Surveillance systems have emerged as crucial elements in upholding peace and security in the modern world. Their ubiquity aids in monitoring suspicious activities effectively. However, in densely populated environments, continuous active monitoring becomes impractical, necessitating the development of intelligent surveillance systems. AI integration in the surveillance domain was a big revolution, however, speed issues have prevented its widespread implementation in the field. It has been observed that quantum artificial intelligence has led to a great breakthrough. Quantum artificial intelligence-based surveillance systems have shown to be more accurate as well as capable of performing well in real-time scenarios, which had never been seen before. In this research, a RentinaNet model is integrated with Quantum CNN and termed as Quantum-RetinaNet. By harnessing the Quantum capabilities of QCNN, Quantum-RetinaNet strikes a balance between accuracy and speed. This innovative integration positions it as a game-changer, addressing the challenges of active monitoring in densely populated scenarios. As demand for efficient surveillance solutions continues to grow, Quantum-RetinaNet offers a compelling alternative to existing CNN models, upholding accuracy standards without sacrificing real-time performance. The unique attributes of Quantum-RetinaNet have far-reaching implications for the future of intelligent surveillance. With its enhanced processing speed, it is poised to revolutionize the field, catering to the pressing need for rapid yet precise monitoring. As Quantum-RetinaNet becomes the new standard, it ensures public safety and security while pushing the boundaries of AI in surveillance.

One of the defining characteristic of human being is their ability to walk upright. Loss or restriction of such ability whether due to the accident, spine problem, stroke or other neurological injuries can cause tremendous stress on the patients and hence will contribute negatively to their quality of life. Modern research shows that physical exercise is very important for maintaining physical fitness and adopting a healthier life style. In modern days treadmill is widely used for physical exercises and training which enables the user to set up an exercise regime that can be adhered to irrespective of the weather conditions. Among the users of treadmills today are medical facilities such as hospitals, rehabilitation centres, medical and physiotherapy clinics etc. The process of assisted training or doing rehabilitation exercise through treadmill is referred to as treadmill therapy. A modern treadmill is an automated machine having built in functions and predefined features. Most of the treadmills used today are one dimensional and user can only walk in one direction. This paper presents the idea of using omnidirectional treadmills which will be more appealing to the patients as they can walk in any direction, hence encouraging them to do exercises more frequently. This paper proposes a fuzzy control design and possible implementation strategy to assist patients in treadmill therapy. By intelligently controlling the safety belt attached to the treadmill user, one can help them steering left, right or in any direction. The use of intelligent treadmill therapy can help patients to improve their walking ability without being continuously supervised by the specialists. The present proliferation of e-learning has been actively underway for the last 10 years. Current research in Adaptive Testing System focuses on the development of psychometric models with items selection strategies applicable to adaptive testing processes. The key aspect of proposed Adaptive Testing System is to develop an increasingly sophisticated latent trait model which can assist users in developing and enhancing their skills. Computerized Adaptive Test (CAT) System requires a lot of investment in time and effort to develop analyze and administrate an adaptive test. In this paper a fuzzy logic based Multi User Adaptive Test System (MUATS) is developed. Which is a Short Messaging Service (SMS) based System, currently integrated with GSM network based on the new psychometric model in education assessment. MUATS is not only a platform independent Adaptive Test System but also it eases the evaluation effort for adaptive test process. Use of Control theory within process control industries has changed rapidly due to the increase complexity of instrumentation, real time requirements, minimization of operating costs and highly nonlinear characteristics of chemical process. Previously developed process control technologies which are mostly based on a single controller are not efficient in terms of signal transmission delays, processing power for computational needs and signal to noise ratio. Hybrid controller with efficient system modelling is essential to cope with the current challenges of process control in terms of control performance. This paper presents an optimized mathematical modelling and advance hybrid controller (Fuzzy Logic and PID) design along with practical implementation and validation of pH neutralization pilot plant. This procedure is particularly important for control design and automation of Physico-chemical systems for process control industry.

Legal and ethical issues quickly become an area of concern. In this research recommendations are made to harmonize IT and Internet Laws. A novel approach is proposed to promote legal risk management culture in organizations. It begins with revising current state of regulations surrounding eBusinesses and electronic marketing. The proposed approach offers risk management by considering risk mitigation strategy, educating people and use of information technology. Since some years ago, use of Feedback Control Scheduling Algorithm (FCSA) in the control scheduling co-design of multiprocessor embedded system has increased. FCSA provides Quality of Service (QoS) in terms of overall system performance and resource allocation in open and unpredictable environment. FCSA uses quality control feedback loop to keep CPU utilization under desired unitization bound by avoiding overloading and deadline miss ratio. Integrated Fault tolerance (FT) based FCSA design methodology guarantees that the Safety Critical (SC) tasks will meet their deadlines in the presence of faults. However, current FCSA design model does not provide the optimal solution with dynamic load fluctuation.
