One of the most widely used measures of scientific impact is the number of citations. However, due to its heavy-tailed distribution, citations are fundamentally difficult to predict but can be improved. This study was aimed at investigating the factors and parts influencing the citation number of a scientific paper in the otology field. Therefore, this work proposes a new solution that utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to process English text and provides a paper citation as the predicted results. Different algorithms are implemented in this solution, such as linear regression, boosted decision tree, decision forest, and neural networks. The application of neural network regression revealed that papers' abstracts have more influence on the citation numbers of otological articles. This new solution has been developed in visual programming using Microsoft Azure machine learning at the back end and Programming Without Coding Technology at the front end. Stroke is a high morbidity and mortality disease that poses a serious threat to people's health. Early recognition of the various warning signs of stroke is necessary so that timely clinical intervention can help reduce the severity of stroke. Deep neural networks have powerful feature representation capabilities and can automatically learn discriminant features from large amounts of data. This paper uses a range of physiological characteristic parameters and collaborates with deep neural networks, such as the Wasserstein generative adversarial networks with gradient penalty and regression network, to construct a stroke prediction model. Firstly, to address the problem of imbalance between positive and negative samples in the stroke public data set, we performed positive sample data augmentation and utilized WGAN‐GP to generate stroke data with high fidelity and used it for the training of the prediction network model. Then, the relationship between observable physiological characteristic parameters and the predicted risk of suffering a stroke was modeled as a nonlinear mapping transformation, and a stroke prediction model based on a deep regression network was designed. Finally, the proposed method is compared with commonly used machine learning‐based classification algorithms such as decision tree, random forest, support vector machine, and artificial neural networks. The prediction results of the proposed method are optimal in the comprehensive measurement index F. In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the implementation of compulsory education, the pressure on students' study and life has increased, and the phenomenon of psychological and behavioral problems has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the school has regarded students' mental health education as the top priority in teaching work. Effective expression classification can assist psychology researchers to study psychology and other disciplines and analyze children's psychological activities and mental states by classifying expressions, thereby reducing the occurrence of psychological behavior problems. Most of the current mainstream methods focus on the exploration of text explicit features and the optimization of representation models, and few works pay attention to deeper language expressions. Metaphors, as language expressions often used in daily life, are closely related to an individual's emotion, cognition, and psychological state. This paper studies children's smiling face recognition based on deep neural network. In order to obtain a better identification effect of mental health problems of children, this paper attempts to use multisource data, including consumption data, access control data, network logs, and grade data, and proposes a multisource data-based mental health problem identification algorithm. The main research focus is feature extraction, trying to use one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) to mine students' online patterns from online behavior sequences, calculate abnormal scores based on students' consumption data in the cafeteria, and describe the dietary differences among students. At the same time, this paper uses the students' psychological state data provided by the psychological center as a label to improve the deficiencies caused by the questionnaire. This paper uses the training set to train five common classification algorithms, evaluates them through the validation set, and selects the best classifier as our algorithm and uses it to identify students with mental health problems in the test set. In view of the issue that the features of the images in the shallow layer cannot be fully utilized when the image description is generated and the target association of the image cannot be sufficiently obtained, a generation method for the description of the acquisition of attention images is put forward in this paper. The proportions of the features of images at various depths are autonomously assigned based on the content data of the language model, and the images thus generated are all pictures with image features with attention. In this way, the effect of description generation of images has been improved. The incidence of oral cancer is still increasing. It has become very common in patients with malignant tumors, which has forced medical personnel to continuously explore its treatment methods. What kind of method can effectively and correctly diagnose the disease in the early stage and improve the survival rate has become one of the research topics that have attracted much attention. Aiming at this problem, it has great research significance for the field of oral precancerous lesions diagnosis. With the in-depth research on oral precancerous diagnosis, the research on artificial neural network (ANN) in medical diagnosis is gradually carried out. Its performance advantage is of great significance to solve the problem of early and correct disease diagnosis. This paper aimed to investigate the application of ANN-assisted cancer risk prediction method in risk prediction of oral precancerous lesions. Through the analysis and research of ANN and oral cancer, the construction of oral cancer risk prediction model was applied to solve the problem of improving the survival rate of oral cancer patients. In this paper, ANN and oral precancerous lesions were analyzed, the performance of the algorithm was experimentally analyzed, and the relevant theoretical formulas were used to explain. The results showed that the method had higher accuracy than traditional forecasting methods. When N = 2 , the output accuracy