Pediatric glioblastoma (GBM) accounts for up to 15% of primary CNS neoplasms in children and is the leading cause of death among this group. As family history and clinical phenotypes may be insufficient to uncover RRD in GBM, molecular tumor analysis should be performed in all patients because of the potential therapeutic benefits.
