Abstract

The article reports on the diamond coatings formed when methane, hydrogen, and argon are fed into the plasma generator developed by a New Hampshire firm. The said process is derived on the induction of plasma generator that produces temperatures at 14000 Fahrenheit according by the TAFA Inc, in Concord. The growth rate of this plasma induction is 100 times bigger than the microwave process described by the physicist incharge of the project, William Kratochvil.
