Search

This work presents the first prediction of tetralepton resonant states containing muons, extending beyond the simplest tetralepton system, dipositronium ($\mathrm{Ps}_2$). With the rapid advancements in experimental facilities, the production and study of these intriguing states may be within reach. We perform a comprehensive analysis of S-wave trilepton and tetralepton systems within the framework of a QED Coulomb potential. We employ the Gaussian expansion method to solve the three- or four-body Schr\"odinger equation and utilize the complex scaling method to identify resonant states. We uncover a series of bound and resonant states in the trilepton systems $e^+e^+e^-$, $\mu^+\mu^+\mu^-$, $e^+e^+\mu^-$, and $\mu^+\mu^+e^-$, as well as the tetralepton systems $e^+e^+e^-e^-$, $\mu^+\mu^+\mu^-\mu^-$, and $\mu^+\mu^+e^-e^-$. The energies of these states range from $-30$ eV to $-1$ eV below the total mass of three or four leptons, with their widths varying from less than $0.01$ eV to approximately $0.07$ eV. Additionally, we calculate the spin configurations and root mean square radii of these states, providing insight into their spatial structures. No bound or resonant states are found in the trilepton $e^+\mu^+e^-$, $\mu^+e^+\mu^-$ systems, nor in the tetralepton $\mu^+e^+\mu^-e^-$ system. A comparison with fully heavy tetraquark systems reveals that the additional color degree of freedom in QCD results in the absence of low-energy bound and resonant states. However, this extra degree of freedom allows for a broader range of $J^{PC}$ quantum numbers to produce resonant states, highlighting the rich complexity of QCD systems., Comment: 14 pages, 11 figures. In this study, we propose using the $Z_c(3900)$ pole position to constrain the existence of the $DDD^*$ three-body bound state within the one-boson-exchange (OBE) model. The existence of the $DDD^*$ bound state remains uncertain due to significant variations in the OBE interaction, particularly in the strength of scalar-meson-exchange interactions, which can differ by a factor about 20 between two commonly used OBE models. This discrepancy renders the $DDD^*$ system highly model-dependent. To address this issue, we constrain the scalar-meson-exchange interaction using the $Z_c(3900)$ pole position, where the pseudoscalar-meson coupling is well-determined, and the $\rho$- and $\omega$-exchange interactions nearly cancel each other out, leaving the coupling constant of the $\sigma$-exchange as the only unknown parameter. Our results indicate that the isospin-$\frac{1}{2}$ $DDD^*$ bound states exist when $Z_c(3900)$ is a virtual state of $D\bar{D}^*/\bar{D}D^*$ located within approximately $-15$ MeV of the threshold. However, the three-body bound state is gone when the $Z_c(3900)$ virtual state pole is more than $20$ MeV away from the threshold. Each experimental progress, either on the $DDD^*$ state or the $Z_c(3900)$, can shed light on the nature of the other state. Another significant outcome is a refined set of OBE model parameters calibrated using the pole positions of $X(3872)$, $T_{cc}(3875)$, and $Z_c(3900)$, rigorously addressing the cutoff dependence. These parameters provide a valuable resource for more accurate calculations of systems involving few-body $D$, $D^*$ and their antiparticles. We calculate the electromagnetic polarizabilities of the spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ singly heavy baryons in the heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory up to $\mathcal{O}(p^3)$. We estimate the low-energy constants using the magnetic moments of singly charmed baryons from lattice QCD simulations and the experimental decay widths of $\Sigma_c$ and $\Sigma_c^*$. Our results indicate that the long-range chiral corrections make significant contributions to the polarizabilities. Additionally, the magnetic dipole transitions $\mathcal{B}_6^* \to \mathcal{B}_6 +\gamma $ also provide large contribution to the magnetic polarizabilities., Comment: 17 pages, 1 figure, 6 tables

Experimentally, the doubly charm tetraquark channel $cc\bar q\bar q$ with $q\!=\!u,d$ features an exotic hadron, $T_{cc}$, with isospin $I\!=\!0$ near the $DD^*$ threshold, while no peak was observed for $I\!=\!1$. We present a lattice QCD study of this channel with $I\!=\!1$, $J^P\!=\!1^+$ and $m_\pi\simeq 280~$MeV. Finite-volume energies calculated across five charm quark masses consistently indicate a repulsive interaction in this channel. These energies are used to compute the $DD^*$ scattering amplitude using both the standard L\"uscher method and the recently proposed effective-field-theory-based approach in the plane-wave basis, which incorporates the long-range interactions and the left-hand cut. Both analyses reaffirm the repulsive interaction resulting in a scattering amplitude that does not feature any poles in the energy region near the $DD^*$ threshold, in line with LHCb results. We identify that the Wick contraction resembling $t$-channel isovector-vector meson exchanges between $D$ and $D^*$ plays a key role in distinguishing between the $I=0$ and $I=1$ channels, leading to repulsion in the $I=1$ and attraction in the $I=0$ channel., Comment: 14 pages and 11 figures

We calculate the energy spectrum of the S-wave doubly heavy tetraquark systems, including the $ QQ^{(\prime)}\bar q\bar q$, $QQ^{(\prime)}\bar s\bar q$, and $ QQ^{(\prime)}\bar s\bar s$ ($Q^{(\prime)}=b,c$ and $q=u,d$) systems within the constituent quark model. We use the complex scaling method to obtain bound states and resonant states simultaneously, and the Gaussian expansion method to solve the complex-scaled four-body Schr\"odinger equation. With a novel definition of the root-mean-square radii, we are able to distinguish between meson molecules and compact tetraquark states. The compact tetraquarks are further classified into three different types with distinct spatial configurations: compact even tetraquarks, compact diquark-antidiquark tetraquarks and compact diquark-centered tetraquarks. In the $ I(J^P)=0(1^+) $ $QQ\bar q\bar q$ system, there exists the $ D^*D $ molecular bound state with a binding energy of $ -14 $ MeV, which is the candidate for $ T_{cc}(3875)^+ $. The shallow $\bar B^*\bar B$ molecular bound state is the bottom analog of $T_{cc}(3875)^+$. Moreover, we identify two resonant states near the $D^*D^*$ and $\bar B^*\bar B^*$ thresholds. In the $ J^P=1^+ $ $bb\bar q\bar q\,(I=0)$ and $bb\bar s\bar q$ systems, we obtain deeply bound states with a compact diquark-centered tetraquark configuration and a dominant $\chi_{\bar 3_c\otimes 3_c}$ component, along with resonant states with similar configurations as their radial excitations. These states are the QCD analog of the helium atom. We also obtain some other bound states and resonant states with ``QCD hydrogen molecule" configurations. Moreover, we investigate the heavy quark mass dependence of the $ I(J^P)=0(1^+) $ $ QQ\bar q\bar q $ bound states. We reveal the double pole structures of the manifestly exotic tetraquark state $X_1(2900)$ in the scenario of $P$-wave $\bar{D}^*K^*$ dimeson resonance. We find that the observed enhancement signal associated with $X_1(2900)$ in $B^+ \to D^+D^-K^+$ by LHCb contains two $P$-wave poles denoted as $T_{cs1-}(2900)$ and $T^{\prime}_{cs1-}(2900)$, respectively. After considering the channel couplings among the $\bar{D}K$, $\bar{D}^*K$, $\bar{D}K^*$ and $\bar{D}^*K^*$ and the width of the $K^*$ meson, the masses and widths of the $S$-wave pole $T_{cs0+}(2900)$ and two $P$-wave poles $T_{cs1-}(2900)$ and $T^{\prime}_{cs1-}(2900)$ coincide with those of the $X_0(2900)$ and $X_1(2900)$ remarkably, which provides strong support for identifying $X_0(2900)$ and $X_1(2900)$ as $\bar{D}^{(*)}K^{(*)}$ dimeson states. Furthermore, we extensively calculate all $S$-wave and $P$-wave $\bar{D}^{(*)}K^{(*)}$ systems up to $J=3$ and predict four new isoscalar charmed-strange dimeson-type tetraquark states: an $S$-wave state $T_{cs1+}(2900)$ with quantum number $J^P=1^+$, three $P$-wave states $T_{cs1-}(2760)$ with $J^P=1^-$, $T_{cs0-}(2760)$ with $J^P=0^-$ and $T_{cs2-}(2900)$ with $J^P=2^-$. We conduct systematic calculations of the S-wave fully strange systems with ``normal" $\left(J^{P C}=0^{++}, 1^{+-}, 2^{++}\right)$ and ``exotic" $\left(J^{P C}=0^{+-}, 1^{++}, 2^{+-}\right)$ C-parities, which are the strange analogue of the fully charmed tetraquark state $X(6900)$. Within a constituent quark potential model, we employ the Gaussian expansion method to solve the four-body Schr\"odinger equation and the complex scaling method to identify resonant states. We obtain a series of resonant states and zero-width states in the mass range of 2.7 to 3.3 GeV, with their widths ranging from less than 1 MeV to about 50 MeV. Their rms radii strongly indicate that they are compact tetraquark states. Among these states, the $T_{4s,2^{++}}(2714)$ may be the most likely one to be observed experimentally. We urge the experimental exploration of the $2^{++}$ $s s \bar{s} \bar{s}$ state around 2.7 GeV in the $\phi\phi$ channel. Since the lowest S-wave $s s \bar{s} \bar{s}$ state is around 2.7 GeV, the compact P-wave $s s \bar{s} \bar{s}$ states are expected to be heavier. Hence, $\phi(2170)$ and $X(2370)$ are unlikely to be compact tetraquark states., Comment: 9 pages, 2 figures. Comments are welcomed