was above 90%. Through the analysis and research of BPNN and cultural heritage resource development and industrial transformation, it can be applied to the construction of resource value assessment methods to solve the problem of improving the value level of cultural heritage resource development and industry. This paper analyzes the modeling of a computer-aided piano music automatic notation algorithm, combines the influence of music on psychological detachment, and designs the piano music automatic notation algorithm in psychological detachment model construction. This paper investigates the multiresolution time-frequency representation constant Q-transform (CQT), which is common in music signal analysis, and finds that although CQT has higher frequency resolution at low frequencies, it also leads to lower temporal resolution. The variable Q-transform is introduced as a tool for multibasic frequency estimation of the time-frequency representation of music signals, which has better temporal resolution than CQT at the exact frequency resolution and efficient coefficient calculation. The short-time Fourier transform and constant Q-transform time-frequency analysis methods are implemented, respectively, and note onset detection and multibasic tone detection are implemented based on CNN models. Traditional English classroom teaching is difficult to meet the oral learning needs of most learners. Thanks to the continuous advancement of speech processing technology, computer-assisted language learning systems are becoming more intelligent, not only pointing out learners' pronunciation errors but also assessing their overall pronunciation level. Method. This paper uses the method of tree kernel function to measure the similarity of two ontology trees. According to the features of nodes in ontology tree, methods to calculate the external features and internal features of nodes are proposed, respectively. External features are mainly obtained by calculating the hierarchical centrality, node density, and node coverage of nodes in the ontology tree; internal features are mainly obtained by measuring the richness of internal information. According to the similarity of ontology tree and the external features and internal features of nodes, the calculation formula of structural comprehensive similarity is improved, and the features of ontology itself can be fully considered in the calculation. According to the difference of the structure, the weights of the corresponding features during the calculation are adjusted autonomously, so that the calculation results are closer to reality. In spectral image preprocessing, endpoint detection utilizes the harmonic characteristics presented by narrowband spectrograms with high frequency resolution and eliminates useless nonspeech segments by detecting the presence of voiced segments. When building the neural network model, four convolutional layers, two fully connected layers, and one softmax output layer were conceived, and dropout was used to randomly suspend the work of some neurons to avoid overfitting. This paper proposes a decision tree structure, which is similar to the overall scoring process of raters, and uses the Interactive Dicremiser version 3 (ID3) algorithm to build a comprehensive evaluation decision tree for pitch, rhythm, intonation, speech rate, and emotion indicators. It is proved by experiments that the accurate consistency rate of the human-machine evaluation in this paper is 93%, the adjacent consistency rate is 96%, and the Pearson correlation coefficient value of the human-machine evaluation results is 0.89. Different from traditional images, light field images record not only spatial information but also angle information. Due to the large volume of light field data brings great difficulties to storage and compression, light field compression technology has attracted much attention. The epipolar plane image (EPI) contains a lot of low rank information, which is suitable for recovering the complete EPI from a part of EPI. In this paper, a light field image coding framework based on EPI restoration neural network has been proposed. Compared with previous algorithms, the proposed algorithm further takes advantage of the inherent similarity in light field images, and the proposed framework has higher performance and robustness. In the research of network abnormal traffic detection, in view of the characteristics of high dimensionality and redundancy in traffic data and the loss of original information caused by the pooling operation in the convolutional neural network, which leads to the problem of unsatisfactory detection effect, this paper proposes a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN to improve the above problems. Firstly, a recursive information correlation (RIC) feature selection mechanism is proposed, which reduces data redundancy through the maximum information correlation feature selection algorithm and recursive feature elimination method. Secondly, a skip-connected deconvolutional neural network model (SC-DeCN) is proposed to reduce the information loss by reconstructing the input signal. Finally, the RIC mechanism and the SC-DeCN model are merged to form a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN. The experimental results on the CIC-IDS-2017 dataset show that the RIC feature selection mechanism proposed in this paper has the highest accuracy when using MSCNN as the detection model compared to the other three, which can reach 96.22%. Compared with the other five models, the SC-DeCN model has the highest detection accuracy, while the model training time is moderate and can reach 96.55%. Compared with the SC-DeCN model, the RIC-SC-DeCN model reduces the overall training time by 45.50%, while the accuracy rate is increased to 97.68%. The more frequent occurrence of network security incidents has an impact on network security. Through the research on network security situational awareness, this paper constructs a multilevel network security situation evaluation index system from various aspects and uses the Elman neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm to evaluate network security situation. Aiming at the disadvantage of subjective dependence in the traditional assignment method of basic probability assignment function, Elman neural network is used to obtain the basic probability assignment function to increase its objectivity, and it is optimized with the PSD algorithm. In addition, the neural network is further improved by the genetic algorithm. In the traditional D-S evidence theory, an evidence