Announces that Aoife Bradley, Northern Ireland's first genetics nurse counselor, was named Northern Ireland nurse of the year by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) in June 2004. Bradley's acceptance of the award from Northern Ireland Minister Amanda Smith; Bradley's establishment of a cancer genetic service at Belfast City Hospital.
