The article focuses on ability of corneal imaging in determining successful implantation of premium intraocular lens (IOL) which was earlier limited to laser refractive surgery patients. Topics discussed include use of corneal topography in finding irregular astigmatism, corneal analysis to find abnormal shape of cornea that hinders multifocal lens, abnormalities in corneal spherical aberration (SA), and K reading to determine irregularities in ocular surface.
