Ionic liquids have been suggested as new engineering fluids, namely in the area of heat transfer, as alternatives to current biphenyl and diphenyl oxide, alkylated aromatics and dimethyl polysiloxane oils, which degrade above 200 {\deg}C and pose some environmental problems. Recently, we have proposed 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methanesulfonate, [$C_{2}mim$][$CH_{3}SO_{3}$], as a new heat transfer fluid, because of its thermophysical and toxicological properties. However, there are some interesting points raised in this work, namely the possibility of the existence of liquid metastability below the melting point (303 K) or second order-disorder transitions ($\lambda$-type) before reaching the calorimetric freezing point. This paper analyses in more detail this zone of the phase diagram of the pure fluid, by reporting accurate thermal-conductivity measurements between 278 and 355 K with an estimated uncertainty of 2% at a 95% confidence level. A new value of the melting temperature is also reported, $T_{melt}$ = 307.8 $\pm$ 1 K. Results obtained support liquid metastability behaviour in the solid-phase region and permit the use of this ionic liquid at a heat transfer fluid at temperatures below its melting point. Thermal conductivity models based on Bridgman theory and estimation formulas were also used in this work, failing to predict the experimental data within its uncertainty.

Ionic liquids have proved to be excellent heat transfer fluids and alternatives to common HTFs used in industries for heat exchangers and other heat transfer equipment. However, its industrial utilization depends on the cost per kg of its production, to be competitive for industrial applications with biphenyl and diphenyl oxide, alkylated aromatics, and dimethyl polysiloxane oils, which degrade above 200 {\deg}C and possess some environmental problems. The efficiency of a heat transfer fluid depends on the fundamental thermophysical properties influencing convective heat transfer (density, heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and viscosity), as these properties are necessary to calculate the heat transfer coefficients for different heat exchanger geometries. In Part 1, the thermophysical properties of pure 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methanesulfonate $[C_{2}mim][CH_{3}SO_{3}]$ (CAS no. 145022-45-3), (ECOENG 110), produced by BASF, under the trade name of Basionics ST35, with an assay $\geq$97% with $\leq$0.5% water and $\leq$2% chloride ($Cl^{-}$), were presented, for temperatures slightly below room temperature and up to 355 K. In this paper, we report the thermophysical properties of mixtures of [C2mim][CH3SO3] with water, in the whole concentration range, at $P$ = 0.1 MPa. The properties measured were density and speed of sound (293.15 < $T$/K < 343.15), viscosity, electrical and thermal conductivities, refractive index (293.15 < $T$/K < 353.15), and infinite dilution diffusion coefficient of the ionic liquid in water (298.15 K).

While computational thinking arises as an essential skill worldwide, formal primary and secondary education in Latin America rarely incorporates mechanisms to develop it in their curricula. The extent to which students in the region acquire computational thinking skills remains largely unknown. To start addressing this void, this article presents findings from a cross-sectional study that characterizes the computational thinking abilities of incoming students at a Chilean university with a strong emphasis on STEM disciplines. Based on more than 500 responses, this study provides evidence of significant inequalities in computational thinking across gender, type of school (private or no), and prior programming knowledge. The discussion offers insights into how these disparities relate to contextual factors of the country, such as a highly socio-economically segregated educational system, public policies focused mainly on technology access, and heavy reliance on voluntary initiatives, to develop computational thinking. The findings can enlighten upcoming research endeavors and formulate strategies to create a more equitable field for students entering STEM degrees in nations facing similar circumstances., Comment: Pre-print. In this paper, we study the existence of solutions to the scalar additive Jump problem and the Riemann boundary value problems in the context of vectorial Clifford analysis on domains with fractal boundaries. A reduction procedure is applied with great effectiveness to find the solution of the problems.

