SiGeSn ternary alloys are hot materials for making silicon-based lasers currently due to their larger lattice and bandgap variation range compared with Group-Ⅳ binary alloys. In this paper, the first-principles methods based on density functional theory (DFT) were used to comprehensively and accurately study the lattice structure, electronic structure and optical properties of SiGeSn. Combined with quasi-random approximation and hybrid functional band gap correction, the lattice constants, band structure, density of states and optical properties of Si1-x-y Gex Sny with different concentrations were calculated. Firstly, the variation law of lattice constant and bowing factor of SiGeSn were studied, and the solving schemes for the problems caused by mismatch and compressive strains for GeSn binary alloys were provided. Secondly, the band structures of SiGeSn and GeSn alloys were comparatively studied, and the microscopic mechanism of the effects on bandgap when alloying Si in GeSn was analyzed. Finally, the optical properties of SiGeSn and GeSn alloys such as dielectric function spectrum, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, reflectivity, refractive index and emissivity were comparatively studied. The results show the variation law of the lattice constant bowing factor is consistent with that of the electronegativity difference for SiGeSn, and Si-p electronic state is the most important contribution to the change of band gap. Compared to GeSn alloy with the same Sn concentration, SiGeSn can maintain the direct band gap characteristics and its band gap and light absorption wavelength have a wider variation range. Therefore, compared with GeSn alloy, SiGeSn has greater potential and advantages in the field of broadening the application wavelength of silicon-based high-efficiency light sources and photodetectors. Hastelloy C-276 samples with different initial grain sizes were subjected to one-step and two-step annealing heat treatments after cold-rolling process and their grain boundary character distributions (GBCDs) were characterized by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) techniques. The results show that the large-sized initial grains tend to optimize the GBCD. Compared with that in the small-sized grain ones， the fraction of coincident site lattice (CSL) boundary in Hastelloy C-276 samples with large-sized initial grains increases nearly 10%， which is up to 78.8%. Meanwhile， the clusters with average size of 200μm are formed. For the samples with same-sized grains， the GBCD can be well improved by the two-step annealing treatment， where the fraction of ∑3n boundaries can be increased significantly and the better clusters can be formed. The more incoherent ∑3 boundaries， the more ∑9 and ∑27 boundaries can be generated， leading to the more triple junctions. 旨在为脂肪酸高产菌株的筛选和构建奠定理论基础，研究谷氨酸棒杆菌脂肪酸合成酶A（FasA）对大肠杆菌脂肪酸合成的影响，利用生物信息学软件预测分析了FasA的性质并构建过表达载体pXMJ19-fasA，转化至大肠杆菌进行表达,对表达诱导剂异丙基-β-D-硫代吡喃半乳糖苷（IPTG）浓度进行考察，并测定了异源表达后的脂肪酸组成。结果表明，重组菌株在IPTG浓度为1 mmol/L下诱导20 h，棕榈油酸和油酸产量分别达到1.735、2.325 mg/g，与对照菌株相比分别提高了53.95%和59.68%。研究结果说明FasA对大肠杆菌合成棕榈油酸和油酸有促进作用。 In order to lay a theoretical foundation for screening and constructing fatty acid high-yielding strains, the effects of Corynebacterium glutamicum fatty acid synthase A (FasA) on the synthesis of fatty acids in E. coli were studied, the properties of FasA were predicted and analyzed using bioinformatics software, moreover the overexpression vector pXMJ19-fasA was constructed and transformed into E. coli for expression, the concentration of expression inducer isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside (IPTG) was investigated and the fatty acid composition after heterologous expression was determined.The results showed that when the recombinant strain was induced under the IPTG concentration of 1 mmol/L for 20 h，the yield of palmitoleic acid and oleic acid reached 1.735，2.325 mg/g ，which increased by 53.95% and 59.68% respectively compared with the control strain. Objective To investigate the related symptoms, symptom cluster and influencing factors among patients with gynecological cancer during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 430 inpatients with gynecological cancer treated by chemotherapy were investigated by using the General Information Questionnaire and Chinese version of M. D. Anderson Symptom Inventory (MDASI). Results There were many symptoms in gynecological cancer patients during chemotherapy. The top three symptom incidence were vomiting (91. 