We employ a chiral effective field theory-based approach to connect $DD^*$ scattering observables at the physical and variable pion masses accessible in lattice QCD simulations. We incorporate all relevant scales associated with three-body $DD\pi$ dynamics and the left-hand cut induced by the one-pion exchange for pion masses higher than the physical one, as required by analyticity and unitarity. By adjusting the contact interactions to match experimental data at the physical pion mass and lattice finite-volume energy levels at $m_{\pi} = 280$ MeV, we predict the trajectory of the $T_{cc}$ pole as a function of the pion mass, finding it consistent with the hadronic-molecule scenario. In particular, we find that the explicit treatment of the one-pion exchange has a pronounced effect on the pole trajectory for $m_\pi \gtrsim 230$ MeV by pushing it into the complex energy plane., Comment: 11 pages, 7 figures

We use the quark potential model to calculate the mass spectrum of the S-wave fully heavy tetraquark systems with different flavors, including the $ bc\bar b\bar c, bb\bar c\bar c, cc\bar c\bar b $ and $ bb\bar b\bar c $ systems. We employ the Gaussian expansion method to solve the four-body Schr\"odinger equation, and the complex scaling method to identify resonant states. The $ bc\bar b\bar c, bb\bar c\bar c, cc\bar c\bar b $ and $ bb\bar b\bar c $ resonant states are obtained in the mass regions of $ (13.2,13.5) $, $ (13.3,13.6) $, $ (10.0,10.3) $, $ (16.5,16.7) $ GeV, respectively. Among these states, the $ bc\bar b\bar c $ tetraquark states are the most promising ones to be discovered in the near future. We recommend the experimental exploration of the $ 1^{++} $ and $ 2^{++} $ $ bc\bar b\bar c $ states with masses near $ 13.3 $ GeV in the $ J/\psi\Upsilon $ channel. We investigate the mass spectra of molecular-type hexaquark states in the dibaryon systems. These systems are composed of the charmed baryons $[\Sigma_c^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_c^{(\prime,\ast)}]$, doubly charmed baryons $[\Xi_{cc}^{(\ast)}]$, and hyperons $[\Sigma^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi^{(\ast)}]$. We consider all possible combinations of particle-particle and particle-antiparticle pairs, including the S-wave spin multiplets in each combination. We establish the underlying connections among the molecular tetraquarks, pentaquarks, and hexaquarks with the effective quark-level interactions. We find that the existence of molecular states in $DD^\ast$, $D\bar{D}^\ast$, and $\Sigma_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ systems leads to the emergence of a large number of deuteron-like hexaquarks in the heavy flavor sectors. Currently, there have been several experimental candidates for molecular tetraquarks and pentaquarks. The experimental search for near-threshold hexaquarks will further advance the establishment of the underlying dynamical picture of hadronic molecules and deepen our understanding of the role of spin-flavor symmetry in near-threshold residual strong interactions., Comment: 17 pages, 13 tables

The $X(3872)$, as the first and the most crucial member in the exotic charmoniumlike $XYZ$ family, has been studied for a long time. However, its dynamical origin, whether stemming from a $D\bar{D}^*$ hadronic molecule or the first excited $P$-wave charmonium $\chi_{c1}(2P)$, remains controversial. In this Letter, we demonstrate that the $X(3872)$ definitely does not result from the mass shift of the higher bare $\chi_{c1}(2P)$ resonance pole in the coupled-channel dynamics involving a short-distance $c\bar{c}$ core and the long-distance $D\bar{D}^*$ channels. Instead, it originates from either the $D\bar{D}^*$ molecular pole or the shadow pole associated with the $P$-wave charmonium, which depends on the concrete coupling mode between the $c\bar{c}$ and $D\bar{D}^*$. In order to further exploit the nature of $X(3872)$, we carefully investigate potential mechanisms that contribute to its pole width, which suggests that the coupled-channel dynamics plays a critical role in causing a noticeable discrepancy between the pole widths of $X(3872)$ and $T_{cc}^+$. Interestingly, we bridge the quantitative connection among the dynamics origin of $X(3872)$, its pole width and the properties of the predicted new resonance. The precise measurement of the pole width of $X(3872)$ and the search for the new charmoniumlike resonance become highly significant and can be anticipated in future LHCb, BESIII and Belle II experiments., Comment: 11 pages, 5 figures

Remarkable successes were made in Medical Image Classification (MIC) recently, mainly due to wide applications of convolutional neural networks (CNNs). However, adversarial examples (AEs) exhibited imperceptible similarity with raw data, raising serious concerns on network robustness. Although adversarial training (AT), in responding to malevolent AEs, was recognized as an effective approach to improve robustness, it was challenging to overcome generalization decline of networks caused by the AT. In this paper, in order to reserve high generalization while improving robustness, we proposed a dynamic perturbation-adaptive adversarial training (DPAAT) method, which placed AT in a dynamic learning environment to generate adaptive data-level perturbations and provided a dynamically updated criterion by loss information collections to handle the disadvantage of fixed perturbation sizes in conventional AT methods and the dependence on external transference. Comprehensive testing on dermatology HAM10000 dataset showed that the DPAAT not only achieved better robustness improvement and generalization preservation but also significantly enhanced mean average precision and interpretability on various CNNs, indicating its great potential as a generic adversarial training method on the MIC., Comment: 9 pages, 4 figures, 2 tables

