This publication provides a report on ways children's lives may be complicated through the nature of their parents' relationships. One complexity is that of children having a new father figure while the other is that of children with their own father living in another household. Data from the "Longitudinal Study of Australian Children" (LSAC) were used to focus on the extent to which children experience a new father figure moving into the family and the implications of such transition.