We use a high-dimensional version of the Marcinkiewicz exponent, a metric characteristic for non-rectifiable plane curves, to present a direct application to the solution of some kind of Riemann boundary value problems on fractal domains of Euclidean space $\mathbb{R}^{n+1}, n\geq2$ for Clifford algebra-valued polymonogenic functions with boundary data in classes of higher order Lipschitz functions. Sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of solution to the problems are proved. To illustrate the delicate nature of this theory we described a class of hypersurfaces where the results are more refined than those that exist in literature.

A well-known boundary observability inequality for the elasticity system establishes that the energy of the system can be estimated from the solution on a sufficiently large part of the boundary for a sufficiently large time. This inequality is relevant in different contexts as the exact boundary controllability, boundary stabilization, or some inverse source problems. Here we show that a corresponding boundary observability inequality for the spectral collocation approximation of the linear elasticity system in a d-dimensional cube also holds, uniformly with respect to the discretization parameter. This property is essential to prove that natural numerical approaches to the previous problems based on replacing the elasticity system by collocation discretization will give successful approximations of the continuous counterparts.

We propose a spectral collocation method to approximate the exact boundary control of the wave equation in a square domain. The idea is to introduce a suitable approximate control problem that we solve in the finite-dimensional space of polynomials of degree N in space. We prove that we can choose a sequence of discrete controls depending on the parameter N associated with the approximate control problem in such a way that they converge, as N goes to infinity, to a control of the continuous wave equation. Unlike other numerical approximations tried in the literature, this one does not require regularization techniques and can be easily adapted to other equations and systems where the controllability of the continuous model is known. The method is illustrated with several examples in 1-d and 2-d in a square domain. We also give numerical evidence of the highly accurate approximation inherent to spectral methods.

This paper aims to study the jump problem for monogenic functions in fractal hypersurfaces of Euclidean spaces. The notion of the Marcinkiewicz exponent has been taken into consideration. A new solvability condition is obtained, basing the work on specific properties of the Teodorescu transform in Clifford analysis. It is shown that this condition improves those involving the Minkowski dimension.

In this work we illustrate a number of properties of the Born approximation in the three-dimensional Calder\'on inverse conductivity problem by numerical experiments. The results are based on an explicit representation formula for the Born approximation recently introduced by the authors. We focus on the particular case of radial conductivities in the ball $B_R \subset \mathbb{R}^3 $ of radius $R$, in which the linearization of the Calder\'on problem is equivalent to a Hausdorff moment problem. We give numerical evidences that the Born approximation is well defined for $L^{\infty}$ conductivities, and we present a novel numerical algorithm to reconstruct a radial conductivity from the Born approximation under a suitable smallness assumption. We also show that the Born approximation has depth-dependent uniqueness and approximation capabilities depending on the distance (depth) to the boundary $\partial B_R$. We then investigate how increasing the radius $R$ affects the quality of the Born approximation, and the existence of a scattering limit as $R\to \infty$. Similar properties are also illustrated in the inverse boundary problem for the Schr\"odinger operator $-\Delta +q$, and strong recovery of singularity results are observed in this case., Comment: 31 pages, 15 figures

Measurements of the radius and limb brightening of the Sun provide important information about the solar atmosphere structure and temperature. The solar radius increases as the observation at radio frequency decreases, indicating that each emission originates higher in the atmosphere. Thus, different layers of the solar atmosphere can be probed by observing at multiple wavelengths. In this work, we determined the average radius and limb brightening at 100, 212, 230, and 405 GHz, using data from the Solar Submillimeter Telescope and ALMA's single-dish observations. For the first time, limb brightening values for frequencies of 212 and 405 GHz were estimated. At sub-THz frequencies, the observed limb brightening may affect the solar radius measurements. We use two different and well known approaches to determine the radius: the half-power method and the inflection-point method. We investigate how the antenna beam size and the limb brightening level, LB, can affect the radius measurements using both methods. Our results showed that the inflection-point method is the least affected by these parameters, and should thus be used for solar radius estimates at radio wavelengths. The measured average radii are 968"~$\pm$~3" (100 GHz), 963"~$\pm$~3" (212 GHz), 963"~$\pm$~2" (230 GHz), and 963"~$\pm$~5" (405 GHz). Finally, we used forward modeling to estimate the ranges of LB of the solar disk resulting in 5%-19% (100 GHz), 2%-12% (212 GHz), 6%-18% (230 GHz), and 3%-17% (405 GHz). Both radius and limb brightening estimates agree with previous measurements reported in the literature.

