Abstract

The article reports that Israel's High Court of Justice has allowed construction to proceed on Jerusalem's Museum of Tolerance. The museum was designed by architect Frank Gehry and funded by the Simon Wiesenthal Center. The work was halted in February 2006 after human remains were discovered at the building site.