correction step is added to optimize the situation that the final judgment result is incorrect due to evidence conflict. Finally, the fusion rules of the D-S evidence theory are used to fuse the support degrees of the four first-level situations to different security levels to obtain the final network security situation assessment result. The results show that the prediction accuracy of the GA-Elman neural network model is as high as 80%, which is significantly higher than that of the traditional D-S model, indicating that the model proposed in this paper has improved the accuracy of the assessment and prediction results. It is very important for power grid development research and related technical improvement to obtain the disaster situation of fine-scale distribution network, such as the transportation condition evaluation of distribution network and the wind waterlogging disaster prediction of distribution network. Among them, the wind waterlogging disaster prediction of distribution network is the main one, and the prediction of its disaster degree often determines whether the distribution network can be prevented before and rescued after the disaster. Therefore, in view of the above problems, combined with the actual transmission situation of the distribution network, after collecting the measured disaster data of the distribution network in relevant areas, combined with the multi-source data fusion technology and neural network modeling technology, this paper analyzes the disaster degree indicators of different distribution networks and constructs the relevant fuzzy matrix through the fuzzy theory to evaluate the disaster degree, which is verified by the measured data. This distribution network disaster loss prediction model can effectively implement the disaster loss prediction of distribution network and compare its prediction results with the other two different common models. The comparison results show that the prediction accuracy of the multi-source data fusion prediction model constructed in this paper is more than 0.95 compared with the other two models, while the prediction accuracy of the other two models is not more than 0.9, which proves that the model constructed in this paper has smaller errors. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. Due to the rapidly growing volume of data on the Internet, the methods of efficiently and accurately processing massive text information have been the focus of research. In natural language processing theory, sentence embedding representation is an important method. This paper proposes a new sentence embedding learning model called BRFP (Factorization Process with Bidirectional Restraints) that fuses syntactic information, uses matrix decomposition to learn syntactic information, and fuses and calculates with word vectors to obtain the embedded representation of sentences. In the experimental chapter, text similarity experiments are conducted to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model and analyzed experimental results on Chinese and English texts with the current mainstream learning methods, and potential improvement directions are summarized. The experimental results on Chinese and English datasets, including STS, AFQMC, and LCQMC, show that the model proposed in this paper outperforms the CNN method in terms of accuracy and F1 value by 7.6% and 4.8. The comparison experiment with the word vector weighted model shows that when the sentence length is longer, or the corresponding syntactic structure is complex, the model's advantages in this paper are more prominent than TF-IDF and SIF methods. Compared with the TF-IDF method, the effect improved by 14.4%. Compared with the SIF method, it has a maximum advantage of 7.9%, and the overall improvement in each comparative experimental task is between 4 and 6 percentage points. In the neural network model comparison experiment, the model in this paper compared the CNN, RNN, LSTM, ST, QT, and InferSent models, and the effect significantly improved on the 14'OnWN, 14'Tweet-news, and 15'Ans.-forum datasets. For example, in the 14'OnWN dataset, the BRFP method has a 10.9% improvement over the ST method. This is also the direct cause of colon cancer. The aim of this paper was to investigate whether anesthetic drugs could positively affect the proliferation and apoptosis of colon cancer cells. In this paper, the significance of anesthetic drugs is proposed, and an artificial neural network algorithm based on artificial intelligence is proposed. It is well known that artificial neural networks play an important role in medicine. The experimental results of this paper show that the incidence of colon cancer in 2020 will be in the range of 5%-35%, and the incidence of colon cancer in 2021 will be in the range of 7%-30%. In order to improve the optimization effect of the flight trajectory of the aircraft, this paper combines the thinking navigation algorithm to optimize the flight trajectory of the aircraft and analyzes the flight trajectory of the aircraft through the intelligent model. Aiming at the current problem of insufficient extraction of small retinal blood vessels, we propose a retinal blood vessel segmentation algorithm that combines supervised learning and unsupervised learning algorithms. In this study, we use a multiscale matched filter with vessel enhancement capability and a U-Net model with a coding and decoding network structure. Three channels are used to extract vessel features separately, and finally, the segmentation results of the three channels are merged. The algorithm proposed in this paper has been verified and evaluated on the DRIVE, STARE, and CHASE_DB1 datasets. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can segment small blood vessels better than most other methods. We conclude that our algorithm has reached 0.8745, 0.8903, and 0.8916 on the three datasets in the sensitivity metric, respectively, which is nearly 0.1 higher than other existing methods. Game data collection system is a tool used to collect the behavior data of users about the game. It can be used for data analysis of user behavior so that game manufacturers can keep abreast of market dynamics and popular trends, and they also can have a deeper understanding of the behavioral habits and psychology of player user groups. The defects of the current data acquisition system include that the data are not encrypted. The network transmission efficiency is relatively low. The acquisition speed is slow, and the settings cannot be dynamically changed. This paper proposes to study how to enhance the acquisition ability and improve the analysis efficiency in the design of data acquisition system for solving these problems. Therefore, on the basis of artificial intelligence algorithm, this paper designs a game data collection system by using artificial neural network algorithm, support vector algorithm, and cluster analysis algorithm, which solves the basic problem of slow data collection in current data collection and plays a role in improving the efficiency of network transmission. The experimental results in this paper show that when the number of data is more than 300, the time-consuming time reaches more than 68 ms. When the number of written data is more than 300, it takes more than 181 ms. When the number of deleted data is more than 300, it takes more than 236 ms. In order to solve the technical problem of fault signal recognition in the field of communication, this paper proposes an electronic communication fault signal recognition method based on data mining algorithm. Firstly, the K-means clustering algorithm is used to determine the cluster number k according to some attributes or class characteristics of the communication class samples, and the communication sample types are classified into a certain class so that the communication sample data in the cluster can be closely distributed and the data within a certain class range can be calculated by Euclidean distance formula. Then, this paper clusters the data. In the clustering data, BP neural network model is used to train and calculate the obtained clustering data again, which can map and deal with the complex nonlinear relationship between the fault information data of different clustering categories. In this paper, we construct a model of convolutional neural network speech emotion algorithm, analyze the classroom identified by the neural network with a certain degree of confidence together with the school used in the dataset, find the characteristics and rules of teachers' control of classroom emotion nowadays using big data, find the parts of classroom emotion, and design a classroom emotion recognition model based on convolutional neural network speech emotion algorithm according to these characteristics. This paper will investigate the factors and patterns of teachers' emotional control in the classroom. In this paper, the existing neural network is adapted and improved, and some preprocessing is performed on the current dataset to train the network. The network used in this paper is a combination of convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN), which takes advantage of both CNN for feature extraction and RNN for memory capability in the sequence model. This is mainly because, in the reconstruction process of the damaged area of the image, it is difficult for the inpainting network to make full use of the information in the nondamaged area to accurately infer the content of the damaged area. Therefore, the paper has proposed an image inpainting network driven by multilevel attention progression mechanism. The proposed network has compressed the high-level features extracted from the full-resolution image into multiscale compact features and then drives the compact features to perform multilevel order according to the scale size. Attention feature progression is to achieve the goal of the full progression of high-level features including structure and details in the network. To further realize fine-grained image inpainting and reconstruction, the paper has also proposed a composite granular discriminator to achieve image inpainting process performing global semantic constraints and nonspecific local dense constraints. A foot placement of inertial sensors is commonly used for heel-strike (HS) and toe-off (TO) event detection. However, in clinical practice, such sensor placement may be difficult or even impossible due to the deformity of patients' feet. The first contribution of this paper is a new algorithm for HS and TO event detection for cases when the sensors are placed on the lateral malleolus. Such sensor placement allows gait analysis in patients with foot deformities. In addition, the placement of the sensor directly on the wide bone surface of the lateral malleolus ensures secure fixation of the sensor during walking. The proposed algorithm is based on deep neural networks, which can be easily adapted (by retraining the neural networks) for analysis of various pathological gait patterns. It is especially important in clinical practice when the number of possible pathological gait patterns is very large. The algorithm proposed in this paper was implemented in a new wearable system for the clinical gait analysis. The second contribution is a validation of this new wearable system. The performance of both proposed algorithm and gait analysis system was evaluated against a reference treadmill system where a capacitance–based pressure platform was used. A total of 117 healthy volunteers participated in the comparison (62 males and 55 females, age 24–55 years, height 162–183 cm). They were asked to perform 2 min walking trials with different speed. Mean accuracy ± precision was – 0.021 ± 0.091 s for gait cycle, 0.589 ± 1.144 steps/min for cadence, – 0.051 ± 0.544 % for stance phase, – 0.37 ± 0.649 % for single support, 0.296 ± 0.711 % for double support, 0.132 ± 0.561 % for load response, and 0.106 ± 0.661 % for preswing. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of students' role perceptions and their tendencies in classroom education using a visual inspection approach. A multi example learning student engagement assessment method based on a one-dimensional convolutional neural network is proposed. Based on the conceptual composition of student engagement, head posture, eye gaze, and eye-opening and closing states and the most used facial movement units are used as visual features. For feature extraction, the proposed view of relative change features, based on the video features extracted from the Open Face toolset, the standard deviation of the distance between adjacent multiple frames relative to the center point of the three visual features is used as the relative change features of the video. This results in the phenomenon that students are highly motivated in the early stage and significantly increase the rate of absenteeism in the later stage. With the development of information technology injecting new vitality into educational innovation, many researchers have introduced computer vision and image processing technology into students' online learning activities, and understand students' current