- Abstract
To comprehensively evaluate the nutritional components of the whole fish and meat quality analysis of four kinds of Mastacembelus armatus (cultured Zengjiang M. armatus, cultured Hybrid M. armatus, cultured Hainan M. armatus, wild Zengjiang M. armatus). The nutritional components, amino acids and fatty acids of the whole fish were analyzed and compared by national standard biochemical analysis methods, and the meat quality indexes were analyzed and compared by texture analyzer. of the four kinds of Mastacembelus armatu, the Wild Zengjiang M. armatus has the highest crude protein content (65.7%), significantly higher than the Cultured Hybrid M. armatus (57.8%) and Cultured Hainan M. armatus (56.0%). The Cultured Zengjiang M. armatus (61.9%) is next, with a crude protein significantly higher than that of the Cultured Hainan M. armatus. The crude fat content of the whole fish is lowest in the Wild Zengjiang M. armatus (17.2%), significantly lower than that of the Cultured Hainan M. armatus (29.7%). There are 15 kinds of amino acids in the whole fish, and the composition and content of amino acids are basically the same of four kinds of Mastacembelus armatus. Essential amino acid index and total umami amino acid content of Wild Zengjiang M. armatus were the highest (295.74, 25.50), followed by Cultured Zengjiang M. armatus (256.61, 24.04). The fatty acid composition of the whole fish of four kinds Mastacembelus armatus is similar and rich, and all contain 19 kinds of fatty acids. The total fatty acids, total unsaturated fatty acids and total essential fatty acids of the Wild Zengjiang M. armatus were higher than those of the other three ; hardness, cohesiveness, chewiness and adhesiveness of Zengjiang M. armatus (including cultured and wild) are lower than the other two. Among them, the comprehensive evaluation of crude protein content, essential amino acid index, total unsaturated fatty acid, total delicious amino acid and texture index of Wild Zengjiang M. armatus is higher than that of the three cultured M. armatus, and Cultured Zengjiang M. armatus is the best among the three cultured M. armatus, indicating that Zengjiang M. armatus (including cultured and wild) not only has better taste and flavor, but also has higher nutritional and edible value. 5. 环境温湿度调节对 圈养喜马拉雅小熊猫行为的影响.

- Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of high-pressure micro-mist system of ambient temperature-humidity on behavior of captive Himalayan red pandas (Ailurus fulgens), the digital hygrometer thermometers were used from August to September 2020 to record ambient temperature-humidity, at the same time, behavior of pandas were observed using instantaneous scanning method, to compare the difference when the micro-fog system was on (trial period) and off (control period) in Hangzhou Zoo. The results showed that the ambient temperature in the trial period was significantly lower than that in the control period at 09: 00 (p<0. 05), and extremely significantly lower than that in the control period at 09: 30—11: 00 and 14: 00—15: 00 (p<0. 01) . The ambient humidity in the trial period was significantly higher than that in the control period at 09: 30—10: 00 and 14: 00—14: 30 (p<0. 05), and extremely significantly higher than that in the control period at 10: 30— 11: 00 and 15: 00 (p<0. 01). The alter and active behaviors of Himalayan red pandas in the trial period were significantly lower than those in the control period (p<0. 05), and the inactive behavior was significantly higher than that in the control period (p<0. 01). In the active behavior, the fast-moving behavior of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<0. 05), and the slow-moving behavior of the trial period was extremely significantly lower than that of the control period (p<0. 01). In the inactive behaviors, the sleeping and resting behaviors of the trial period were significantly higher than those of the control period (p<0. 01). In the selection of vertical space, the utilization rate of middle space in the trial period was significantly higher than that in the control period (p<0. 01), and the utilization rate of lower space was significantly lower than that in the control period (p<0. 01). In the selection of plane area, the utilization rate of the middle area in the trial period was significantly higher than that in the control period (p<0. 01), the utilization rate of the back area was significantly lower than that of the control group (p<0. 05). High-pressure micro-mist system can significantly reduce the environmental temperature, improve the environment humidity, provide cool and moist external environment for red pandas. Red pandas showed more resting and fast-moving behaviors like playing or running, reduce the slow-moving and alter behaviors, appeared more relaxed. When the high-pressure micro-mist system was on, Himalayan red pandas were more likely to be found in the middle space, and were much more visible for exhibitions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Aiming at the disadvantages of low efficiency and low utilization ratio of NC machine tools which are caused by 2D process, 3D process was explored for the rotor. Firstly, the typical process of rotor was used as a template, then machine tool model, cutting tool model and rotor model were set up. Next, NC programming, virtual machining, program correction were carried on by EdgeCAM and Vericut software. Finally, the 3D process specification as well as the processing video were obtained. The original paper process was compared with the 3D process. The results indicate that the latter clearly shows the whole process of the rotor, which can guide the new staff to complete his tasks and reduce the learning time.
