Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) swarms have emerged as a promising technology for various applications, such as delivery, surveillance, and infrastructure inspection. An additional feature of deploying large UAV swarms is their use in mobile offloading networking. At the same time, this implies a key challenge in the efficient management of the computational and networking requirements for these offloading processes. This paper aims to fill this gap through a systematic literature review (SLR) analysing the research on distributed task offloading in UAV swarms. We conducted a systematic search of major scientific databases to identify relevant literature published between 2019 and 2023. A total of 63 papers were selected through a multistage screening process and their key contributions. This SLR aims to provide the current state of research on UAV swarm task offloading, including considerations for computation offloading, the role of UAV swarms, different aspects of UAV swarms, the number of UAVs in swarms impacting performance, and open issues. Our review also highlights UAV swarm offloading in various domains and discusses the challenges and limitations that must be addressed to ensure the widespread adoption of this technology. A meta-analysis including all relevant randomized controlled trials was conducted to compare soft bandage, splint and cast as the treatment of torus fracture. PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were searched in January 2023. Two comparisons were made: (1) splint versus cast, and (2) bandage versus rigid immobilization (i.e. splint or cast). Main outcomes were pain, clinical healing of the fracture and return to activities. Secondary outcomes were adverse events (skin issues, problems with cast/splint/bandage) and patient/parental satisfaction. Seven studies with 1550 patients were included. Splint was associated with higher pain scores at 3 days compared to cast (Mean difference [MD] 1.00, CI 0.06–1.94) and at 1 week (MD 1.46, CI 0.84–2.08, moderate-certainty evidence), but faster return to activities (at 3 weeks RR 1.77, CI 1.09–2.88, at 4 weeks RR 1.44, CI 1.11–1.82, moderate-certainty evidence). All torus fractures heal clinically within 3–4 weeks (low-certainty evidence). Bandage may lead to slightly higher pain score (MD 0.35, CI 0.04–0.66, moderate-certainty evidence) at first day after treatment compared to rigid immobilization, but no evidence of a difference was found in later time points. In recent years, electrical fires, which constitute the majority of fire incidents, have become a significant concern. This paper presents a quantitative evaluation of the research on electrical fires from 1993 to 2022, using literature measurement and visual analysis techniques. A total of 2915 publications were collected from the Web of Science database to review and analyze the research progress on electrical fires. In this investigation, the quantitative distribution of literature by year as well as the distributions of main source journals, countries and regions, institutions, and discipline categories were analyzed. Additionally, research hotspots were identified and the knowledge field was mapped using VOSviewer. The results indicated an exponential growth in the number of publications on electrical fires, with Ceramics International emerging as the most prolific journal, having published 79 papers and accounting for 2.5% of the total research. The most active countries in electrical fire research were found to be China, the United States, South Korea, India, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, with Chinese publications having the most significant impact. The University of Science and Technology of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Tsinghua University are the most productive institutions in the field of electrical fire research; their main research directions include electrical structure, electrical experiment simulation, insulating materials, battery fires, fire extinguishing technology, and detection methods. Further, we observed that the scope of research on electrical fires has expanded from the macro to micro level. Thematic analysis conducted in the last decade has revealed that battery fires and equipment materials have emerged as the primary focus of research in this field. These research findings offer a comprehensive overview of the evolution of research hotspots, which can assist researchers in quickly grasping the research frontiers as well as the overall situation. Background: Long coronavirus disease (COVID; LC) affects millions of people worldwide. The exact mechanisms which result in a broad, undulating and detrimental symptom profile remain unknown. Blood biomarkers associated with LC have been described; however, consensus on these remains elusive, in part due to a lack of continuity between studies on a universally accepted definition of LC. This systematic review aimed to consolidate current knowledge of blood biomarkers associated with the prevalence of LC on the basis of the World Health Organisation (WHO) clinical definition of this condition. Eligibility criteria for selecting studies: Observational, cross-sectional, and randomised control studies published in the English language that studied blood biomarkers associated with the WHO definition of LC. All studies included participants who were ≥ 18 years old and group sizes ≥ 10 participants, and were compared against a control group without any known co-morbidities. Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted according to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and prospectively registered on Prospero (ID: CRD42022373121). The Cochrane, Embase, PubMed and Web of Science databases were searched from inception to January 2024. Search results were gathered using Rayyan software and data extracted using Microsoft Excel. The reporting recommendations for tumour markers prognostic studies (REMARK) questionnaire was used to assess the quality of the included studies. Results: A total of 45 observational and one interventional study comprising 4415 participants were included in this review which identified 525 blood biomarkers thought to be associated with LC. Three blood biomarker subtypes were associated with the development of LC: (1) immunological and inflammatory dysfunction, (2) endothelial/vascular dysfunction and (3) metabolic and clotting abnormalities. Discussion and Conclusions: Our data are consistent with previous findings; however, no single biomarker was sufficiently associated with LC prevalence and instead a profile of biomarkers across various physiological systems may be more clinically useful. In all, 196 studies were excluded due to a lack of an adequately healthy comparator group and/or failure to meet the WHO LC definition. This demonstrates a need for further research incorporating a universal LC definition across all disease severity groups and symptom profiles, and longitudinal data reflecting the relapsing and remitting nature of this condition. Further investigation into blood biomarkers of LC, including clear reporting of healthy comparator groups and the investigation of acute and chronic biomarker changes, within the context of medical practice, may support the development of curative/restorative approaches. Background: Lynch syndrome (LS) is the most frequent hereditary tumor syndrome and is associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer (CRC). While gene-specific and age-specific differences are considered in patient surveillance, gender-specific risks in the development of CRC have been reported in many studies but are not consistently documented. Objective: This systematic review aims to investigate gender-specific differences in CRC development among LS patients. Material and methods: A systematic literature search following PRISMA 2020 guidelines was conducted in the PubMed, Ovid, The Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases. A total of 688 studies were screened, and 41 met the inclusion criteria. Results: Men have a higher risk of CRC and develop CRC earlier compared to women. This systematic review of qualitative studies synthesised evidence on the experience chronic pain from the perspective of romantic partners. Medline via Ovid, Embase via Ovid, CINAHL via EBSCO, APA PsycInfo via Ovid, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were searched. Studies exploring the impact of chronic pain from partners' perspectives using qualitative data collection methods were eligible for inclusion. Thematic synthesis was conducted, and confidence in the review findings was assessed using GRADE CERQual criteria. A total of 198 participants were represented from 15 primary studies. Four interconnected analytical themes were developed: 'life is different', 'internal conflict between two worlds', 'togetherness vs separateness', and 'coping in the longer term'. Out of 27 review findings, 9 were assessed as high confidence, 12 as moderate confidence, 4 as low confidence, and 2 as very low confidence. Socially isolated partners, those in strained relationships, and partners who continually sacrificed their own needs were more likely to experience distressing emotions. Purpose: The primary goal of this study was to assess the growth, most influential articles, countries, journals, authors, and papers published in the field of global oral cancer. Research articles on oral cancer, published between 1989 and 2022, were identified through the Web of Science database to achieve this. Methods: A comprehensive dataset comprising 7,178 documents was meticulously