This paper delves into the widespread implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) within healthcare facilities across Indonesia. It examines the driving forces behind EMR adoption, particularly the role of government regulations, and addresses the challenges encountered by clinic owners and healthcare providers in transitioning to these digital systems. Furthermore, this paper highlights the significant benefits and transformative advantages of EMR systems, such as enhanced decision-making through real-time data access (around 15-20 minutes time saved for patient waiting time and approximately saved 20-25 minutes for all service duration), reduction in healthcare costs over time due to improved resource management, and increased patient satisfaction by providing faster and more personalized care. EMR systems also ensure higher levels of data security and privacy, adhering to national healthcare standards, while supporting continuous monitoring and updates that enhance system resilience and functionality. Time-series forecasting often faces challenges due to data volatility, which can lead to inaccurate predictions. Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD) has emerged as a promising technique to mitigate volatility by decomposing data into distinct modes, thereby enhancing forecast accuracy. In this study, we integrate VMD with linear models to develop a robust forecasting framework. Our approach is evaluated on 13 diverse datasets, including ETTm2, WindTurbine, M4, and 10 air quality datasets from various Southeast Asian cities. The effectiveness of the VMD strategy is assessed by comparing Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) values from models utilizing VMD against those without it. Additionally, we benchmark linear-based models against well-known neural network architectures such as LSTM, Bidirectional LSTM, and RNN. The results demonstrate a significant reduction in RMSE across nearly all models following VMD application. Notably, the Linear + VMD model achieved the lowest average RMSE in univariate forecasting at 0.619. In multivariate forecasting, the DLinear + VMD model consistently outperformed others, attaining the lowest RMSE across all datasets with an average of 0.019. The nanoscale resistive switching characteristics of gallium phosphide (GaP) thin films directly grown on Si are investigated as a function of incident light. Firstly, as-grown GaP films show a high RON/ROFF (~10^4), shown to arise from the formation of conductive channels along the grain boundaries. It is proposed that point defects (most likely Ga interstitials) and structural disorder at the grain boundaries provide the ideal environment to enable the filamentary switching process. Next, we explored if such defects can give rise to mid-gap states, and if so could they be activated by photonic excitation. Both first-principles calculations as well as UV-vis and photoluminescence spectroscopy strongly point to the possibility of mid-gap electronic states in the polycrystalline GaP film. Photoconductive atomic force microscopy (phAFM), a scanning probe technique, is used to image photocurrents generated as a function of incident photon energy (ranging from sub band-gap to above band-gap) on the GaP film surface. We observe photocurrents even for incident photon energies lower than the band-gap, consistent with the presence of mid-gap electronic states. Moreover the photocurrent magnitude is found to be directly proportional to the incident photon energy with a concomitant decrease in the filament resistance. Nowadays, mobile banking becomes a popular tool which consumers can conduct financial transactions such as shopping, monitoring accounts balance, transferring funds and other payments. Consumers dependency on mobile needs, make people take a little bit more interest in mobile banking. The use of the one-time password which is sent to the user mobile phone by short message service (SMS) is a vulnerability which we want to solve with proposing a new scheme called S-Mbank. We replace the authentication using the one-time password with the contactless smart card to prevent attackers to use the unencrypted message which is sent to the user's mobile phone. Moreover, it deals vulnerability of spoofer to send an SMS pretending as a bank's server. The contactless smart card is proposed because of its flexibility and security which easier to bring in our wallet than the common passcode generators. The replacement of SMS-based authentication with contactless smart card removes the vulnerability of unauthorized users to act as a legitimate user to exploit the mobile banking user's account. Besides that, we use public-private key pair and PIN to provide two factors authentication and mutual authentication. We use signcryption scheme to provide the efficiency of the computation. Pair based text authentication is also proposed for the login process as a solution to shoulder-surfing attack. We use Scyther tool to analyze the security of authentication protocol in S-Mbank scheme. OSD PSE is the Indonesian Government Certification Authority (CA) for National e-Procurement System and later named OSD PSE G2. It has a unique hierarchical structure under the OSD Lemsaneg. As an Issuing CA, the OSD PSE G2 publishes and guarantee the quality of the Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement (CP-CPS) in order to gain the PKI user trustworthy. In this article, we analyze the CP-CPS version 1.0 that published by OSD PSE G2. For this purpose, we apply the methodology of PKI Assessment Guidelines (PAG). The quality assessment of this CP-CPS, including its compliance to the related reference/standard, namely: CP OSD Lemsaneg v.1.1; RFC 3647; and CA Business Practice Disclosure Principle on Trust Service Principles and Criteria for Certification Authorities (BPDP-TSPCCA) version 2.0. We finally found that the CP-CPS version 1.0 does not comply with related standard and reference. We study that the breakdown of epidemic depends on some parameters, that is expressed in epidemic reproduction ratio number. It is noted that when $R_0 $ exceeds 1, the stochastic model have two different results. But, eventually the extinction will be reached even though the major epidemic occurs. The question is how long this process will reach extinction. In this paper, we will focus on the Markovian process of SIS model when major epidemic occurs. Using the approximation of quasi--stationary distribution, the expected mean time of extinction only occurs when the process is one step away from being extinct. Combining the theorm from Ethier and Kurtz, we use CLT to find the approximation of this quasi distribution and successfully determine the asymptotic mean time to extinction of SIS model without demography., Comment: 12 pages; 5 figures

