BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: A lousy environment has the potential to be a predictor of disease transmission, which ultimately results in malnutrition among children. Meanwhile, the mother's role is crucial in the first 1000 days of life. This research aimed to determine the determinants of maternal behavior in preventing chronic malnutrition in children on the basis of environmental aspects.METHODS: This cross-sectional study with a quantitative design was conducted in Surabaya, Indonesia, with a sample of 208 pregnant women and 222 mothers of toddlers. A questionnaire was used to identify information related to the dependent variable, chronic malnutritional prevention behavior, on the basis of environmental aspects, and independent variables related to the determinants of maternal behavior. Data were analyzed via Chi-square test using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences.FINDINGS: As many as 80.8 percent of pregnant women and 65.8 percent of mothers under five had good chronic malnutritionchronic malnutrition prevention behavior. The perception of behavioral control in using clean water is significantly related to the behavior of pregnant women and mothers of toddlers, with significance values of 0.012 and 0.013, respectively. The perceived behavioral control towards washing hands with soap has a significant relationship with the behavior of pregnant women and mothers of toddlers, with significance values of 0.003 and 0.005, respectively. Pregnant women with poor behavioral control in washing their hands with clean water and soap were 2.963 times more likely to have poor chronic malnutritionchronic malnutritional prevention behavior than the comparison group. Subjective norms of using clean water and washing hands with clean water and soap in pregnant women are significantly related to chronic malnutritionchronic malnutrition prevention behavior, with significance values of 0.011 and 0.049, respectively, and odds ratios of 2 and 2.280, respectively.CONCLUSION: Environment-based chronic malnutritionchronic malnutritional prevention behavior in mothers is primarily influenced by perceived behavioral control and subjective norms. The family can be part of the subjective norms that drive aspects of attitudes and perceptions of behavioral control related to environment-based chronic malnutritionchronic malnutrition prevention practices. Meanwhile, the aspects of controlling maternal behavior can be intervened through efforts to minimize obstacles and increase the perception of benefits from behavior to prevent chronic malnutrition. Maternal behavioral change interventions could encourage the implementation of good behavior in preventing malnutrition in children. In the end, children could learn the behavior given by their mothers and adopt it.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Plastic waste in Indonesia increased significantly during the Covid-19 pandemic. With this surge in plastic consumption and waste, awareness of environmental sanitation becomes essential, especially regarding the use of plastic. Society must consider the impact of single-use plastics and implement good plastic waste management. This study aimed to determine the environmental awareness of a community and what factors contributed to its plastic waste utilization activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.METHODS: The data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a cross-sectional analytical approach. The study was conducted in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, the largest city in Eastern Indonesia, and purposive sampling was used to determine selected respondents. Data analysis was carried out using chi-square to identify partial relationships and logistic regression to distinguish relationships simultaneously.FINDINGS: This study found that 53.2 percent of respondents frequently used plastic during the Covid-19 pandemic. Partial relationship analysis showed that general knowledge about waste and its impact was not significantly related to plastic use activities during the pandemic. Meanwhile, knowledge about plastic use during the pandemic, knowledge of protecting the environment, attitudes toward plastic use, attitudes toward waste management, behavior toward plastic use, and behavior regarding processing plastic waste were significantly related to plastic use activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, with respective test values of 0.000 each. Willingness to pay was also significantly related to plastic use activities during the pandemic, with a test value of 0.007. Simultaneous analysis showed that knowledge about plastic use during the pandemic was related to plastic use activities during the same time frame, with an odds ratio value of 0.398 and a negative relationship direction. Plastic waste-processing behavior was the most dominant factor influencing plastic use activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a test value of 0.000 and a positive relationship direction. Respondents who did not have good waste management behavior were 3.963 times more likely to use plastic frequently in their daily activities during the pandemic.CONCLUSION: The study results show the importance of increasing knowledge regarding plastic use and waste management. Good knowledge will intervene in attitudes that encourage good behavior. This study focuses on the relationship between plastic processing behavior and the intensity of plastic use during the Covid-19 pandemic. It emphasizes the need for intervention in the form of education about the importance of protecting the environment and providing facilities that enable people to implement good waste-processing behavior.

Carbon sequestration is obtained from the total accumulation of the element in both soil and plants. The enhancement has the capacity to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and influence soil quality and fertility, thereby affecting plant biomass and crop yield. Therefore, this research aimed to compare the total carbon sequestration in rice field with different farming systems, determine soil characteristics, and identify the correlation between the total carbon sequestration and impact on rice yield. An exploratory-descriptive method was used through field survey and laboratory analysis. The locations were mapped by overlaying the Indonesian landform map of the Girimarto District with various rice field systems, soil types, and slopes. Furthermore, the 12 Land Mapping Units (LMU) with 3-time repetitions resulted in 36 sampling points. Data were processed by calculating total carbon sequestration and statistical tests such as one-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation. The results showed that rice field farming systems affected the total carbon sequestration. Organic farming had the highest total carbon sequestration value of 72.49 Mg/ha and the increase had a strongly positive correlation with crop yield of paddy. Crop yield in organic farming were higher than in semi-organic and conventional systems by 8.92 tons/ha. Factors that determined total carbon sequestration were soil C-organic and microbial biomass C. The suggested improvement recommendations were the transition of conventional and semi-organic farming as well as adding a variety of organic fertilizers such as biofertilizers.