extracted from the Web of Science, forming the basis for scientometric analysis. A refined subset of 4,901 documents was judiciously selected following a rigorous screening process for meticulous, in-depth analysis. Results: The field has witnessed a remarkable publication surge, with the United States taking the lead in productivity. The journal Oral Oncology has become the foremost publication, renowned for its prolific output and widespread citation. This trend highlights the growing importance and interest in this domain, with researchers and experts worldwide contributing to the expanding body of knowledge. The United States' dominance in productivity suggests its strong commitment to advancing research in the field, while Oral Oncology's recognition underscores its influential role in disseminating cutting-edge findings and fostering scientific progress. Mesiodens, which emerge towards the nasal cavity, often require consultation in maxillofacial practice. Typically accessed through wide palatal flaps with ostectomy, this method involves limited visibility and poses the risk of damaging the roots and apex of adjacent dental structures. This study advocates a minimally invasive technique that involves vestibulotomy between the central incisors, facilitating direct and rapid access through nasal floor dissection, minimizing comorbidities. A systematic review was performed, following the PRISMA guidelines, apropos on ten clinical cases reported in this study. The MEDLINE/Pubmed and Web of Science databases were searched. Several variables were considered and are presented comprehensively in tables and figures. Additionally, 10 case reports with mesiodens in the maxilla were submitted to surgical treatment using a minimally invasive intraoral transnasal disinclusion. The initial literature search resulted in 37 articles, of which 9 met the inclusion criteria for the analysis. Regarding postoperative complications, no bone exposure, incisor root damage, extensive surgical approach, palatal or vestibular hematoma, or palatal necrosis was observed. However, 10% experienced superficial damage to the nasopalatine neurovascular, while 80% and 20% presented mild and moderate postoperative facial edema, respectively. Hypoesthesia in 20% of patients recovered in the first week, 40% in the first month and 40% at 3 months. The minimally invasive intraoral, transnasal, non-endoscopic approach emerges as a safe and predictable alternative to conventional surgical techniques. Background: Appendicitis is one of the most common acute surgical conditions globally. However, the association between nighttime appendectomy and patients' morbidity and mortality is unclear. This study aims to compare outcomes following nighttime versus daytime appendectomy. Methods: The PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases up to March 26, 2024 (updated on July 1, 2024) were searched. The primary outcomes were postoperative complications and mortality. Secondary outcomes included intraoperative complications, reoperation, readmission, conversion to laparotomy, hospital stay and operation time. Mean difference (MD) or odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals were calculated. Results: Fifteen studies totaling 33,596 patients were included. There were no differences between nighttime and daytime appendectomy for rates of overall postoperative complications (OR 0.93, 95% CI 0.87, 1.00, 14 studies), mortality (OR 1.70, 95% CI 0.37, 7.88, 7 studies), intraoperative complications (OR 0.88, 95% CI 0.08, 9.86; 2 studies), reoperation (OR 0.39, 95% CI 0.06, 2.55; 3 studies) and readmission (OR 0.86, 95% CI 0.65, 1.13; I2 = 0%, 5 studies). However, the conversion to laparotomy risks (OR 1.92, 95% CI 1.12, 3.29; 6 studies) among patients who underwent appendectomy during nighttime was significantly elevated compared to daytime. Conclusions: There was no increased risk or difference in postoperative mortality and complication rates associated with nighttime compared with daytime appendectomy. The article aims to assess the connection between sustainable leadership and sustainable entrepreneurship, by providing a framework based on the main findings of the clusters relating the effectiveness of that connection. Using the Web of Science databases and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 149 articles were retrieved and analysed. The bibliometric analysis was conducted using R-Studio software. The main findings unveil that sustainable leadership and sustainable entrepreneurship are interrelated concepts that play a key role in promoting responsible business practices and formulating solutions to contemporary socio-environmental challenges. The study's main contribution lies in highlighting the importance of knowledge about sustainable leadership, sustainable entrepreneurship and their links. In practical terms, analysis of the connection between sustainable leadership and sustainable entrepreneurship reveals how the former plays an important role in promoting the latter, inspiring and supporting entrepreneurs in the adoption of sustainable practices, generating a positive socio-environmental impact as well as economic value for the firm. Background: Various factors have been found responsible for the increment in ecological footprint resulting difficulties in maintaining environmental sustainability. This has been noticed through a modeling perspective. Identifying the factors affecting Ecological Footprint helps policymakers to formulate policies regarding sustainability. However, studies conducted based upon systematic reviews on Ecological Footprint through modeling are still limited. Objective: This study intends to identify influential factors associated with ecological footprint through a systematic review. Methods: ProQuest, Science Direct, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were used to search literature systematically. Particular keywords and Boolean operators were applied to dig out relevant studies for the review. Peer-reviewed research articles published in the English language till September 13, 2023, were incorporated for the analysis. Following the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA), 1011 articles were identified from four different databases and only 37 research papers were eligible for this study. These articles were assessed and relevant information was extracted and then amalgamated into the systematic review. Results: Gross domestic product, urbanization, energy consumption, renewable energy, non-renewable energy, natural resources, bio-capacity, human capital, foreign direct investment, trade openness, and financial development were observed as key factors of the ecological footprint. This scientometric analysis significantly advances the understanding of landslide risk assessment and economic losses, focusing on scientometric insights. This study aims at analyzing the global trends and structures of landslide risk and economic loss research from 2002 to 2023 using scientometric techniques such as co-authorship, co-word, co-citation, cluster analysis, and trend topics, among others. Thus, analysis of 92 studies gathered from Scopus and Web of Science databases reveals a continuous growth in environmental, social, and quantitative research topics. Predominant contributions hail mainly from China and Italy. The research identifies critical themes, including risk analysis, vulnerability, fragility, and economic losses. The current identified research combines advanced statistical methods, including logistic regression, with climate change scenarios and susceptibility assessments to reveal intricate connections between climatic shifts, hydrogeological hazards, and their economic and environmental impacts. This study provides researchers and practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of the status quo and research trends of ontology research landslide risk and its economic losses. The 5th generation (5G) and beyond use Internet of Things (IoT) to offer the feature of remote monitoring for different applications such as transportation, healthcare, and energy. There are several advantages of 5G and beyond for IoT applications like high speed and low latency. However, they are prone to cybersecurity threats due to networks softwarization and virtualization, thus raising additional security challenges and complexities. In this paper, we conducted a systematic literature review (SLR) of cybersecurity for 5G and beyond-enabled IoT. By developing a taxonomy to classify and characterize existing research, we identified and analyzed strategies, key patterns, mechanisms, performance evaluation, validation parameters and challenges of cybersecurity and resilience for 5G and beyond-enabled IoT in existing studies. We used "Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA)" recommendations for this SLR. Through our search in scientific databases, 4449 records published between 2017 and 2023 were initially identified, which were then reduced to 558 records after title and abstract screening to be considered for the eligibility check process. After screening the full-text, 79 articles were finalized for thorough analysis. The findings of this study suggest that 35% of the included studies focus on authentication and access control as security aspects, 59% studies are based on combination of both network layer and application layer as main operation layer, and 34% of the included studies use real-time implementation for validation purpose while the remaining studies utilize simulation or theoretical analysis. Our SLR also highlights open research