Uniqueness and reconstruction in the three-dimensional Calder\'on inverse conductivity problem can be reduced to the study of the inverse boundary problem for Schr\"odinger operators $-\Delta +q $. We study the Born approximation of $q$ in the ball, which amounts to studying the linearization of the inverse problem. We first analyze this approximation for real and radial potentials in any dimension $d\ge 3$. We show that this approximation satisfies a closed formula that only involves the spectrum of the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map associated to $-\Delta + q$, which is closely related to a particular moment problem. We then turn to general real and essentially bounded potentials in three dimensions and introduce the notion of averaged Born approximation, which captures the exact invariance properties of the inverse problem. We obtain explicit formulas for the averaged Born approximation in terms of the matrix elements of the Dirichlet to Neumann map in the basis spherical harmonics. To show that the averaged Born approximation does not destroy information on the potential, we also study the high-energy behavior of the matrix elements of the Dirichlet to Neumann map., Comment: 36 pages. In this work, we study the Schr\"odinger equation $i\partial_t\psi=-\Delta\psi+\eta(t)\sum_{j=1}^J\delta_{x=a_j(t)}\psi$ on $L^2((0,1),C)$ where $\eta:[0,T]\longrightarrow R^+$ and $a_j:[0,T]\longrightarrow (0,1)$, $j=1,...,J$. We show how to permute the energy associated to different eigenmodes of the Schr\"odinger equation via suitable choice of the functions $\eta$ and $a_j$. To the purpose, we mime the control processes introduced in [17] for a very similar equation where the Dirac potential is replaced by a smooth approximation supported in a neighborhood of $x=a(t)$. We also propose a Galerkin approximation that we prove to be convergent and illustrate the control process with some numerical simulations.

We propose a numerical method to approximate the scattering amplitudes for the elasticity system with a non-constant matrix potential in dimensions $d=2$ and $3$. This requires to approximate first the scattering field, for some incident waves, which can be written as the solution of a suitable Lippmann-Schwinger equation. In this work we adapt the method introduced by G. Vainikko in \cite{V} to solve such equations when considering the Lam\'e operator. Convergence is proved for sufficiently smooth potentials. Implementation details and numerical examples are also given.

At subterahertz frequencies -- i.e., millimeter and submillimeter wavelengths -- there is a gap of measurements of the solar radius as well as other parameters of the solar atmosphere. As the observational wavelength changes, the radius varies because the altitude of the dominant electromagnetic radiation is produced at different heights in the solar atmosphere. Moreover, radius variations throughout long time series are indicative of changes in the solar atmosphere that may be related to the solar cycle. Therefore, the solar radius is an important parameter for the calibration of solar atmospheric models enabling a better understanding of the atmospheric structure. In this work we use data from the Solar Submillimeter-wave Telescope (SST) and from the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA), at the frequencies of 100, 212, 230, and 405 GHz, to measure the equatorial and polar radii of the Sun. The radii measured with extensive data from the SST agree with the radius-vs-frequency trend present in the literature. The radii derived from ALMA maps at 230 GHz also agree with the radius-vs-frequency trend, whereas the 100-GHz radii are slightly above the values reported by other authors. In addition, we analyze the equatorial and polar radius behavior over the years, by determining the correlation coefficient between solar activity and subterahertz radii time series at 212 and 405 GHz (SST). The variation of the SST-derived radii over 13 years are correlated to the solar activity when considering equatorial regions of the solar atmosphere, and anticorrelated when considering polar regions. Manipulation of temperature can be used to actuate DNA origami nano-hinges containing gold nanoparticles. We develop a physical model of this system that uses partition function analysis of the interaction between the nano-hinge and nanoparticle to predict the probability that the nano-hinge is open at a given temperature. The model agrees well with experimental data and predicts experimental conditions that allow the actuation temperature of the nano-hinge to be tuned over a range of temperatures from $30$${}^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$ to $45$${}^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$. Additionally, the model reveals surprising physical constraints on the system. This combination of physical insight and predictive potential is likely to inform future designs that integrate nanoparticles into dynamic DNA origami structures. Furthermore, our modeling approach could be expanded to consider the incorporation, stability, and actuation of other types of functional elements or actuation mechanisms integrated into nucleic acid devices.