- Abstract

Many factors can affect SE. However, studies on SE in CHD patients with Rasch Model analysis have not been carried out widely.Purpose: This study aims to identify the SE in self-care and its related factors that correlate SE among CHD patients.Patients and Methods: Cross-sectional study was conducted on 104 adult patients (≥ 18 years) diagnosed with CHD. Selection of the sample using convenience sampling technique with several predetermined criteria. SE was measured using the SEQ-CHDM questionnaire, with high validity and reliability results. Data were analyzed using the Rasch model and chi-square test. Results: The results showed that most respondents had a moderate SE (51.5%). Care units (p=0.003) and duration of illness (p=0.049) were significantly correlated to SE among patients with CHD. “Maintaining an ideal body weight” is the most challenging thing. On the other hand, stop smoking is the most confident thing to be performed by the respondents. Conclusion: We conclude that CHD patients in the acute care unit and patients with a duration of illness > 6 months have a lower tendency for SE. Health interventions such as raising awareness about the disease, modifying health behavior, and immediately screening can improve patients’ SE. Besides that, proper diagnosis and ongoing treatment are crucial to improving SE and CHD care outcomes. Keywords: coronary heart disease, self-care, self-efficacy

In Indonesia, chilli are marketed mainly through traditional markets, where households are the primary consumers. Emerging food businesses and modern retailers provide market opportunities for farmers and develop chilli value chains. This study aims to understand the preferences and buying behaviors of households and business organizations regarding chilli. A total of 121 households and 47 business organizations were surveyed face-to-face, using a semi-structured questionnaire. The respondents were spread across Jakarta and surrounding urban areas. Descriptive statistical analysis, frequency distribution, cross-tabulation, and the Mann-Whitney U test, a nonparametric test to compare the preferences of the two consumer groups for chilli and product attributes, were performed. To complement the descriptive statistics, narrative descriptive analysis was employed to examine consumers' responses and reasons for the open-ended questions. The results show that households buy chilli weekly from nearby shops and food businesses daily from traditional markets, preferring them for lower prices and variety. Age positively correlates with purchase frequency, whereas household size correlates with both frequency and expense. Food business expenditure correlates with revenue and years of operation. The results also confirm that consumers exhibit similar preferences for most attributes but differ in their emphasis on freshness, peel smoothness, distance, and availability during the off-season. Indonesian consumers are concerned about chilli price volatility, freshness, and availability, which significantly impact purchasing decisions.

In this report, we discuss the dynamics of photons in a five-dimensional Schwarzschild black hole. We find that the corresponding Eddington-Finkelstein-like coordinate admits two time-coordinate singularities for a particular condition. This condition is due to the existence of a non-zero angular momentum related to the extra spatial dimension. By introducing a new Regge-Wheeler tortoise coordinate, both singularities can be removed from the Eddington-Finkelstein-like coordinate. It is identified that the additional singularity is related to the photon sphere in a hyperplane, and we analyze it using a dynamical system approach. Simulation results of photon motion based on numerical calculation are presented. It is suggested that the related bending motion characteristic can probably be considered as a signature for probing the existence of the extra spatial dimension.

According to the Ministry of Health, the percentage of the population in Indonesia who are overweight is 13.5% for adults aged 18 years and over, while 28.7% are obese with BMI>=25 and obese with BMI>=27 as much as 15.4%. Meanwhile, at the age of children 5-12 years, 18.8% were overweight and 10.8% were obese. From these data, early detection of obesity levels is needed. From these data, prevention is needed so that the percentage of the population who experience obsediness can decrease, one of the efforts that can be done is to do early detection of obesity, to do early detection of obesity can be done using Machine Learning. In this study, it was discussed about the prediction of obestias levels using 7 (seven) models, namely Naive Bayes (NB), Random Forest (RF), K-NN, Decision Tree Classifier (DTC), SVM, XGB Classifier (XGB), Logistic Regression (LR) from the seven models used to predict the obesity level of XGB Classifier (XGB) which has the highest accuracy, namely Accurasy 0.96, with an f1-score of 0.96, Precission and recall 0.96.