The BESIII Collaboration recently performed a precise measurement of the $e^+e^-\rightarrow D\bar{D}$ Born cross sections, and confirmed the $G(3900)$ structure reported by BaBar and Belle with high significance. We identify the $G(3900)$ as the first P-wave $\DDbar$ molecular resonance. The experimental and theoretical identification of the P-wave dimeson state holds paramount importance in enhancing our comprehension of the non-perturbative QCD and few-body physics. Its existence is firmly established in a unified meson-exchange model which simultaneously depicts the features of the $\chi_{c1}(3872)$, $Z_c(3900)$ and $T_{cc}(3875)$. This scenario can be directly examined in the $e^+e^-\rightarrow D\bar{D}^*/\bar{D}D^*$ cross section by seeing whether a resonance exists at the threshold. The credibility of the investigations is also ensured by the fact that the P-wave interaction dominantly arises from the well-known long-range pion exchange. Additionally, thanks to the centrifugal barrier, it is easier to form resonances in P-wave than in S-wave. We extensively calculate all systems up to P-wave with various quantum numbers and predict a dense population of the $\DDbar$ and $\DD$ states, where the S-wave $\DDbar$ state with $I^G (J^{PC})=0^- (1^{+-})$, P-wave $\DDbar$ state with $I^G(J^{PC})=0^+(0^{-+})$, and P-wave $\DD$ state with $I(J^P)=0(0^-)$ are more likely to be observed in experiments., Comment: 8 pages, 4 figures. We calculate the mass spectrum of the S-wave fully heavy tetraquark systems $ QQ\bar Q\bar Q~(Q=c,b) $ with both normal $ (J^{PC}=0^{++},1^{+-},2^{++}) $ and exotic $ (J^{PC}=0^{+-},1^{++},2^{+-}) $ C-parities using three different quark potential models (AL1, AP1, BGS). The exotic C-parity systems refer to the ones that cannot be composed of two S-wave ground heavy quarkonia. We incorporate the molecular dimeson and compact diquark-antidiquark spatial correlations simultaneously, thereby discerning the actual configurations of the states. We employ the Gaussian expansion method to solve the four-body Schr\"odinger equation, and the complex scaling method to identify the resonant states. The mass spectra in three different models qualitatively agree with each other. We obtain several resonant states with $ J^{PC} = 0^{++}, 1^{+-}, 2^{++}, 1^{++} $ in the mass region $(6.92,7.30)\, \mathrm{GeV}$, some of which are good candidates of the experimentally observed $X(6900)$ and $X(7200)$. We also obtain several exotic C-parity zero-width states with $ J^{PC}=0^{+-} $ and $ 2^{+-} $. These zero-width states have no corresponding S-wave diquarkonium threshold and can only decay strongly to final states with P-wave quarkonia. With the notation $T_{4Q,J(C)}(M)$, we deduce from the root mean square radii that the $ X(7200) $ candidates $ T_{4c,0(+)}(7173), T_{4c,2(+)}(7214) $ and the state $ T_{4c,1(-)}(7191) $ look like molecular states although most of the resonant and zero-width states are compact states., Comment: 16 pages, 6 figures, 10 tables. We investigate the mass spectrum of the molecular pentaquarks composed of a baryon and a meson. We establish the underlying relations among the near-threshold interactions of the molecular tetraquark and pentaquark systems. We find the existence of the molecule candidates in the $\Sigma_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $DD^\ast$, and $D\bar{D}^\ast$ systems indicates a substantial presence of the hadronic molecules in the {\it heavy} baryon plus {\it heavy} meson systems ({\it heavy} refers to the hadrons with the $c$ and/or $s$ quarks). We make an exhaustive prediction of the possible bound/virtual molecular states in the systems: $\Sigma_{c}^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Sigma_{c}^{(\ast)}D^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_{c}^{(\prime,\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_{c}^{(\prime,\ast)}D^{(\ast)}$, $\Sigma_{c}^{(\ast)}K^{\ast}$, $\Sigma_{c}^{(\ast)}\bar{K}^{\ast}$, $\Xi_{c}^{(\prime,\ast)}K^{\ast}$, $\Xi_{c}^{(\prime,\ast)}\bar{K}^{\ast}$, $\Xi_{cc}^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_{cc}^{(\ast)}D^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_{cc}^{(\ast)}K^{\ast}$, $\Xi_{cc}^{(\ast)}\bar{K}^{\ast}$, $\Sigma^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Sigma^{(\ast)}D^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi^{(\ast)}D^{(\ast)}$, $\Sigma^{(\ast)} K^\ast$, $\Sigma^{(\ast)} \bar{K}^\ast$, $\Xi^{(\ast)} K^\ast$, $\Xi^{(\ast)} \bar{K}^\ast$. We discuss a novel effective-field-theory-based approach for extracting two-body scattering information from finite volume energies, serving as an alternative to L\"uscher's method. By explicitly incorporating one-pion exchange, we overcome the challenging left-hand cut problem in L\"uscher's method and can handle finite volume energy levels both below and above the left-hand cut. Applied to the lattice data for $DD^*$ scattering at a pion mass of 280 MeV, as an illustrative example, our results reveal the significant impact of the one-pion exchange on P-wave and S-wave phase shifts. The pole position of the $T_{cc}(3875)^+$ state, extracted from the finite-volume energy levels at this pion mass while taking into account left-hand cut effects, range corrections and partial-wave mixing, is consistent with a near-threshold resonance. This study demonstrates, for the first time, that two-body scattering information can be reliably extracted from lattice spectra including the left-hand cut., Comment: 15 pages and 12 figures

