The research of traffic revitalization index can provide support for the formulation and adjustment of policies related to urban management, epidemic prevention and resumption of work and production. This paper proposes a deep model for the prediction of urban Traffic Revitalization Index (DeepTRI). The DeepTRI builds model for the data of COVID-19 epidemic and traffic revitalization index for major cities in China. The location information of 29 cities forms the topological structure of graph. The Spatial Convolution Layer proposed in this paper captures the spatial correlation features of the graph structure. The special Graph Data Fusion module distributes and fuses the two kinds of data according to different proportions to increase the trend of spatial correlation of the data. In order to reduce the complexity of the computational process, the Temporal Convolution Layer replaces the gated recursive mechanism of the traditional recurrent neural network with a multi-level residual structure. It uses the dilated convolution whose dilation factor changes according to convex function to control the dynamic change of the receptive field and uses causal convolution to fully mine the historical information of the data to optimize the ability of long-term prediction. The comparative experiments among DeepTRI and three baselines (traditional recurrent neural network, ordinary spatial–temporal model and graph spatial–temporal model) show the advantages of DeepTRI in the evaluation index and resolving two under-fitting problems (under-fitting of edge values and under-fitting of local peaks). • A deep learning COVID-19 diagnostic system is developed using state-of-the-art deep learning architectures. • A detailed analysis of different methods used for detecting COVID-19 is presented in this paper. • Chest X-rays from different sources are collected to build a robust classification model. • The developed diagnostic model provided efficient results, even with a limited number of input images. • The results produced in this work are validated by an expert radiologist. In recent months, a novel virus named Coronavirus has emerged to become a pandemic. The virus is spreading not only humans, but it is also affecting animals. First ever case of Coronavirus was registered in city of Wuhan, Hubei province of China on 31st of December in 2019. Coronavirus infected patients display very similar symptoms like pneumonia, and it attacks the respiratory organs of the body, causing difficulty in breathing. The disease is diagnosed using a Real-Time Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain reaction (RT-PCR) kit and requires time in the laboratory to confirm the presence of the virus. Due to insufficient availability of the kits, the suspected patients cannot be treated in time, which in turn increases the chance of spreading the disease. To overcome this solution, radiologists observed the changes appearing in the radiological images such as X-ray and CT scans. Using deep learning algorithms, the suspected patients' X-ray or Computed Tomography (CT) scan can differentiate between the healthy person and the patient affected by Coronavirus. In this paper, popular deep learning architectures are used to develop a Coronavirus diagnostic systems. The architectures used in this paper are VGG16, DenseNet121, Xception, NASNet, and EfficientNet. Multiclass classification is performed in this paper. The classes considered are COVID-19 positive patients, normal patients, and other class. In other class, chest X-ray images of pneumonia, influenza, and other illnesses related to the chest region are included. The accuracies obtained for VGG16, DenseNet121, Xception, NASNet, and EfficientNet are 79.01%, 89.96%, 88.03%, 85.03% and 93.48% respectively. The need for deep learning with radiologic images is necessary for this critical condition as this will provide a second opinion to the radiologists fast and accurately. A dangerous infectious disease of the current century, the COVID-19 has apparently originated in a city in China and turned into a widespread pandemic within a short time. In this paper, a novel method has been presented for improving the screening and classification of COVID-19 patients based on their chest X-Ray (CXR) images. This method eliminates the severe dependence of the deep learning models on large datasets and the deep features extracted from them. In this approach, we have not only resolved the data limitation problem by combining the traditional data augmentation techniques with the generative adversarial networks (GANs), but also have enabled a deeper extraction of features by applying different filter banks such as the Sobel, Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) and the Gabor filters. To verify the satisfactory performance of the proposed approach, it was applied on several deep transfer models and the results in each step were compared with each other. For training the entire models, we used 4560 CXR images of various patients with the viral, bacterial, fungal, and other diseases; 360 of these images are in the COVID-19 category and the rest belong to the non-COVID-19 diseases. According to the results, the Gabor filter bank achieves the highest growth in the values of the defined evaluation criteria and in just 45 epochs, it is able to elevate the accuracy by up to 32%. We then applied the proposed model on the DenseNet-201 model and compared its performance in terms of the detection accuracy with the performances of 10 existing COVID-19 detection techniques. Our approach was able to achieve an accuracy of 98.5% in the two-class classification procedure; which makes it a state-of-the-art method for detecting the COVID-19. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

• A tool based on Artificial Intelligence might help the world to develop an additional COVID-19 disease mitigation policy. • An automatic tool using U-Net architecture based fully convolutional network, can detect the abnormalities due to Covid-19 disease, in terms of locations. • An automatic Covid-19 detection tool is feasible with available resources, without demanding the special hardware. • Along with employed U-Net model, standard pre-trained models like ResNet50, DCNN, InceptionV3 and ACNN were trained and tested using similar chest CT-scan images for detection of Covid-19 disease. • The U-Net architecture-based method has achieved a sensitivity of 92%, Specificity of 93% and an accuracy of 94%. The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, called a SARS-CoV-2 virus, emerged from China at the end of 2019, has caused a disease named COVID-19, which has now evolved as a pandemic. Amongst the detected Covid-19 cases, several cases are also found asymptomatic. The presently available Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) system for detecting COVID-19 lacks due to limited availability of test kits and relatively low positive symptoms in the early stages of the disease, urging the need for alternative solutions. The tool based on Artificial Intelligence might help the world to develop an additional COVID-19 disease mitigation policy. In this paper, an automated Covid-19 detection system has been proposed, which uses indications from Computer Tomography (CT) images to train the new powered deep learning model- U-Net architecture. The performance of the proposed system has been evaluated using 1000 Chest CT images. The images were obtained from three different sources – Two different GitHub repository sources and the Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology's excellent collection. Out of 1000 images, 552 images were of normal persons, and 448 images were obtained from COVID-19 affected people. The proposed algorithm has achieved a sensitivity and specificity of 94.86% and 93.47% respectively, with an overall accuracy of 94.10%. The U-Net architecture used for Chest CT image analysis has been found effective.
