Objective: To explore the construction and application of the multi-course evaluation system of Pathogen Biology and Immunology under the mode of online and offline mixed teaching. Methods: A total of 104 students from two classes of clinical major of Grade 2022 in Quanzhou Medical College were studied, and combined online and offline teaching mode was adopted for teaching. A curriculum evaluation system was constructed, including process evaluation, assessment evaluation and summative evaluation. Selfefficacy, self-learning ability, course questionnaire and other aspects were statistically analyzed before and after the course. Results: The students' normal grades could be reflected objectively by the new curriculum assessment and evaluation system. The final comprehensive grades were better, and the course passing rate was higher. The paired t-test analysis demonstrated statistically significant improvements in students' learning motivation, learning management, and self-efficacy after the course（ P<0.05）. However, the differences in information literacy and cooperation ability were not statistically significant compared with those before the course （P>0.05）. Course questionnaire survey found that 89.4% students had a high evaluation of the new course evaluation system, which was conducive to promoting learning. Conclusion: The newly constructed curriculum assessment system is more scientific and reasonable, which is conducive to improving students' self-efficacy and autonomous learning ability, and promoting students' learning. Objective To predict the novel microRNA in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and healthy control (NC) groups by building the spectrum of the novel microRNA different expression. Then to analyze the functions of Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) of the target genes which come from differently expressed novel microRNA. Methods We obtained the total RNA by high-throughput sequencing technology; then the total RNA was subjected to length distribution, genome mapping, RNA annotation, common and specific sequences accounted. We used Mireap software to predict novel microRNA and made a comparison of novel microRNA between the two groups. Afterwards, we used Targetscan software to predict the target genes which came from differently expressed novel microRNA. By DAVID functional annotation software, we could identify the target genes participating in GO enrichment and KEGG pathway function. Results Sixty-one significantly differently expressed novel microRNAs were found, including 43 up-regulated and 18 down-regulated ones. The target genes from differently expressed novel microRNA mainly participated in cellular binding, cellular organelle membrane, and cellular metabolic process of GO enrichment. For the KEGG pathways, the target genes mainly concentrated on the focal adhesion pathway. Conclusion There is a different expression of novel microRNA between SLE and NC groups. The target genes from differently-expressed novel microRNA may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE and clinical symptoms and may be the unique target for further research.