Design/Methodology: This study involved supply chain managers in manufacturing companies in DKI Jakarta and West Java Provinces, Indonesia. The reason is that these two provinces had many manufacturing companies and were two of the largest industrial cities in Southeast Asia. Based on the survey conducted, there were 160 questionnaires distributed. However, the data that meets the requirements is 145 and can be processed further. This study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique using Partial Least Square. Findings: This study has confirmed a number of findings including: (1) Digital HRM had a positive and significant influence on SC performance, (2) Digital HRM had a positive and significant influence on green orientation, (3) Green Orientation had no positive and significant influence on SC performance, (4) ) Green Orientation did not mediate the effect of Digital HRM on SC performance, (5) Green Innovation had a positive and significant influence on green orientation and Green Innovation did not moderate the influence of digital HRM on SC performance. Research Limitation/Implications: This study only focuses on the scope of Digital Human Resource Management (DHRM) on Supply Chain Performance (SCP). The mediating role of Green Orientation and the moderating role of Green Innovation in research findings did not have a significant contribution. The next study is expected to examine the concept of digital HRM which is not only oriented towards green orientation and green innovation in manufacturing companies. Other considerations are needed such as digital entrepreneurship, digital business and digital skills which are currently developing in the world and even in Indonesia. This is because Digital entrepreneurship, digital business and digital skills are one of the supporters of economic growth and company performance in a sustainable manner. Managerial Implication: This study is expected to be a reference for practitioners, especially in the field of Digital Human Resource Management (DHRM) on Supply Chain Performance (SCP). Furthermore, the concept of digital HRM by organizations can be used as an effective alternative in continuously improving SC performance in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Theoretical Implication: The findings of this research provide a theoretical contribution related to the pattern of relationship between digital HRM and SC performance, although green orientation did not mediate the pattern of relationship between digital HRM and SC performance, likewise, green innovation did not mediate the pattern of relationship between digital HRM and SC performance. However, these two aspects can be an important focus in this research and must be considered for further research. Originality/Value: This study has originality because it examines the role of digital HRM on SC performance which is still very rarely researched especially when it is associated with the mediating role of green orientation and green innovation.

Several studies identified factors that influence SE in CHD patients. However, review studies have yet to synthesize these results systematically. This review aims to identify SE and the factors influencing SE in CHD patients. This scoping review is reported based on the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). We searched using relevant keywords using five databases: CINAHL Plus with Full Text and Academic Search Complete, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Taylor and Francis, and one search engine: Google Scholar, which was accessed on June 23, 2023. Articles with an observational design were included without date restrictions. The quality of evidence was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal checklist, and data synthesis used thematic analysis. We found 11 articles discussing SE and the factors influencing SE in CHD patients. In this review, most studies reported that the SE level of CHD patients tends to be low to moderate. Factors associated with SE in this population are classified into three categories (low, moderate, and high). Cardiac knowledge and patient activation are the most influential predictors of SE in CHD patients. Public health interventions such as raising awareness about heart disease, modifying health behaviours, early screening, diagnosis, and appropriate treatment are critical to improving SE and cardiac care outcomes. Keywords: coronary heart disease, self-care, self-efficacy

- Abstract
This study aims to improve the management of Islamic Study Group ("Majelis Ta'lim") in Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI Jakarta). The research employed qualitative research with a case study approach. The study was conducted at Jamiyyatul Ummahat Majelis Ta'lim (the name of Islamic Study Group) and four people participated in this study, namely 1) head of the majelis ta'lim, 2) staff of the majelis ta'lim, 3) the teacher, 4) the member. Data collection involved observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation. Data were analyzed using Miles & Huberman's Interactive Model. The results of the study showed that the management of the Jamiyyatul Ummahat Majelis (the name of Islamic Study Group had been developed in terms of its modernization in the learning management, improvement of human resources, as well as the management of financial systems and infrastructures. It also focused itself on the level of quality achievement gradually and sustainably. The results also underline that the modernization occurred because of several factors, including the management function in the administration of the majelis ta'lim and the educational level improvement of human resources. The leaders and administrators of majelis ta'lim were elementary school graduates, but now 75% of them hold an undergraduate degree. Thus, the improvement of education leads to better and more modern management.

The low student learning outcomes in mathematics may be caused by the selection of an inappropriate learning model. To be able to help students understand learning mathematics, it is necessary to take action that can improve learning outcomes. As an effort to improve student learning outcomes, this study used the STAD-type Cooperative Learning model with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics before and after being given action in the form of applying the STAD-type Cooperative Learning model. Based on the findings that have been analyzed, there is an increase in learning outcomes in cycle I, namely during initial observations the average student learning outcomes in mathematics only amounted to 53.3. After the implementation of the first cycle of learning, student learning outcomes began to increase with an average value of 69.3. However, this increase tends to be still below the targeted completeness criteria. So earning was carried out again in cycle II. During the implementation of cycle II, it experienced an increase, namely an average value of 81.1 was obtained so that it could be declared "Completed" because it had achieved the targeted completeness criteria. Thus it can be concluded that the STAD Cooperative Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics.
