The editors of this book have worked very hard to bring you up to date information where applicable, but mostly of very down to earth presentation of breast health. We chose to focus on breast health since this book covers topics from breast anatomy (which can be a very boring topic for some), to cosmetic breast procedures (which can be a great experience for many from start to finish) and a large focus on breast cancer (bummer). Clearly, not every chapter applies to you. Please use this guide as a reference and even as a tour guide to help you take full control of your situation. Use the other chapters or appendix sections as needed to help you. Don't forget to copy the pages at the back of the book to make your medical visits more efficient and fulfilling. The editors are interested on your overall well being even though this book has its focus on breast health. Enjoy the book. We believe very strongly that this will help you on your journey.