We propose a numerical method to approximate the exact averaged boundary control of a family of wave equations depending on an unknown parameter sigma. More precisely the control, independent of sigma, that drives an initial data to a family of final states at time t = T, whose average in sigma is given. The idea is to project the control problem in the finite dimensional space generated by the first N eigenfunctions of the Laplace operator. The resulting discrete control problem has solution whenever the continuous one has it, and we give a convergence result of the discrete controls to the continuous one. In this paper, we mainly consider the Riemann boundary value problems for lower dimensional non-commutative Clifford algebras valued monogenic functions. The solutions are given in an explicit way and concrete examples are presented to illustrate the results.

Most efforts to incorporate computational thinking in K-12 education have been focused on students in their first cycles of school education and have used visual tools, such as Scratch and Alice. Fewer research projects have studied the development of computational thinking in students in their last years of school, who usually have not had early formal preparation to acquire these skills. This study provides evidence of the effectiveness of teaching programming in C++ (a low-level language) to develop computational thinking in high school students in Chile. By applying a test before and after a voluntary C ++ programming workshop, the results show a significant improvement in computational thinking at the end of the workshop. However, we also observed that there was a tendency to drop out of the workshop among students with lower levels of initial computational thinking. Tenth-grade students obtained lower final scores than eleventh and twelfth-grade students. We use the Monte Carlo particle physics code FLUKA (Fluktuierende Kaskade) to calculate $\gamma$-ray spectra expected from solar flare energetic ion distributions. The FLUKA code includes robust physics-based models for electromagnetic, hadronic and nuclear interactions, sufficiently detailed for it to be a useful tool for calculating nuclear de-excitation, positron annihilation and neutron capture line fluxes and shapes, as well as $\approx \; {\rm GeV}$ continuum radiation from pion decay products. We show nuclear de-excitation $\gamma$-ray line model spectra from a range of assumed primary accelerated ion distributions and find them to be in good agreement with those found using the code of Murphy et al. (2009). We also show full $\gamma$-ray model spectra which exhibit all the typical structures of $\gamma$-ray spectra observed in solar flares. From these model spectra we build templates which are incorporated into the software package Objective Spectral Executive (OSPEX) and used to fit the combined Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM)/Large Area Telescope (LAT) spectrum of the 2010 June 12 solar flare, providing a statistically acceptable result. To the best of our knowledge, the fit carried out with the FLUKA templates for the full $\gamma$-ray spectrum can be regarded as the first attempt to use a single code to implement a self-consistent treatment of the several spectral components in the photon energy range from $\approx 100$s ${\rm keV}$ to $\approx 100$s ${\rm MeV}$., Comment: Accepted for publication in Solar Physics

The Petrowsky type equation $y_{tt}^\eps+\eps y_{xxxx}^\eps - y_{xx}^\eps=0$, $\eps>0$ encountered in linear beams theory is null controllable through Neumann boundary controls. Due to the boundary layer of size of order $\sqrt{\eps}$ occurring at the extremities, these boundary controls get singular as $\eps$ goes to $0$. Using the matched asymptotic method, we describe the boundary layer of the solution $y^\eps$ then derive a rigorous second order asymptotic expansion of the control of minimal $L^2-$norm, with respect to the parameter $\eps$. In particular, we recover that the leading term of the expansion is a null Dirichlet control for the limit hyperbolic wave equation, in agreement with earlier results due to J-.L. Lions in the eighties. Numerical experiments support the analysis.