challenges of 5G and beyond-enabled IoT cybersecurity and suggests a tentative solution for each challenge, which can be a focus of future research. This study aimed to perform an integrative review of solitary angiokeratomas cases in the oral cavity and to report a new case in a 39-year-old man. A modified PECOS strategy was used using PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science databases, and the reference lists of the selected articles. Case reports of oral solitary angiokeratoma published in English, Portuguese, and Spanish languages with histopathological diagnosis without the presence of systemic disorders were included. Of the 51 articles identified, 18 met the eligibility criteria. Solitary angiokeratomas have a slight male predilection, with a peak incidence in the fourth decade of life. The tongue was the most common localization (77.7%), followed by buccal mucosa (11.1%), labial mucosa (5.6%), and tonsillar pillar (5.6%). The granulomatous appearance was the most frequent clinical aspect. Surgical excision was implemented in 94.4% of the cases. The lesion presented a good prognosis, with no recurrence in 3 to 24 months. In summary, solitary angiokeratoma is a rare lesion in the oral cavity. The professional making the oral diagnosis should be familiar with the clinical manifestation of angiokeratoma and be prepared to consider it in the differential diagnosis of pigmented lesions since these lesions may be part of systemic disorders. This comprehensive review paper examines the challenges faced by blockchain technology in terms of scalability and proposes potential solutions and future research directions. Scalability poses a significant hurdle for Bitcoin and Ethereum, manifesting as low throughput, extended transaction delays, and excessive energy consumption, thereby compromising efficiency. The current state of blockchain scalability is analyzed, encompassing the limitations of existing solutions such as Sharding and off-chain scaling. Various proposed remedies, including layer 2 scaling solutions, consensus mechanisms, and alternative approaches, are investigated. The paper also explores the impact of scalability on diverse blockchain applications and identifies potential future research directions by integrating data science techniques with blockchain technology. Notably, nearly 110 primary research papers from reputable scientific databases like Scopus, IEEE Explore, Science Direct, and Web of Science were reviewed, demonstrating scalability in blockchain comprising several elements. Transaction throughput and network latency emerge as the most prominent concerns. Consequently, this review offers future research avenues to address scalability challenges by leveraging data science techniques like distributed computing and parallel processing to divide and process vast datasets across multiple machines. The synergy between data science and blockchain holds promise as an optimal solution. There is an urgent need by the European Union to establish baseline levels for many widespread pollutants and to set out specific levels for these under the Zero pollution action plan. To date, few systematic reviews, superseded by bibliometric analyses, have explored this issue. Even less research has been carried out to compare the efficacy of these two data extraction approaches. This study aims to address these two issues by i) constructing an inventory of the available information on urban soils, highlighting evidence gaps and measuring compliance with the Zero pollution action plan, and by ii) comparing the methods and results of these two data extraction approaches. Through Scopus and Web of Science databases, peer-reviewed articles using the terms urban soil in combination with specific urban soil threats and/or challenges were included. Notably, both approaches retrieved a similar number of initial articles overall, while the bibliometric analysis removed fewer duplicates and excluded fewer articles overall, leaving the total number of articles included in each approach as: 603 articles in the systematic review and 2372 articles in the bibliometric analysis. Nevertheless, both approaches identified the two main urban soil threats and/or challenges to be linked to soil organic carbon and/or heavy metals. The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has taken the world of science by storm in 2023. The opportunities of this easy to access technology for clinical pharmacy research are yet to be fully understood. The development of a custom-made large language model (LLM) (DELSTAR) trained on a wide range of internationally recognised scientific publication databases, pharmacovigilance sites and international product characteristics to help identify and summarise medication related information on delirium, as a proof-of-concept model, identified new facilitators and barriers for robust clinical pharmacy practice research. This technology holds great promise for the development of much more comprehensive prescribing guidelines, practice support applications for clinical pharmacy, increased patient and prescribing safety and resultant implications for healthcare costs. It has been widely documented that medicinal herbal remedies are effective, have fewer side effects than conventional medicine, and have a synergistic effect on health collaborations in the fight against complicated diseases. Traditional treatments for neurological problems in ancient times sometimes involved the use of herbal remedies and conventional methods from East Asian countries including India, Japan, China, and Korea. We collected and reviewed studies on plant-derived neuroprotective drugs and tested them in neurotoxic models. Basic research, preclinical and clinical transgene research can benefit from in silico, in vitro, and in vivo investigations. Research, summaries of the extracts, fractions, and herbal ingredients were compiled from popular scientific databases, which were then examined according to origin and bioactivity. Given the complex and varied causes of neurodegeneration, it may be beneficial to focus on multiple mechanisms of action and a neuroprotection approach. This approach aims to prevent cell death and restore function to damaged neurons, offering promising strategies for preventing and treating neurodegenerative diseases. Neurodegenerative illnesses can potentially be treated with natural compounds that have been identified as neuroprotective agents. To gain deeper insights into the neuropharmacological mechanisms underlying the neuroprotective and therapeutic properties of naturally occurring antioxidant phytochemical compounds in diverse neurodegenerative diseases, this study aims to comprehensively review such compounds, focusing on their modulation of apoptotic markers such as caspase, Bax, Bcl-2, and proinflammatory markers. In addition, we delve into a range of efficacies of antioxidant phytochemical compounds as neuroprotective agents in animal models. They reduce the oxidative stress of the brain and have been shown to have anti-apoptotic effects. Many researches have demonstrated that plant extracts or bioactive compounds can fight neurodegenerative disorders. Herbal medications may offer neurodegenerative disease patients' new treatments. The majority of people with autoimmune disorders, including those with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and tendonitis report pain, stiffness, and inflammation as major contributors to their worse quality of life in terms of overall health. Of all the available treatment options, COX inhibitors are the ones that are utilized most frequently to ease the symptoms. Various signaling cascades have been reported to be involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis which includes JAK/STAT, MAPK, and NF-kB signaling pathways, and several allopathic inhibitors (tofacitinib and baricitinib) have been reported to target the components of these cascades and have received approval for RA treatment. However, the prolonged use of these COX inhibitors and other allopathic drugs can pose serious health challenges due to their significant side effects. Therefore, searching for a more effective and side effect–free treatment for rheumatoid arthritis has unveiled phytochemicals as both productive and promising. Their therapeutic ability helps develop potent and safe drugs targeting immune-inflammatory diseases including RA. Various scientific databases were used for searching articles such as NCBI, SpringerLink, BioMed Central, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, Scopus, Nature, Wiley Online Library, and ScienceDirect. This review lists various phytochemicals and discusses their potential molecular targets in RA treatment, as demonstrated by various in vitro, in vivo (pre-clinical), and clinical studies. Education for people who are deaf or hard of hearing (DHH) is full of challenges, especially in a context that involves interaction with people who do not know Sign Language (SL) or even during SL learning. Unsurprisingly, digital technologies emerged to minimize such educational challenges. This paper presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on using a prominent digital technology: Augmented Reality (AR). It synthesizes the literature on AR-based learning for people who are DHH. We seek to identify design elements and their impacts on existing research dedicated to applying AR to this learning context. Our work consisted of searching scientific databases and performing the Snowballing method (Backward and Forward) on their citations and references. Out of 1694 documents, we found 26 studies published in journals and conferences between 2006 and 2020 that use AR for DHH education. As a result, the SLR identified 12 studies focused on Sign Language (SL) teaching and four on Mathematics learning. Most of these studies use marker-based solutions (60%); they reported positive impacts on the DHH students' motivation, interaction, and learning. We did not find prevalence in research methodologies and methods used during AR tool evaluations, and only one study uses AR for Science learning. Compelling evidence demonstrates that Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual (LGB) populations have a higher prevalence of mental disorders compared to their heterosexual peers (Meyer in Psychol Bull 129(5):674–697, 2003). This has been attributed to minority stressors in the minority stress model. Since this model was established in 2003, there have been significant socio-political events that discriminate against SGM LGBTQ+ individuals. There have also been rival hypotheses, including rejection sensitivity (Feinstein in Arch Sex Behav 49(7):2247–2258, 2020) and 'misperceiving of neutral events' (Bailey in Arch Sex Behav 49(7):2265–2268, 2019). Examine SGM perspectives and investigate how well they align with Meyers model (2003). 