子宫内膜癌(EC)是女性最常见的生殖道恶性肿瘤,目前临床对EC患者应用的"二元分类"法临床重复性差,无法准确预测EC患者预后实现精准治疗。随着基因组学和二代测序的发展,癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)项目对EC患者进行了分子水平的重分类,将其分为POLE超突变型、微卫星不稳定性超突变型、低拷贝数型和高拷贝数型。TCGA分子分型使EC分类从单纯的病理形态学分类转向结合免疫特点以及分子改变的分类方法,使临床治疗更加精准化、个体化,对临床医生具有重大意义。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