learning situation by analyzing students' learning status. Retinal vessel segmentation has high value for the research on the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, hypertension, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Most methods based on deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN) do not have large receptive fields or rich spatial information and cannot capture global context information of the larger areas. Therefore, it is difficult to identify the lesion area, and the segmentation efficiency is poor. This paper presents a butterfly fully convolutional neural network (BFCN). First, in view of the low contrast between blood vessels and the background in retinal blood vessel images, this paper uses automatic color enhancement (ACE) technology to increase the contrast between blood vessels and the background. Second, using the multiscale information extraction (MSIE) module in the backbone network can capture the global contextual information in a larger area to reduce the loss of feature information. At the same time, using the transfer layer (T_Layer) can not only alleviate gradient vanishing problem and repair the information loss in the downsampling process but also obtain rich spatial information. Finally, for the first time in the paper, the segmentation image is postprocessed, and the Laplacian sharpening method is used to improve the accuracy of vessel segmentation. This article focuses on the inability of effective detection and recognition of English text content to conduct research, which is useful for improving the application of intelligent analysis significance. This paper studies how to improve the neural network model to improve the efficiency of image text detection and recognition under complex background. The main research work is as follows: (1) An improved CTPN multidirectional text detection algorithm is proposed, and the algorithm is applied to the multidirectional text detection and recognition system. It uses the multiangle rotation of the image to be detected, then fuses the candidate text boxes detected by the CTPN network, and uses the fusion strategy to find the best area of the text. This algorithm solves the problem that the CTPN network can only detect the text in the approximate horizontal direction. (2) An improved CRNN text recognition algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is based on CRNN and combines traditional text features and depth features at the same time, making it possible to recognize occluded text. The algorithm was tested on the IC13 and SVT data sets. In this paper, an in-depth study and analysis of attribute modelling and knowledge acquisition of massive images are conducted using image recognition. For the complexity of association relationships between attributes of incomplete data, a single-output subnetwork modelling method for incomplete data is proposed to build a neural network model with each missing attribute as output alone and other attributes as input in turn, and the network structure can deeply portray the association relationships between each attribute and other attributes. To address the problem of incomplete model inputs due to the presence of missing values, we propose to treat and describe the missing values as system-level variables and realize the alternate update of network parameters and dynamic filling of missing values through iterative learning among subnets. The method can effectively utilize the information of all the present attribute values in incomplete data, and the obtained subnetwork population model is a fit to the attribute association relationships implied by all the present attribute values in incomplete data. The strengths and weaknesses of existing image semantic modelling algorithms are analysed. To reduce the workload of manually labelling data, this paper proposes the use of a streaming learning algorithm to automatically pass image-level semantic labels to pixel regions of an image, where the algorithm does not need to rely on external detectors and a priori knowledge of the dataset. Then, an efficient deep neural network mapping algorithm is designed and implemented for the microprocessing architecture and software programming framework of this edge processor, and a layout scheme is proposed to place the input feature maps outside the kernel DDR and the reordered convolutional kernel matrices inside the kernel storage body and to design corresponding efficient vectorization algorithms for the multidimensional matrix convolution computation, multidimensional pooling computation, local linear normalization, etc., which exist in the deep convolutional neural network model. With the deep development of artificial intelligence technology, deep neural network models are widely used in research fields such as computer image classification, speech recognition, and fluid detail synthesis with their powerful data learning capability. Its stable and efficient computational model provides a new problem-solving approach for computerized fluid animation simulation. In terms of time series reconstruction, this paper adopts a tracking-based reconstruction method, including target tracking, 2D trajectory fitting and repair, and 3D trajectory reconstruction. For continuous image sequences, a linear dynamic model algorithm based on pyramidal optical flow is used to track the feature centers of the objects, and the spatial coordinates and motion parameters of the feature points are obtained by reconstructing the motion trajectories. The experimental results show that in terms of spatial reconstruction, the matching method proposed in this paper is more accurate compared with the traditional stereo matching algorithm; in terms of time series reconstruction, the error of target tracking reduced. Existing research combines acupuncture theory with network science and proposes a new paradigm for the study of acupoint selection patterns—a key acupoint mining algorithm based on acupoint networks. However, the basic idea of this study for finding key acupoints is based on binary acupoint synergy relationships, which ignores the higher-order synergy among multiple acupoints and does not truly reflect the implicit patterns of each acupoint among meridian systems. Moreover, the mining results assessment method, which this new paradigm involves, does not have wide applicability and universality. In this paper, with the introduction of higher-order interactions between multiple acupoints, a high-specificity key acupoint mining algorithm based on 3-node motif is proposed in the