 40 Surabaya, Indonesia. The data was obtained by experimental methods with an instrument learning plan, student worksheet, learning implementation sheet, pretest and posttest sheet, and student response questionnaire analyzed in quantitative descriptions. The study results showed that the implementation of learning during two meetings got an average of very good and practical criteria. The target skills are the science process involved in formulating problems, identifying variables, hypothesizing, experimenting, analyzing, concluding, and communicating data. An improvement occurs in professional, scientific process skills. The average N-Gain value obtained 0,75 from the pretest and posttest, categorized as high and effective. The students gave an 88.8% response which was categorized as very good. In conclusion, learning by using guided inquiry-based student works can improve science process skills on simple machine materials.

Fiber optik adalah media transmisi yang memenuhi persyaratan dengan kapasitas bandwidth yang besar. Penggunaannya pada jaringan Fiber To The Home (FTTH) dapat secara efektif mengirimkan berbagai jenis konten digital, termasuk suara, video, dan data. Hal ini memungkinkan penyediaan layanan Triple Play yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa perbandingan antara pengukuran jaringan FTTH yang dilakukan di lapangan dengan hasil simulasi yang didapat melalui Software OptiSystem. Performansi sistem jaringan FTTH ditentukan dari perhitungan parameter rise time budget agar sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan, dengan nilai maksimal 0,219 ns. Nilai Bit Error Rate pada simulasi harus memenuhi standar yang dipersyaratkan maksimal 10-9, dan nilai SNR minimal 21,5 dB. Hasil simulasi menggunakan software Optisystem menunjukkan bahwa rise time budget didapat dengan perhitungan 00.0050438404 ns menjadi 0.00527393627 ns, nilai tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat tidak melebihi 0.219 ns, untuk nilai Bit Error Rate dari hasil simulasi 2.71856x10-49 dan 2.27036x10-65 nilai tersebut memenuhi syarat kelayakan tidak melebihi 10-9 . Nilai SNR 50,053279 dB hingga 50,050211 dB sudah memenuhi standar SNR minimal yang disyaratkan yaitu 21,5 dB. Hasil penelitian ini layak karena berada diatas nilai yang distandarkan pada jaringan FTTH dengan teknologi Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON).

Water is a very important element for the life of living things. Like plants need water to grow. There are many verses that talk about water in the Quran. In Arabic, water is called the word “al-maa”. This research was conducted to find out the meaning and nature of water in the Qur'an from a scientific perspective and the methods of the mufassirs in interpreting the Kauniyyah verses. This research is library research using the thematic interpretation method (thematic), namely collecting verses of the Qur’an related to water, conducting an analysis with the interpretation of tahlili, and then draw conclusions. The results obtained in this study are water in Arabic is called the word “almanac” It turns out that water is mentioned in the Qur'an 63 times in 41 surah, and has different kinds according to the type and benefits. The method used by the mufassir to interpret the Kauniyyah verses is to pay attention to linguistic rules, verse correlation, established scientific facts, and use a thematic approach.

The attack on the twin towers of the World Trade Center (WTC) on September 11, 2011 in New York, United States caused madrasas to be considered Islamic schools that gave birth to a radical generation. Madrasas' efforts to improve this negative image by improving the quality of education, especially 10 years after the incident, have succeeded in making Madrasas the schools of choice for students in Indonesia. This study focuses on analyzing the rise of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the city of Pekanbaru, especially on students' mastery of knowledge for the last 4 years (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) by means of spatial analysis. The progress of science in Madrasas can be seen from the mapping of the value of knowledge, especially in the downtown area which is complete with various facilities and activity centers in Pekanbaru. The performance of some madrasas is almost the same as SMA in terms of mastery of knowledge. This study leads to an important analysis that the Pekanbaru madrasa as a Muslim-majority city has succeeded in making madrasas the main choice of parents to equip their children with religious and scientific education, which indirectly proves that madrasas do not provide space for the formation of radical Islamic generations, on the contrary. Madrasas have succeeded in forming a generation of Muslims who have good religious and scientific knowledge

The fact that some businesses will always be loyal to the government is the foundation of the statistical modeling theory that aims to predict the annual zakat income in five and ten years. Holt Winter's statistical modeling of two variables will be used to guarantee accurate forecasting. It accurately generates comparable annual data for the three nations. Likewise, that might act as a strong starting point for using measurable displaying to gauge the zakat gathered in the resulting five and a decade. The zakat revenue will continue to significantly rise in each nation as the study concludes. This result also indirectly demonstrated that businesses in every nation will be able to combine zakat as a blessing without experiencing deflation in Southeast Asia

Zakat is a form of almsgiving which is collected by the Muslim Ummah. It is considered in Islam to be a religious obligation, and in terms of importance in Quranic standing, it is next in line after prayer. Zakat is thus a way for the people to channel their wealth to those who are less fortunate. Zakat is due for a Muslim when one's Zakatable wealth increases to a minimum threshold or nisab and also once a lunar year or hawl passes while one's Zakatable wealth withstands the lowest threshold. A Muslim only pays Zakat when they have been in possession of the nisab (minimum amount of wealth) for a period of at least a full lunar year. The payment of Zakat is strongly influenced by the value of individual religiosity as a basic form of attitude and knowledge to show obedience. The emergence of a policy to pay Zakat can help to reduce taxes for taxpayers in Indonesia, which is one of the efforts made to grow the productivity of Zakat. Zakat and taxes are very dependent on their management, but from a legal perspective, their implementation must be kept separate. This research examines how a person's religiosity affects compliance in paying Zakat, which can increase tax revenues in Medan. Qualitative research methods with a desk research approach were used. The study results show that the value of religiosity dramatically influences the people of Medan to pay Zakat. Religiosity is variously interpreted as worship that encourages paying Zakat, thus giving rise to different characteristics in attitude, willingness, and compliance to pay taxes. In implementing the policy of paying Zakat to cut taxes, many people still need to know more about it. The role of Zakat institutions still needs to be improved in providing socialization and creating greater awareness thereof. This raises an attitude of trust in paying Zakat to institutions close to their environment compared to institutions recognized by the government. This condition arises because of the high value of religiosity, which is more concerned with distributing Zakat than administrative issues so that it can be recognized as a tax reduction. Meanwhile, the moral community tends to emphasize the community's religiosity value as a basis for compliance in paying Zakat.