We calculate the mass spectrum of the $Qs\bar q \bar q$ $(Q=c, b)$ tetraquark states with $J^P=(0,1,2)^+$ using the AL1 quark potential model, which successfully describes the conventional hadron spectrum. We employ the Gaussian expansion method to solve the four-body Schr\"odinger equation, and use the complex scaling method to identify the resonances. With the notation $T_{Q s, I(J)}^{\text {Theo. }}(M)$, we find several near-threshold bound states and resonances, including $T_{cs,0(0)}^{\mathrm{Theo.}}(2350)$, $T_{cs,0(0)}^{\mathrm{Theo.}}(2906)$, $T_{bs,0(0)}^{\mathrm{Theo.}}(5781)$, $T_{bs,0(1)}^{\mathrm{Theo.}}(5840)$, and $T_{bs,0(0)}^{\mathrm{Theo.}}(6240)$ which are close to the $D\bar{K}$, $D^*\bar{K}^*$, $\bar{B}\bar{K}$, $\bar{B}^*\bar{K}$ and $\bar{B}^*\bar{K}^*$ thresholds, respectively. Furthermore, their spatial structures clearly support their molecular natures. The resonance $T_{cs,0(0)}^{\mathrm{Theo.}}(2906)$ has a mass of $2906$ MeV, a width of $20$ MeV, and quantum numbers $I(J^P)=0(0^+)$, which may serve as a good candidate for the experimental $T_{cs0}(2900)$ state. We investigate the tetraquark bound states that are manifestly exotic using three distinct few-body methods: Gaussian Expansion Method (GEM), Resonating Group Method (RGM), and Diffusion Monte Carlo (DMC). We refer to manifestly exotic states that do not involve a mixture with the conventional mesons through the creation and annihilation of $n\bar{n}$, where $n=u, d$. Our calculations are conducted with two types of quark models: the pure constituent quark model featuring one-gluon-exchange interactions and confinement interactions, and the chiral constituent quark model, supplemented by extra one-boson-exchange interactions. This study represents a comprehensive benchmark test of various few-body methods and quark models. Our findings reveal the superiority of GEM over RGM and DMC methods based on present implements for the tetraquark bound states. Additionally, we observe a tendency for the chiral quark model to overestimate the binding energies. We systematically explore the fully, triply, doubly, and singly heavy tetraquark states with $J^P=0^+,1^+,2^+$, encompassing over 150 states in total. We successfully identify several bound states, including $[cc\bar{n}\bar{n}]_{J^{P}=1^{+}}^{I=0}$, $[bb\bar{n}\bar{n}]_{J^{P}=1^{+}}^{I=0}$, $[bc\bar{n}\bar{n}]_{J^{P}=0^{+},1^{+},2^{+}}^{I=0}$, $[bs\bar{n}\bar{n}]_{J^{P}=0^{+},1^{+}}^{I=0}$, $[cs\bar{n}\bar{n}]_{J^{P}=0^{+}}^{I=0}$, and $[bb\bar{n}\bar{s}]_{J^{P}=1^{+}}$, all found to be bound states below the dimeson thresholds., Comment: 15 pages, 7 figures and 5 Tables. We use the diffusion Monte Carlo method to calculate the doubly heavy tetraquark $T_{cc}$ system in two kinds of constituent quark models, the pure constituent quark model AL1/AP1 and the chiral constituent quark model. When the discrete configurations are complete and no spatial clustering is preseted, the AL1/AP1 model gives an energy of $T_{cc}$ close to the $DD^*$ threshold, and the chiral constituent quark model yields a deeply bound state. We further calculate all doubly heavy tetraquark systems with $J^P=0^+,1^+,2^+$, and provide the binding energies of systems with bound states. The $I(J^P)=0(0^+)$ $bc\bar{n}\bar{n}$, $0(1^+)$ $bb\bar{n}\bar{n}$, $0(1^+)$ $bc\bar{n}\bar{n}$, $\frac{1}{2}(1^+)$ $bb\bar{s}\bar{n}$ systems have bound states in all three models. Since the DMC method has almost no restriction on the spatial part, the resulting bound states have greater binding energies than those obtained in previous works., Comment: 9 pages, 1 figure. We relate the interactions of the $\bar{D}^{(\ast)} K^\ast$ and $D^{(\ast)} K^\ast$ systems to those of $D^{(\ast)}D^{(\ast)}$ and $D^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ respectively, considering the residual strong interactions at the near-threshold energy is too weak to excite the strange quarks inside the hadrons. We propose an effective model to describe the low-energy S-wave interactions that are undertaken by the light $u$, $d$ quarks between two separated heavy hadrons. We find that the existence of molecules in the heavy-(anti)heavy sectors will naturally lead to the emergence of molecular states in $\bar{D}^{(\ast)} K^\ast$ and $D^{(\ast)} K^\ast$ systems. The recently observed $T_{cs0}(2900)$ and $T_{c\bar{s}0}^a(2900)$ can be well identified as the $0(0^+)$ and $1(0^+)$ partners of $T_{cc}(3875)$ and $Z_c(3900)$ in the charmed strange sector, respectively. We also predict their members under the {\it heavy} ($c$ and $s$) quark symmetry and SU(2) flavor symmetry. Most of them are very good molecule candidates, for example, (i) the $0(1^+)$ states in $D^\ast D^\ast$, $\bar{D}K^\ast$, $\bar{D}^\ast K^\ast$; (ii) the $0^{(+)}(2^{+(+)})$ states in $D^\ast \bar{D}^\ast$, $\bar{D}^\ast K^\ast$, $D^\ast K^\ast$; (iii) the $1^-(0^{++})$ state in $D^\ast\bar{D}^\ast$ and $1(1^+)$ state in $D^\ast K^\ast$. The $0^+(0^{++})$ state in $D\bar{D}$ and the $0(1^+)$ state in $DK^\ast$ might also exist as virtual states, and the $0(1^+)$ $DK^\ast$ can serve as a key to infer the existence of $0^+(0^{++})$ $D\bar{D}$. The $D_s\pi$ invariant mass spectrum of $T_{c\bar{s}0}^a(2900)$ is also studied within the coupled-channel approach, and the molecular interpretation of $T_{c\bar{s}0}^a(2900)$ is consistent with the experimental data. We improve the complex scaling method (CSM) to obtain virtual states, which were previously challenging in the conventional CSM. Our approach solves the Schr\"odinger equation in the momentum space as an eigenvalue problem by choosing the flexible contours. It proves to be highly effective in identifying the poles across the different Riemann sheets in the multichannel scatterings. It is more straightforward and efficient than searching for the zeros of the Fredholm determinant of the Lippmann-Schwinger equation using the root-finding algorithms. We revisit the $DD^\ast$ interactions in chiral effective field theory up to the third order for the first time. We deal with the pion-exchanged interactions via local momentum-space regularization, in which we focus on their long-range behaviors through demanding their contributions vanish at the origin in the coordinate space. The short-range contact interactions and subleading pion-charmed meson couplings are estimated with the phenomenological resonance saturation model. The subleading pion-charmed meson couplings are much weaker than those in the pion-nucleon system, thus the $DD^\ast$ binding mechanism is very different with that of the $NN$ system. We also obtain the analytic structure of the two-pion exchange interactions in the coordinate space, and we find that its asymptotic behavior at long distance is similar to but slightly different with the $NN$ interactions. We get the same asymptotic behavior of the two-pion exchange interaction with that from HAL QCD method but appearing in the longer distance rather than $1

We make a systematical diffusion Monte Carlo (DMC) calculation for all ground state baryons in two confinement scenarios, the pairwise confinement and the three-body flux-tube confinement. With the baryons as an example, we illustrate a feasible procedure to investigate the few-quark states with possible few-body confinement mechanisms, which can be extended to the multiquark states easily. For each baryon, we extract the mass, mean-square radius, charge radius, and the quark distributions. We use the Jackknife resampling method to estimate the statistical uncertainties of masses to be less than 1 MeV. To determine the baryon charge radii, we include the constituent quark size effect, which is fixed by the experimental and lattice QCD results. Our results show that both two-body and three-body confinement mechanisms can give a good description of the experimental data if the parameters are chosen properly. In the flux-tube confinement, introducing different tension parameters for the baryons and mesons are necessary, specifically, $\sigma_Y= 0.9204 \sigma_{Q\bar{Q}}$. The lesson from the calculation of the nucleon mass with the DMC method is that the improper pre-assignment of the channels may prevent us from obtaining the real ground state. With this experience, we obtain the real ground state (the $\eta_c \eta_c$ threshold with the di-meson configuration) of the $cc\bar{c}\bar{c}$ system with $J^{PC}=0^{++}$ starting from the diquark-antidiquark spin-color channels alone, which is hard to achieve in the variational method and was not obtained in the previous DMC calculations., Comment: 24 pages, 18 figures. We studied the $D\bar{D}^\ast/\bar{D}D^\ast$, $D^\ast\bar{D}^\ast$, $\bar{D}_s D^\ast/\bar{D}_s^\ast D$, $B\bar{B}^\ast/\bar{B}B^\ast$ and $B^\ast\bar{B}^\ast$ di-hadron interactions in chiral effective field theory ($\chi$EFT) up to the next-to-leading (NLO) order. The above-threshold tetraquark states $Z_c(3900)$, $Z_c(4020)$, $Z_{cs}(3985)$, $Z_b(10610)$, $Z_b(10650)$ can be explained as the corresponding di-hadron resonances, respectively. We also studied the $\Sigma_c^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ interactions to investigate the three hidden-charm pentaquarks $P_c(4312)$, $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$. We further used the parameters fixed from the $P_c$ states to predict the possible molecular states in $\Xi_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_c^\prime\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ and $\Xi_c^\ast\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ systems. Very recently, the LHCb Collaboration reported the first observation of the hidden charm pentaquark with strangeness, $P_{\psi s}^\Lambda(4338)^0$. Considering this state is very close to the $\Xi_c^0\bar{D}^0$ and $\Xi_c^+D^-$ thresholds, we explore the possible bias of the Breit-Wigner parameterization, with emphasis on the effect of its coupling to the double thresholds $\Xi_c^0\bar{D}^0$ and $\Xi_c^+D^-$. We first use a qualitative picture based on the ``uniformization" of the Riemann surface of the two-channel system to understand the positions of the enhancement. Then we use the Lippmann-Schwinger equation (LSE) formalism (equivalent to the $K$-matrix parameterization) with two models, the zero-range model and Flatt\'e model to investigate the $J/\psi \Lambda$ lineshapes. Our results show that the nominal peak of the $P_{\psi s}^\Lambda(4338)^0$ could arise either from the pole well above the $\Xi_c^+ D^-$ threshold on the $(-,+)$ sheet or from the pole well below the $\Xi_c^0 \bar{D}^0$ threshold on the $(-,-)$ sheet in the two-channel system. Using the Breit-Wigner distribution to depict the above two lineshapes could be misleading. We also find a novel type of lineshapes with the enhancement constrained by the threshold difference. We urge the LHCb collaboration to perform the refined experimental analysis considering the unitarity and analyticity, e.g. using the K-matrix parameterization. As a by-product, we obtain that the ratio of the isospin violating decay ${\Gamma_{P_{\psi s}^{\Lambda}\to J/\psi\Sigma}}/{\Gamma_{P_{\psi s}^{\Lambda}\to J/\psi\Lambda}}$ could be up to $10\%$., Comment: 15 pages,16 figures. Sign language is a beautiful visual language and is also the primary language used by speaking and hearing-impaired people. However, sign language has many complex expressions, which are difficult for the public to understand and master. Sign language recognition algorithms will significantly facilitate communication between hearing-impaired people and normal people. Traditional continuous sign language recognition often uses a sequence learning method based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM). These methods can only learn spatial and temporal features separately, which cannot learn the complex spatial-temporal features of sign language. LSTM is also difficult to learn long-term dependencies. To alleviate these problems, this paper proposes a multi-view spatial-temporal continuous sign language recognition network. The network consists of three parts. The first part is a Multi-View Spatial-Temporal Feature Extractor Network (MSTN), which can directly extract the spatial-temporal features of RGB and skeleton data; the second is a sign language encoder network based on Transformer, which can learn long-term dependencies; the third is a Connectionist Temporal Classification (CTC) decoder network, which is used to predict the whole meaning of the continuous sign language. Our algorithm is tested on two public sign language datasets SLR-100 and PHOENIX-Weather 2014T (RWTH). As a result, our method achieves excellent performance on both datasets. The word error rate on the SLR-100 dataset is 1.9%, and the word error rate on the RWTHPHOENIX-Weather dataset is 22.8%., Comment: 12 pages, 4 figures