acupoint-disease network (ADN). In response to the narrow applicability of the new research paradigm involving the evaluation of algorithms' measures, new and widely applicable and universal evaluation criteria are introduced in terms of resolution, network loss, and accuracy, respectively. Based on the principles of acupoint selection involved in acupuncture clinics in Chinese medicine, the acupoints involved in the data were divided into a total of 19 regions according to their distribution characteristics. From these 19 regions, we selected the key acupoints that have a large impact on the global network. Finally, we compared this algorithm with five other acupoint importance assessment algorithms in terms of resolution, network loss, and accuracy, respectively. The comprehensive results show that the algorithm identifies key acupoints with an accuracy of 63%, which is 14% to 21% higher than other existing methods. The key acupoints identified by the algorithm have a significant disruptive effect on the connectivity of the network, indicating that the key acupoints are at the core of the acupoint-disease network topology. They have a significant propagation influence on other acupoints, which means that the key acupoints have high-synergistic cooperation with other acupoints. Meanwhile, the stability and specificity of the algorithm ensure the reliability of the key acupoints. We believe that the key acupoints identified by the algorithm can be used as core acupoints from the perspective of network topology and high synergy of other acupoints, respectively, and help researchers explore targeted and high-impact combinations of acupoints to optimize existing acupuncture prescriptions under condition constraints. Small samples are prone to overfitting in the neural network training process. This paper proposes an optimization approach based on L2 and dropout regularization called a hybrid improved neural network algorithm to overcome this issue. The proposed model was evaluated based on the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology (MNIST, grayscale-28 × 28 × 1) and Canadian Institute for Advanced Research 10 (CIFAR10, RGB - 32 × 32 × 3) as the training data sets and data applied to the LeNet-5 and Autoencoder neural network architectures. The evaluation is conducted based on cross-validation; the result of the model prediction is used as the final measure to evaluate the quality of the model. The results show that the proposed hybrid algorithm can perform more effectively, avoid overfitting, improve the accuracy of network model prediction in classification tasks, and reduce the reconstruction error in the unsupervised domain. In addition, employing the proposed algorithm without increasing the time complexity can reduce the effect of noisy data and bias and improve the training time of neural network models. Quantitative and qualitative experimental results show that the accuracy of using the proposed algorithm in this paper with the MNIST test set has an improvement of 2.3% and 0.9% compared to L2 regularization and dropout regularization, respectively, and based on the CIFAR10 data set, the accuracy improvement of 0.92% compared with L2 regularization and 1.31% concerning dropout regularization. The reconstruction error of using the proposed algorithm in this paper with the MNIST data set has an improvement of 0.00174 and 0.00398 compared to L2 regularization and dropout regularization, respectively, and based on the CIFAR10 data set, the accuracy improvement of 0.00078 compared with L2 regularization and 0.00174 concerning dropout regularization. With the advent of the digital society, the amount of information we face will increase exponentially, which will challenge our level of educational knowledge, so we begin to pay attention to the effect of education and teaching in the context of digitalization. The purpose of this paper is to study the evaluation of students' classroom learning effect based on the neural network algorithm and scientific objectivity. Assessment and other principles are to create an assessment system for students' learning outcomes in the classroom. The development of neuroimaging technology and molecular genetics has produced a large amount of imaging genetics data, which has greatly promoted the study of complex mental diseases. However, because the feature dimension of the data is too high, the correlation measure assumes that the data obey Gaussian distribution, and traditional algorithms often cannot explain these two types of data well. This article mainly studies image genetics analysis and its application based on neural network. In this paper, based on the theory and application technology of neural network, the tree structure is established by prior knowledge, that is, each SNP site is used as a leaf node of the tree, and the LD block and genome formed by the linkage imbalance of multiple SNP sites are used as intermediate nodes. Then, the hierarchical relationship of features was introduced. On this basis, a sparse learning method based on tree structure guidance is used to select features from multiple features of multiple SNPs locus regression candidate brain regions. Finally, the identification of SNPs in feature selection is used to predict quantitative traits of brain regions. The distribution of the typical vector values obtained by the algorithm in the experimental data is basically consistent with the distribution of the median of the actual data, and the correlation coefficient obtained is closest to the actual correlation coefficient in the data set. The average correlation coefficient of the algorithm reaches 82.3%, which is about 4.2% higher than the control algorithm. Experimental results show that this method can not only significantly improve the regression performance but also detect the risk gene SNPs loci with spatial clustering features and functional interpretation significance. Aiming at the problem of a large number of parameters and high time complexity caused by the current deep convolutional neural network models, an improved face alignment algorithm of a cascaded convolutional neural network (CCNN) is proposed from the network structure, random perturbation factor (shake), and data scale. The algorithm steps are as follows: 3 groups of lightweight CNNs are designed; the first group takes facial images with face frame as input, trains 3 CNNs in parallel, and weighted outputs the facial images with 5 facial key points (anchor points). Then, the anchor points and 2 different windows with a shake mechanism are used to crop out 10 partial