We consider the Schr\"odinger operator with a potential q on a disk and the map that associates to q the corresponding Dirichlet to Neumann (DtN) map. We present a uniqueness result in dimensions $2$ and $3$ for the inverse fixed angle scattering problem associated to the Schr\"odinger operator $-\Delta+q$, where $q$ is a small real valued potential with compact support in the Sobolev space $W^{\beta,2}$ with $\beta>0.$ This result improves the known result, due to Stefanov, in the sense that almost no regularity is required for the potential. The uniqueness result still holds in dimension $4$, but for more regular potentials in $W^{\beta,2}$ with $\beta>2/3$.

We introduce a new iterative method to recover a real compact supported potential of the Schr\"odinger operator from their fixed angle scattering data. The method combines a fixed point argument with a suitable approximation of the resolvent of the Schr\"odinger operator by partial sums associated to its Born series. Convergence is established for potentials with small norm in certain Sobolev spaces. In this paper we propose a numerical method to approximate the best decay rate for some dissipative systems that are bounded perturbation of unbounded skew-adjoint operators. We also give some numerical examples and applications to illustrate the efficiency of this approach.

CAPTCHAs/HIPs are security mechanisms that try to prevent automatic abuse of services. They are susceptible to learning attacks in which attackers can use them as oracles. Kwon and Cha presented recently a novel algorithm that intends to avoid such learning attacks and "detect all bots". They add uncertainties to the grading of challenges, and also use trap images designed to detect bots. The authors suggest that a major IT corporation is studying their proposal for mainstream implementation. We present here two fundamental design flaws regarding their trap images and uncertainty grading. These leak information regarding the correct grading of images. Exploiting them, an attacker can use an UTS-CAPTCHA as an oracle, and perform a learning attack. Our testing has shown that we can increase any reasonable initial success rate up to 100%.

We introduce a new supervised algorithm for image classification with rejection using multiscale contextual information. Rejection is desired in image-classification applications that require a robust classifier but not the classification of the entire image. The proposed algorithm combines local and multiscale contextual information with rejection, improving the classification performance. As a probabilistic model for classification, we adopt a multinomial logistic regression. The concept of rejection with contextual information is implemented by modeling the classification problem as an energy minimization problem over a graph representing local and multiscale similarities of the image. The rejection is introduced through an energy data term associated with the classification risk and the contextual information through an energy smoothness term associated with the local and multiscale similarities within the image. We present an iterative algorithm to compute numerical approximations of the potential for the Schr\"odinger operator from scattering data. Four different types of scattering data are used as follows: fixed energy, fixed incident angle, backscattering and full data. In the case of fixed energy, the algorithm coincides basically with the one recently introduced by Novikov in [Novikov, R. This paper describes a collaborative educational data mining tool based on association rule mining for the continuous improvement of e-learning courses allowing teachers with similar course's profile sharing and scoring the discovered information. This mining tool is oriented to be used by instructors non experts in data mining such that, its internal operation is transparent to the user and the instructor can be focused in to the analysis of the results and make decisions about how to improve e-learning courses. In this paper is developed a simple mathematical model of transient heat transfer under soil with plastic mulch in order to determine with numerical studies the influence of different plastic mulches on the soil temperature and the evolutions of temperatures at different depths with time. The governing differential equations are solved by a Galerkin Finite Element Model, taking into account the nonlinearities due to radiative heat exchange between the soil surface, the plastic mulch and the atmosphere. The model was validated experimentally giving good approximation of the model to the measured data. Simulations were run with the validated model in order to determine the optimal combination of mulch optical properties to maximize the soil temperature with a Taguchi's analysis, proving that the material most used nowadays in Colombia is not the optimal and giving quantitative results of the properties the optimal mulch must possess.