Chiral symmetry and its spontaneous breaking play an important role both in the light hadron and heavy hadron systems. The chiral perturbation theory ($\chi$PT) is the low energy effective field theory of the QCD. In this work, we shall review the investigations on the chiral corrections to the properties of the heavy mesons and baryons within the framework of $\chi$PT. We will also review the scatterings of the light pseudoscalar mesons and heavy hadrons, through which many new resonances such as the $D_{s0}^\ast(2317)$ could be understood. Moreover, many new hadron states were observed experimentally in the past decades. A large group of these states is near-threshold resonances, such as the charged charmoniumlike $Z_c$ and $Z_{cs}$ states, bottomoniumlike $Z_b$ states, hidden-charm pentaquark $P_c$ and $P_{cs}$ states and the doubly charmed $T_{cc}$ state, etc. They are very good candidates of the loosely bound molecular states composed of a pair of charmed (bottom) hadrons, which are very similar to the loosely bound deuteron. The modern nuclear force was built upon the chiral effective field theory ($\chi$EFT), which is the extension of the $\chi$PT to the systems with two matter fields. The long-range and medium-long-range interactions between two nucleons arise from the single- and double-pion exchange respectively, which are well constrained by the chiral symmetry and its spontaneous breaking. The short-distance interactions can be described by the low energy constants. Such a framework works very well for the nucleon-nucleon scattering and nuclei. In this work, we will perform an extensive review of the progress on the heavy hadronic molecular states within the framework of $\chi$EFT. Cardiovascular disease has become one of the most significant threats endangering human life and health. Recently, Electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring has been transformed into remote cardiac monitoring by Holter surveillance. However, the widely used Holter can bring a great deal of discomfort and inconvenience to the individuals who carry them. We developed a new wireless ECG patch in this work and applied a deep learning framework based on the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-term Memory (LSTM) models. However, we find that the models using the existing techniques are not able to differentiate two main heartbeat types (Supraventricular premature beat and Atrial fibrillation) in our newly obtained dataset, resulting in low accuracy of 58.0 %. We proposed a semi-supervised method to process the badly labelled data samples with using the confidence-level-based training. The experiment results conclude that the proposed method can approach an average accuracy of 90.2 %, i.e., 5.4 % higher than the accuracy of conventional ECG classification methods.