images of human faces. The networks in the second group train 10 CNNs in parallel and every 2 networks' weighted average and colocated a key point. Based on the second group of networks, the third group designed a smaller shake mechanism and windows, to achieve more fine-tuning. When training the network, the idea of parallel within groups and serial between groups is adopted. Experiments show that, on the LFPW face dataset, the improved CCNN in this paper is superior to any other algorithm of the same type in positioning speed, algorithm parameter amount, and test error. In order to meet the new requirements of fault diagnosis response and intelligent degree in the current computer network, a fault detection of computer communication network based on an improved neural network algorithm is proposed. First, from the perspective of deep learning, based on the KDD99 data set, the network fault diagnosis method based on the convolutional neural network model is studied, and the data conversion operation of grayscale matrixed raw data is proposed. With the deepening and improvement of the contemporary English educating reform, the lookup on the satisfactory English training has attracted greater and extra attention. The key to enhance the English training is to enhance good teaching, and English teaching model is the key measure to enhance good schooling and teaching. Based on a single neural network, it can solely describe the randomness and irregularity of English education quality and cannot describe the whole exchange traits of English education model, which makes the impact deviation of teaching model larger. This paper constructs an algorithm for youth school violence recognition and an occupational therapy education model for victims through the extraction of action speech features. For the characteristics of violent actions and daily actions, action features in time and frequency domains are extracted and action categories are recognized by BP neural network; for complex actions, it is proposed to decompose complex actions into basic actions to improve the recognition rate; then, LDA dimensionality reduction algorithm is introduced for the problem of the high complexity of algorithm due to high dimensionality of features, and the feature dimensionality is reduced to 8 dimensions by LDA dimensionality reduction algorithm, which reduces the system running time by about 51% and improves the accuracy of violent action recognition by 3.3% while ensuring the overall performance of the system. Based on the classical D-S theory, we proposed an improved D-S evidence fusion algorithm by modifying the original evidence model with a new probability distribution function and constructing new fusion rules, which can solve the fusion conflict problem well. At present, most of the research on academic emotions focuses on the concept, current situation, and relevance. There are not many researches on the application of artificial intelligence-based neural network facial expression recognition technology in practical teaching. With reference to image-based big data, this research integrates the application of artificial intelligence facial expression recognition technology with the research on educational theory and applies information technology to the actual teaching process, in order to promote the optimization of the teaching process and improve the learning effect. Method. A Hadoop cluster consisting of 3 nodes is built on the Linux system, and the environment required for Opencv execution is compiled for each node, which provides support for subsequent parallel optimization, feature extraction, feature fusion, and recognition of student facial images. The image data type and input and output format based on MapReduce framework are designed, and the image data is optimized by means of serialized files. The color features, texture features, and Sift features of students' facial images and common distractors were analyzed. A parallel extraction framework of student facial image features is designed, and based on this, the student facial image feature extraction under Hadoop platform is implemented. This paper proposes a dynamic sequential facial expression recognition method that combines shallow and deep features with an attention mechanism. The relative position of facial landmarks and local area texture features based on FACS represent shallow-level features. At the same time, the structure of ALexNet is improved to extract the deep features of sequence images to express high-level semantic features. The effectiveness of the facial expression recognition system is improved by introducing three attention mechanisms: self-attention, weight-attention, and convolutional attention. Results/Discussion. Through the analysis of the teaching effect, we found that when teachers can obtain the correct student's academic mood, they can intervene on the students' positive academic mood. The purpose of the intervention is to improve the positive academic emotions of students. After the students receive the intervention, their academic emotions are also improved and are positively correlated with their academic performance. Through the analysis of teaching effect, the research can achieve the predetermined goal. In this paper, we propose a novel semisupervised learning framework to learn the flows of edges over a graph. Given the flow values of the labeled edges, the task of this paper is to learn the unknown flow values of the remaining unlabeled edges. To this end, we introduce a value amount hold by each node and impose that the amount of values flowing from the conjunctive edges of each node to be consistent with the node's own value. We propose to embed the nodes to a continuous vector space so that the embedding vector of each node can be reconstructed from its neighbors by a recursive neural network model, linear normalized long short-term memory. Moreover, we argue that the value of each node is also embedded in the embedding vectors of its neighbors, thus propose to approximate the node value from the output of the neighborhood recursive network. We build a unified learning framework by formulating a minimization problem. To construct the learning problem, we build three subproblems of minimization: (1) the embedding error of each node from the recursive network, (2) the loss of the construction for the amount of value of each node, and (3) the difference between the value amount of each node and the estimated value from the edge flows. We develop an iterative algorithm to learn the node embeddings, edge flows, and node values jointly. We perform experiments based on the datasets of some network data, including the transportation network and innovation. With the rapid development of China's electrical industry, the safe operation of electrical facilities is very important for social stability and people's property safety. The failure detection method of conventional electrical equipment is hand detection, which has high experience of the detection person, lacks detection and error detection, and the detection efficiency is low. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, computer-assisted substation inspection is now possible, and substation inspection using an intelligent inspection robot equipped with an infrared device is one of the main substation inspection methods. In this paper, experiments are carried out using several neural network models. For example, if a faster region convolutional neural networks (RCNN) infrared detection model is employed, a good vg16 in the feature region of the extracted image takes into account the quality of the infrared image and the presence of multiple devices. Infrared images can be used to determine the basic features of various electronic devices. In order to detect targets in infrared images of electrical equipment, the fast RCNN target detection algorithm is used, and the overall recognition accuracy reaches 83.1%, and a good application effect is obtained. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most generally known neurodegenerative disorder, leading to a steady deterioration in cognitive ability. Deep learning models have shown outstanding performance in the diagnosis of AD, and these models do not need any handcrafted feature extraction over conventional machine learning algorithms. Since the 2012 AlexNet accomplishment, the convolutional neural network (CNN) has been progressively utilized by the medical community to assist practitioners to early diagnose AD. This paper explores the current cutting edge applications of CNN on single and multimodality (combination of two or more modalities) neuroimaging data for the classification of AD. An exhaustive systematic search is conducted on four notable databases: Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and PubMed in June 2021. The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of classification approaches on AD to analyze different kinds of datasets, neuroimaging modalities, preprocessing techniques, and data handling methods. However, CNN has achieved great success in the classification of AD; still, there are a lot of challenges particularly due to scarcity of medical imaging data and its possible scope in this field. With the advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of deep learning and other technologies, people can use complex neural network models to mine and extract key information in massive data with the support of powerful computing power. However, it also increases the complexity of heterogeneous network and greatly increases the difficulty of network maintenance and management. In order to solve the problem of network fault diagnosis, this paper first proposes an improved semisupervised inverse network fault diagnosis algorithm; the proposed algorithm effectively guarantees the convergence of generated against network model, makes full use of a large amount of trouble-free tag data, and obtains a good accuracy of fault diagnosis. Then, the diagnosis model is further optimized and the fault classification task is completed by the convolutional neural network, the discriminant function of the network is simplified, and the generation pair network is only responsible for generating fault samples. The simulation results also show that the fault diagnosis algorithm based on network generation and convolutional neural network achieves good fault diagnosis accuracy and saves the overhead of manually labeling a large number of data samples. Firstly, it constructs the evaluation index system of English teaching ability, including expert evaluation system, student evaluation system, and teacher evaluation system. Then, the indexes affecting the evaluation of English teaching ability are quantified by fuzzy synthesis, and the evaluation indexes are refined. Finally, the basic principle of frequency effect is analyzed, combined with the convolutional neural network. Results. In this paper, a mathematical model for large deformation of a cantilever beam subjected to tip-concentrated load is presented. The model is governed by nonlinear differential equations. Large deformation of a cantilever beam has number of applications is structural engineering. Since finding an exact solution to such nonlinear models is difficult task, this paper focuses on developing soft computing technique based on artificial neural networks (ANNs), generalized normal distribution optimization (GNDO) algorithm, and sequential quadratic programming (SQP). The strength of ANN modeling for governing the equation of cantilever beam is exploited by the global search ability of GNDO and further explored by the local search mechanism of SQP. Design scheme is evaluated for different cases depending on variations in dimensionless end-point load ρ . Furthermore, to validate the effectiveness and convergence of algorithm proposed technique, the results of the differential transformation method (DTM) and exact solutions are compared. During the development of deep neural networks (DNNs), it is difficult to trade off the performance of fitting ability and generalization ability in training set and unknown data (such as test set). The current solution is to reduce the complexity of the objective function, using regularization methods. In this paper, we propose a method called VOVU (Variance Of Variance of Units in the last hidden layer) to maximize the optimization of the balance between fitting power and generalization during monitoring the training process. The main idea is to give full play to the predictability of the variance of the hidden layer units in the complexity of the neural network model and use it as a generalization evaluation index. In particular, we take full advantage of the last layer of hidden layers since it has the greatest impact. The algorithm was tested on Fashion-MNIST and CIFAR-10. The experimental results demonstrate that VOVU and test loss are highly positively correlated. This implies that a smaller VOVU indicates that the network has better generalization. VOVU can serve as an alternative method for early stopping and a good predictor of the generalization performance in DNNs.