86%), drowsiness (90. 70%) and fatigue (90. 00%). The top three incidence of symptomatic distress were walking (76. 74%), interpersonal (76. 30%) and emotion (72. 79%). Four symptom groups were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, namely emotional symptom cluster, disease symptom cluster, fatigue symptom cluster and digestive tract symptom cluster. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that metastasis, family monthly income, recurrence, expected hospital stay, number of chemotherapy, chemotherapy regimen, tumor staging and work status were the influencing factors of symptoms. Conclusion There are many symptoms in gynecological cancer patients during chemotherapy. Clinical nurses should start from the point of view of symptom cluster, and provide effective symptoms management measures for patients, to improve their quality of life. 乙酰辅酶A羧化酶是谷氨酸棒杆菌中调控脂肪酸合成的关键酶。为了研究乙酰辅酶A羧化酶α亚基（accBC）基因对脂肪酸合成的影响，以accBC表达的菌株重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC为材料，研究了诱导剂异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷（IPTG）浓度、培养时间、培养温度对重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC脂肪酸产量的影响，并通过响应面法优化了重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC产脂肪酸的培养条件，同时与原始菌株脂肪酸产量进行了对比。结果表明：重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC产脂肪酸的最佳条件为诱导剂浓度1 mmol/L 、培养时间20 h、培养温度32 ℃，在此条件下脂肪酸产量为34.56 mg/g（以菌体干质量计），比原始菌株提高了1.68倍。说明乙酰辅酶A羧化酶α亚基对于谷氨酸棒杆菌合成脂肪酸有促进作用。 Acetyl-CoA carboxylase is a key enzyme regulating fatty acid synthesis in Corynebacterium glutamicum. In order to study the effect of acetyl-CoA carboxylase α subunit (accBC) gene on fatty acid synthesis,the recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum G-BC(expression strain of accBC) was used as raw material, the effects of inducer(isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside,IPTG) concentration, culture time and culture temperature on the yield of fatty acid were studied. Moreover, the culture conditions for fatty acid production of recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum G-BC were optimized by response surface methodology. The fatty acid yield of the original strain and the recombinant strain was also compared.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were obtained as follows: inducer concentration 1 mmol/L, culture time 20 h, and culture temperature 32 ℃. Under these conditions, the yield of fatty acid was 34.56 mg/g（based on dry weight of bacteria）, which was 1.68 times higher than original strain. SaaS is a cloud service model where users obtain software access rights by paying subscription fees. Due to the diversity of business operations, users exhibit significant variations in the online access rates for different software. Consequently, there are variations in the cloud computing resources consumed by different software applications. To avoid the risk of violating SLAs and incurring penalty payments, SaaS operators optimize the computational resource allocation for various software applications and impose subscription limits on each category of software. Considering SLA constraints, this paper formulated a resourceconstrained nonlinear integer programming model with the objective of maximizing revenue. Due to the computational complexity of the model, it cannot be solved in polynomial time, and this paper proposed a Q-learning-PSO hybrid algorithm for this NP-hand problem. This algorithm embedded Q-learning into PSO to dynamically adjust PSO parameters, thereby avoiding the issues of local optima and low computational efficiency associated with direct PSO application. Simulation experiments validate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in different scenarios. The results indicate that the algorithm can achieve higher revenue for subscription limits and resource allocation with superior solving efficiency under the condition of limited cloud computing resources. Specifically, in scenarios with significant demand fluctuations, operators should aim to reduce the resource contention ratio of software. This can be achieved by provisioning an ample amount of virtual machine resources and enforcing strict subscription limits to ensure the quality of service, consequently reducing penalty payments. Conversely, in scenarios with minimal demand fluctuations, operators have the flexibility to increase the resource contention ratio of software.