With a quark level interaction, we give a unified description of the loosely bound molecular systems composed of the heavy flavor hadrons $(\bar{D},\bar{D}^*)$, $(\Lambda_c, \Sigma_c, \Sigma_c^*)$, and $(\Xi_c, \Xi_c^\prime,\Xi_c^*)$. Using the $P_c$ states as inputs to fix the interaction strength of light quark-quark pairs, we reproduce the observed $P_{cs}$ and $T_{cc}^+$ states and predict another narrow $T_{cc}^{\prime+}$ state with quantum numbers $[D^*D^*]_{J=1}^{I=0}$. If we require a satisfactory description of the $T_{cc}^+$ and $P_c$ states simultaneously, our framework prefers the assignments of the $P_{c}(4440)$ and $P_{c}(4457)$ as the $[\Sigma_c\bar{D}^*]_{J=1/2}^{I=1/2}$ and $[\Sigma_c\bar{D}^*]_{J=3/2}^{I=1/2}$ states, respectively. We propose the isospin criterion to explain naturally why the experimentally observed $T_{cc}$, $P_c$, and $P_{cs}$ molecular candidates prefer the lowest isospin numbers. In this work, we revisit the isospin violating decays of $X(3872)$ in a coupled-channel effective field theory. In the molecular scheme, the $X(3872)$ is interpreted as the bound state of $\bar{D}^{*0}D^0/\bar{D}^0D^{*0}$ and $D^{*-}D^+/D^-D^{*+}$ channels. In a cutoff-independent formalism, we relate the coupling constants of $X(3872)$ with the two channels to the molecular wave function. The isospin violating decays of $X(3872)$ are obtained by two equivalent approaches, which amend some deficiencies about this issue in literature. In the quantum field theory approach, the isospin violating decays arise from the coupling constants of $X(3872)$ to two di-meson channels. In the quantum mechanics approach, the isospin violating is attributed to wave functions at the origin. We illustrate that how to cure the insufficient results in literature. Within the comprehensive analysis, we bridge the isospin violating decays of $X(3872)$ to its inner structure. Our results show that the proportion of the neutral channel in $X(3872)$ is over $80\%$. As a by-product, we calculate the strong decay width of $X(3872)\to \bar{D}^0 D^0\pi^0$ and radiative one $X(3872)\to \bar{D}^0 D^0\gamma$. The strong decay width and radiative decay width are about 30 keV and 10 keV, respectively, for the binding energy from $-300$ keV to $-50$ keV., Comment: 8 pages, 4 figures. We propose an alternative approach to L\"uscher's formula for extracting two-body scattering phase shifts from finite volume spectra with no reliance on the partial wave expansion. We use an effective-field-theory-based Hamiltonian method in the plane wave basis and decompose the corresponding matrix elements of operators into irreducible representations of the relevant point groups. The proposed approach allows one to benefit from the knowledge of the long-range interaction and avoids complications from partial wave mixing in a finite volume. We consider spin-singlet channels in the two-nucleon system and pion-pion scattering in the $\rho$-meson channel in the rest and moving frames to illustrate the method for non-relativistic and relativistic systems, respectively. For the two-nucleon system, the long-range interaction due to the one-pion exchange is found to make the single-channel L\"uscher formula unreliable at the physical pion mass. For S-wave dominated states, the single-channel L\"uscher method suffers from significant finite-volume artifacts for a $L=3$~fm box, but it works well for boxes with $L>5$~fm. However, for P-wave dominated states, significant partial wave mixing effects prevent the application of the single-channel L\"uscher formula regardless of the box size (except for the near-threshold region). Using a toy model to generate synthetic data for finite-volume energies, we show that our effective-field-theory-based approach in the plane wave basis is capable of a reliable extraction of the phase shifts. For pion-pion scattering, we employ a phenomenological model to fit lattice QCD results at the physical pion mass. Very recently, the LHCb Collaboration reported the doubly charmed tetraquark state $T_{cc}^+$ below the $D^{*+}D^0$ threshold about $273$ keV. As a very near-threshold state, its long-distance structure is very important. In the molecular scheme, we relate the coupling constants of $T_{cc}^+$ with $D^{*0}D^+$ and $D^{*+}D^0$ to its binding energy and mixing angle of two components with a coupled-channel effective field theory. With the coupling constants, we investigate the kinetically allowed strong decays $T_{cc}^+\to D^0D^0\pi^+$, $T_{cc}^+\to D^+D^0\pi^0$ and radiative decays $D^+D^0 \gamma$. Our results show that the decay width of $T_{cc}^+\to D^0D^0\pi^+$ is the largest one, which is just the experimental observation channel. Our theoretical total strong and radiative widths are in favor of the $T_{cc}^+$ as a $|D^{*+}D^0\rangle$ dominated bound state. The total strong and radiative width in the single channel limit and isospin singlet limit are given as $59.7^{+4.6}_{-4.4} \text{ keV}$ and $46.7^{+2.7}_{-2.9} \text{ keV}$, respectively. Our calculation is cutoff-independent and without prior isospin assignment. We systematically calculate the mass spectrum of the higher excited fully-charmed tetraquark $cc\bar c\bar c$ states including the S-wave radial excitations and the P-wave states with a nonrelativistic quark model. The quark model is composed of a vector one-gluon-exchange (OGE) and a scalar linear confinement interaction with the parameters determined by the charmonium spectrum. In the calculation, we consider both the $3_c-\bar 3_c$ and the $6_c-\bar{6}_c$ color representations. For the $cc\bar c\bar c $ state, the $6_c-\bar 6_c$ component is located lower than the $\bar 3_c-3_c$ one because of the stronger attractive interactions between the diquark and antidiquark. We focus on two excited modes and their properties for the P-wave tetraquarks. The mass splitting for the $\rho$-mode excitations with different color configurations is large. The low-lying $6_c-\bar 6_c$ $\rho$-mode component helps to explain the small mass gap between the ground S-wave and the P-wave tetraquark states. The recently observed $X(6900)$ state may be the candidate of the first radially excited tetraquarks with $J^{PC}=0^{++}$ or $2^{++}$, or the $1^{+-}$ or $2^{-+}$ P-wave states based on the mass spectrum. Moreover, the lowest $T_c$ states with the exotic $J^{PC}$ quantum numbers $0^{--}$ and $1^{-+}$ may decay into the P-wave $\eta_c J/\psi$ and di-$J/\psi$ modes, respectively. Recently, the hidden charm tetraquark states $Z_{cs}(3985)$ and $Z_{cs}(4000)$ with strangeness were observed by the BESIII and LHCb collaborations, respectively, which are great breakthroughs for exploring exotic QCD structures. The first and foremost question is whether they are the same state. In this work, we explore the implications of the narrower state $Z_{cs}(3985)$ in BESIII and the wider one $Z_{cs}(4000)$ in LHCb as two different states. Within a solvable nonrelativistic effective field theory, we include the possible violations of heavy quark spin symmetry and SU(3) flavor symmetry in a comprehensive approach. If $Z_{cs}(3985)$ and $Z_{cs}(4000)$ are two different states, our results show that $Z_{cs}(4000)/Z_{cs}(3985)$ is the pure $(|\bar{D}_s^*D\rangle+/- |\bar{D}_sD^*\rangle)/\sqrt{2}$ state, and the SU(3) flavor partner of $Z_{c}(3900)$ is $Z_{cs}(4000)$ rather than the $Z_{cs}(3985)$. Another two important consequences are the existence of a tensor $\bar{D}_s^*D^*$ resonance with mass about 4126 MeV and width 13 MeV, and the suppression of the decay mode $Z_{cs}(3985) \to J/\psi K$. In this work, we investigate the SU(3) flavor symmetry, heavy quark spin symmetry and their breaking effects in the di-meson systems. We prove the existence of the $[\bar{D}_{s}^{*}D_{s}^{*}]^{0^{++}}$, $[\bar{D}_{s}^{*}D_{s}/\bar{D}_{s}^{}D_{s}^*]^{1^{+-}}$, and $[\bar{D}_{s}^{*}D_{s}^{*}]^{1^{+-}}$ bound states as the consequence of two prerequisites in the SU(3) flavor symmetry and heavy quark spin symmetry. The first prerequisite, the $X(3872)$ as the weakly $\bar{D}^{*}D/\bar{D} D^{*}$ bound state is supported by its mass and decay branching ratios. The second prerequisite, the existence of the $[\bar{D}_{s}D_{s}]^{0^{++}}$ bound state is supported by the lattice QCD calculation [arXiv:2011.02542(hep-lat)] and the observation of $\chi_{c0}(3930)$ by the LHCb Collaboration[Phys.Rev.Lett.125,242001, Phys.Rev.D102,112003]. We hope the future experimental analyses can search for these bound states in the $B\to D_{(s)}^{(*)}\bar{D}^{(*)}_{(s)}h$ processes ($h$ denotes the light hadrons). We study the newly observed charmoniumlike state $Z_{cs}(3985)$ in the framework of chiral effective field theory. The interaction kernel of the $\bar{D}_sD^\ast/\bar{D}^\ast_sD$ system is calculated up to the next-to-leading order with the explicit chiral dynamics. With the fitted parameters extracted from the $Z_c(3900)$ data as inputs, the mass, width and event distributions of the $Z_{cs}(3985)$ are very consistent with the experimental measurements. Our studies strongly support the $Z_{cs}(3985)$ as the partner of the $Z_c(3900)$ in the SU(3)$_f$ symmetry and the $\bar{D}_sD^\ast/\bar{D}^\ast_sD$ molecular resonance with the same dynamical origin as the other charged heavy quarkoniumlike states. We precisely predict the resonance parameters of the unobserved states in $\bar{D}_s^\ast D^\ast$, $B^\ast_s \bar{B}/B_s\bar{B}^\ast$ and $B_s^\ast\bar{B}^\ast$ systems, and establish a complete spectrum of the charged charmoniumlike and bottomoniumlike states with the $I(J^P)$ quantum numbers $1(1^+)$ and $\frac{1}{2}(1^+)$, respectively., Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures and 1 table

Recently, for the first time, the BESIII Collaboration reported the strange hidden charm tetraquark states $Z_{cs}(3985)^-$ in the $K^+$ recoil-mass spectrum near the $D_{s}^{-}D^{*0}/ D_{s}^{*-}D^{0}$ mass thresholds in the processes of $e^{+}e^{-}\to K^{+}(D_{s}^{-}D^{*0}+D_{s}^{*-}D^{0})$ at $\sqrt{s}=4.681$ GeV. The significance was estimated to be 5.3 $\sigma$. We show that the newly observed $Z_{cs}(3985)^-$ state is the $U$-spin partner of $Z_c(3900)^{-}$ as a resonance within coupled-channel calculation in the $\text{SU(3)}_F$ symmetry and heavy quark spin symmetry (HQSS). In the $\text{SU(3)}_F$ symmetry, we introduce the $G_{U/V}$ parity to construct the flavor wave functions of the $Z_{cs}$ states. In a unified framework, we consider the $J/\psi\pi(K)$, $\bar{D}_{(s)}{D}^*/\bar{D}_{(s)}^*{D}$ coupled-channel effect with the contact interaction. With the masses and widths of $Z_c(3900)$ and $Z_c(4020)$, we determine all the unknown coupling constants. We obtain mass and width of $Z_{cs}(3985)$ in good agreement with the experimental results, which strongly supports the $Z_{cs}$ states as the $U/V$-spin partner states of the charged $Z_c(3900)$. We also calculate the ratio of the partial decay widths of $Z_{cs}(3985)$, which implies that the $\bar{D}_sD^*/\bar{D}^*_s D$ decay modes are dominant. We also predict the $Z_{cs}^\prime$ states with a mass around $4130$ MeV and width around $30$ MeV, which are the $U/V$-spin partner states of the charged $Z_c(4020)$ and HQSS partner states of the $Z_{cs}(3985)$. In the hidden bottom sector, we predict the strange tetraquark states $Z_{bs}$ and $Z_{bs}^\prime$ with a mass around 10700 MeV and 10750 MeV, which are the $U/V$-spin partner states of $Z_{b}(10610)^{\pm}$ and $Z_b(10650)^{\pm}$, respectively., Comment: 6 pages, 2 figures