16 qualitative studies capturing SGM minority stress experiences were extracted from scientific databases and, thematically analysed deductively using Meyer's minority stress model, in addition to generating original subthemes. This systematic review thematically analysed 16 eligible studies, which generated 6 superordinate themes (Discrimination, Lack of representation, Navigation, Harassment, Depersonalization and Mental Health Outcomes) and 18 sub-themes. These themes were then situated in categories from Meyer's Minority Stress Model (2003) (Circumstances, Minority Status, Distal stressors, Proximal stressors, and Mental health outcomes). Keeping up with the hastily growing economy implies undergoing unremitting transformation permanently. In the field of supply chain, such progress can only be guaranteed via the exploration of new horizons and innovative solutions in response to the constraints of the global market. Emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, offer promising avenues for enhancing supply chain processes, with sustainability ascending as a critical consideration. Despite the recent surfacing of AI-driven applications, scant attention has been devoted to exploring their full potential within supply chain operations, particularly in conjunction with SDGs. Recognizing the untapped opportunities presented by the implementation of AI for a sustainable supply chain this study undertakes a bibliometric analysis of 236 research papers sourced from the Web of science database. The analysis utilizes R language BiblioShiny to examine the extracted papers, and dissect patterns, trends, and relationships among key concepts and themes as well as prominent topics, impactful authors, and leading journals and countries in this domain. The findings reveal substantial growth in research related to SCM, AI, and sustainability as the UK leads this field of study with 132 articles followed by India, China and the USA. Eventually, the National University of Singapore came first in terms of paper affiliations, followed by De La Salle University, and London Metropolitan University. These results only prove that sustainability is becoming more critical in the equation of AI-driven supply chains especially with the current socio-political and economic circumstances, constituting a solid base for further academic research and more innovations in the managerial and business-related policies in this field. This study systematically reviewed the literature on using the Google Search Volume Index (GSVI) as a proxy variable for investor attention and stock market movements. We analyzed 56 academic studies published between 2010 and 2021 using the Web of Sciences and ScienceDirect databases. The articles were classified and synthesized based on the selection criteria for building the GSVI: keywords of the search term, market region, and frequency of the data sample. Next, we analyze the effect of returns, volatility, and trading volume on the financial variables. The main results can be summarized as follows. (1) The GSVI is positively related to volatility and trading volume regardless of the keyword, market region, or frequency used for the sample. Hence, increasing investor attention toward a specific financial term will increase volatility and trading volume. (2) The GSVI can improve forecasting models for stock market movements. This review aimed to describe predictors for ACLR in patients initially treated with rehabilitation.A systematic literature search was performed in the Cochrane, Embase, Medline, SportsDiscus and Web of Science databases from inception to 21 February 2023. Articles describing characteristics in adult patients with ACL injury undergoing ACLR after a minimum of 5 weeks rehabilitation were included. It was a priori chosen that characteristics described in at least three articles were considered more certain and could be defined as a predictor for ACLR, and those described in less than three articles were considered less certain and therefore defined as possible predictors. Articles were screened by two independent reviewers. The study was originally intended as a systematic review with meta‐analysis, but in case of limited data, we would convert it to a scoping review, as was the case for this review.There were 22,836 studies identified, and 181 full texts were screened, of which 10 papers were finally included. Only lower age and higher preinjury activity level were identified as predictors for ACLR. Another 12 possible predictors were identified in single studies. Through an iterative process, potential predictors were categorized into four groups: patient demographics, knee function, patient‐reported outcome measures and anatomical structures.Lower age and higher preinjury activity level were the only predictors for ACLR after initial treatment with rehabilitation. Mental health literacy (MHL) was introduced 25 years ago as knowledge and beliefs about mental disorders which aid in their recognition, management, or prevention. This scoping review mapped the peer-reviewed literature to assess characteristics of secondary school-based surveys in school-attending youth and explore components of school-based programs for fostering MHL in this population. The search was performed following the method for scoping reviews by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Searches were conducted in four scientific databases with no time limit, although all sources had to be written in English. Primary studies (N = 44) provided insight into MHL surveys and programs for school-attending youth across 6 continents. Studies reported that most youth experience moderate or low MHL prior to program participation. School-based MHL programs are relatively unified in their definition and measures of MHL, using closed-ended scales, vignettes, or a combination of the two to measure youth MHL. However, before developing additional interventions, steps should be taken to address areas of weakness in current programming, such as the lack of a standardized tool for assessing MHL levels. Future research could assess the feasibility of developing and implementing a standard measurement protocol, with educator perspectives on integrating MHL efforts into the classroom. Identifying the base levels of MHL amongst school-attending youth promotes the development of targeted programs and reviewing the alignment with program components would allow researchers to build on what works, alter what does not, and come away with new ways to approach these complex challenges, ultimately advancing knowledge of MHL and improving levels of MHL. "Scrupulosity" is a common but understudied subtype of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) characterized by religious obsessions and compulsions. Although scrupulosity is a common manifestation of OCD, it has not been adequately addressed in treatment studies. The aim of this study was to understand the conceptual nuances of scrupulosity, its diagnosis, the unique differences in conceptualization and interventions during its treatment, the specific tools needed to monitor the prognosis of the pathology, and the limitations of existing studies through a systematic review. Following PRISMA guidelines, a literature search was conducted, and 13 relevant studies were found in Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, EbscoHost + Ulakbim, Wiley Online Library, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis Online, and Web of Science databases. Two researchers independently rated the included articles using the MMAT and then met to compare the ratings. Disagreements were resolved through discussion and consensus was reached. There was a general lack of clarity in the conceptualization, diagnosis, and measurement of the severity of scrupulosity, and the content of religious or cultural interventions in the studies was not always clear. For future studies, further clarification, and systematization of the phenomenological features of scrupulosity and related epidemiological and empirical/experimental treatment research are needed. Climate change poses significant challenges to agricultural systems in the Mediterranean region, with Italy being significantly affected. This literature scoping review aims to examine existing research on the impact of climate change on yield and income on the three agri-food value chains in