This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Workshop on Altmetrics for Research Outputs Measurements and Scholarly Information Management, AROSIM 2018, held in Singapore, in January 2018. The 7 revised full papers presented together with two keynote papers and one introduction paper were carefully reviewed and selected from 20 submissions. The workshop will investigate how social media based metrics along with traditional and non-traditional metrics can advance the state-of-the-art in measuring research outputs.

The 37 full papers presented together with one invited paper have been carefully reviewed and selected from 75 submissions. LION deals with designing and engineering ways of'learning'about the performance of different techniques, and ways of using past experience about the algorithm behavior to improve performance in the future. Intelligent learning schemes for mining the knowledge obtained online or offline can improve the algorithm design process and simplify the applications of high-performance optimization methods. This book constitutes the proceedings of the 6th International Workshopon Design, Modeling, and Evaluation of Cyber Physical Systems, CyPhy2016, held in conjunction with ESWeek 2016, in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, inOctober 2016.The 9 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 14 submissions.