Threshold theorem is probably the most important development of mathematical epidemic modelling. Unfortunately, some models may not behave according to the threshold. In this paper, we will focus on the final outcome of SIR model with demography. The behaviour of the model approached by deteministic and stochastic models will be introduced, mainly using simulations. Furthermore, we will also investigate the dynamic of susceptibles in population in absence of infective. We have successfully showed that both deterministic and stochastic models performed similar results when $R_0 \leq 1$. That is, the disease-free stage in the epidemic. Studies about epidemic modelling have been conducted since before 19th century. Both deterministic and stochastiic model were used to capture the dynamic of infection in the population. The purpose of this project is to investigate the behaviour of the models when we set the basic reproduction number, $R_0$. This quantity is defined as the expected number of contacts made by a typical infective to susceptibles in the population. According to the epidemic threshold theory, when $R_0 \leq 1$, minor epidemic occurs with probability one in both approaches, but when $R_0 > 1$, the deterministic and stochastic models have different interpretation. In the deterministic approach, major epidemic occurs with probability one when $R_0 > 1$ and predicts that the disease will settle down to an endemic equilibrium. Stochastic models, on the other hand, identify that the minor epidemic can possibly occur. If it does, then the epidemic will die out quickly. Supply Chain Agility is important for organisations to stay competitive in today's dynamic business environment. There is increasing interest in deploying Business Intelligence (BI) in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) context to improve Supply Chain (SC) Agility. However, there is limited research exploring BI contributions to SC Agility. In this research-in-progress paper we propose a model based on a conceptual analysis of the literature showing how BI can help organisations achieve SC Agility by supporting the key areas of SCM (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return). Despite the rampant adoption of Enterprise 2.0, there is lack of empirical evidence of how Enterprise 2.0 is aptly supporting the business objectives. Social capital theory will be used as a theoretical lens to understand the impact and implications of individual use of Enterprise 2.0. To ascertain the impact from the use of Enterprise 2.0 on the various dimensions of social capital, a single in-depth qualitative case study was conducted with a large professional services organisation. Many organizations have introduced various ICT-enabled innovations to improve economic, environmental and social performance. The Open Food Network (OFN) is an example of ICT-enabled innovation that has the potential to enhance the sustainability of regional food supply chain by improving farmers access to local and regional markets and consumers access to fresh local produce, as well as optimizing the regional food distribution and improving local community welfare. OFN has just been recently launched in Australia and currently there is a limited understanding of the actual impacts and appropriate strategies to encourage wider adoption. This research in progress aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the OFN system in connecting and supporting the sustainability of regional food supply chain communities in Australia that will help devise strategies for expanding the use beyond Australia. Through a preliminary focus group with a number of early adopters of the OFN, this study identifies the actual use of OFN, benefits to main stakeholders and a number of challenges. The concern about sustainability has arisen due to the overuse of natural resources and the increased use of energy consumption over the last decades. Information communication technologies (ICT) has the potential to address the three main aspects of sustainability (people, planet, profit) and therefore, several organizations have initiated a sustainable development by integrating ICT within their business activities. However, the roles of ICT in supporting sustainability initiatives have only been discussed in a limited number of studies and there is a lack of practical examples that demonstrate how the different roles of ICT are played out in an organization's environment. Bi4Ti3O12 (BIT) has been considered as material for UV detector since it has optical band gap of about 3.5 eV. Unlike the most used material for this purpose, such as GaN and AlN, BIT is a ferroelectric oxide material. It has shown good detection properties in the UV regions. We have developed a Pulsed Laser Ablation Deposition (PLAD) method for preparation of BIT thin films. The BIT films were grown on Si/SiO2/Pt(111) substrates and these films exhibit good crystalline properties with preferential orientation in c-axis. A structure of Al/Bi4Ti3O12/Pt(111)/Si(100) was fabricated for measurement of spectral distribution of the voltage responsivity.