We systematically study the mass spectrum and strong decays of the S-wave $\bar c\bar s q q$ states in the compact tetraquark scenario with the quark model. The key ingredients of the model are the Coulomb, the linear confinement, and the hyperfine interactions. The hyperfine potential leads to the mixing between different color configurations, as well as the large mass splitting between the two ground states with $I(J^P)=0(0^+)$ and $I(J^P)=1(0^+)$. We calculate their strong decay amplitudes into the $\bar D^{(*)}K^{(*)}$ channels with the wave functions from the mass spectrum calculation and the quark interchange method. We examine the interpretation of the recently observed $X_0(2900)$ as a tetraquark state. The mass and decay width of the $I(J^P)=1(0^+)$ state are $M=2941$ MeV and $\Gamma_X=26.6$ MeV, respectively, which indicates that it might be a good candidate for the $X_0(2900)$. Meanwhile, we also obtain an isospin partner state $I(J^P)=0(0^+)$ with $M=2649$ MeV and $\Gamma_{X\rightarrow \bar D K}=48.1$ MeV, respectively. We generalize the framework of chiral effective field theory to study the interactions of the isovector $D^\ast\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ and $B^\ast\bar{B}^{(\ast)}$ systems up to the next-to-leading order, in which the long-, mid-, and short-range force contributions as well as the $S$-$D$ wave mixing are incorporated. Based on the Lippmann-Schwinger equation, we fit the invariant mass distributions of the elastic channels measured by the BESIII and Belle Collaborations. Our results indicate that the four charged charmoniumlike and bottomoniumlike states $Z_c(3900)$, $Z_c(4020)$ and $Z_b(10610)$, $Z_b(10650)$ can be well identified as the $D\bar{D}^{\ast},D^\ast\bar{D}^{\ast}$ and $B\bar{B}^{\ast},B^\ast\bar{B}^{\ast}$ molecular resonances. The bound state explanations are vetoed in our framework. Our study favors the $Z_c$ and $Z_b$ states are the twin partners under the heavy quark symmetry., Comment: 6 pages, 3 figures and 1 table

We study the $DN$ and $D^\ast N$ interactions to probe the inner structure of $\Sigma_c(2800)$ and $\Lambda_c(2940)$ with the chiral effective field theory to the next-to-leading order. We consider the contact term, one-pion-exchange and two-pion-exchange contributions to characterize the short-, long- and mid-range interactions of the $D^{(\ast)}N$ systems. The low energy constants of the $D^{(\ast)}N$ systems are related to those of the $N\bar{N}$ interaction with quark level Lagrangian that inspired by the resonance saturation model. The $\Delta(1232)$ degree of freedom is also included in the loop diagrams. The attractive potential in the $[DN]_{J=1/2}^{I=1}$ channel is too weak to form bound state, which indicates the explanation of $\Sigma_c(2800)$ as the compact charmed baryon is more reasonable. Meanwhile, the potentials of the isoscalar channels are deep enough to yield the molecular states. We obtain the masses of the $[DN]_{J=1/2}^{I=0}$, $[D^\ast N]_{J=1/2}^{I=0}$ and $[D^\ast N]_{J=3/2}^{I=0}$ systems to be $2792.0$ MeV, $2943.6$ MeV and $2938.4$ MeV, respectively. The $\Lambda_c(2940)$ is probably the isoscalar $D^\ast N$ molecule considering its low mass puzzle. Besides, the $\Lambda_c(2940)$ signal might contain the spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ and spin-$\frac{3}{2}$ two structures, which can qualitatively explain the significant decay ratio to $D^0p$ and $\Sigma_c\pi$. We also study the $\bar{B}^{(\ast)}N$ systems and predict the possible molecular states in the isoscalar channels. We hope experimentalists could hunt for the open charmed molecular pentaquarks in the $\Lambda_c^+\pi^+\pi^-$ final state., Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures and 4 tables

We calculate the effective potentials of the $\Xi_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$, $\Xi_c^\prime\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ and $\Xi_c^\ast\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ systems with the chiral effective field theory up to the next-to-leading order. We simultaneously consider the short-, intermediate- and long-range interactions. With the newly observed $P_c$ spectra as inputs, we construct the quark-level contact Lagrangians to relate the low energy constants to those of $\Sigma_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ with the help of quark model. Our calculation indicates there are seven bound states in the $I=0$ strange hidden charm $[\Xi_c^\prime\bar{D}^{(\ast)}]_J~(J=\frac{1}{2},\frac{3}{2})$ and $[\Xi_c^\ast\bar{D}^{(\ast)}]_J~(J=\frac{1}{2},\frac{3}{2},\frac{5}{2})$ systems. Our analyses also disfavor the $\Lambda_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ bound states. However, we obtain three new hadronic molecules in the isoscalar $[\Xi_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}]_J~(J=\frac{1}{2},\frac{3}{2})$ systems. The masses of $[\Xi_c\bar{D}]_{1/2}$, $[\Xi_c\bar{D}^{\ast}]_{1/2}$ and $[\Xi_c\bar{D}^{\ast}]_{3/2}$ are predicted to be $4319.4^{+2.8}_{-3.0}$ MeV, $4456.9^{+3.2}_{-3.3}$ MeV and $4463.0^{+2.8}_{-3.0}$ MeV, respectively. We also notice the one-eta-exchange influence is rather feeble. Binding solutions in the $I=1$ channels are nonexistent. We hope the future analyses at LHCb can seek for these new $P_{cs}$s in the $J\psi\Lambda$ final states, especially near the thresholds of $\Xi_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$., Comment: 9 pages, 2 figures, and 4 tables

We adopt the heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory to calculate the $\Sigma_cN$ interaction to the next-to-leading order. We consider the contact interactions, one-pion-exchange contributions, two-pion-exchange diagrams, and renormalization effects of the vertices, masses and wave functions. With the pion mass dependent expression, we fit the $\Sigma_cN$ interaction from HAL QCD calculation with $m_{\pi}\approx 410$ MeV and $m_{\pi}\approx 570$ MeV, and then extrapolate it to the physical pion mass. The $^3S_1(I=1/2)$ $\Sigma_{c}N$ interaction is weakly attractive but no bound solution is found. We also propose a quark model to estimate the leading order $\Sigma_cN$ contact interaction with the $NN$ interaction as input. This approach combining the quark model and the chiral effective field theory predicts a very attractive interaction in $^1S_0(I=3/2)$ $\Sigma_{c}N$ channel and a two-body bound state., Comment: 11 pages, 9 figures

We systematically calculate the isospin violating decay, $D_s^*\to D_s\pi^0$, with the heavy meson chiral perturbation theory up to $\mathcal{O}(p^3)$ including the loop diagrams. The $\mathcal{O}(p^3)$ tree level amplitudes contain four undetermined LECs. We use two strategies to estimate them. With the nonanalytic dominance approximation, we get $\Gamma[D_s^\ast\to D_s\pi^0]=(3.38\pm0.12)$ eV. With the naturalness assumption, we give a possible range of the isospin violating decay width, $[1.11-6.88]$ eV. We find that the contribution of the $\mathcal{O}(p^3)$ corrections might be significant., Comment: 8 pages,5 figures