Italy: viticulture, fruit and vegetables, and dairy cattle. By analysing the available literature, this study seeks to outline the pros and cons, knowledge gaps, and potential areas for future research. A systematic search of scientific databases was conducted to identify relevant articles published between 2000 and 2022. The search terms included climate change, agriculture, Italy, yield, income, and related keywords. Articles were screened based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in a final selection of studies. Quantitative information was collected and organized into descriptive tables. The review encompassed 44 studies that investigated the impact of climate change on yield and income in various agricultural sectors across different regions of Italy. The findings indicate that climate change is already impacting crop productivity and income levels, with increased temperature, changes in precipitation patterns, and extreme weather events being identified as the primary drivers. Additionally, disparities were observed between different agricultural regions, crops, and farming systems, highlighting the need for location-specific and crop-specific assessments. The scoping review provides a prospective overview of the existing literature on climate change impacts on yield and income within the Italian agriculture system. It underscores the urgency for targeted adaptation strategies to minimize the negative consequences of climate change. Further research should focus on understanding the complex interactions between climate change, agricultural practices, socio-economic factors, and policy interventions to develop context-specific solutions for sustainable agriculture in Italy. This paper evaluates how the contribution of scientific publications on climate change from the University of São Paulo (USP) evolved between 1989 and 2022. The study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 2874 research articles collected from the Web of Science and Scopus databases to explore main trend topics and reveal influential journals and collaboration networks using the Bibliometrix software. The study shows an increasing and more significant temporal publication distribution from 2010 onwards. Based on the author's affiliations, results indicate that the most important partnerships are national (67%), while the international co-authorships are predominantly with research collaborators of the Global North (North America and Europe). Several papers published in the period are in high-impact factor journals, evidence on climate change from USP. Environmental services, Atlantic Forest, Tropical Forest, Amazon, biodiversity, and Land use are the hotspot research topics to which USP researchers contribute. The evolution of three thematic groups was identified: (i) physical science, (ii) causes and effects, and (iii) strategies, discussed in themes such as organic matter, deforestation, and mitigation, respectively. This research is helpful to get insights into the current research development trends, to show the broadness of the scientific production, and the importance of the USP role in the climate change theme. Background: Therapeutic endoscopy and gastroenterology fellows often participate in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) during their training period. However, it is generally feared that trainee involvement may increase ERCP-related complications, mainly because of the side-viewing nature of the endoscope and the higher risk of pancreatic duct cannulation. There is no concrete evidence to support this notion. This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to investigate the resultsof trainee participation on adverse events related to ERCP. Methods: PubMed, EMBASE, Google Scholar, SCOPUS, and Web of Science databases were searched from inception to 31 May 2023 for studies evaluating the ERCP outcomes defined as success rates, procedure time, failed attempts, and adverse events with and without trainee participation. A random effect model was used to perform the meta-analysis, and heterogeneity was assessed using the I2 statistics. Results: Seven studies were included in the final analysis, including 17,088 ERCPs. The pooled odds ratio (pOR) of success rate, incomplete/failed attempts in the trainee and no trainee groups were 0.466 (95% CI 0.13 to 1.66, I2 = 97.8%, p = 0.239) and 3.2 (95% CI 0.70 to 14.55), I2 = 98.5%, p = 0.134), respectively. The pOR of post-ERCP pancreatitis and bleeding in the trainee vs. no trainee groups was 0.97 (95% CI 0.76 to 1.23, I2 = 0%, p = 0.78) and 1.3 (95% CI 0.59 to 2.83, I2 = 49%, p = 0.54). The pOR of all adverse events in both groups was 1.028 (95% CI 0.917 to 1.152, I2 = 0%, p = 0.636). Surprisingly, the pooled std mean difference for the procedure time was 0.217 (95% − 0.093 to 0.05, I2 = 98.5%, p = 0.17). Conclusion: This meta-analysis comprising of 17,088 ERCPs in seven studies demonstrated comparable ERCP outcomes related to trainee participation regarding success rates, procedure time, and adverse events. Objective: To determine if and which types of organisational interventions conducted in small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) in healthcare are effective on mental health and wellbeing. Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, we searched six scientific databases, assessed the methodological quality of eligible studies using QATQS and grouped them into six organisational intervention types for narrative synthesis. Only controlled studies with at least one follow-up were eligible. Results: We identified 22 studies (23 articles) mainly conducted in hospitals with 16 studies rated of strong or moderate methodological quality. More than two thirds (68%) of the studies reported improvements in at least one primary outcome (mental wellbeing, burnout, stress, symptoms of depression or anxiety), most consistently in burnout with eleven out of thirteen studies. We found a strong level of evidence for the intervention type "Job and task modifications" and a moderate level of evidence for the types "Flexible work and scheduling" and "Changes in the physical work environment". For all other types, the level of evidence was insufficient. We found no studies conducted with an independent SME, however five studies with SMEs attached to a larger organisational structure. The effectiveness of workplace mental health interventions in these SMEs was mixed. Conclusion: Organisational interventions in healthcare workers can be effective in improving mental health, especially in reducing burnout. Intervention types where the change in the work environment constitutes the intervention had the highest level of evidence. Purpose: Genetic factors are important in terms of athletic performance. Recent studies to determine the relationship between the genes that lead to physiological responses have attracted attention. In this respect, this meta-analysis study was designed to examine the relationship between genetic polymorphism (BDKRB2 rs5810761, GNB3 rs5443, HIF1A rs11549565, MCT1 rs1049434, NOS3 rs2070744) and endurance athlete's status. Methods: The search included studies published from 2009 to 2022. To determine the relevant studies, Pubmed, Web of Science databases were systematically scanned. Only case-control studies were included in the meta-analysis. To determine the relevant studies, Pubmed, Web of Science databases were systematically scanned, and a total of 31 studies met the criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis. Relevant data from the included studies were collected and analyzed using a random effects or fixed effects model. The effect size was calculated as the odds ratio or a risk ratio the corresponding 95% confidence intervals. Results: According to the results of the analysis, BDKRB2 rs5810761 + 9 allele, and NOS3 rs2070744 T allele were significantly more prevalent in endurance athletes (p < 0.05). Genotype distributions of BDKRB2 rs5810761, MCT1 rs1049434, and NOS3 rs2070744 showed significant differences in the dominant model (p < 0.05). However, no significant association was found between endurance athlete status and GNB3 rs5443 and HIF1A rs11549465 polymorphisms. Conclusion: These results show that some gene polymorphisms play an important role in endurance athlete status and suggest that having a specific genetic basis may also confer a physiological advantage for performance. Background: Ketamine, as an anesthetic, has been considered for terminating status epilepticus (SE); however, due to the urgency and severity of the condition, there are currently no randomized controlled trials internationally assessing the efficacy of ketamine for treating super-refractory status epilepticus. Similarly, there appears to be a lack of systematic reviews addressing this topic in the literature. Therefore, this systematic review aims to explore the effectiveness and safety of ketamine for terminating super-refractory status epilepticus. Methods: We conducted a systematic search on PubMed, EMBASE, and Web of Science databases. Manuscripts unrelated to the research on super-refractory status epilepticus were excluded, as were manuscripts published in non-English languages. The quality assessment and risk of bias were evaluated using the MINORS criteria. Data extraction was limited to qualitative synthesis due to the unsuitability of the data for meta-analysis. Results: Out of 782 studies retrieved from electronic databases, 11 met the inclusion criteria. Among them, 10 studies were retrospective, and 1 study was prospective. Patient data for inclusion were sourced from the case