A software platform for achieving a moving object with a single objective detection and identification. In a picture, an item tracking system is used to monitor the motion trajectory of an object. First, we use OpenCV’s pick ROI function to choose an item on a frame and utilise the built-in tracker to monitor its movements. we utilize YOLO to identify and track objects in each frame using object centrefold and size comparison. Then, by identifying the item in the first frame using YOLO and tracking it with select ROI, we integrate YOLO detection with OpenCV’s built-in tracker. Inhaled controller medications are the cornerstone of asthma treatment and adherence is of critical importance to achieve good clinical results. However, suboptimum adherence has been the rule rather than the exception in patients with asthma. Two of the key challenges to change this scenario are: 1) development of easy-to-disseminate objective measures of inhaled drugs adherence, and 2) the promotion of behavior changes within the patients' routine daily-life. The knowledge that gaining and maintaining a person's attention is the first step in promoting behavior change and that smartphones and virtual community gaming can have a relevant role in enhancing motivation led to the concept of a mobile app. Inspirers is an attempt to transform the process of adherence to treatment into a positive experience through gamification and social interaction, while allowing for ubiquitous verified monitoring of treatment adherence. The main purpose of this work is to present the Inspirers features, development phases and forthcoming developments. We first describe the current version of Inspirers focusing on two major features: innovative inhaler usage detection based on imaging processing and the gamification approach based on social/peer support. Then we present the highly iterative development process implemented, which incorporated input/feedback from patients and physicians throughout. Finally, we discuss the forthcoming developments, mainly the integration of a feature related to symptoms monitoring; the generalization of the inhaler usage detection tool, now working with one type of inhaler, to other inhalers and oral treatments; and the implementation of feasibility and validation studies. Spatial attention modulates signal processing within visual nuclei of the thalamus—but do other nuclei govern the locus of attention in top-down mode? We examined functional MRI (fMRI) data from three subjects performing a task requiring covert attention to 1 of 16 positions in a circular array. Target position was cued after stimulus offset, requiring subjects to perform target detection from iconic visual memory. We found positionally specific responses at multiple thalamic sites, with individual voxels activating at more than one direction of attentional shift. Voxel clusters at anatomically equivalent sites across subjects revealed a broad range of directional tuning at each site, with little sign of contralateral bias. By reference to a thalamic atlas, we identified the nuclear correspondence of the four most reliably activated sites across subjects: mediodorsal/centralintralaminar (oculomotor thalamus), caudal intralaminar/parafascicular, suprageniculate/limitans, and medial pulvinar/lateral posterior. Hence, the cortical network generating a top-down control signal for relocating attention acts in concert with a spatially selective thalamic apparatus—the set of active nuclei mirroring the thalamic territory of cortical “eye-field" areas, thus supporting theories which propose the visuomotor origins of covert attentional selection. This is not only due to the common research goal which is to examine visual metaphor within the linguistic backbone of the current state of knowledge about verbal metaphor, but also to the shared definition of visual metaphor as a concept that is strongly anchored on the "anomaly hypothesis". Given that image schemas provide the concrete basis for conceptual metaphors, and these metaphors are argued to be manifested in visual images, it would be appropriate to think that the theme of embodiment is also intrinsically related to the latter. On the one hand, it convincingly offers a vigorous theoretical model for analysing a type of metaphor which has received significantly less attention in CMT, but on the other it falls rather short in providing a satisfying answer as to how that other type of metaphor, for which traditional conceptual metaphor has been renowned, can be analysed in visual images. This paper aims to highlight the ongoing present research scenario on perceived group sentiment analysis. The paper provides a brief overview of the strengths and weaknesses of well-known group sentiment analysis approaches. These approaches are broadly split into two basic categories: top-down and bottom-up approaches. A combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches is found superior in performance. This comprehensive review also discusses the available dataset with taxonomic representation and the importance of fusion techniques in group emotion recognition. This paper also narrates the novel attempt to demarcate the group emotion recognition approaches into the categories evolved by the influence of machine learning and deep learning at the feature extraction level and at the classification level.