We adopt the chiral perturbation theory to calculate the $\Sigma_{c}^{(*)}\bar{D}^{(*)}$ interaction to the next-to-leading order (NLO) and include the couple-channel effect in the loop diagrams. The newly observed $P_c(4312)$, $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$ at the LHCb experiment are very close to the $\Sigma_c\bar{D}$ and $\Sigma_c\bar{D}^\ast$ thresholds. In this work, we perform a systematic study and give a complete picture on the interactions between $\Sigma_c^{(\ast)}$ and $\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ systems in the framework of heavy hadron chiral perturbation theory, where the short-range contact interaction, long-range one-pion-exchange contribution, and intermediate-range two-pion-exchange loop diagrams are all considered. We first investigate the three $P_c$ states without and with considering the $\Lambda_c$ contribution in the loop diagrams. It is difficult to simultaneously reproduce the three $P_c$s unless the effect of $\Lambda_c$ is included. The coupling between $\Sigma_c^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ and $\Lambda_c\bar{D}^{(\ast)}$ channels is crucial for the formation of these $P_c$s. Our calculation supports the $P_c(4312)$, $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$ to be the $S$-wave hidden-charm $[\Sigma_c\bar{D}]_{J=1/2}^{I=1/2}$, $[\Sigma_c\bar{D}^\ast]_{J=1/2}^{I=1/2}$ and $[\Sigma_c\bar{D}^\ast]_{J=3/2}^{I=1/2}$ molecular pentaquarks, respectively. Our calculation disfavors the spin assignment $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$ for $P_c(4457)$ and $J^P=\frac{3}{2}^-$ for $P_c(4440)$, because the excessively enhanced spin-spin interaction is unreasonable in the present case. We obtain the complete mass spectra of the $[\Sigma_c^{(\ast)}\bar{D}^{(\ast)}]_J$ systems with the fixed low energy constants. Our result indicates the existence of $[\Sigma_c^{\ast}\bar{D}^{\ast}]_J~(J=\frac{1}{2},\frac{3}{2},\frac{5}{2})$ hadronic molecules. The previously reported $P_c(4380)$ might be a deeper bound one. Additionally, we also study the hidden-bottom $\Sigma_b^{(\ast)}B^{(\ast)}$ systems, and predict seven bound molecular states, which could serve as a guidance for future experiments...., Comment: 42 pages, 15 figures, and 4 tables

In this work, we systematically calculate the mass spectra of the $S$-wave fully heavy tetraquark states $bb\bar b\bar b$, $cc\bar c\bar c$, and $bb\bar c\bar c$ in two nonrelativistic quark models. A tetraquark state may be an admixture of a $6_c-\bar 6_c$ state and a $\bar 3_c-3_c$ one, where $6_c-\bar 6_c$($\bar 3_c-3_c$) denotes the color configuration with a $6_c$ ($\bar 3_c$) diquark and a $\bar 6_c$ ($3_c$) antidiquark. For the tetraquark states $bb\bar b\bar b$ and $cc\bar c\bar c$ with $J^{PC}={0^{++}}$, the $6_c-\bar 6_c$ state is lower than the $\bar 3_c-3_c$ one in both the two quark models, while the order of the $bb\bar c\bar c$ states depend on models. The $6_c-\bar 6_c$ and $\bar 3_c-3_c$ mixing effects are induced by the hyperfine interactions between the diquark and antidiquark, while the contributions from the one-gluon-exchange (OGE) Coulomb or the linear confinement potentials vanish for the $QQ\bar Q'\bar Q'$ system. With the couple-channel effects, we obtain the similar mass spectra. The numerical results show that the ground $QQ\bar Q'\bar Q'$ ($Q=b,c$ and $Q'=b,c$) tetraquark states are located above the corresponding scattering states, which indicates that there may not exist a bound state in the scheme of the two quark models., Comment: 13 pages, 6 figures

We systematically investigate the possible molecular states composed of (1) two spin-$\frac{3}{2}$ doubly charmed baryons, and (2) a pair of spin-$\frac{3}{2}$ and spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ doubly charmed baryons. The one-boson-exchange (OBE) model is used to describe the potential between two baryons. The channel mixing effect is considered for the systems with the same quantum number $(I(J^P))$ but different total spin ($S$) and orbital angular momenta ($L$). We also study the channel mixing effect among the systems composed of various doubly charmed baryons if they have the same quantum number. In this work, we systematically study the radiative decays and magnetic moments of the charmed and bottom vector mesons with chiral perturbation theory up to one-loop level. We present the results in SU(2) and SU(3) cases with the mass splitting in loop diagrams kept and unkept, respectively. The obtained decay rates for $D^\ast$ and $B^\ast$ mesons in SU(3) case with the mass splitting kept are: $\Gamma_{\bar{D}^{\ast 0}\to \bar{D}^0\gamma}=16.2^{+6.5}_{-6.0}$ keV, $\Gamma_{D^{\ast-}\to D^-\gamma}=0.73^{+0.7}_{-0.3}$ keV, $\Gamma_{D_s^{\ast-}\to D_s^-\gamma}= 0.32^{+0.3}_{-0.3}$ keV, and $\Gamma_{B^{\ast+}\to B^+\gamma}=0.58^{+0.2}_{-0.2}$ keV, $\Gamma_{B^{\ast0}\to B^0\gamma}=0.23^{+0.06}_{-0.06}$ keV, $\Gamma_{B_s^{\ast0}\to B_s^0\gamma}=0.04^{+0.03}_{-0.03}$ keV. The decay width for $D^{\ast-}\to D^-\gamma$ is consistent with the experimental measurement. As a byproduct, the full widths of $\bar{D}^{\ast0}$ and $D_s^{\ast-}$ are $\Gamma_{\mathrm{tot}}(\bar{D}^{\ast0})\simeq77.7^{+26.7}_{-20.5}~\mathrm{keV}$ and $ \Gamma_{\mathrm{tot}}(D_s^{\ast-})\simeq0.62^{+0.45}_{-0.50}~\mathrm{keV}$, respectively. We also calculate the magnetic moments of the heavy vector mesons. The analytical chiral expressions derived in our work shall be helpful for the extrapolations of lattice QCD simulations in the coming future., Comment: 16 pages, 6 figures, 15 tables

In this work, we employ the heavy hadron chiral perturbation theory (HHChPT) to calculate the $\Sigma_c\bar{D}^{(*)}$ potentials to the next-to-leading order. The contact, the one-pion exchange and the two-pion exchange interactions are included. Besides, the mass splittings between the heavy quark spin symmetry (HQSS) multiplets are kept in calculations. Our result shows that neglecting the heavy quark symmetry (HQS) violation effect may be misleading to predict the potentials between the charmed hadrons. We perform numerical analysis with three scenarios. In the first scenario, we relate the low-energy constants (LECs) in the contact terms of $\Sigma_c\bar{D}^{(*)}$ to those of nucleon systems, and reproduce the $P_c(4312)$ and $P_c(4440)$ as loosely bound states. In the second scenario, we vary the unknown LECs and find a small parameter region in which $P_c(4312)$, $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$ can coexist as molecular states. In the third scenario, we include the coupled-channel effect on the basis of scenario II, and notice that the three $P_c$ states can be reproduced as molecular states simultaneously in a large region of parameters. Our analytical results can be used for the chiral extrapolations in lattice QCD. With the lattice QCD results in the future as inputs, the identification of the $P_c$ states and predictions for other systems would be more reliable., Comment: 16 pages, 12 figures

We adopt the heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory (HBChPT) to calculate the scattering lengths of $\phi B_{cc}^{(*)}$ up to $\mathcal{O}(p^3)$, where $\phi$ is the pseudoscalar mesons. The recoil effect and the mass splitting between the spin-$1\over 2$ and spin-$3\over 2$ doubly charmed baryons are included. In order to give the numerical results, we construct the chiral Lagrangians with heavy diquark-antiquark (HDA) symmetry in a formally covariant approach. Then, we relate the low energy constants (LECs) of the doubly charmed baryons to those of $D^{(*)}$ mesons. The LECs for the $\phi D^{(*)}$ scattering are estimated in two scenarios, fitting lattice QCD results and using the resonance saturation model. The chiral convergence of the first scenario is not good enough due to the the large strange quark mass and the presence of the possible bound states, virtual states and resonance. The final results for two scenarios are consistent with each other. The interaction for the $[\pi\Xi^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(1/2)}$, $[K\Xi^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(0)}$, $[K\Omega^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(1/2)}$, $[\eta\Xi^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(1/2)}$, $[\eta\Omega^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(0)}$ and $[\bar{K}\Xi^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(0)}$ channels are attractive. The most attractive channel $[\bar{K}\Xi^{(*)}_{cc}]^{(0)}$ may help to form the partner states of the $D_{s0}^*(2317)$ ($D_{s1}(2460)$) in the doubly heavy sector., Comment: 12 pages, 2 figure