registries of the researchers' respective hospitals. Across all included studies, the administration of ketamine significantly reduced the duration of status epilepticus and demonstrated higher safety compared to patients not receiving ketamine treatment for super-refractory status epilepticus. Additionally, early administration of ketamine correlated with improved treatment outcomes. The risk of bias across all studies was deemed low. Conclusion: This systematic review suggests that ketamine may be a feasible treatment option for super-refractory status epilepticus. However, given the critical nature of super-refractory status epilepticus, clinicians should prioritize its termination over evaluating the efficacy of specific medications, ensuring patient safety remains paramount. If feasible in real-world medical settings, future research should focus on designing randomized controlled trials to observe the specific efficacy and mechanisms of ketamine. Since the discovery of the first Gastrotricha at the end of the eighteenth century, the study of this taxon has proven to be notoriously difficult due to the fragility of the body and its diminutive size. Consequently, this microinvertebrates group is considered part of the less-known metazoan taxa and its biodiversity knowledge is still far from being understood. To bring light to the past, present, and future understanding of Gastrotricha biodiversity literature, we conducted the first study aimed to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluating the global research productivity on this clade by carrying out a bibliographic survey in Web of Science and Scopus databases using bibliometric tools. We found 523 studies published between 1904 and 2022 and detected i) a high prevalence of "new species" as a keyword in the literature, indicating the youth of our knowledge on biodiversity of this phylum; ii) the formation of clusters of interacting researchers around well-established veterans' researchers in Europe; but also, iii) the formation of new research centers training new researchers in recent decades around the world. However, we also found that there are gaps in the accessibility of past literature in the main search tools. We believe that it is time to explore new facets of Gastrotricha research and we hope that our study can provide a guide for future research development to shape more effective policies for biodiversity discovery and conservation initiatives. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis (SRM) was to evaluate whether bioceramic sealers have better penetration capacity in dentinal tubules and antimicrobial activity when compared to AH Plus® sealer. This SRM was recorded in the Open Science Framework database and followed the guidelines of the PRISMA 2020. Five databases were searched by two independent reviewers. Only in vitro studies that evaluated the effects of bioceramic sealers on dentinal tubule penetration and antimicrobial activity outcomes compared to AH Plus® sealer were included. Meta-analysis was conducted using R software, using the effect measure of the standardized mean difference (SMD) and inverse variance method. A modified Joanna Briggs Institute's Checklist was used for the risk of bias assessment. A total of 1486 studies were identified, and only 54 studies that fulfilled our eligibility criteria were included in this review. There was no statistical difference between the sealers evaluated for dentinal tubule penetration, in the thirds evaluated: coronal SMD 0.58 [0.14; 1.31], p = 0.12; middle SMD 0.07 [0.54; 0.39], p = 0.75; and apical SMD 0.08 [0.73; 0.56], p = 0.80. Both sealers demonstrated similar antimicrobial action (SMD [3.42; 5.32], p = 0.67 and SMD 0.67 [1.89; 0.55], p = 0.28). The studies presented a low risk of bias. Based on the in vitro studies included and according to the limitations of the present review, the data suggest that bioceramic and AH Plus® sealers present similar penetration capacity in dentinal tubules and antimicrobial effect, making them suitable materials to be considered in clinical practice. Despite the success of monolithic zirconia restorations (MZ), metal-ceramic restorations (MC) are still considered the gold standard for fixed prosthetics in the posterior region. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare the fracture strengths of single-unit MC and MZ in the molar region. This review was based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA, 2020) statement. All articles were searched from the PubMed and Web of Science databases until November 18, 2022. All in vitro studies evaluating the fracture strengths of MC and MZ were also included. Statistical analysis was performed with the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis program, with a significance level of 0.05. Out of 753 studies, five were selected. The fracture strengths of MZ and MC did not show any statistically significant difference for both tooth (95% CI − 1.589: 2.118, p = 0.779, z = 0.280) and implant (95% CI − 2.215: 2.191, p = 0.992 z = − 0.010) supported restorations. However, different abutment materials (p < 0.001) and aging treatments (p < 0.001) in tooth-supported restorations displayed a significant statistical difference. Additionally, a significant difference was also observed in subgroup analysis considering different cements (p = 0.001) and load speeds (p = 0.001) in implant-supported restorations. Fracture strengths of MZ and MC did not show a significant statistical difference in implant or tooth-supported single-unit posterior restorations. This study aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the status and trends of Two-Dimensional Nano Black Phosphorus (2D nano BP) in cancer research from 2015 to 2023, offering insights for future studies. To achieve this, articles from the Web of Science database published between 2015 and 2023 were analyzed using R and VOSviewer software. The analysis included 446 articles, revealing a consistent increase in publication rates, especially between 2017 and 2019. China emerged as a leader in both publication volume and international collaborations. Prominent journals in this field included ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and Advanced Materials, while key researchers were identified as Zhang Han, Tao Wei, and Yu Xuefeng. The analysis highlighted common keywords such as drug delivery, photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy, and immunotherapy, indicating the major research focuses. The findings suggest that 2D nano BP holds significant promise in cancer treatment research, with a growing global interest. Background: Locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) typically involves neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) followed by surgery (total mesorectal excision, TME). While achieving a complete pathological response (pCR) is a strong indicator of a positive prognosis, the specific benefits of adjuvant chemotherapy after pCR remain unclear. To address this knowledge gap, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the potential advantages of adjuvant therapy in patients who achieve pCR. Methods: In this study, we searched Medline, Embase, and Web of Science databases for relevant research. We focused on binary outcomes, analyzing them using odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). To account for potential variability between studies, all endpoints were analyzed with DerSimonian and Laird random-effects models. We assessed heterogeneity using the I2 statistic and employed the R statistical software (version 4.2.3) for all analyses. Results: Thirty-four studies, comprising 31,558 patients, were included. The outcomes demonstrated a significant difference favoring the AC group in terms of overall survival (OS) (HR 0.75; 95% CI 0.60–0.94; p = 0.015; I2 = 0%), and OS in 5 years (OR 1.65; 95% CI 1.21–2.24; p = 0.001; I2 = 39%). There was no significant difference between the groups for disease-free survival (DFS) (HR 0.94; 95% CI 0.76–1.17; p = 0.61; I2 = 17%), DFS in 5 years (OR 1.19; 95% CI 0.82–1.74; p = 0.36; I2 = 43%), recurrence-free survival (RFS) (HR 1.10; 95% CI 0.87–1.40; p = 0.39; I2 = 0%), and relapse-free survival (OR 1.08; 95% CI 0.78–1.51; p = 0.62; I2 = 0%). Conclusion: This systematic review and meta-analysis found a significant difference in favor of the ACT group in terms of survival after pCR. To determine the diagnostic yield of Next-generation sequencing (NGS) in suspect Primary Immunodeficiencies Diseases (PIDs). This systematic review was conducted following PRISMA criteria. Searching Pubmed and Web of Science databases, the following keywords were used in the search: ("Next-generation sequencing") OR "whole exome sequencing" OR "whole genome sequencing") AND ("primary immunodeficiency disease" OR "PIDs"). We used STARD items to assess the risk of bias in the included studies. The meta-analysis included 29 studies with 5847 patients, revealing a pooled positive detection rate of 42% (95% CI 0.29–0.54, P < 0.001) for NGS in suspected PID cases. Subgroup analyses based on family history demonstrated a higher detection rate of 58% (95% CI 0.43–0.71) in patients with a family history compared to 33% (95% CI 0.21–0.46) in those without (P < 0.001). Stratification by disease types showed varied detection rates, with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency leading at 58% (P < 0.001). Among 253 PID-related genes, RAG1, ATM, BTK, and others constituted major contributors, with 34 genes not included in the 2022 IUIS gene list. The application of NGS in suspected PID patients can