We propose a new scheme of attack on the Microsoft's ASIRRA CAPTCHA which represents a significant shortcut to the intended attacking path, as it is not based in any advance in the state of the art on the field of image recognition. After studying the ASIRRA Public Corpus, we conclude that the security margin as stated by their authors seems to be quite optimistic. Then, we analyze which of the studied parameters for the image files seems to disclose the most valuable information for helping in correct classification, arriving at a surprising discovery. This represents a completely new approach to breaking CAPTCHAs that can be applied to many of the currently proposed image-labeling algorithms, and to prove this point we show how to use the very same approach against the HumanAuth CAPTCHA. Lastly, we investigate some measures that could be used to secure the ASIRRA and HumanAuth schemes, but conclude no easy solutions are at hand.

Recently we have presented a new physical model that links the maximum speed of light with the minimal Planck scale into a maximal-acceleration Relativity principle in phase spaces . The maximal proper-acceleration bound is $a = c^2/ \Lambda$ where $ \Lambda$ is the Planck scale. The group transformation laws of this Maximal-acceleration Relativity theory under velocity and acceleration boosts are analyzed in full detail. For pure acceleration boosts it is shown that the minimal Planck-areas (maximal tension) are universal invariant quantities in any frame of reference. We presented a new physical model that links the maximum speed of light with the minimal Planck scale into a maximal-acceleration Relativity principle in the spacetime tangent bundle and in phase spaces (cotangent bundle). The maximal proper-acceleration bound is a = c^2/ \Lambda in full agreement with the old predictions of Caianiello, the Finslerian geometry point of view of Brandt and more recent results in the literature. Inspired by the maximal-acceleration corrections to the Lamb shifts of one-electron atoms by Lambiase, Papini and Scarpetta, we derive the exact integral equation that governs the Renormalization-Group-like scaling dependence of the fractional change of the fine structure constant as a function of the cosmological redshift factor and a cutoff scale L_c, where the maximal acceleration relativistic effects are dominant. A particular physical model exists dominated entirely by the vacuum energy, when the cutoff scale is the Planck scale, with \Omega_\Lambda \sim 1 . A proof of the Riemann's hypothesis (RH) about the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta-function is presented. It is based on the construction of an infinite family of operators D^{(k,l)} in one dimension, and their respective eigenfunctions \psi_s (t), parameterized by continuous real indexes k and l. Orthogonality of the eigenfunctions is connected to the zeros of the Riemann zeta-function. Due to the fundamental Gauss-Jacobi relation and the Riemann fundamental relation Z (s') = Z (1-s'), one can show that there is a direct concatenation among the following symmetries, t goes to 1/t, s goes to \beta - s (\beta a real), and s' goes to 1 - s', which establishes a one-to-one correspondence between the label s of one orthogonal state to a unique vacuum state, and a zero s' of the \zeta. We present a new physical model that links the maximum speed of light with the minimal Planck scale into a maximal-acceleration Relativity principle in the spacetime tangent bundle and in phase spaces (cotangent bundle). Crucial in order to establish this link is the use of Clifford algebras in phase spaces. The maximal proper-acceleration bound is a = c^2/ \Lambda in full agreement with the old predictions of Caianiello, the Finslerian geometry point of view of Brandt and more recent results in the literature. We present the reasons why an Extended Scale Relativity based on Clifford spaces is physically more appealing than those based on kappa-deformed Poincare algebras and the inhomogeneous quantum groups operating in quantum Minkowski spacetimes. Based on the old results of Cho, Soh, Park and Yoon, it is shown how higher m + n dimensional pure gravitational actions restricted to AdS_m times S^n backgrounds admit a holographic reduction to a lower m-dimensional Yang-Mills-like gauge theory of diffeomorphisms of S^n interacting with a charged non-linear sigma model plus boundary terms by a simple tuning of the AdS_m-throat and S^n-radius sizes. Four years ago the Extended Scale Relativity (ESR) theory in C-spaces (Clifford manifolds) was proposed