provide significant diagnostic results, especially in patients with a family history. Background: Focal and florid cemento-osseous dysplasia are benign fibro-osseous lesions affecting the quality and quantity of the jawbones. This study aimed to determine the viability of implant-based approaches in the affected patients. Main text: Different scientific databases, including PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar, were searched until October 8, 2023, using a pre-determined search strategy. Two reviewers screened the retrieved reports and extracted the required information from the included studies. The eligibility criteria included English-language case reports/series or clinical trials. The JBI critical appraisal checklist for case reports was used to assess the methodological quality of the included studies. Three studies were deemed eligible to be included in this study out of the initial 202 records found. Five implants were placed in three patients, positioned in the proximity of the lesion area, without any additional treatment to remove the pathology. The mandibular posterior area was the affected site in all patients. Only one implant failed in one patient after 16 years, which was attributed to peri-implantitis and not the lesion. Other implants demonstrated successful maintenance over follow-up periods. Conclusions: Although the number of the included records was relatively low to draw firm conclusions, it seems that implant-based treatments in patients with focal/florid cemento-osseous dysplasia could be viable, considering a conservative and well-planned approach. Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is often managed surgically. Enzymatic chemonucleolysis emerged as a non-surgical alternative. This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to assess the efficacy and safety of chemonucleolytic enzymes for LDH. The primary objective is to evaluate efficacy through "treatment success" (i.e., pain reduction) and severe adverse events (SAEs) rates. Additionally, differences in efficacy and safety trends among chemonucleolytic enzymes are explored. Following our PROSPERO registered protocol (CRD42023451546) and PRISMA guidelines, a systematic search of PubMed and Web of Science databases was conducted up to July 18, 2023. Inclusion criteria involved human LDH treatment with enzymatic chemonucleolysis reagents, assessing pain alleviation, imaging changes, and reporting on SAEs, with focus on allergic reactions. Quality assessment employed the Cochrane Source of Bias and MINORS tools. Meta-analysis utilized odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI). Among 62 included studies (12,368 patients), chemonucleolysis demonstrated an 79% treatment success rate and significantly outperformed placebo controls (OR 3.35, 95% CI 2.41–4.65) and scored similar to surgical interventions (OR 0.65, 95% CI 0.20–2.10). SAEs occurred in 1.4% of cases, with slightly higher rates in chymopapain cohorts. No significant differences in "proceeding to surgery" rates were observed between chemonucleolysis and control cohorts. Limitations include dated and heterogeneous studies, emphasizing the need for higher-quality trials. Further optimization through careful patient selection and advances in therapy implementation may further enhance outcomes. The observed benefits call for wider clinical exploration and adoption. Since little is known about the exact pattern of social cognitive impairments related to behavioral addictions, the aim of the PRISMA-oriented review was to (i) provide an overview of relevant empirical publications, and to (ii) to elucidate which specific aspects of social cognition (i.e., emotion recognition, empathy, and theory of mind (ToM)) are impaired in different types of behavioral addictions. Behavioral addictions have been associated with cognitive deficits which may contribute to impaired social cognitive functioning. More recently, this domain has been investigated in patients with behavioral addictions as impaired social cognition detrimentally affects daily functioning and thus forms a relevant target for treatment. A systematic search in the PubMed and Web of Science databases was performed focusing on social cognitive functions in behavioral addictions. Studies focusing on the same social cognitive component were grouped together, this was done based on the used assessment measures. In total, 18 studies met the specified inclusion criteria. Five studies focusing on emotion recognition concluded that individuals with behavioral addictions show impairments in this domain. As for the 13 studies focusing on empathy and/or ToM, most of them found deficits linked to different types of behavioral addictions. Only two studies, one of which was investigating a distinct population (multiplayer online role-playing gamers) did not link empathy to behavioral addictions. The results show that the majority of studies focusing on social cognition and behavioral addictions found some deficits. Background: Choroid plexus carcinomas (CPCs) are rare, aggressive grade 3 tumors of the central nervous system associated with Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) in a notable percentage of cases due to TP53 germline mutations. Understanding the correlation between CPCs and LFS is crucial for tailored management strategies. However, distinguishing CPCs from benign choroid plexus papillomas (CPPs) remains challenging, relying largely on histologic features. This study aimed to explore the association between CPCs and LFS, emphasizing the impact of TP53 mutations on diagnosis, treatment, and clinical outcomes. Materials and methods: Scientific databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were systematically searched up to January 2024 using keywords related to CPCs, LFS, TP53 mutation, and central nervous system tumors. Selection criteria included studies investigating the link between CPCs and LFS, their management approaches, and genetic implications of TP53 mutations. Ten relevant studies were selected for analysis after screening titles, abstracts, and full-text articles. Data extraction focused on clinical, genetic, and management factors related to CPCs associated with LFS. Results: The review highlighted the strong association (36%) between CPCs and LFS, primarily due to TP53 germline mutations. Studies emphasized the need for genetic testing in patients with CPCs, especially in pediatric cases, to identify LFS implications. Furthermore, the impact of TP53 mutations on treatment strategies was emphasized, recommending irradiation-sparing therapies due to inferior survival rates associated with radiotherapy in LFS patients with CPCs. Cases illustrated the challenges in diagnosing CPCs and the importance of immunohistochemistry and genetic testing for TP53 mutations. Conclusion: CPCs pose challenges in diagnosis and management, particularly in distinguishing them from benign tumors. The association with LFS, often due to TP53 germline mutations, underscores the importance of genetic testing for early detection and tailored treatment strategies. Irradiation-sparing therapies are recommended for LFS-associated CPCs to mitigate the risk of secondary malignancies. Background: Early neurological deterioration, a common complication in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, is associated with poor outcomes. Despite the fact that the prevalence and predictors of early neurological impairment are widely addressed, few studies have consolidated these findings. This study aimed to systematically investigate the prevalence and predictors of early neurological deterioration. Methods: The PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CIHNAL, and Web of Science databases were systematically searched for relevant studies from the inception to December 2023. The data were extracted using a predefined worksheet. Quality assessment was conducted using the Newcastle–Ottawa Scale. Two reviewers independently performed the study selection, data extraction, and quality appraisal. The pooled effect size and 95% confidence intervals were calculated using the STATA 17.0 software package. Results: In total, 32 studies and 5,014 patients were included in this meta-analysis. The prevalence of early neurological deterioration was 23% (95% CI 21–26%, p < 0.01). The initial NIHSS score (OR = 1.24, 95% CI 1.17, 1.30, p < 0.01), hematoma volume (OR = 1.07, 95% CI 1.06, 1.09, p < 0.01), intraventricular hemorrhage (OR = 3.50, 95% CI 1.64, 7.47, p < 0.01), intraventricular extension (OR = 3.95, 95% CI 1.96, 7.99, p < 0.01), hematoma expansion (OR = 9.77, 95% CI 4.43, 17.40, p < 0.01), and computed tomographic angiography spot sign (OR = 5.77, 95% CI 1.53, 20.23, p = 0.01) were predictors of early neurological deterioration. The funnel plot and Egger's test revealed significant publication bias (p < 0.001). Conclusions: This meta-analysis revealed a pooled prevalence of early neurological deterioration of 23% in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. The initial NIHSS score, hematoma volume, intraventricular hemorrhage, intraventricular expansion, hematoma expansion, and spot sign enhanced the probability of early neurological deterioration. Breast cancer (BC) is the most common malignancy in women in western countries. A significant part of malignant cases is caused by genetic mutation. Mutations in the gene phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome (PTEN) have been proven in various malignancies. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the prevalence of BC due to PTEN gene mutation, as well as estimating the chance of developing BC due to the occurrence of PTEN gene mutation. The present study was conducted using a systematic review method based on PRISMA 2020 statements. The search was done in PubMed, Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, and direct scientific databases. The search was performed using the keywords breast cancer, breast malignancy, PTEN, polymorphism, mutation, variant, and their equivalents. Statistical analysis was performed using the second version of Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software. A total of 2138 articles were collected. After removing duplicate articles, checking the title and abstract, and then checking the full text of the documents, finally 64 articles were approved and entered the systematic review process. Analysis of these studies with a sample size of 231,179 showed the prevalence of breast cancer patients with PTEN mutations. The combined results of 64 studies showed that the prevalence of PTEN mutations has a 3.3 (95% CI 2.2–5) in BC patients, and an analysis of 6 studies showed that the odds ratio of developing BC due to PTEN mutation is 3.7 (95% CI 1.1–11.9). The results of this study show that mutation in the PTEN gene increases the chance of developing BC. Countertransference (CT) is now recognized as the most important tool in psychodynamic procedures. Despite extensive practical and theoretical research on the patient's interpersonal patterns reflected in the countertransference, little is known about the therapist's contribution to this phenomenon. A difficulty in studying this aspect is the recording of a phenomenon that many researchers unconsciously understand as ego-syntonic. So far, the topic has primarily been approached through case reports by clinically active authors. This article provides a comprehensive review of the empirical research on this subject, drawing on a systematic search of scientific databases. The systematic search was performed using the electronic databases PsycINFO, PsycArticles, PubMed and PSYNDEX and finally included 10 publications in the analysis after title and abstract screening of 1037 studies. It became clear that the studies included vary significantly in their definitions of therapist contribution and countertransference as well as their attempts to measure them. To address the therapistʼs contribution in the context of countertransference events an extension of the concept of Hayes is proposed, which integrates therapist personality traits and attitudes, sociodemographic characteristics, and biographical experiences (subjective assessments versus objective information) to better capture the therapist's role in countertransference. Bargaining with suppliers is a key Purchasing and Supply Management (PSM) activity but there is considerable ambiguity over what bargaining entails and the concept currently lacks a systematic treatment, despite its significant interest to PSM professionals. The literature shows that bargaining can be seen as an adversarial approach to negotiation (in contrast to more integrative/collaborative ones) and also the back-and-forth discussion over price and other variables between buying and supplying organisations to reach an agreement. In addition, many will move between fundamentally distributive and integrative approaches as the discussions play out. A systematic literature review of the Scopus, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, JSTOR and Web of Science databases was undertaken to address this gap, identifying 427 relevant journal papers that were systematically analysed. First, descriptive techniques identified the trajectory of published papers, methods, theories and their industrial context. Second, content analysis identified the key constructs and associated operational measures/variables of bargaining. Third, the constructs have then been ordered temporally and by areas of location (organisational/departmental and individual levels) to generate a model and inform a series of practice-based recommendations at different stages of the bargaining process. The findings will allow future researchers to use the constructs either directly in developing focused hypotheses to test relationships or as a basis for refinement and extension in cumulative theory building and testing. In addition, a series of focused research gaps have been identified, such as addressing the current contradictory findings of the effect of purchasing volume or organisational size on bargaining power. Purpose: Lateral interbody fusion (LIF) is an increasingly popular minimally-invasive spine procedure. This study identifies notable trends in LIF literature and provides a detailed review of the bibliometric aspects of the top 100 most-cited articles. Methods: Articles were queried from the Web of Science database. Inclusion criteria consisted of peer-reviewed articles, full-text availability, and LIF focus. Network analysis including co-authorship mapping and bibliographic coupling were complemented by trend analysis to determine prominent contributors and themes. Analyses were conducted using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix (RStudio). Results: There has been a rapid increase in LIF publication and citation count since 1998. Leading journals were Spine (n = 24), Journal of Neurosurgery Spine (n = 22), and European Spine Journal (n = 12). NuVasive funded the most publications (n = 17), followed by DePuy Synthes Spine (n = 4). The United States was the most represented country (n = 81); however, trend analysis suggests a steadily growing international contribution. The most prolific author was J.S. Uribe (n = 16), followed by a tie in second place by E. Dakwar and L. Pimenta (n = 8). The most frequent keywords, "complication" (n = 34), "surgery" (n = 30), and "outcomes" (n = 24), demonstrated a patient-centric theme. Conclusions: This bibliometric analysis provides in-depth insights into the evolution and trends of LIF over the last two decades. The trends and themes identified demonstrate the innovative, collaborative, and patient-focused characteristics of this subfield. This article aims to fill an existing knowledge gap within the literature: the characteristics of networks of publication on innovation management research and its relationship with country's innovativeness. The study is grounded in the theory that the creation of knowledge and collaboration within networks play a pivotal role in improving a nation's innovation capacity. It presents and describes the characteristics of co-authorship networks of scientific publications among authors from different countries. The published articles were extracted from the Scopus and Web of Science databases, considering a period of 12 years. Following the identification of pivotal countries, the research proceeded to investigate whether their positioning within the network has an impact on their innovation capabilities. To underpin this analysis, data from the Global Innovation Index ranking were employed. Among the six countries demonstrating noteworthy centrality metrics throughout the entire period, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom are also categorized as innovators according to the Global Innovation Index. The overlap observed suggests a relationship between countries maintaining consolidated and resilient innovation networks and positive performance in terms of innovation. In recent years, agroecology has gained prominence as one of the innovative approaches to agriculture that could positively contribute to achieving sustainable food systems. As a transdisciplinary science, agroecology could benefit from the contribution of socio-economic sciences. This study aims to give an overview of how scholars have approached socio-economic issues in the field of agroecology. A scoping review was conducted by using the PRISMA-ScR method, searching both Scopus and Web of Sciences databases. The selected body of literature (183 articles) provides an overview of the key socio-economic dimensions analysed in the literature on agroecology and the results achieved by scholars. Cancer is a common and dangerous disease based on the World Health Organization. Much research has been done on new and effective cancer treatments, including cancer vaccines and the prediction of neoantigens using machine learning. The purpose of this study is to review articles that use machine learning to design cancer vaccines. This study is a rapid review study using search strategies and related keywords in Google Scholar, PubMed, and science direct databases from 2010 to 2021 in 2021 and revised in August 2023. 1250 articles were searched and 13 articles were selected for this review. We investigated them and then due to the importance and popularity of using machine learning in cancer vaccines recently, we compared them based on their machine learning technique. it is shown that neural networks with Python are used to predict neoantigens in 4 articles and with MATLAB in 2 articles, one article was about using the Fontom, one article with PERL, and one article with R; Other studies were about data mining with flowsom algorithm, multiple linear regression, logistics, and oncopepVCA, and the rest of articles do not provide information about machine learning implementation tools. Providing neural networks with Python is useful in the prediction of neoantigens due to the precision and examination of complex data sets. They use to predict HLA and peptide binding affinity, vaccines outcome, personalized cancer vaccines based on new data, the immune response, processing RNA and DNA sequences, and immunological analysis.