as the plausible physical foundations of string theory. In such theory the speed of light and the minimum Planck scale are the two universal invariants. All the dimensions of a C-space can be treated on equal footing by implementing the holographic principle associated with a nested family of p-loops of various dimensionalities. A novel approach that does not rely on supersymmetry, nor in the AdS/CFT correspondence, to evaluate the Wilson loops asociated with a gauge theory of area-preserving diffeomorphisms in terms of pure string degrees of freedoms is presented. It is based on the Guendelman-Nissimov-Pacheva formulation of composite antisymmetric tensor field theories of volume-preserving diffeomorphisms. Such theories admit p-brane solutions. The quantum effects are discussed and we evaluate exactly the vev of the Wilson loops, in the large N limit of quenched-reduced SU(N) QCD, in terms of a path integral involving pure string degrees of freedom. It is consistent with the recent results based on the AdS/CFT correspondence and dual QCD models (dual Higgs model with dual Dirac strings). A new nonlinear Schroedinger equation is obtained explicitly from the fractal Brownian motion of a massive particle with a complex-valued diffusion constant. Real-valued energy (momentum) plane wave and soliton solutions are found in the free particle case. It is shown that the large $N$ limit of SU(N) YM in $curved$ $m$-dim backgrounds can be subsumed by a higher $m+n$ dimensional gravitational theory which can be identified to an $m$-dim generally invariant gauge theory of diffs $N$, where $N$ is an $n$-dim internal space (Cho, Sho, Park, Yoon). Based on these findings, a very plausible geometrical interpretation of the $AdS/CFT$ correspondence could be given. Conformally invariant sigma models in $D=2n$ dimensions with target non-compact SO(2n,1) groups are reviewed. Despite the non-compact nature of the SO(2n,1), the classical action and Hamiltonian are positive definite. Instanton field configurations are found to correspond geometrically to conformal ``stereographic'' mappings of $R^{2n}$ into the Euclidean signature $AdS_{2n}$ spaces. We construct (assuming the quantum inverse scattering problem has a solution ) the operator that yields the zeroes of the Riemman zeta function by defining explicitly the supersymmetric quantum mechanical model (SUSY QM) associated with the p-adic stochastic dynamics of a particle undergoing a Brownian random walk . The zig-zagging occurs after collisions with an infinite array of scattering centers that fluctuate randomly. Arguments are given to show that this physical system can be modeled as the scattering of the particle about the infinite locations of the prime numbers positions. We are able then to reformulate such p-adic stochastic process, that has an underlying hidden Parisi-Sourlas supersymmetry, as the effective motion of a particle in a potential which can be expanded in terms of an infinite collection of p-adic harmonic oscillators with fundamental (Wick-rotated imaginary) frequencies $\omega_p = i log~p$ (p is a prime) and whose harmonics are $\omega_{p, n} = i log ~ p^n$. A review of the most recent results of the New Relativity Theory is presented. These include a straightforward derivation of the Black Hole Entropy-Area relation and its $logarithmic$ corrections; the derivation of the string uncertainty relations and generalizations ; ; the relation between the four dimensional gravitational conformal anomaly and the fine structure constant; the role of Noncommutative Geometry, Negative Probabilities and Cantorian-Fractal spacetime in the Young's two-slit experiment. Antoniadis, Mazur and Mottola (AMM) two years ago computed the intrinsic Hausdorff dimension of spacetime at the infrared fixed point of the quantum conformal factor in 4D Gravity. The fractal dimension was determined by the coefficient of the Gauss-Bonnet topological term associated with the conformal gravitational anomaly and was found to be greater than 4. It is explicitly shown how one can relate the value of the Hausdorff dimension computed by AMM to the universal dimensional fluctuation of spacetime $\epsilon $ given by $\phi^3/2$, where $\phi$ is the Golden Mean $0.618..$. Based on the infrared scaling limit of the theory and using recent Renormalization Group arguments by El Naschie, we conjecture that the unknown coefficient $Q^2$, associated with the four dimensional gravitational conformal anomaly, could be precisely equal to the inverse fine structure constant values ranging between $137.036 $ and 137.081.
